昨天听了外公、外婆的故事以后，我对他们以前的生活更感兴趣了。今天我又要求他们讲给我听。

海南是个台风多发生的海岛，外公外婆在那里经历了大大小小几十场的台风，其中有一场大台风让他们印象特别深刻，直到现在还历历在目。今天，外公又绘声绘色地讲给我听。

那是19__年9月的深造农场，深夜两点多钟，当年三岁的妈妈和一岁的二舅躺在外间的床上睡得正香。突然，外面传来了刮大风的声音，树叶"哗哗哗"地响着，透过窗缝，看到树干在不停地左右摇晃，墙壁上几只黑色的小蜘蛛早已逃跑得无影无踪。紧接着，屋顶漏水了，一道道闪电如利剑劈下来，伴随着一阵阵"隆隆隆"的雷声，外面的大雨好象是从装满水的特大盆子倒下来，雨水"哗拉拉"的声音好吵，外公、外婆睡意全无了。这时，风更大了，刮走了屋顶上的几片瓦，幸亏没砸到人。

突然，风停了，外公外婆打开门去看个究竟。只见鸡笼的鸡几乎都死光了，剩下几只到处乱窜，有些人在抢修房子。外公对大家说："根据老一辈人留给我的经验，大台风还会再来的。"大家半信半疑，不过还是都回去了，他们用芭蕉叶、竹子枝叶之类的东西把门和窗的细缝填满，又把门窗关好加固。果然，不到半小时，台风又来了，风把门吹开了，外公、外婆看形势不妙，就分别抱着妈妈和二舅钻到里间的床底，妈妈和二舅刚被抱走，他们床上方屋顶的瓦片就砸了下来，好险啊!外公、外婆和妈妈都泡在水里，冷得直发抖，但外婆怀里的二舅还在呼呼大睡呢。外面飞沙走石，时而一阵阵"呼呼"的风声，时而有大树倒下的"霹雳"声，屋里的积水越来越多，直到天亮。

风终于慢慢地小了。天亮时，风停了，外公外婆松了一口气，大家高兴得手舞足蹈，农场又变得生机勃勃。

走进一个拱形的大门，就来到了小花园。

首先映入眼帘的是小路两旁的一排排的垂柳，他们像一个个婀娜多姿的少女，欢迎远道而来的客人。不远处的一块草坪上小朋友们正在捉蚱蜢，一扑，一跳，玩的多开心呀，像一只只活泼可爱的兔子!草坪上的小花也都挺直了腰，在清风的吹拂下频频点头，似乎在欢迎我们。远处的假山上，传来喜鹊动听地歌声。小路左边的池塘里，鱼儿们正在自由的嬉戏，这里就是他们的小天地。抬头仰望，蓝色的天空，白色的云朵，多美呀!小路的右边可以看到一口很漂亮很大的水缸，金色的外表，三角形的花纹。这是干什么用的呢?有的小朋友说:“是洗凉水澡用的”。 有的说:“是浇花用的”。可我想：应该是装饰品吧，反正不是司马光砸的那口缸。

小朋友的欢笑声，喜鹊地歌声，小溪的流水声，让我不想离开这了。

一、教学目标

(一)通过体育教学向学生进行体育卫生保健教育，进一步了解上体育课和锻炼身体的好处，知道一些保护身体健康的简单常识和方法，增强学生健康，增进体质，促进德、智、体全面发展，养成良好的卫生习惯。

(三)在二年级体育课教学中，以健康第一为指导思想，以适应社会需求及体育课的特点和二年级学生心理，生理特点在教学中以运动参与，运动技能，身体健康，心理健康，社会适应五个为主要学习领域，充分利用游戏，教学比赛等有主题的教学渗透到教学中去，使学生在身体素质，心理健康等方面全面发展。同时让学在特定的情境中通过观察、体验、掌握学习的方法。

(四)通过体育锻炼，培养集体主义精神，进行爱国主义教育，增强自信心，为终身体育打下坚实的基础。

二、教材分析 本学期学习主要内容

(一)走和跑

能知道自然快速跑的动作方法，

2、会做出两臂曲肘前后摆动的自然快跑及前脚掌着地沿直线进行快速跑动作。

3、能了解在踏跳区内起跳的重要意义

4、能做出快速助跑、起跳迅速有力、起跳后向前上方跃起、两腿屈膝上提的跳远基本动作;做到在踏跳区内准确起跳。

(二)投掷能知道投掷的正确动作方法。

2、能掌握巩固肩上屈肘、自然挥臂的投掷动作。

(三)技巧知道前滚翻的动作方法和要求

2、能做出连续前滚翻的动作，几个前滚翻之间的连接紧密，方向正，翻滚动作正确。

(四)韵律活动知道节奏操的名称和动作方法。

四、二年级学生的生理、心理特点

(一) 生理发育特点

二年级学生一般为 7———8 岁，在生理上有所发展。骨骼肌肉茁壮成长，特别是下肢骨骼的增长，比身体增长还要快。

二年级学生肌肉发育尚不完全，含水份多，肌肉纤维较细，肌腱宽而短，关节的软骨较厚，关节囊韧带薄而松弛，关节周围肌肉较细长，关节的伸展性活动范围较大，牢固性较差，容易发生脱臼。因此在体育活动和锻炼时不易进行剧烈运动。

二年级的学生年龄在7岁左右，对一切东西的概念还不是很清晰，身体素质较差，意志力比较薄弱，针对这些特点，着重对学生进行入门教育和纪律性教育

小学二年级的学生处于生长发育的初期，运动系统发育还不成熟，处于发展期，运动能力较低，身体各部分肌肉发展不平衡，上下肢协调性差;好动喜玩，想象创造力丰富;学习兴趣易激发。三个班级各有千秋，因此在教学中根据班级的特点进行因材施教。

六、德育渗透

德育是教育的灵魂，育人是教育的本质。把德育改革与课程改革紧密结合起来，以新课程改革为契机，激活教学，优化课堂，使每一堂课都成为德育的有机组成部分，使每一个老师都成为德育工作者。因此，作为一名体育教师，在课堂中渗透德育是我们义不容辞的责任。体育课教学应从增强体质出发，加强课堂教学，经常对学生进行思想品德教育，有意识地培养学生爱国主义、集体主义精神及社会公德、家庭美德、诚实守信等各种优良品质。

一天，外公从地里割回来一车的毛豆杆到后院里，正好被我看到，我好奇的跑了过去，想帮忙采毛豆，可又怕里面有虫。。。外公鼓励我说：“没事，不用怕，没有虫的。”

外婆拉我坐下，为我做了个示范。我不以为然：“这有什么难的!简单!还用教吗?”我左手拾起根豆枝，右手揪着毛豆夹，一拉扯，“啪”的一声，毛豆粒掉了出来。我一看——毛豆夹裂了，毛豆粒就掉了出来。原来如此，摘毛豆夹也不简单啊!我虚心的看着外婆摘毛豆。原来外婆摘毛豆时还有小窍门呀，只见她摘下毛豆时，用力逆着拉茎，“啪咔”一声，毛豆夹就离开了枝杆下来了。我学着外婆的样子，逆着拉茎，毛豆一个个下来了，外婆见了直夸我聪明。

As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many

different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air

pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of

disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will

take people’s life away. Dirty air will increase the rate of getting lung

cancer. While the noise pollution will cause insomnia. People’s health condition

will be damaged.

In my humble opinion, people should take measures to control the pollution.

Recently, not only the government, but also individual has taken part in the

炎炎夏日，又到了暑假，像烈火般的太阳正在天空中燃烧。想起想起，我便想起我那充满欢乐的暑假计划了......

今天晚上，姐姐来我家玩，带来了一个盒子，神秘的说：“ 今天我们玩一个游戏，你们猜是什么?”

我说：“是像皮泥。”姐姐说接近了，我便心想：前几天姐姐说要从网上买粘土玩。我便大声的说：“一定是粘土。”姐姐笑着说：“回答正确。”

开始玩了，姐姐拿出粘土，找了一下说明书，看见了瓢虫，觉得可爱便做了起来，姐姐拿了黑色红色的粘土，叫我们揉个特别特别圆的圆，再拿了黑色和白色的也揉成圆。第一步把黑、红色的圆粘在一起，变成了头和身了，再在红色的圆的中间切一到横做背甲，再分别做好瓢虫的斑点，嘴，眼睛粘在相应的位置上就好了，在放在阳台晒干就好了。一个完整的可爱的七星瓢虫诞生了。

接着。又让我和姐姐一起做了一个蘑菇，先把圆揉好在把中间按的凹一些，再做好一个圆柱粘在一起，接着做好眼睛粘上去，漂亮的蘑菇又出现了。

第二天一看，两个作品全晒干了，变的特别的硬。也不容易坏，真是太棒了。

粘土可真好玩，下次一定要挑战更难的。
