今天是我们放假的第四天，妈妈让我彻底地玩了四天，我感觉特爽。在彻底玩过之后，从今天开始我该认真学习了。今天我和妈妈坐在沙发上商量着制定了我的暑假计划，计划如下：

每天上午九点开始学习，学习的内容有：诵读三年级的《日有所诵》三十分钟，学习十个英语单词，学写钢笔字(练字帖一张)，学习小学三年级奥数15分钟，看英语动画片一集。

下午四点开始学习，学习的内容有：跟妈妈学习《剑桥少儿英语》半小时，读经典名著半小时，日记一则，暑假作业语文、数学各两页(暑假作业做完后大约在8月1号开始预习三年级新课)。

晚上到广场玩耍，回来之后，妈妈读一个故事，我复述故事主要内容。

其他时间自由安排，可以画画，弹电子琴，做科学小实验，玩电脑，看电视，和小朋友玩耍等等。

我将自觉执行计划，如不按计划，暑假的一切自由活动时间将自愿被妈妈剥夺。

我的暑假生活多姿多彩，这是上学的最后的一天，老师刚刚宣布：从明天开始就放暑假了，同学们就大声的欢呼了起来!老师刚刚宣布完。暑假生活的计划便映入了我的脑海。慢慢地打开，进入了我的暑假计划之旅……

第一面：翻开暑假生活计划本20_年版的第一页，动笔刚要写，却左思右想不知写什么好，当我花费了n多个脑细胞以后，终于写满了暑假生活的第一面……暑假拥有着炎热，有很多人都在家里玩电脑、看电视、还扇着风扇，悠闲自在，我却觉得那样的人很无聊，而且还浪费电，为了节约资源，我决定：“我要在8月份的每天都执行着一个计划(特殊时间除外)”。每天早晨用来学习。中午吃过饭，帮妈妈洗一下碗，然后午睡1个小时，再起来写暑假作业10业。写完后就休息半个小时，在听读英语、数学、语文各一单元。剩余的时间是我玩的时间!我的暑假就是这么简单，这么轻松!

暑假已经开始了，天好热阿，尽管每一天还有作业要做，但是我还是很开心。

这天爸爸答应带我去公园玩了，情绪真高兴!一大早我们就出发了，爸爸妈妈和我，很快的我们就到了。到了公园，人可真多了，天气再热，也没有阻挡小朋友们的热情。一如既往的，大家都还在嬉戏，我也不例外，我一开始就奔往旋转木马，爸爸去买了2张票，我和妈妈就上去了，爸爸说自己不上去，要在下面看着我和妈妈，呵呵，还有点不好意思呢，我和妈妈赶紧就上去了，音乐开始了，木马随着音乐一上一下，就开始的转了起来，风轻轻吹的我的脸，好生舒服!每次来公园我都要坐旋转木马，坐在着木立刻，我有一种说不出的喜悦。

我们又坐了激流探险，我观察了一下周围，来的都是和我差不多大的小朋友，和他们的爸爸妈妈，看来这也是一个“家庭”探险!很快的就排队轮到我们上小船了，呵呵，看起来不太大的船，竟然也能装我们3个人，小船慢慢随着水漂了出去，水也沿着原先的水泥道漂了出来，我伸出头看了看，水中有固定的好的齿轮，也就是说这个小船底也是有齿轮，船才随着水的冲力漂出去，我吧这个想法告诉了爸爸妈妈，他们都说我真是会观察生活!之后船漂了一大圈，到了一个高处，突然“哗”，我们从一个最高点冲了下去，我和爸爸妈妈都叫了出来，几秒钟的时间，我们就到了出发的远点，真是刺激，呵呵，那个瞬间真是令人难忘~!!

下一站是动物园，又好多可爱的小动物，有猴子，老虎，大象，狮子，鸵鸟，好多好多······我还有幸和他们做了朋友，合了影呢，他们都像是我可爱的朋友!

时间如逝，很快就到了傍晚，我依依不舍的离开了公园，但是爸爸说，只要我好好计划我的暑假生活，还会带我来的。那我要回去好好规划一下我的暑假，期盼下次再次到来~!

暑假的生活丰富多彩，每一个人都不一样!而对于我来讲最有趣的是那次喂猪。

8月30日下午，老爸老妈全都出差了。我也被迫来到了住在乡下的外婆家。乡下的环境非常恶劣，虫子遍地都是。大部分地方全都是烂泥巴路。

这一次，外婆分给我的任务是喂猪。我顺着泥巴路慢慢吞吞地走到猪圈，里面的情景把我吓得目瞪口呆!原来并不是像我想象的那样。猪不是在一个固定的地方，而是放养的。想要喂食还要进入猪圈。

我小心翼翼地走进猪圈，越过一个个猪屎以后，成功地把猪食放入喂食盆了。可出乎意料的事总是发生，猪食倒好后，猪儿们一个都不去吃。我只好把一只又一只的猪慢慢地赶到喂食盆前。可偏偏就有一只猪不听话，我费了九牛二虎之力也赶不走它。我火冒三丈，把猪食倒在它头上。这下可好，那只猪“发疯“了，到处乱转，喂食盆全部都”粉身碎骨“了。

最可悲的是，它还猛得撞了我一下，食料全毁了，我也摔了个狗啃泥，门锁也坏了。那只猪落荒而逃，一切都搞砸了。

哎，白忙了一场啊!

一个愉快的暑假过去了，但许多在暑假里发生的难忘的事情却深深地印在了我的脑海里，谷老师来我家家访就是其中一件。当时天气很热，所有的植物都耷拉下了“耳朵”，所有的人都躲进了空调房。

7月22日 阴天

7月26日

今天，我和妈妈在外婆家过周末，舅母买回了面粉，决定包三凌饺。一家之主的外婆配好的水，由力大如牛的阿舅和面，只见一团面被揉得又软又圆，舅母把一些面粉洒在桌子上，还把面团来回翻了两下，以免粘在桌子上。接着舅母用个小碗圈出一个又一个的面圈，这样做三凌角的皮就做成了。

外婆往面圈上放了些椰子丝做成馅，然后捏成三个角。这就是三凌饺。

看着一个个包好的三凌饺，我馋得口水直流。我问外婆什么时候才可以吃，外婆说要放火蒸30分钟后才可以吃。

好不容易等到三凌饺出笼了，我顾不上烫，抓起一块就往嘴里塞，味道还不错，香喷喷的。

我在外婆家度过了一个愉快的周末!

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to

performance and ill health.

暑假我学到的东西那可就太多了，比如学习成绩提高啦，会滑轮滑鞋啦，乒乓球技术比以前更好啦……

回想起去年，唉，真是往事不堪回首。那时的我就像一个从外星球来的孩子，连拼音都还有点不会，更别说什么阅读理解、作文了。我的家长也对我忧心忡忡，赶紧给我请家教、买资料。虽然学习成绩稍微提高了一点，但比起班上的好学生，还是相差甚远，我都把着急这两个字写在脸上了，但是干着急也没用，无奈之下，我的家长只好对我进行魔鬼式训练。

刚放暑假的那几天，我从家里来到我爸爸这儿。刚下车的时候，整个人都显得无精打采，而且学习成绩比去年还差，因为我除了上学的时间以外，其余的时间都要呆在家里学习，连看电视、出去透气都不行，渐渐地，我对学习产生了厌倦，天天身在曹营心在汉。

但是现在，我在我姐姐的辅导下，成绩逐渐上升，我感觉学习其实蛮快乐的，在这儿我可以打乒乓球、学跆拳道、滑轮鞋，生活不像以前那样枯燥无味，而且现在我还加入了作文的网站。鲁迅曾经说过：“时间就像海绵里的水，你不去挤，就永远不会出来。”我只要有时间，就去作文的网站看几篇作文，有事顺便写一下。

假期的时间是宝贵的，是提供给我们快乐和学习的，只要你把握好，就会对学习有很大的帮助。

想象中的暑假是快乐无忧、笑声常伴左右的。但所有的一切都出乎了我的意料，这个暑假是枯燥乏味，毫无生机的。唉，这还没有放假呢，就被考试折腾成了一只“落汤鸡”。本以为放假之后，可以尽情的放松一番，调节调节心情，但就在有这个念头不久，假期补课这个“噩耗”就传来了，弄得我像被霜打了的茄子——焉了，似乎所有的念头一下子都被抛到了九霄云外。

Humor is a flavor of our lives. Humor can soften relationship between

people; humor can adjust the atmosphere of different occasions; humor can bring

more fun and joy to our lives.

First, humor is very necessary in communicating with others because it can

soften relationship between people. In the process of getting along with others,

the occurrence of difference and contradiction is inevitable. Sometimes, when we

want to persuade others to agree with our points, we will find that our points

are easier to be accepted if we argue in a humorous tone.

Second, humor can adjust the atmosphere of different occasions. A person

having a good sense of humor is good at adjust the atmosphere. For example, in a

family, if the husband has a good sense humor, their family life would be more

harmonious because he can adjust the atmosphere in time to avoid the occurrence

of quarrel.

Finally, a person having a good sense of humor can bring fun and joy to

others. It is not difficult to find that a humorous person is always warmly

welcomed in any occasions because he can bring happiness to everywhere he goes.

In addition, staying with the humorous people, we will find that we will be more

positive and our lives will be more wonderful.

Therefore, all of us need to learn some skills of humor and use them

properly so that we can make our lives be more wonderful.

暑假里我看了很多书，让我最印象深刻的还是书。

书，是一艘航船，当我遨游在知识的海洋时，载着我驶向成功的彼岸。书是我的好朋友，一直伴随着我成长。如今，我的生活已离不开书，更离不开我最喜爱的一本书——《假如给我三天光明》。

当我翻开扉页，淡淡的油墨清香让我心旷神怡;隽永的文笔，精美的文字，让我如醉如痴。每次品读这本书，我仿佛是在和作者海伦·凯勒对话，心境顿时变得纯净，如饮清茗，满口溢香。

这本书就像良师益友，在奉献着它的聪明才智。薄薄的.一页纸，分量却是那么重，承载着气质和精神。它就是智慧的结晶，滋养了多少鲜活的生命!化蛹为蝶，破茧而出的背后，能说没有它的功劳?

当我知道作者海伦·凯勒是一位盲聋哑人时，我心里既沉重又惊异。海伦·凯勒这位女性是多么顽强啊!她生活、在黑暗中却给人类带来光明，然而，正是这么一个幽闭在盲聋哑世界的人，竟然毕业于哈佛大学德克利学院，并用生命的力量处处奔走，创建了一家家慈善机构为残疾人造福。她不仅用行动证明了人类战胜生命的勇气，而且还将自己所经历的痛苦和幸福记录下来，给后世以勉励!

Our school had to give-away activity for the poor kids.Students gave away their pocket money,toys,used books and stationery to kids in need. This activity helped kids out of trouble.And it passed on kindness to others.Helping others made me happy.This activity can help kidslifes better. I hope you can help people in need.
