在沈阳待了一个月后，阿姨带我去了云南。在云南大理我们游览了大理古镇，城门外，古老城墙阻止敌人进攻，仿佛是真的，上了北城门，一眼眺望，全是矮房，房顶是瓦片，密密麻麻的人各聚一堂。古镇的特色也是美味至极。在这里，我们了解了白族和彝族的民族风俗，更是有趣。云南的虎跳峡，居传有只老虎跳黄河，本来黄河动静我们感觉不到，但我是亲身接触，走到黄河旁边，黄河的水花溅到我脸上。滚滚的河水响得隆隆，我的耳朵差点被震聋了。

不知不觉中集合的时间到了，大家还陶醉在快乐的游玩中，我们恋恋不舍地离开了欢乐园。

盼星星盼月亮，总算是盼来了我期待已久的暑假。这样我就有足够的时间去做我喜欢的事了。好开心呀!

我很喜欢吹陶笛，因为陶笛的声音太优美了，低沉婉转，余音袅袅，简直太美妙了。

回到家，我赶紧把我珍藏的六孔陶笛拿出来，迫不及待的地对着笛嘴呼呼吹气，顿时发出“”呜呜”声，然后按着do,re,mi,fa,sol,la,si的调子连成一段美妙的音乐。然后我就把六孔陶笛教程翻出来，慢慢看，慢慢地研究怎么吹奏。

陶笛吹奏时双手的拇指分别按住背面两个指孔，食指分别按住正面上两孔，中指分别按住正面下两孔。双手无名指，托住陶笛的下方用来稳定陶笛。这样在指孔全放开时，陶笛不会因此而滑落。

了解了这些之后，就开始按着简谱慢慢的吹奏了，刚开始练时总是管不住自己的手指，老是按错，还吹得上气不接下气，要不就是记不住那个孔发那个音，没有掌握正确的吹奏方法，吹出来的音含糊不清，软弱无力的。这时我的信心大受打击，怎么那么难吹啊!想放弃了又舍不得。

还好我没有放弃继续练习吹奏，凡事我遇到不会不理解吹奏的地方就上网查找视频，跟着视频里教学内容所讲解的步骤一步一步的练习吹奏。

真是功夫不负有心人，在我持之不懈的努力和如痴如醉的着迷下，我终于可以有模有样的.吹出来动听的乐曲了，别提有多开心了。我也终于明白任何成就都是刻苦努力劳动的成果，凡事都要付出努力，这样收获的结果自然是美的，甜的。

这就是我的一个充实的暑假生活，为了自己喜欢的事而刻苦努力。

新的学期，新的起点，我们的班主任工作也将迎接新的挑战。我们都知道，一个学校是由多个班级组成的，班级是学校的重要成员，它的一言一行都将影响着学校。如何才能将班级工作开展得有声有色呢?那就要看这个班的指挥官——班主任的工作是怎样进行的。有人说：一个好班主任就是一个好班集体。如果说每个孩子都是一颗小星星，我愿用真诚、热情为他们撑起一片挚爱的晴空，让他们各自闪烁出最灿烂、最动人的光辉!为了使工作做得更出色，特制订计划如下：

一、学生概况

本班共有....名学生，....名女生....名男生。每个孩子都活泼可爱，有着很强的上进心和集体荣誉感。他们纯洁善良，好奇心强，求知欲强。但是由于年龄小，自制能力差，时常不能控制自己，上课时爱随便说话或者做小动作，男生在这方面明显不足。很多行为习惯有待进一步培养。学习方面已经有了一定的学习习惯，大部分学生能较自觉完成学习任务，个别学生缺乏主动性，书写有待于加强。

二、基本措施和做法

(一)常规教育方面

学生经过一个假期的放松，对于学校的日常生活和学习必定不太适应，做到每一项规章制度对于他们来说都不太容易。为了使学生能够及早进入角色，适应学校的生活，这就要班主任在日常生活中能有序的引导，并且内容要近一点、小一点、实一点，时时处处向学生进行有针对性的常规教育。因此，我决定从以下几点入手：

1、利用升旗仪式和班会时间，加强学生的德育教育。升旗结束后，对上周的情况进行总结。使学生懂得做人的道理，培养其爱国主义情感。同时，让学生在各种活动和劳动中学会合作，学会生活。对于学生的书写读的姿势，在课堂上随时提醒与帮助。

2、开学师生共同制定班规班纪，并制定相应的奖惩办法。从纪律、卫生、劳动及两操几方面制定。先由学生写出自己的违规现象及奖惩办法，再由班主任统一归纳完善，如有违规照章处罚。我们班的宗旨是：“说到做到”

(二)班级纪律方面

一个班级，要想有良好的班风，必须要有良好的纪律才行。因而，我从以下几点入手：

1、课堂纪律

严格遵守课堂“四管”(管住眼看老师，管住口不说话，管住心认真听，管住手不乱动)，如果有违反纪律的现象，由课代表记录，并做出相应的惩罚。

2、课间纪律

课间是学生轻松休息的时间，良好的课间纪律将会给整个校园带来活跃而轻松的气氛。然而，丰富多彩的课间活动，就是解决课间纪律乱的法宝。同时，随时提醒学生要注意的危险活动和场地，寓教于乐。

(三)卫生方面

讲究卫生很重要。俗话说，病从口入。讲卫生，既能使身体健康，又能养成良好的生活习惯，还能创设一个良好的学习环境。

1、个人卫生：每周一检查个人卫生，平时抽查，要求衣着整洁，桌屉干净，物品整齐。

2、班级卫生：每天下午分派值日生清扫，由劳动委员负责。同时利用花草美化环境，并进行爱护环境和花草的教育。

(四)班干部的培养方面

班级管理光靠班主任一人来管理是不够的，班干部是班级管理的小助手。这学期我将采取班干部竞争上岗制及班干部轮流工作制，使班级管理再上新台阶，让每个孩子的潜能都得到充分的挖掘，培养有个性的人，使孩子们学会学习，学会生活，学会合作和学会管理。

(五)家校结合，分类施教

本学期要做好分类施教工作：

1、对于学习后进生，每节课都要提问，作业中有错要单独进行辅导，与家长联系，共同帮助提高学习兴趣。

2、对行为后进生，发现闪光点要大力表扬，树立信心，在老师和家长共同督促下改进。越是表现差的方面，越要让其引起重视，比如当班干部。

3、经常保持与学生家长联系，使学校教育和家庭教育有机地结合起来。
