具体工作：

四、常规管理措施

1、学习方面，为使学生在学习上形成你追我赶的良好风气，制定以下措施：

(1)、建立健全评比制度，班里建立全方位量化评比栏，学生在某一方面表现好就可以随时加分，学生每得到10小星分，就可以换一大星。表明学生在各方面都有显著的提高。对每个小组的学习、纪律、卫生情况进行评比，鼓励学生团结合作，培养集体荣誉感。

(2)、强化本班的“合作学习小组”，前后位四个同学为一组，选出小组的组长。“学习小组”中的四位同学要互相帮助，团结协作，共同努力，才能取得好成绩，这一方法培养了同学们的团结协作精神，也是转化后进生的一条有效途径。四人小组的组长不是终身制，而是竞争上岗，谁的奖章多谁就担任，如果下一次评比你超过了组长，那就可以取而代之，这也培养了学生的竞争意识。

2、文明行为方面，为进一步规范学生的行为，让学生的日常行为也参与评比，具体做法如下：

(1)、学生在到校、课堂上、课间、两操、放学等方面表现好的发奖卡，不好的适当减奖卡，由每组的组长记录。

(2)、定期对学生进行道德行为的教育。

(3)、利用“优秀小组”的评比，要求小组中的每一位组员都要规范自己的行为，齐心合力才能成为“优秀小组”。

3、卫生方面：

(1)进一步对卫生小组长进行培训，指导他们如何分工，责任到人，增强小组意识，起到模范带头作用。

(2)卫生委员和每天的环境小卫士分工明确，把教室内外检查整理干净，警告卫生习惯不良的同学，做好记录。有大问题及时向老师汇报。

(3)每天由卫生委员检查个人卫生。

(4)综合各方面表现，结合卫生委员的记录，每周评选一次“卫生标兵”。

五、德育工作措施

在德育方面的工作，要处处与学校教育保持一致，搞好班级的育人环境，培养班干部同学的责任心，号召他们积极帮助后进的同学。班主任本着“抓两头，带中间”的原则，不忽视中间学生，让他们同样受到老师的关心，有积极上进的动力，从而也成为优秀的学生。班主任要“学高为师，身正是范”，时刻做学生的表率，身教重于言教。

六、学生心理健康教育

七、学生安全教育

1、经常教育学生要轻声慢步，不可以在走廊里追逐打闹。告诉学生上下楼梯的正确位置，不要拥挤。

2、每天早晨7：40准时进教室，带领孩子早读。下午1：50准时进教室，处理班级事务，注意学生安全。

3、课间要到教室里，等放学后再离开。

八、家访、来访工作的开展

由于本班人数不多，本学期我打算对全班学生进行家访，利用双休日的上午或下班以后的时间进行。家访中，向家长汇报学生的在校表现，表扬孩子的优点，委婉地说出孩子存在的不足，并给予合理的建议。对于家长的来访，我会热情地接待。

I am highly disappointed in the proposed 2004-05 budget cuts to educa1ion. Taking away basic aid status and slashing our school budgets is a recipe for educational disaster in our school. The future lies with our children. They must have access to high quality educa1ion.

My husband and I have worked hard to be able to live in a school district that provides high quality education for our children. Cutting funding in districts like ours will have a negative impact on property values.

The school that my daughter attends is hardly wha1 I would describe as a "rich" school. Parents are asked to pay for books for all the classes, science supplies and for their students to participate in the performing arts among other items. If our school is to remain a world leader in technological development, cutting our school funds is the worst possible choice to make.

Education funds should not be diverted away from education.

how i spent my summer vacation

the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them. then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.

我们从市区出发，经过半个小时的车程，来到了吴阿姨葡萄园就座落在哪儿，我们刚下车远远地就看到一大片葡萄园，绿阴阴的。一进果园大门，就看见一张桌子上摆着三个品种的葡萄供大家品尝，一种是玫瑰香，一种是巨峰，另外还有一种是从超市买来的进行对比、比较。结果玫瑰香葡萄最好吃，一口咬下去满嘴都是浓郁的玫瑰香，而且非常甜，于是我们准备采摘玫瑰香。再往里走，整个葡萄园映入眼帘大概占地面积有三百亩，每一株葡萄上面有十串左右，每串上有六十多颗。葡萄外表包了一层白色的大纸。可能会有人问为什么，是因为鸟类很喜欢吃葡萄，所以才包上了一层白色的大纸。吴阿姨葡萄价钱可贵了，三十五元一斤呢!就因为它甜，所以才这麽贵的，我就只买了三串。去加工了一下一百二十五元，真贵!

不过这次体验了摘葡萄生活，长了见识，和大自然这么亲近，真舒服。

今天下午，我正在悠闲的玩着电脑，突然，妈妈一脸焦急的跑了回家：“快到医院去!你外婆突然肚子痛，痛得非常严重!”我一下子从椅子上跳了起来：“外婆怎么了?”接着，我和爸爸手忙脚乱的换好衣服，穿好鞋子，一脚踏上车子，以最快的速度赶往医院。

到了医院——“咦?外婆呢?”妈妈也有点奇怪：“我打个电话看看。”电话打通了，大姨尽然没有接，妈妈急忙跑到门外——真奇怪!大姨的车已经停在了楼下吔!妈妈赶紧又打了一次电话，这一次大姨接了电话，她一开口就说，你往我车子旁边看，我和妈妈赶紧转过头来——真的!大姨和哥哥正扶着外婆从车旁的一栋楼里走了出来吔!我们赶紧追上去，问：“外婆怎么了?”外婆叹了口气：“突然一下肚子疼得要命，在车上一颠一颠地就不疼了。”

“那有什么事吗?”

“医生检查了，说没有事。”

“那是怎么回事啊?”

“不知道啊!医生怀疑是肾结石。”

妈妈赶紧接嘴：“是啊!疼一下就不疼了是结石的症状呦!”大家赞许的点了点头，外婆虚弱地说：“不知道啊，等平常没事的时候再来检查吧!”说罢，就上了车——离开了。

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

天桥山在市区以东三十七公里处，一天然巨石横跨于山脊，宛如天桥。长约一百八十米，有两个“桥孔”。在天桥山东南五华里，一溶洞分上下两层。修有九神庙、关帝庙，洞内有雕塑及石刻等。大自然的力量真是神奇啊！

终于到了本次旅游的主角——避暑山庄风景区。第一眼看到的是一座博物馆，由正殿和东、西偏殿组成，里面陈列着皇帝穿过的龙袍，还有用过的刀叉箭戟。钟表馆里的钟真是琳琅满目，各式各样。有的钟在大象的背上，有的在老虎的头上，这里面所有的钟全是用真金制造的。瓷器馆里陈列着康熙、乾隆皇帝用的盘子和碗。有一个碗里烧制九只栩栩如生的红蝙蝠，寓意是：“洪福齐天”。

在山庄里随处可见直冲云霄的百年古松，还有普宁寺的千手千眼木佛，山庄里有许多精致的雕刻，至今保存完好。围绕山庄的是湖水，连接湖水的是一座座大小不同精致的罗锅桥，大片的荷花在湖里盛开，像一个个亭亭玉立的少女。

暮色降临，我恋恋不舍的走出了承德避暑山庄。

第二天下午也就是七夕的那一天，我俩正式启动我们的“卖花大业”了。信心大失的我在小姨的鼓励下又硬着头皮出发了。今天我们准备换个地点了，向公园方向前进，快到公园门口的时候，我们七夕的第一笔“大生意”做成了，有两个大姐姐过来问花怎么卖，“美女一支10块”小姨说。结果大姐姐反过来说“这么贵，便宜点我们买5支”，该是我出场的时候了，我说到“姐姐，不能便宜了，再便宜我们连本也赚不回来了，要不5支45块吧！”没想到大姐姐很爽快的答应了，我心里暗喜着，信心也提升了不少，就这样有不少人买了我们的花。

“咱去马路边卖吧！”我说，小姨同意了，我弄了一个战术，我在马路左边走，小姨在右边走。一会就有一辆车向我靠来，里面有一个叔叔问花怎么卖，以前有小姨在我旁边，现在就我一人，紧张的答道“玫……玫瑰一支I0块钱，”于是我卖出去了属于我的劳动成果的第一支。

我俩一直坚持到晚上十点多，终于卖的只剩下两支了，回到家爸爸很“不客气”的把它全买了，而且出比别人多几倍的价钱，也算是表扬一下我们。

通过这次卖玫瑰花，我知道了挣钱不容易啊！也更懂得了爸妈的辛苦，我会记得也会珍惜这一次经历的。

My hobbies

Different people have different hobbies， I often cycling to play with my classmates. It is especially good for health. It is good exercise.and its one of my hobbies,I enjoy reading very much.For reading books,I can get lots of knowledge from reading,and get a sense of the outside world,its wonderful.我的爱好

不同的人有不同的爱好。我经常骑自行车玩和同学一起玩。它特别对健康有好处。这是很好的锻炼。除此之外读书是我的另一个嗜好，我很喜欢读书。至于读书，我可以从中学到很多知识，并且对外面的世界有了了解，那真是太美好了。

我一天的学习生活 My School Day

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth.

After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more

than half an hour to get there.

我早晨六点起床，然后我洗脸、刷牙。匆匆吃完早饭，我坐妈妈的车上学。我们要用半个多小时才能到达学校。

We have four hour classes in the morning. I have lunch at my grandparents,

because their home is nearer to my school.

我们上午上四节课。我在爷爷奶奶家吃午饭，因为他们家离学校更近些。

After two classes in the afternoon, school is over. Then we clean our

classroom.

下午上两节课后就放学了，然后我们打扫教室。

I get home at about half past five. We have dinner at seven. After dinner I

do my homework. If I finish my homework early, I can watch TV for half an hour.

I go to bed at half past nine or ten.

我大约五点半到家。我们七点吃晚饭。晚饭后我做作业。如果我完成作业早一些，我可以看半小时电视。我九点半或十点睡觉。
