In Chinese lunar calendar, July 7th is a romantic day for the young people,

which is called Qixi Festival that is also referred to the Chinese Valentine’s

Day. This festival has been the tradition and many young people celebrate it in

their own way. What’s more, the government listed Qixi Festival as the

intangible cultural heritage.

The origin of Qixi Festival is about a romantic story. It was said that in

the ancient time, a beautiful young lady who was an immortal came to the men’s

world. She fell in love with an ordinary man. But there was limitation between

immortal and human being, so they were separated by the lady’s parents. Their

love story moved a lot of people and the girl’s parents decided to let this

couple meet on July 7th every year.

Today, When Qixi Festival comes, the single ladies and men will try to ask

the one they like out. They want to have a date and show their likeness. So they

be sensed everywhere and we are enjoying it.

在读《傅雷家书》的过程中，我注意到傅雷反复强调了一种人生精神，人生态度。它不仅指引了傅聪，也启发了我。

如果没数错的话，他提到了四次。其中一段原文是这样写的：“下功夫叫自己心理上松动，包管你有好成绩。紧张对什么事都有弊无利。只要凭愚公移山的意志，存着我尽我心的观念;一紧张马上就叫自己宽弛，对付你的精神要像对付你的手与指一样，时时刻刻注意放松。”

我认为这种随时调整自身精神的习惯不单适用于傅聪比赛前，也适用于学生考试前，适用于我。像我现在的学习生活，时常会有大考小考如果精神一直处于长时间紧绷的状态，不利于心理健康，也不会对学习有太多帮助，反而会适得其反，陷入疲劳而耽误课业。在考试前，也应做到不紧张。但是这并不是能轻易做到的。

这时回顾傅雷说这话的背景——傅聪每小时练习钢琴八小时以上。他的充分练习是他放松精神的前提。这也告诉我，并不是你什么都不做，还一昧放松，读后感.考试也能出好成果的。在你有一定的付出，一定的努力后，达到了放松的前提，再是调整的时间。而这个标准对我来说就是扎扎实实地落实好基础，彻彻底底地掌握老师讲的知识。

这时再有一颗“得失置之度外”、“胜败兵家之常”那样无挂无碍的心，只求竭尽所能，无愧于心，效果反而好，才能希望有好成绩。这就是傅雷要求傅聪做到的，也是我要求自己努力做到的。

人长大了，记忆的东西也多了起来。今年暑假，经历了许多的事情，回想起来，历历在目[注：

那一天，我们约好我的好友胡雨璐，一早就出发了。爸爸一边骑着车，一边跟我们讨论这讨论那，不一会儿，就到了目的地。

还没等爸爸买完票，我和胡雨璐就飞奔了进去。开始，我们俩只是玩了荡秋千和跷跷板，后来，爸爸提议到里面去。这下我们俩小家伙就像脱了缰的野马，狂奔了起来。到处都玩了玩，弄得身上到处是灰。我还给如来、观音、神龟给了钱，像模像样[注：

The most important activity of this festival is the Dragon Boat races. It

symbolizes people‘s attempts to rescue Qu Yuan. In the current period， these

rice)。 Zong zi is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and

一、学生情况分析：

两个三年级班级的学生比以前上课进步多了，纪律也很好，基本上能够很好的掌握技能和技巧，学生学的也很带劲。上课第一声铃声响起来之后，学生已经把队伍排的很整齐，给我上课一个好的开始的感觉。

学生们都比较喜欢做游戏，特别是喜欢玩球类，也许是去年上球类的课多了，学的也很不错，而且也满喜欢自己动手，自己创造新知识，新游戏，比如用空的矿泉水瓶打保龄球，而且喜欢独特的游戏，特别是大家都没有做过的游戏。今年我想还是多安排一些球类的课让学生学习，使学生更好的提高球类技能水平。

个别学生上课爱开小差，特别是爱说话，有时往往打搅教师上课，经过批评教导后稍微有进步。

上课学习的劲头比较好，善于学习新知识，掌握能力也逐渐提高，对一些韵律操掌握得也很好，而且也很感兴趣。

在跑，跳方面的能力也逐渐见好，就是投掷方面还有待提高和挖掘。同学间彼此关照，共同克服困难，班级凝聚力比较强。

二、全册教材基本分析：

知识从跑，跳过度到投掷，由下肢发展到对上肢的发展，以及上下肢之间的协调发展，知识难度逐渐提高，以及中间结合体操，武术知识，要求全面培养学生各方面的素质.

在这册教材中，提高学习跳上，跳下能力，以及俯卧挺身的能力，加大学习难度，知识向多方面发展，延伸，特别是向更深的一层发展练习，使学生多接触挑战，如果敢于挑战，那么学生在挑战过后达到真正锻炼身体的目的，反之，则达到不好的效果，形成畏惧的心理，因此教师要做好这方面的工作。对下肢要求更加高了，要学习向更高更远的发展，而且在后来的学习中又转到对上身的练习，比如俯卧挺身等，加大了学习的难度和宽度.

体操方面增加了仰卧挺起成桥，以及前滚翻到纵叉，武术方面教到少年拳等，对技能学习提出了新的要求，从这可以看出：体育渐渐地深入到我们身心，发觉体育，真的可以使身心健康，提高体育综合素质。

三、教学的重点：

对柔韧性的练习，以及武术的套路学习，投掷类的项目如何投掷的更远，球类方面的控制球的能力，通过跳高等发展学生的弹跳能力，前滚翻到纵叉，直跑屈腿跳高等运动项目的基本知识，基本技术，基本技能。

教学的难点：学生学习的能力是造成学习技术的难点的重要原因之一。在球类游戏中，把球控制在自己手中，以及身体的先天因素也是造成学习技能的难度的原因之一，比如有个别学生身体先天因素的原因，要使他们在体育课中也能锻炼身体，这是更难的，所以我安排了一些简单的跑跳动作，因此教师辅助是学生能否很好的练习到位的原因。

除此之外，柔韧性，弹跳能力等对学习技术的影响，身体的平衡能力，上下肢对运动项目的影响都是使得学生能否学习好技巧的制约因素。

由于新课标的下达，今年的教学主要措施主要是让学生自己在课堂中创造，发扬创新精神，使自己的课堂中成为主人，学到老师教不到的知识。其他的一般是把教学内容融入到游戏中，以游戏的方式贯穿全课程，在游戏中结合比赛，使学生能够学以致用。

有些比较抽象的动作或者很难做到的动作，先在教室进行讲解，配以挂图或者电脑或者幻灯机的生动的演示，使学生看到正确的连续的动作。在课堂中结合舞蹈和模仿操、棍棒操等的教学，陶冶学生的情操。在课上尽量让学生自主动手，自己想象，制造体育课上需要的工具，让学生去收集、制作。

一天，天气晴朗，妈妈带我去公园玩。

刚踏进公园的门，就看见大大小小的树排列在小径两旁，似乎在夹道欢迎我们呢。走过树林，我们来到了月季园。这里的月季花正在盛开，有红的，有粉的，还有黄的，那一层层的花瓣像一顶顶千层大伞，包着花蕊，花蕊像一个俊俏的小姑娘，在微风中，翩翩起舞。在月季花的旁边，有一组高大的架子，上面有惹人喜爱的葡萄。这时，葡萄已经长大了，有的已经指头肚那么大，颜色已经变成了浅绿色的，深绿的。什么还有一层层白霜。熟透了的葡萄饱胀的像绽开似的，绿中透紫，远远看去，架子下面像挂了一串串紫色的水晶球，真惹人喜爱。

我们一路欢声笑语，不觉之中已经到了中午，我只得离开这美景迷人的公园。

今天是我外公的生日，妈妈、爸爸和我一起去株洲为外公庆祝生日。

快到外公家的时候，我和妈妈走进一家蛋糕店去买蛋糕。妈妈说要我去挑一个漂亮的蛋糕，我一听高兴极了，马上跟到了柜台前，一看，哇!里面的每个都非常漂亮诱人，而且都是我喜欢吃的水果生日蛋糕，我马上点了一个叫五彩缤纷的蛋糕，叫妈妈买了下来，高高兴兴的来到了外公家。

吃过多晚饭后，马上摆好生日蛋糕为外公唱起了生日快乐歌。唱完后，我还对外公说：“我祝外公身体健康、长命百岁”，外公一听高兴极了，直夸我真乖。

今天真是开心的一天。

去年秋的一天，妈妈拿着我换下来的袜子对我说：“这袜子磨了好几个洞，没法穿了，去买双新的吧。”

于是呼，这双陪我“出生入死”三度春秋的袜子被判了“死刑”。

爸妈开饭店，那有时间陪我去买袜子，我只得单枪匹马，独自行动，第一次一人上街购物。接连逛了几家店铺，尽管是买双祙子几块钱的事，但大小是笔生意，店家们面带微笑，可我总觉得她们的目光都在盯着我的口袋，一想到“笑里藏刀”，我连门都没敢进。可转念一想，这袜子总还是要买的呀，我一咬牙进了一家店。

“小姑娘，买点儿什么？”一个中年妇女笑嘻嘻的迎了过来，亲亲热热一句话，真让我有点受宠若惊。

我的脸微微一红，鼓起勇气说：“买双袜子”。

“哦，袜子，这边来看。你瞧，这牌子多好，那种……她指着一排摆得整整齐齐的袜子对我说，我似懂非懂地听着她的介绍，怕被她看出是个外行，便故意装出一副行家的模样，东摸摸，西看看，时而翻翻袜底，时而捏捏里料，还不时点头晃脑，机械地重复着父母以前买袜子时的动作。摸完看完，指着一双浅白色的袜子问：“这双多少钱？”

店主的笑容停了下来，说：“冲你是诚心买，就九块吧。”

谢天谢地，没超出我兜里的“家当”，我松了一口气。看来，这位老板不算狠，不过，多少得还还价。

“九块，太贵了吧，这种袜子最多值七块五。”我坚定地说，心里暗想，如果你赚少了，我再添五角，也不算挨宰。

老板果然面露难色，稍微想了一下说：“七块五太低了，打老本给你，八块。”听了这话，我真想跳起来，一切都在我的预料之中。“行，八块就八块。”

回家的路上，我拿着袜子，喜形于色，想着自己今天出色的表现，想到回家后受到爸妈夸奖的得意劲儿，我有些飘飘然了。

路过超市在小百货柜台，看见一双和我手中一模一样的袜子。为了印证我得到了便宜，可以在父母面前好自夸一通，我便过去看看上面的标价。

“4.5元”，“怎么？四块五！”这下我蒙了，也傻了......

在这暑期里我用了一个星期的时间一字不漏的读完了《小王子》这本书。这本书的想象力非常丰富，全书的大概意思是小王子在宇宙中的每一颗星球上穿梭着，并且在每个星球上发生了各种事情，特别是在地球发生的事情是独一无二的，最终小王子回到了自己的星球。

小王子是一个活泼可爱并具有丰富想像力的男孩，在书中作者把小王子描写得更加可爱而且小王子的星球也又小又可爱。

在小王子身边的那个男孩的想象力非常的丰富。我对这个男孩记忆最深的一次是第1章《六岁时候的故事》，那个男孩在六岁的时候他在看一本叫真实的故事的书，看到了一幅精彩的插画，画的是一条蛇，正在吞一头大象，他就照着这幅画画了起来可是画完了他去找大人看他的画的时候大人都说他画的是一顶帽子，后来他遇到了小王子，小王子一眼就看懂了他的画，他和小王子成了好朋友!

我对小王子的星球记忆也非常深刻，小王子的星球是非常小的差不多和一个家一样大，这个星球的名字叫做B612，这个小行星在1909年被一个土耳其天文学家用望远镜仅看到一次，小王子的星球特别神奇，有一天小王子在他的星球上看见了43次日落。

我非常喜欢小王子这本书，通过这本书让我了解到了宇宙有很多行星，也学习到了艺术有无限的创造力!书中的每个人物、每件事都非常可爱生动，特别喜欢这本书!

就是正常上课，一般，他们都会教我们课本里的东西，什么方位介词：on in under next to in front of ……有时候他们觉得上课改上的内容都上完了，但是还有时间，他们决不像中国教师那样让我们自己休息。而是教我们其他的单词。这样一来，即能不浪费我们的时间，而且还能丰富我们的英语，一举两得。

做活动：

英语暑假夏令营还特别安排了一个外教活动课，就是跳跳绳只类的活动。有一次的活动是跳长绳很过长绳。我们大家都不会，英语老师先来，因为她很肥，所以跑过去，扑，摔了一跤。但是，她一点不计较，而且很开心，让我们也来。很好玩的。

上了2个星期，我已经深深地感受到了外国教师的魅力，他们的幽默风趣诙谐，他们使我学会了标准的发音英语，也让我开朗了许多。

去年暑假，我随父母去埃及旅游，我们参观了埃及国家博物馆和吉萨金字塔群。

那天上午9点，我们来到了埃及国家博物馆。一楼大厅里陈列着许多石像，埃及导游指着一个玻璃柜里陈列着的青铜片告诉我们，这件物品的正面刻着上埃及的文字和图案，反面刻着下埃及的文字和图案，代表着上下埃及的统一。

我们上了二楼，直奔博物馆的中心——图坦卡蒙展区。图坦卡蒙法老9岁登基，19岁神秘死亡。由于他在位时间短，所以没来得及建造金字塔，只能葬于贵族墓室。即使这样，小法老的陪葬品却非常丰富。展区中央的玻璃罩里陈列着金光灿灿的法老的黄金面具。它用纯金铸成，重达17.23公斤，栩栩如生地雕刻出了法老的面部轮廓，工艺十分精细，在面具的额头部位还有一条代表着权力和地位的眼镜蛇。如果说《蒙娜丽莎》是卢浮宫的镇宫之宝，那么黄金面具就是埃及国家博物馆的镇馆之宝了。展区里还有许多陪葬品，比如珍宝首饰，法老的宝座、床、金棺等，我们在这里停留了比较长的时间。

走出图坦卡蒙展区，我们又匆匆参观了王室木乃伊馆和其他展区的文物。

下午1点，我们前往开罗近郊吉萨高地参观金字塔群。这里有被誉为世界七大奇迹之首的胡夫金字塔，它现高136米，底座边长230多米，塔身由230万块平均重2.5吨的石头砌成。看起来十分雄伟。

我们参观了一座金字塔的内部，沿着一条又窄又矮的长长阶梯弯腰走下去就是一个墓室，里面空空的什么都没有。

我们还参观了狮身人面像。它高22米，长73米，一个耳朵就有两米高。由于千年风化，它的鼻子已经化为乌有了，所以看起来没有想象中的那么好看。那真是令人难忘的一天!
