暑假的一天，妈妈和哥哥带着我和妹妹到游泳馆游泳。

这是我第一次游泳。我在更衣室里把衣服脱下，换上泳衣和泳帽，一路小跑来到了水池边。哥哥先去给游泳圈充气了，我先来到滑梯上玩。刚上去，就是一盆凉水，叫我打了个哆嗦。我一看，每个滑梯口都有水从管子里流出来，我把鼻子一捏，眼一闭，滑了下去。感觉爽极了。

在炎热的暑假里，我学会了游泳，真叫我难忘。因为在炎热的夏暑，泡在凉爽爽的水中，又轻松又快乐。所以妈妈就给我报了一个游泳兴趣班，让我去学游泳。我高兴得蹦了起来。

1、加强学校教师队伍建设，不断提高教师教育教学改革与发展的能力。从教育发展的新高度来推动学校的发展，以先进的理念、优质的教育服务，限度地发掘学校的内在潜力，创造出新的教育教学业绩。

2、加强师德教育，树立“内强素质，外树形象”的教师形象。加强师德师风建设，在教师中深入开展向优秀教师学习的活动，弘扬学为人师、行为世范的职业道德。

3、研训结合，以研促训，为教师的专业化发展搭建平台。学校将请骨干教师进行课堂教学展示和并采取“走出去”“请进来”的方式进行交流，提高自身业务素质。

(三)坚持德育首位，提高育人实效。

1、加强德育队伍建设，沟通校内外德育工作网络。要充分发挥少先队辅导员和班主任的主力军作用，充分发挥少先队的德育功能，发挥学生自我教育、自我管理的作用，让德育渗透到学生学习和生活的每一个角落。

2、抓好学生常规教育。少先队要全方位地抓好学生的常规管理，特别是抓好学生的集队、上操和课间行为规范等，促进学生良好品质的形成。

3、要加强德育科研工作，改进德育教育的方式和途径，以班队活动、队会课为阵地，增强思想道德教育的主动性、针对性、实效性。继续以少先队活动为载体，以重大节日为契机，加强对学生进行爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义思想教育和道德规范教育，积极开展生动活泼的教育活动，让学生在活动中愉快地接受教育，形成良好品德。

(四)规范教学管理，提高教学质量。

1、加强教育教学常规管理。要开齐课程开足课时，使教学常规工作进一步规范化、制度化。同时建立健全各种教学常规管理制度，积极开展学校检查、教师互检和交流互动。学校将加强不定期抽查，完善对教学常规管理的检查评估、反馈通报制度，并把检查结果列入教师个人和学校评估档案，作为教师职称评聘、评选先进的重要依据。

2、努力提高课堂效率，减轻学生课业负担，让学生乐学。

3、做好毕业班工作，做好学生和老师的思想工作，定期进行座谈，争取创造佳绩。

4、深入推进课程改革。要以校本教研为抓手，通过集体备课、教学观摩、说课、评课、反思交流、案例分析、专题研究等形式，提高教师驾驭新课程的能力，用新课程的理念指导教学工作，把新课程理念转化为教学行为，并落实在课堂上。

总之，新的学年摆在我们面前的工作是繁重的，任务是艰巨的，希望全校广大教师认清形势，抓住机遇，振奋精神，积极进取，务实拼搏，勤勤恳恳做园丁，兢兢业业育桃李，与时俱进，为开创文光教育新局面而努力奋斗。
