1、利用升旗仪式和班会时间，加强学生的德育教育。升旗结束后，对上周的情况进行总结。使学生懂得做人的道理，培养其爱国主义情感。同时，让学生在各种活动和劳动中学会合作，学会生活。对于学生的书写读的姿势，在课堂上随时提醒与帮助。

2、开学师生共同制定班规班纪，并制定相应的奖惩办法。从纪律、卫生、劳动及两操几方面制定。先由学生写出自己的违规现象及奖惩办法，再由班主任统一归纳完善，如有违规照章处罚。我们班的宗旨是：“说到做到”

(二)班级纪律方面

一个班级，要想有良好的班风，必须要有良好的纪律才行。因而，我从以下几点入手：

1、课堂纪律

严格遵守课堂“四管”(管住眼看老师，管住口不说话，管住心认真听，管住手不乱动)，如果有违反纪律的现象，由课代表记录，并做出相应的惩罚。

2、课间纪律

课间是学生轻松休息的时间，良好的课间纪律将会给整个校园带来活跃而轻松的气氛。然而，丰富多彩的课间活动，就是解决课间纪律乱的法宝。同时，随时提醒学生要注意的危险活动和场地，寓教于乐。

(三)卫生方面

讲究卫生很重要。俗话说，病从口入。讲卫生，既能使身体健康，又能养成良好的生活习惯，还能创设一个良好的学习环境。

1、个人卫生：每周一检查个人卫生，平时抽查，要求衣着整洁，桌屉干净，物品整齐。

2、班级卫生：每天下午分派值日生清扫，由劳动委员负责。同时利用花草美化环境，并进行爱护环境和花草的教育。

(四)班干部的培养方面

班级管理光靠班主任一人来管理是不够的，班干部是班级管理的小助手。这学期我将采取班干部竞争上岗制及班干部轮流工作制，使班级管理再上新台阶，让每个孩子的潜能都得到充分的挖掘，培养有个性的人，使孩子们学会学习，学会生活，学会合作和学会管理。

本学期要做好分类施教工作：

1、对于学习后进生，每节课都要提问，作业中有错要单独进行辅导，与家长联系，共同帮助提高学习兴趣。

2、对行为后进生，发现闪光点要大力表扬，树立信心，在老师和家长共同督促下改进。越是表现差的方面，越要让其引起重视，比如当班干部。

3、经常保持与学生家长联系，使学校教育和家庭教育有机地结合起来。

暑假里的趣事很多，是说也说不完，道也道不尽，但是，在这个暑假里，我认为最有趣的还是我、罗放哥哥还有爸爸一起去游泳。

星期日的下午，我、罗放哥哥和爸爸一起去游泳池游泳。游泳池在跳跳虎游乐园的西面，在文化宫的南面，我们买了票，进去了，我换好泳衣，脱了鞋，跳下水，感觉浑身轻飘飘的，我试着跳了一下，啊，轻轻一跳就蹦好高，我想走路会更轻松吧，但我想错了，在水里走路要比在陆地上走路重的多，我只好用胳膊在水里向前划，不错，这样走轻松多了，这时，罗放哥哥游来，说：“颖颖，我教你游泳吧。”我惊喜的说：“太好了。”罗放哥哥说：“要学游泳，首先要练好憋气。”

罗放哥哥做了动作，我就跟着学，可我的腿老是特别僵硬，弯不成那样，罗放哥哥就开玩笑：“你买只青蛙，跟着它学。”我们还玩了水下捉迷藏、打水仗，可是游泳池的铃声响了，我们只好依依不舍的离开了。

希望下次暑假还可以像这么有趣。
