暑假是欢喜的，哪个小学生都喜欢这欢喜的暑假，我也不破例。我左盼右盼，总算盼来了这个暑假的第一天。

清晨，一大早，我想睡一个回笼觉，把整个学期没睡好的觉悉数补回来，却被从窗户上射下来的一缕缕金黄色的阳光打扰了。渐渐的，我从睡梦中复苏，看看时钟，才发现已是上午8：00。正想起我与父母说好去晨运。我赶忙穿上衣服，带上网球拍、羽毛球拍，就出了家门。

刚出门，一股股热浪就从我脸上扑来，没过几分钟，我已经汗流浃背，把衣服都湿透了。回到家，我感觉精力充沛，于是给我的朋友打电话，约他们去游泳。接着，我开始上网，了解同学们的日子并参阅。

下午更是热，连蝉都不叫了。我十分困难熬到了下午3点，我那颗火热的心已经燃烧了起来，拿上游泳眼镜就直奔游泳池。到了游泳池，我不顾三七二十一，一个扑通就跳下水去，顿时，夏天的酷热已经跑到了九霄云外去了，迎来的是一片片的清凉，那种烦闷的刚觉瞬间化为乌有，换来的一片欢喜。我和朋友们一起打水球，传“水弹”玩得兴高彩烈。

今天，我和妈妈在家过周末，舅母买回了面粉，包三凌饺。一家之主的外婆配好的水，由力大如牛的阿舅和面，只见一团面被揉得又软又圆，舅母把一些面粉洒在桌子上，还把面团来回翻了两下，以免粘在桌子上。接着舅母用个小碗圈出一个又一个的面圈，这样做三凌角的皮就做成了。

外婆往面圈上放了些椰子丝做成馅，然后捏成三个角。这就是三凌饺。

看着一个个包好的三凌饺，我馋得口水直流。我问外婆什么时候才可以吃，外婆说要放火蒸30分钟后才可以吃。

好不容易等到三凌饺出笼了，我顾不上烫，抓起一块就往嘴里塞，还不错，香喷喷的。

我在外婆家度过了一个愉快的周末!

我很想骑自行车，于是就借王月的自行车来骑。妈妈扶我上车，然后跟着我跑了几个来回，就悄悄地放开了手。我一个人不知道骑了多远，到了转弯处我就摔倒了。妈妈几步跑上来扶起我，问我还要不要骑。我说我还要骑。于是妈妈又扶我上车。她跟着我跑了几步，我又一个人骑着跑了。到了转弯处，我又摔倒了，而且是摔到了球场下面的稀泥处。幸好妈妈跑得快，她几步跑上来一把把我提起，好像提一只鸡一样。我倒是没摔着，可是自行车已经摔成了“泥车”。我们把车洗干净后我说我还想骑。妈妈再次扶我上车，并且告诉我：自行车往那边歪，方向就要往哪边转，转弯的时候速度要慢。我边走边记着妈妈的话。嘿，妈妈的方法还真灵，我跑了几圈都没有摔倒。终于学会了骑自行车，我真是太高兴了!

暑假生活是丰富多彩的，今年我的暑假就过得十分快乐。

暑假中的一天，我在楼下玩儿的时候，意外的发现了一只匆匆爬行的小蚂蚁，小蚂蚁晃动着两个小触角，急匆匆的往前走。他这是要去哪呢噢，它必须是在寻找食物吧!调皮的我赶紧买了包饼干，把饼干掰成几块放在小蚂蚁的面前，我才它必须会对这香甜的饼干垂涎三尺。但是，小蚂蚁闻闻饼干，拿触角碰了碰，却扭过脸往回爬去。难道是我的饼干小蚂蚁不喜欢吃他这是要去哪呀我有些沮丧的刚想往别处去玩，忽然发现小蚂蚁带来了他的同伴，他走在最前面，仿佛一位富有经验的向导。它们径直走到饼干旁，小蚂蚁先爬了过去，晃晃触角，仿佛在对大家挥手说：“来，来，来，大家一齐来搬食物吧!要为入冬而坐准备呀!”

它们你推我拉，饼干就一毫米一毫米的向前移动了。可要到达蚂蚁洞，还需要经过一个长长的“隧道”，那可不是一件容易的事，“隧道”口太小，饼干太大进不去，蚂蚁“军团”虽然费了九牛二虎之力，可仍然没能进去。但它们并不气馁，一向齐心协力，没有一只蚂蚁临阵脱逃。最后，有一只蚂蚁跳了出来，向领导一样指挥着大家讲饼干弄碎，化整为零，最后把这个“庞然大物”运往洞内。我看得津津有味，嘴里自言自语的说：“真搞笑!真搞笑!这些小蚂蚁真的好有意思阿!”

整整一个暑假，我不紧观察蚂蚁的生活，还倾听知了的叫声，追踪草虫的踪迹……每一天我都沉浸在与小昆虫的相互交流中，它们的生活可真搞笑呀!这就是我快乐的暑假生活。

今天真高兴,爸爸肯教我做菜.做什么好呢?我正在思考着.突然爸爸说,不如做你喜欢吃的糖醋里脊.我听了满口答应,可爸爸说糖醋里脊可不好做,需要好几道工序呢.“我才不怕,我最喜欢做有挑战的菜了.”于是我们二话不说直接开工首先第一道工序就是把洗好的里脊切成大小差不多的方块，为了美观我还浪费了好多里脊真是不好意思。切好以后，我便听爸爸指示先往锅里到油，等油沸腾了之后再将里脊肉放进煮腾的锅里，我听了就先拿筷子夹着然后慢慢放进锅里，可是这油偏偏跟我作对在我要放下去的那一刻，锅里的油就像发疯了似的全都“跳”了起来，这把我吓了一跳，好在爸爸及时把火调小，不然我还真招架不住。OK,第一步总算完成!接下来在油精心的“款待”下所有里脊肉总算被炸的金黄金黄的。接下来也是最重要的一步：裹面粉，按照爸爸的指示，先把面粉里兑水，然后等面粉化成面浆，再将炸好的里脊放到里面去“洗”个澡，原来金黄金黄的里脊肉瞬间变成了穿上白衣裳的胖娃娃，有一块里脊被我切的时候切成了有点像小人的形状，所以裹完面粉后就像个穿着白大褂的医生。

好了，完成!最后一步，将裹完面粉的里脊放到锅里在扎一下就完成了，因为中途接了个电话所以很不幸，我做的里脊有一面被烧糊了，不过没关系，只要撒上番茄酱一切都搞定。我请爸爸品尝一下我做的里脊，爸爸说，口感还不错，就是烧的有点老。虽然最后味道不是很好，但我还是独自一人用爸爸教的方法成功地做出了一道菜，今后我会再努力的，加油!

Be Grateful to Our Parents

Since we were born， many people help us a lot. We should be grateful to their kindness. But the ones we should show our greatest appreciation are our parents. From the first day we appear in their lives， they give us all their love and care， but never expect anything in return. 其中我最喜欢的是倾斜小屋和柔和电击。先说倾斜小屋吧!当人进去以后因神经受到 刺激，互相矛盾从而导致神经错乱的感觉。

柔和电击，就把左手放两个电击上，右手摇动发电摇柄，手会感觉到麻酥的感觉。但是电流通过人体后并都不会发生触电，事实证明只有不高于36伏的电才安全。

通过了解这些科学知识，我觉的科学可以帮我通向知识的大门。

Birthday

My birthday is on Sunday. My parents are going to have a birthday party at home. I invite my friends to come to the party.

At the party. They give me many small presents. Such as cards， picture books， pens.

They sing Happy Birthday to me. My mother makes a big cake for me. I cut the cake into small pieces and give them out.

We sing and dance.We have a good time at the party.

Sports benefit me in many ways. Firstly, sports call can make me fit and

今天，我和爸爸妈妈去八达岭长城，我非常高兴。

一到长城，哇!这里空气真新鲜!开始爬着还不陡，可是爬一会儿就会有一段非常陡的路，并且城墙的一边有好多洞，我还在洞边装着往外打枪，城墙的另一边有排水沟。每一个“险关”，我都跑得最快，最后我最先爬上最高的烽火台。

一个小时过去了，我们开始往山下走。我和爸爸差点儿“出溜”一下滑下去。走着走着，看见底下有一个隧道，我们就钻了进去，可是这个隧道的台阶有三十多厘米高，并且差不多是直上直下的，我们爬了好长时间才到隧道底部，走出隧道一看，前面有一门大炮，妈妈还给我和大炮照了一张相。

这其实是一个很平静的晚上，蚂蚁家园的盒子在暖气片上，我的脚蹬在暖气片上正在看书，结果一不小心，一声打雷般的声音却让我的心跳加速，原来，我把蚂蚁家园的盒子给弄掉了。我眼疾手快，抱着头用迅雷不及掩耳之势跑上床，闭上眼睛，“救命，蚂蚁盒掉了。”

老爸和老妈飞快地跑了过去，赶紧捉蚂蚁!我的心提到了嗓子眼，老爸和老妈捉蚂蚁的声音好像杀蚂蚁，见一个拍死一个。对了，蚂蚁家园的盒子摔下来的时候，声音好像是碎了一样，妈呀，蚂蚁往哪钻呀?当我看见蚂蚁家园的盒子没有碎的时候，我万分高兴，我的屁股不用被那些死蚂蚁咬啦!哈哈哈哈……
