四、不过度捕捉海洋生物，违法捕捉海洋生物者应严厉处罚。因为这样会影响海洋生物的成长发育，严重可能会导致灭绝。

五、不要破坏珊瑚礁，海藻丛等海洋生物生活的地方，破坏它们可能会破坏海洋生命链。

我发现小区门口有许多卖东西的，卖完东西，门口就会有许多瓜子皮、纸屑、垃圾袋。风一吹，飘得到处都是。这样做是不对的。因为这样看起来既不美观，还污染环境。我们应该制定规则，管理他们，让他们把周围的垃圾收拾干净。

我觉得人们应该少开车，多骑自行车或走路。因为开车的多了会造成交通堵塞，还会污染环境。比如我们去学校，要路过一个十字路口。因为没有红绿灯，有些车会逆行、逆行就会造成交通堵塞。走到那儿，要是不戴口罩，就会被呛得直咳嗽。要是大家以后不逆行，少开车，多骑自行车或走路，这样既保护环境，又能锻炼身体。

我还发现最近用塑料袋的人很多。比如去买水果或买菜的时候，买一种东西就会给一个塑料袋。这些塑料袋最后都会被扔进垃圾桶里。我听说塑料袋埋在地下要好多年才会腐烂。如果我们把它们烧了，还会污染环境。我觉得我们应该自己准备一个布口袋来代替塑料袋。

如果我们都有保护环境的想法并去做，我们的城市才会变得更美丽。

环境对我们来说就像生命一样，就像母亲一样，如果我们是一颗小树，环境就是浇灌我们的水渠，离开了环境，我们的人类就会遭到很多灾难乃至灭顶之灾，这不是危言耸听。

然而，我们的身边环境变得越来越糟糕了，有一次，我走在路上，一阵清风吹过，忽然一大片垃圾在地上打起转来，非常难看，还有一些很小的纸片在空中飞舞起来，看着四周的舞蹈者，我的心里很难过，还有一次，我因为踩到了地上香蕉皮摔倒了，腿上还出了很多的血，当时我非常生气，是谁把这些扔到了道上，这些人的素质也太差了。

Cars and Air Pollution

Too many cars have created a lot of serious problems in our world. Besides congestion, accidents and fast fuel consumption, cars are responsible for a good part of air pollution in big cities. All the time, they are pumping huge amounts of waste gases into the atmosphere. These gases are very harmful, causing disease and even death.

One possible solution is to design and develop clean cars and clean fuels. In Shanghai, some of the public buses begin to run on natural gas, which does not give off as much carbon dioxide as the petrol. But it may take decades for the new models of clean cars completely replace the traditional ones. Another solution is to develop modern public transportation systems and restrict the use of private cars. If the price of petrol rises constantly and the public vehicles are efficient and convenient enough, most people will not buy private cars. And the total number of cars in big cities will reduce greatly.

On the whole, the elimination of air pollution needs the collective efforts from the government, the public and the environmentalists.

人们都知道，我们能生存下来，一方面是因为粮食，还有一方面就是环境。当某地区散发出臭味之时，居住在那里的人一定会愁眉苦脸。不过，这些都是他们自己搞的。下面就来听听我的见解吧。

一步之遥

在一个清香袅袅的早晨，我和妈妈去公园散步，透透气。公园的空气十分新鲜，而且风景美没极了，花繁叶茂，一片欣欣向荣的景色。我心里也十分舒畅。忽然，一阵风拂过，我就慢慢地感受着春光。正当我平静之时，我看见了一副不文明的景象：一位看起来有学问风度的叔叔正坐在垃圾桶边的小凳上喝饮料，喝完后随地一扔，便一走了之。我呆呆地望着那塑料瓶，犹豫一会儿，走过去捡起塑料瓶，仍进垃圾桶。

河水侮辱

我们小区大门口旁边有一条河，那里是大家的必经之地。河流原本清澈无比；但现在却又脏又臭，河面上还漂浮着塑料袋。我查了一些资料。资料显示水污染主要因为化工厂排放的污水、人们自身乱扔垃圾及大自然污染带给水的“传染”。

我想，我们应该从平时的小事做起，这样才能更好的保护环境。

一个星期六的早上，我去吃早点。在路上，我闻到了一股像狐臭一样难闻的气味，使我一阵恶心，仔细一看，原来路边有一大堆枇杷皮、枇杷核，这难闻的气味正是它腐烂散发出的。刚好有一位年轻的小伙子拿着一畚箕垃圾向这儿走来，只见他手一扬，“哗——”一大堆生活垃圾就倒在这儿了，我连忙向前去对他说：“叔叔，你不能这样做，这些东西烂起来很臭，这样做对大家的身体不好的，会使人生病的。”那位叔叔竟毫不在意地说：“大家都这样做，谁生病谁去看医生去。”

眼前此景使我想起了另外一幕：我们村子中间有一条溪流穿过，溪上建有两座桥，在我七、八岁时我记得桥下水流、风景十分美，是我夏天洗澡的好地方。不知是谁第一次带了头，把垃圾从桥边倒下，以后，经常有人效仿，于是，桥下垃圾越积越多，简直像一座小山一样，菜叶、果皮、死鸭、死鸡……腐烂之后，不仅蚊蝇乱飞，走在桥上，其臭难闻，大家意见纷纷。后来，虽然村民在村委的带领下，清理了几次，但现在总还是有人倒，溪水已显微白色，塑料袋漂浮在上面，灰絮状的脏物盖满了溪石，现在夏天我们要找一个洗澡的地方都要走到离村子老远的地方。

“以前我们家里用水自家挖个井就可以了，可现在村子里绝大多数地方打出的井水有发白的，发黄的，发黑的，发臭的，已不能拿来吃了，新区里的许多人家现在已经不得不买水吃了。”

“现在村里生病的人多，而且有不少人生的是比较严重的毛病，这和我们周围的垃圾乱倒、厂里废水乱排是有一定关系的。”

时常听到有大人这样说。

我从书本上了解到，农村垃圾的危害主要有占用士地，损伤地表；污染土壤、水体、大气；危害健康。大人们常说“身体是本钱”，可他们为什么还会这样做呢？长此以往，是不是会影响大家平安的生活呢？

同学们，我们是明天社会的主人，改善环境，营造平安的生活环境，也是我们的责任和义务。

平安在我们手中，多参加环保活动，多植树，多种花，使我们永远生活在拥有蓝天、碧水、绿地的美丽家园。

平安在我们心中，用心劝说自己的亲人、长辈处理好垃圾，为建设我们平安家乡做出我们少先队员的努力。

以前我的家乡青山绿水，仿佛就是一幅美丽的画。可是，不知什么时候起，人类就无节制的开采石油，大量制造汽车，乱砍那些高大的树木；随意将垃圾扔在小河里，随手把果皮扔在地上，如果每个人都是这样，那清洁人员每天要扫多少次。

现在人们有了汽车，其实汽车对人类是有伤害的。为了大自然，我们要在小区、公园、大路上多种一些花草树木，少摘花砍树。树木会给人类带来清新的空气。如果每个人都不种树，还乱砍树，将会带来洪水把房子淹没，空气的质量将进一步下降。

如果把果皮扔在地上，不仅会把地上弄脏，而且还会影响到环境。把垃圾扔进小河里，不但会让水感到很不舒服，使工厂里产生许多污水，还会破坏环境和小河里小鱼的家。有些大人还每天吸烟，这样会让身边的家人和朋友都被动吸烟，影响健康。

为了家乡的环境，我们要保护好自己的家园。

亲爱的人类：

地球上为什么有这么多的垃圾呢？为什么会有许多人被疾病感染呢？因为世界上有一大部分的人把手上的垃圾随手扔下。

当我经过小河边的时候，我第一眼看到的就是那散发着恶臭的垃圾，就连那些小鱼都看着我，仿佛在对我说：“救救我们吧，我们都快要死去了。”一阵风拂过，就连风伯伯都对我说：“我不能在这里了，因为这个世界到处都是臭味，还能在吗？

为了让我们的世界变得更加美好，我建议：

1、看到有人正要随手扔垃圾，要及时阻止，并对他说：“要爱护我们的家园。”

2、要把吃完的、喝完的垃圾放到垃圾桶里，而且记得要分类。

3、可以做广告牌，上面可以贴着污染空气的图片，还可以写：“我的家乡，我的家园，它有一个美丽的名字叫阳泉。”

4、不能让人类过量泼洒农药，这样会严重使得树木渐渐的地枯萎。

5、希望有更多的人能把倡议书转发出去，知道保护环境的重要性。

在这里希望更多的人能醒悟，因为我们破坏的是自己的家园呀！

记得有一次德昌县早上的雾直接可以让你什么也看不到眼前只能看到模糊的一面，只能每辆车都打到车灯才能看见一点点亮光，雾的由来是这样的有的人家垃圾凑多了就把垃圾提出去烧了或者埋在那里，我想这因该是最后的大雾了，因为从那时开始就从来没有出过雾了，这也说明人们已经知道自己错了正在改进，有的人已经得到了大自然，有的人已经得到了大自然的惩罚，还有的人把自己欠大自然的全部上了。政府也开始呼吁人们;我们爱环境，环境爱我们，你来破坏它，它来破你家。来告诉人们不能破环境。

What Can We Do for the Environment

Hello, everyone. I’m Li Hua. It’s nice to speak about what we can do for the environment, and I think each of us can do a little bit to help with this problem.

The first thing we can do is to use cloth bags in stead of plastic bags when we go shopping. It helps to protect the environment. The second thing we can do is to reuse(再利用) the old textbooks as possible as we can. We should also never forget to turn off the lights when we leave the classrooms in order to save energy.What’s more, it would be better if we walk or ride a bike to school. We should try our best to reduce pollution and waste.

In fact, even the simplest everyday activities(日常活动) can make a real difference to(对…有影响) the environment. I believe we can make the world a better place to live in.

每年3月12日是植树节，这一天我总要参加由园林局组织的植树造林的活动。一大早，我们就来到动物园，领取了一棵属于我的小树苗。来到种植地后，我和爸爸、妈妈每人拿一把铁锹，一铁锹一铁锹地刨起土来，不一会儿，我们就刨了一个又大又深的坑。接着，我们又一起把小树苗轻轻地放在坑里，深怕伤害了小树苗。妈妈双手扶着小树苗，我和爸爸又拿着铁锹，一铁锹一铁锹地把刨出来的土填进去。填一会儿，踩一踩，要把土踩实了，就这样，我们反复地做了几次。我们的小树苗终于能够笔直地站在那里，就像草原的哨兵一样，那么精神，那么可爱！最后就要我为小树苗浇水，让它能够吸取养分，快快成长。

看着我的小树苗，虽然我也觉得很累，但是我骄傲，我自豪！因为我为地球妈妈增添了一根绿色的头发。将来我的小树苗一定会长成一棵苍天大树，它会保护地球妈妈，让妈妈变得更年轻，更漂亮！让我们的空气更清新，地球环境更美丽！

On Water Shortage

No one can have failed to notice the fact that water shortage is a grave problem with which the whole world is confronted. Actually, it has become so widespread that it has severely affected peoples daily life and hindered the development of the global economy.

A number of factors could account for the problem, but the following might be the critical ones. First, with the development of agriculture and industry, an increasing amount of water is needed. Secondly, the ever-increasing population is another leading cause of water shortage. Besides, the global tendency of warming up also contributes to the problem. Whats worse, pollution and waste of fresh water aggravate the situation.In view of the seriousness of the problem, effective measures must be taken before things get worse. First, it is essential that laws and regulations be worked out and enforced to protect water resources. Secondly, people should enhance their awareness of saving water. 终于放学了，我和郝康晴骑着车一起前去参观我向往已久的猫山。

一路上我们说说笑笑，不一会儿便到了目的地，多少有些让人失望，原来只是个小土坡。土坡上有一棵枝叶繁茂的大树，旁边还有一个没有人住的旧房子，我们小心翼翼地把车停下，生怕惊着小猫们。“看。那是小猫的爸爸。”她小声的说，我顺着她指的方向，看到了一只黑白相间的猫站在屋顶上，精神抖擞，样子像是在放哨。警惕地盯着我们。显然她是小猫的爸爸。

“怎么没见小猫呢？“你以为小猫天天就能见着吗？今天你能看到了猫爸，已经很幸运了。”

到家之后，我的脑子里突然想出一个办法，再去的时候我们可以给猫咪带点食物。对，就这么干。

第二天，我们又去了猫山，当然还带着食物。我把食物放在木板上，等呀等，终于有一个影子出现在我们眼前，是猫爸！不一会儿，一只体态较肥的猫也出来了，是猫妈！她俩先是闻一闻，小心地舔一舔。最后狼吞虎咽的吃了起来。我们看着猫咪吃的那么香，口水四溢。真是开心极了。

之后，我们只要有空就带着食物来喂它们，可惜我们不能靠近它们，因为它们天生怕人。渐渐地，她们每天都出来。后来我们和猫咪们也亲密起来，我们现在已经可以近距离的看着它们玩儿。

有一次我们又带食物来时，终于看到小猫，黑色的眼睛，橙色的软毛，特别的可爱。

我真希望人类不要去破坏环境，破坏她们的家，如果不去蓄意破害，一定可以创造出令人温馨的信赖！

Over the past few decades, the increasing amount of industrial wastes and household garbage has become a major problem in many countries. People have questioned what caused this problem and what can be done to improve the situation. In my opinion, two of the most critical causes of this waste material problem are the increased consumption and a shortage of space for landfill.

To begin with, modern lifestyle has contributed greatly to the increasing amount of waste and garbage we produce everyday. In other words, we have turned into a materialistic and mass-consumption society where we use more and throw away more than ever before. Moreover, countries are running out of space to store garbage and waste material. In fact, securing land for waste disposal raises controversies in many countries.

To solve this intractable problem, every citizen needs to participate in producing less garbage. For example, we can bring our own personal shopping bags instead of using plastic bags provided by stores and shops. Besides, the government can enforce stricter laws on companies to use biodegradable packaging or use recycled material. Indeed, this alone can eliminate much of the waste which is sent to at land fills. Companies can also contribute by developing new raw material which is recyclable and will ultimately lead to less garbage. One good example of this is that tire companies develop new tires for cars which are not made of rubber but of new biodegradable material.

As discussed above, individuals, business and the government can share the responsibility to reduce the amount of waste material and to save the earth. I hope that in the future our offspring will be better off with the well-preserved environment.

What is needed, therefore, is education. Education is the key to all problems and it starts from pregnancy all the way to adulthood and beyond. This may sound like utopia, but it is not: if a country had important problems in its educational system, then it should realize that it is contributing to the worlds problems. These are perhaps long term solutions, but they are more realistic solutions than setting up yet another international organization.
