I took a trip to Shanghai with my mother during the seven-day holiday. It

took us more than two hours to drive to Shanghai from my home in Haimen. We

stayed in a large hotel on the eighth floor. On the first day， I just stayed in

the hotel and rested. On the second day， my brother and I went to Nanjing Road.

It’s the busiest street in Shanghai. When we got there， there were lots of

people. We walked from one shop to another. I bought two T-shirts and two pairs

That was spectacular. Tonight, the world was able to join in a magnificent tribute to the athletes and the Olympic spirit. It was an unforgettable and moving ceremony that celebrated the imagination, originality and energy of the Beijing Games.

We saw 204 national delegations march into the beautiful new National Stadium in the age-old tradition of the Games. Millions of people around the world were able to experience the thrill of seeing their heroes in a sea of team colours and national flags.

We witnessed athletes from these 204 countries and territories united in peace in one place. And for the next 16 days, they will be a part of one of the most thrilling competitions in history. As an Olympian, I can tell you that they will carry this memory with them forever.

This iconic stadium is one of the worlds new wonders. It was a fitting setting for an amazing Opening Ceremony, I look forward to an equally exciting and unforgettable 16 days.

Opening ceremonies have always been a way for host cities to welcome the world and for the world to gather and share the Olympic spirit. This ceremony to open the Beijing Olympic Games was a breathtaking culmination of seven years of planning and preparation. The world will remember this for a long time.

Last night, I ate a lot of food, such as KTC and ice cream, before I slept,

I ate some cold food in the fridge. At midnight, I felt my stomach hurt badly,

my family was woke up, they sent me to the hospital. After seeing the doctor, he

told me that I had eaten too much food, what’s more, the food was not healthy,

so it hurt my stomach. Since then, I realized that I should not eat the rubbish

food often, I should keep the healthy diet. Now my diet is regular, I won’t take

in much food before sleeping, my body is becoming healthy. In the morning, I eat

an egg and make sure I take in enough vitamins. Even when I see the rubbish food

is tempting, I take no hesitation to say no to them. I am so proud of

Mid-autumn day is a special festival in China, which is one of the

traditional Chinese festivals. Itfalls on the 15th day of august lunar month

every year. Our Chinese will celebrate it on that day. I think there are not too

many people can reject he temptation of it. I like this festival very much. I

have two reasons.

First of all, mid-autumn has the deep meaning of reunite. In china, people

regard mid-autumn day as very important, so no matter where they are, they will

come back to their family if there is a chance. They don’t like celebrate this

festival outside, which will make them feel lonely. Thus, they will go home by

all means. Luckily, the government also pays great attention to this traditional

festival. There are laws to make sure people have holidays in that special day.

In the other word, mid-autumn festival gives a chance for family get

together.

Secondly, every family will prepare a big meal in that day. All the food is

delicious. It is good to have a big meal. I think nobody will not interest in

delicious food. The mooncake is a necessary decoration for mid-autumn day. It

tastes good, too. It is the traditional for a long time. How pleased to enjoy

the glorious full moon with mooncake!

This is why I love mid-autumn festival so much. It is funny and happy

time.

I live with my father and mother in a very big house in Dongguan. My parents are both very busy. they leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

When I am home on weekends from school, we spend a lot of time together. We talk about my studies, my health and my school life. I love my parents very much.

My grandparents are still living, but they don’t live with us. their health is good and they both do sports very early in the morning. My grandmother does gymnastics with elderly women her age in the park. Both of my grandfathers play basketball in the morning and sometimes they go swimming.

Chinese people eat rice for every meal, but I don’t like rice because I think it is tasteless! We eat meat, fish and vegetables. My family eats noodles and congee. My favorite is noodles.

I often play computer games because I like it so much. I often watch Japanese cartoon movies with my parents on the weekends. On long holidays we take trips, too.

Today was the first day of my new life. I looked at my new books and

checked everything for the new school year. I was excited as well as

worried.

Entering new school, I was curious about everything, new classrooms, new

teachers, new classmates etc. It would be a new start for each student. And what

I was worried about is that I had no friends here. I wondered if no liked to

play with me. Were the teachers strict with students?

There are many factories that bring pollution to us. We can not have fresh air in the morning. This is mainly because of the poisonous smoke coming from factories, especially chemical ones. When people drink the water from such rivers, they get poisoned. Besides, there is rubbish from ships and when sometimes an accident occurs in an ocean, oil flows out from tankers.

On land, the accumulation of rubbish in the streets may dirty the city and ruin our health. This is mainly due to the improper disposal of rubbish by people.

尊敬的各位家长、各位同学：

大家上午好!首先我代表高一年级部对各位家长的到来表示最热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢，感谢您一学年来对我们工作的大力支持!

记得去年的此时此地，我们聚集在这里召开新高一第一次家长会，带着憧憬，带着激动，带着期待。会议的情景还历历在目。如今，高一已轻轻地从我们眼前消逝。这其中又蕴藏着几多喜悦，几多辛酸，几多感慨。从昨天进入新班级，我们就开启了高二的新航程。今天的会议我主要向各位家长汇报分班分科情况，并就假期生活安排提出建议，会议时间不长，请大家保持会场安静。

提到分科，我首先简单介绍一下我们江苏省高考模式及高考成绩组成。分科是高校录取的需要。理科考生必须选物理，文科考生必须选历史。从2010 年开始，我省高校招生实行分文理计划单列招生，文理分开划定录取分数线、分开录取。高校的专业设置。高校专业分为文科类(含外语类)专业、 理科类专业、 体育类专业、 艺术类(含音乐和美术)专业科目组合。文科分为人文科学与社会科学。人文科学包括文学、历史学、哲学;社会科学包括经济学、管理学、法学、教育学。理科包括理学、工学、农学和医学。

江苏省的高考考试分两部分进行：(1)高二进行学业水平测试(即小高考);在每年三月中旬进行;(2)高三在6月7、8、9三天进行统考。

高考成绩以两种方式呈现(1)学业水平考试成绩。六门学科各门卷面分为100分，卷面分不低于90分为A，不低于75分为B，不低于60分为C，否则为D。高考中，对取得A的学生实行奖励：见A加分，有1A加一分，4A加5分。

高考成绩由两部分组成：语数外三门总分+奖励分;选修科目的等级。语文、数学、外语三科考试成绩以原始分形式呈现。文科类考生语文满分200分，数学160，外语120分，总分480分，理论上的最高分为485分;理科类考生语文满分160分，数学200，外语120分，总分480分，理论上的最高分为485分。两门选修科目学业水平考试各科目的卷面满分为120分，成绩公布采用等级分，各科公布成绩分为A、B、 C、D四个等级。成绩统计时，省教育考试院将卷面成绩转换为等级分，在参考考生中，成绩处于前20%的为A，处于前50%的为B，处于前90%的为C。

填报高考志愿的基本要求，普通类考生4C一合格，不兼报的体艺类考生其七门学业水平测试必修科目等级中，D级不得超过三门(技术科目不合格视为D级)。

根据我校实际及学生选择，我们本届高二分物化、物生、史政、史地和艺术五个学科组合。理科6个班，文科6个班，艺术3个班，共15个班。

成绩折算方法是这样的：中考成绩占10%，高一第一学期期中考试成绩占10%，期末占20%，合起来占40%，第二学期期中考试成绩占25%，期末占35%，合起来就是学生的分班成绩。

这是我们的分科分班情况，下面我和各位家长简单交流几点家庭教育方面的心得：

一要全面而准确地估计自己的孩子。这种评估不能过高，也不可过低，过高和过低都会导致家庭施教的不准确。错误和不准确的估计会影响孩子的学习成绩和学习情绪。有的家长在没有全面摸清孩子智力水平的情况下，单凭某一学科或某一单元的学习成绩就盲目断定孩子“不行”，还有的家长过高估计自己孩子的智力水平。农村有句古话叫“庄稼看人家的好，孩子看自已的好”，在自己的孩子很小的时候，怎么看都觉得很聪慧的，但到上学后，一比较就看到了差距，再到中学阶段就心灰意冷，这就是对孩子智力估计不准确造成的。

二要多给孩子一点信心，做孩子成长的强有力的后盾。由于孩子的个体差异，免不了成绩有好有坏，孩子由于不肯学习，导致成绩差，我们就应该适当的批评，如果孩子很尽力了，成绩却不怎么理想，我们更应该给他信心，而不是一味的给他泼冷水，这样反而会使他对学习产生反感的情绪。我们应特别尊重孩子，有的学生说：“我最不能容忍的是父母对我藐视的态度，那时侯我就想对他们说，你们有没有考虑过我的自尊心?你们以为我不想考好吗”“我惧怕考试，怕回家看到爸爸失望冷酷的脸”，多听听孩子的心声，不要一味地去斥责孩子，帮助他们分析存在的问题，寻找对策，那样孩子才不至于产生逆反心理，才愿意和你交流。面对行为习惯差的孩子，家长不应该一味的责备，更不应该放弃。要多鼓励，给他们以自信，培养他们积极乐观的人生态度，善于发现他们的长处，耐心地引导孩子正确地看待自己的不足，共同制订计划帮助他们改正缺点。我在《中国教育报》上读过这样一篇文章，题目叫《永远正确的家长最失败》。这样的父母不在少数，且分布在各文化层次中。由于他们永远正确，他们既不需要学习，也不需要改变，更不需要反思。当孩子出现问题时，他们会不遗余力地在孩子身上或其他地方，如学校、教师、社会、基因、遗传等方面找原因，而自己扮演的不过是连带受害者的角色。

我们生活总有种种矛盾出现，如果父母从来没错，犯错的就只能是孩子。一个孩子经常领略自己的失败和窝囊，从小就会认定自己不行。其次，父母从来没错，孩子就看不到认错的榜样。虽然总被要求在家长面前认错，而孩子看到的却是“我从来没有错”，于是渐渐学会口是心非或叛逆。再其次，正确的家长总是不停地给孩子正确的建议和要求，让孩子没有犯错和思考的机会，尝试精神和判断力慢慢萎缩，于是只能以一棵藤的形式存在而不能以一棵树的姿态站立。最后，永远正确的家长最看重自己的观点，孩子于是学会了不在意别人的感受，也不听别人的意见，爱自己的想法超过爱一切。

三要与老师坦诚相待，保持一致，形成教育的合力。在现代社会里，家长必须依靠学校让孩子接受系统的知识学习，在这一点上，家长无法取代学校教育。另一方面，学校只能承担起教育孩子的一部分，家长如果把教育责 任全推给 老师，是一种失职。尤其是品德教育、习惯养成、性格培养等重要教育任务，更需要家长与教师的合作，才能完成。当然相当多的家长都很重视家庭与学校的教育合力。在这种情况下，我认为 家长与 老师要坦诚相待，相互交流、相互包容。作为家长，要正确对待教师的不足，人无完人，教师的教育水平有高有低，出现失误和不足在所难免。家长 应与 老师沟通解决分歧和看法，一定要维护教师在孩子心目中的威信，同样老师也会维持家长的形象，那样教育才能形成合力。中学和小学有很大的不同，孩子在成长中会出现新的问题，是正常的，我们要正视他，只要我们相互理解互相支持，就一定会收到好的效果。

各位家长，同学们，文理分科是高中生第一次重要的选择，也是一次重要的人生机遇。文理分科后同学们都将有所侧重的进行高中阶段的学习，准备将来的高考。我们要正确把握文、理学科的特点，采取相应的学习策略。有的选择理科的同学认为学习理科不需要背书，这是非常错误的。如化学、生物上面的知识点非常多。而相对于文科，也不仅仅是背书那么简单。文科要求的综合能力比较高，有时一个问题可以横跨几千年，并且牵扯到世界各国的地理问题和政治问题，历史有许多的材料分析题，政治需要较强的逻辑思维能力，甚至会考计算题。这就需要较强的分析问题的能力和较广的知识面。

各位同学，从昨天起，你就已经成为了一名高二学生。从你进入新班级那一刻开始，你已作出了人生一个重要选择。既然选择了就无怨无悔。人生时时刻刻都在面对着这样那样的选择，新生活便是从选定方向开始的。既然你作出了选择，那你就有100个理由使自己坚信自己的选择是正确的。选择本身并不重要，重要的是选择后的坚持与努力!既然选择了读什么，就要一门心思的去读好。不要再心猿意马，还在想是不是如果我换一门读，是不是会读好呢? 同学们要端正态度，相信你可以把你所选的科目学好;要有勇气正视自己心底里最真实的想法，面对自己的选择和高考的压力。这里，我和大家交流三句话：

第一句话：习惯主宰人的一生。高二年级承上启下，是成绩分化的分水岭：行则扶摇直上，不行则每况愈下。高二面临着小高考，若无积极主动、高度自觉的学习方式，一定会被拉下来。每位同学要从长远看问题，洞悉自己优点与弱势，固化好习惯并借习惯的力量获得成功。

信心和勇气是走向成功的精神支柱，而习惯则是走向成功的情商支柱。信心、勇气不能只靠别人去激发，习惯不能只停留于别人的规范。仅仅依 赖于 老师家长的呵护、鼓励与强制，远远不是一个高二学生成熟的心智。

我们总是抗不住诱惑，来自玩手机的，来自玩游戏的，自己为自己找借口。我们已经是十七八岁、有思想有自控能力的人，更重要的是，面对人生命运大决战的高考。这两天期末考试结束，大部分同学在总结试卷，分析得失。部分同学却感到万事大吉，无所事事，这就是没有养成良好习惯的结果。

高考是上帝给予每个人选择人生的机会，只是许多人沉湎于无知，在迎考的路上，在许多的歧路口，选择了消极，放弃了希望;选择了诱惑，放弃了坚忍;选择了逃离，放弃了责任。自己把机会拒绝了，自己把前途断送了。

高二年级，需要以强大的觉悟力，矫正坏习惯，强壮好习惯，让游离的责任回归，让原有的信念更坚，为高三奠定一个坚实广阔的基础。这是每个高二人的任务，也是高二学生的聪明所在。

在每个高二学生的字典上，面对成功，应该不仅是“想”，而且是“非常想”;面对成功的信念，不仅是“能”，而且是“一定能”;面对每天任务的完成，不仅是“要”，而且是“一定要”;面向自己的要求，不仅是“严”，而且是“非常严”。我想，你就一定会在高二创造出一个奇迹来。

第二句话：成功是逼出来的。这个“逼”是加引号的，是指在必要的情况下采取一些强制的措施，施加一定的压力。我想起我们读书的年代，每次背课 文都是被 老师“逼”着背出来，每次数学题做不出来 都被 老师留下来“逼”着做完。凡是那些“逼”过我的老师，我到今天都记忆犹新，由曾经对他们的恨，转变为如今对他们的感激。随着学生年龄的增长，老师一般不会“逼”学生学习，因为学生已经成年，理应学会自己约束自己。但人都是有惰性的，在青春飞扬的做梦的年龄，有多少人会“逼”着自己真正沉下心来学习呢?

河北有一所衡水中学，教学楼大厅墙上有一幅“三思”标语：“我来衡中做什么，我要做一个什么样的人，我今天做得怎么样。”衡中的学生，连等待打饭的时间都要被利用上做题。作为高考制度下的蛋，衡中的秘诀在于高强度训练适应考试，“做题潜力挖到极致”，网上曾晒了一幅图，衡水中学一位女生把高中三年做的讲义堆起来，竟然有2.41米高。对于“衡水模式”，批评的声音认为，军事化的备考，题海战术，让学生麻木，扼杀创造力。“衡中的教学模式严重践踏了中国的高中教育”，但是，在目前的考试模式下，“谁不学衡中，谁就将被彻底淘汰”。 只要高考不改，衡水模式就会存在。对于我们大多数同学来说，智力并不超常，要想改变命运，要想出人头地，唯一的途径便是通过勤奋苦读。

著名媒体人崔永元称衡水中学的纪律比军营还严格：严格规定了各项动作时间，比如大厕3分钟，小厕1分钟。晨跑人手一本书或一张卷子，只为在停下来休整或等待之时，看课文背单词。为了节约时间，保证上课不迟到，有男生和女生和衣而睡整整3年。他还对衡水中学考上北大清华等名校的毕业生做了回访，令他感到意外的是，几乎99%的孩子都表示，如果让他们再做选择，还会去这所学校，他们对学校根本没有“怨恨”。为什么?因为他们觉得，想要将来有所成就只有走这条路，没有别的选择。一些家庭有背景的同学有多个选择，他们可以从零开始，一下子就能开拓新的领域，甚至社会的前列。站在风口，猪都能吹起来。但对于我们大多数同学来说，甚至找不到一个风口，很难被吹起来。我还建议大家假期上网看一看凤凰卫视拍的有关安徽六安毛坦厂中学的一个短片，你一定会受到震撼，有所感触。

各位同学，生活从来都不是一帆风顺的，成功从来都不是唾手可得的。如果我们觉得在被“逼”着做某些事情时，不必为此感到无奈或懊恼，因为这些事情从长远来看也许不是坏事，比如被老师“逼”着背课文，被家长“逼”着做作业，被同学“逼”着参加活动，被竞争“逼”着天天学习……也许，适当的逼迫能够把我们的惰性“逼”走，把我们的平庸“逼”走，把我们的勇气“逼”出来，把我们的前途“逼”出来，也把我们的成就感和幸福感“逼”出来。

第三句话：要脚踏实地。我们应该学会“蜗牛精神”：蜗牛的壳是自己加上的，既靠天，也靠地，又靠自己，做人要大方、大气、不放弃!世界上没有绝对的公平，心中平，世界才会平。要想成功，就要做到蜗牛的三点：第一是永远向前、向上;第二是要有足够的耐力和耐心;第三是给自己足够的时间。

许多东西是从量变到质变的，当你的努力，你的付出足够多时，就会获得自己想要的。正如犹太人颠沛流离，却是世界上最富有的民族，原因之一是他们的孩子一出生就被告知：什么都不属于你，除了你头脑中的智慧和创造的技能。俞敏洪两次高考失败，第三次高考，他走进了北京大学;出国三次失败，他创办了新东方，帮助别人实现出国的梦想。俞敏洪的生活经历并不复杂，农村18年艰苦的生活，磨练了吃苦耐劳的精神;北京大学11年学习、教书的历程，是一个从极度自卑中寻找自尊的过程;创办新东方的12年，是一个艰苦奋斗的立业过程。因此说不要害怕失败，即使是被踩到泥土中，我们也不能甘心变成泥土，而要成为破土而出的鲜花。当你脚踏实地，把学习这件事做到极致的时候，高考在你眼中就不那么重要了。

俞敏洪说：人的生活方式有两种，第一种是像草一样活着，你尽管活着，每年还在生长，但是你毕竟是一棵草，你吸收雨露阳光，但是长不大。人们可以踩过你，但是人们不会因为你的痛苦，而让他产生痛苦;人们不会因为你被踩了，而来怜悯你，因为人们本身就没有看到你。所以我们每一个人都应该像树一样成长，即使我们现在什么都不是，但是只要你有树的种子，即使你被踩到泥土中间，你依然能够吸收泥土的养分，自己成长起来。当你长成参天大树的时候，遥远的地方，人们就能看到你;走进你，你能给人一片绿色。活着是美丽的风景，死了依然是栋梁之材，活着死了都有用，我希望这就是我们每一个同学做人的标准和成长的标准!

各位家长，今天是7月9日，暑假明天正式开始，假期之后要正式进入高二学年度，明年3月中旬所有同学将要面临学业水平测试。请各位家长督促孩子充分利用好暑假时间，50天的时间可以改变很多，如果浪费掉，你的孩子会与别人的差距越来越大。对于孩子暑期的学习，家长可以通过了解学校统一布置的暑假学习任务，督促孩子按时完成暑假作业。同时可以根据孩子不同的学情和孩子一起制定暑期学习目标和计划，按45个学习日安排、细化到每一天、细化到每个学科。早晚语文、英语各阅读半小时。白天安排3小时，学科划分：语文30分钟，英语30分钟，数学60分钟，必修科目进行有计划、有系统地复习。选择文科的同学要安排阅读11部名著。家长要每天检查孩子的作业完成情况。我们印发了假期作业的答案，供家长定期检查孩子的作业。切不可将作业答案丢给孩子，这样一来，失去了假期作业的意义。今年学校没有安排家长返校日，请各位家长每半个月利用校信通向班主任汇报一次学生作业完成情况，如果家长没有及时汇报的，我们的班主任将予以通报反馈。另外我们每位班主任将建立一个家长群，请各位家长加入。暑假里，住得比较近的学生可以自发组织起来合作学习，也可以请熟悉的老师对孩子的薄弱学科进行指导。开学我们将组织假期作业测试，视其作业态度、完成情况及考试成绩，对淮中班学生进行微调，和入班成绩差距较大的从淮中班调出每班3-5人。

各位同学，昨天晚上，高二2班倪醒等同学在我的办公室与我交流了几十分钟，她们执着追求的精神、积极向上的面貌、团结友爱的品质、谦逊文明的素养让我钦佩，从她们身上我看到了当代中学生的风采，从她们身上我看到了我们这一届学生的希望。希望大家能向她们学习，向她们看齐。最后我与大家分享一句话：“一个人能否成功，不是取决于他在工作时间做了什么，而是取决于他在闲暇时间做什么。”
