In modern society we are often sorry to see that people are reluctant to

help others out, not to mention helping a stranger; offering a helping hand

对于社会来说，每一起争议案件，都是一次普法教育;每一次依法解决，都是一个推进法治建设的契机。透过这起引发多元舆情的个案，一个法治共识值得珍视，即对确有执法过错的，要严格依纪依法处理，决不包庇决不袒护;对恶意造谣，以虚假信息扰乱视听、诋毁民警依法履职的，要及时澄清、依法查处，坚决维护法律尊严和执法活动的严肃性。无论是案件的处理，还是公安的执法，回到法律程序的轨道上，才是法治的胜利。

公众关注“雷洋案”，不只是在意公共安全是否存在，更在意实现正义的法治信仰会否动摇。“努力让人民群众在每一项执法活动、每一起案件办理中都能感受到社会公平正义”，依法治国才有坚实基础，办事依法、遇事找法、解决问题用法、化解矛盾靠法，才能成为全社会的遵循。

2、公安部：确有执法过错要严格依法处理。

综合新华社电记者1日上午从公安部官网获悉，5月31日公安部召开的部党委会议对公安机关执法工作做出指示。会议提到，对涉警舆情，要高度重视，实事求是、客观公正对待，积极回应社会关切;对确有执法过错的，要严格依纪依法处理，决不包庇决不袒护;对恶意造谣炒作民警依法履职的，要及时澄清、依法查处，坚决维护法律尊严和执法活动的严肃性。

从官方发布的信息中了解到，公安部将派出督察组对各地公安执法工作进行专项检查督察，及时发现、纠正执法突出问题，推动执法规范化建设向纵深推进。

会议强调，各级公安机关要牢固树立执法为民理念，切实增强法治观念，认真贯彻落实《关于深化公安执法规范化建设的意见》，进一步规范执法标准、完善执法细则，强化对执法全过程的监督管理，使执法工作的各个环节都有章可依、有规可循。要加强对广大民警的教育培训，努力实现执法行为标准化，着力提升执法能力水平，切实把严格规范公正文明执法的要求落实到每项执法活动、每个执法环节中。

3、5月20日，中央深改组召开第二十四次会议，会议审议通过了《关于深化公安执法规范化建设的意见》。深改组会议强调，深化公安执法规范化建设，严格执法监督，解决执法突出问题。

这是一个重大信号。法谚云：“任何人不能做自己的法官。”对雷洋死因，昌平警方百般解释公众就是不信，就是因为雷洋死在警察手中，办案警察本来就是一方当事人，在缺乏充分证据的情况下，警察所在的公安机关指人嫖娼、自证清白，自然难以服众。所以公众呼吁具有公信力的第三方机构介入开展独立司法调查。虽然由昌平检察院审查此案，意思稍微差了点，毕竟昌平区检察、公安是兄弟单位，属于同一个机构领导，但与涉事公安的自我调查、自说自话相比，这已是一个进步。

所以，我们不妨稍安勿躁，静等昌平区检察院的审查结果。我国刑事诉讼法规定，检察院对于报案、控告材料，应当迅速进行审查，认为有犯罪事实需要追究刑事责任的时候，应当立案;认为没有犯罪事实不予立案的，也应将不立案的原因通知控告人。控告人如果不服，还可以申请复议。据分析，结合雷洋尸检结果，估计在6月上旬，昌平区检察院应该会公布结果，告诉公众对此事是否决定刑事立案。

其实，凭借现代侦查技术，只要检察机关认真进行调查，依法独立办案，比如通过侦查技术找到街头录像和执法时拍摄的录像，恢复被删除的手机视频，对办案警察分开询问，雷洋案是有可能查明真相的。记得当年浙江某地也发生一起被双规对象暴死案，一开始，办案人员订立攻守同盟，坚称死于意外。浙江省领导尊重生命，尊重法律，指定衢州市公安局异地独立办案，不久，谎言即破，真相大白，6名施暴者最后均被判刑。举此例子，并不是我认定昌平办案警察已涉嫌犯罪，但无论如何，由第三方独立查明此案真相，对生者对死者都是一个交代。

In the West, there is Thanksgiving Day. People invented this festival to be grateful for what they gained, because no one could be happy or successful without the help from others. Though our country don’t have Thanksgiving Day, we should be grateful hourly.

If the grateful full of your heart ,you will be happy everyday. Life’s happiness is to be convinced we are loved. A telephone from parents, a criticism from teacher, a exhortation from friend, a competition from opponent and so on. All this are the foundation of mature for us.

We must learn to be grateful, otherwise , we will be apathetic, can’t notice the love from others. Only have the heart of be grateful, we can understand how to love others and how to repay our society.

We are always trying to find the way to success, which stands for power,

pride and glory. There have been strings of stories of success I was told since

I was a child. From then on, I have been fascinated with being successful.

Whatsuccess? Different people have different opinions towards this

question. To start with, some people, such as accountants, workers and so on,

are longing for being rich, which allows them buy what they want, and enjoy

luxury. They treat it as success. Furthermore, some contestants, such as boxers,

are always trying their best to defeat their rivals for success. And once they

win, they confirm that they are stronger than others. The last but not the

least, there are some other people who enjoy helping others. As a good saying

goes, the roses in her hand, the flavor in mine. With helping others, we can

also feel satisfactory.

As far as I am concerned, life is short, and we must achieve something

during our life. So I regard striving and working hard important. When comes to

we reap what we sow, it’s the time of success.

平淡才是真

平淡不比浓烈，近于平凡，可平淡却比浓烈朴实，比平凡更伟大。

人的一生，说长不长，说短不短。小时候的单纯可爱淳朴，整天都无忧无虑的玩耍，长大后有的人追求疯狂放肆放荡不羁的青春，而有的人则更喜欢平淡朴实安静宁素的生活，而当岁月慢慢的流逝，曾经的年少轻狂都已成为过去，你慢慢年老，或许是你已经没了当时想要疯狂而热烈的念想，亦或是你已经没有那么多的力气去感受你想要的青春，而那时的你终将归于平淡。

一个平淡的人，她所散发出来的魅力与给人的感觉也都是截然不同的。大概只要是接触网络的人都知道前段时间几乎遍布于每一个网站与社交网页的首页头条“世纪的锋菲之恋”，那几天几乎每天微博热门以及各大新闻都在报道这个震惊全国的消息，而事情的女主角王菲却是那么的淡定。王菲也算是这个时代的一个家喻户晓的传奇人物，或许她天生的空灵的嗓子就意味着她是一个平淡而伟大的女人，她是人们口中的“天后”，从1989年的她走上音乐的道路就可以说是红遍大江南北，那时的她才20岁，她有上天赋予她的好嗓子，她也有拼搏的狂热的心。她有过两次婚姻，有过患有兔唇的女儿，如今的她也算是经历了大半个人生了，面对网络间的不管是攻击性的语言或是赞美她的文章，她的平淡有些超乎常人的想象。当我看到一条她的朋友在新浪微博上为她打抱不平的微博下，她竟然评论朋友的微博说“iphone6到底好不好用”时，我似乎也就明白了，一个曾经大红大紫的成功女人，她经历的东西太多了，当时光流去，她也就慢慢平静下来了，不在乎金钱或是物质，她只是活在自己一个认为舒适的世界里，无所谓外界的评论与猜想，她追求的也只是平淡的生活而已。

我也曾读过刘同的一本书，叫做《你的孤独，虽败犹荣》，或许是出于刘同本身就是一个娱乐圈的工作人员，他深知娱乐圈里的是是非非，他见多了，看多了，自然也就明白得多了。他的这本书里有许多个发生在自己身上的故事，有些人觉得既然是他的生活，与我们无关，可每次读他的这本书时，心中就不自觉的慢慢平静下来，尽管他也算是一个成功的人，可他却写得自己就似常人一般，把自己心中的想法与一些或许别人会认为是缺点的事情都写在书上，把自己展现在书中。他也会时不时的多愁善感，尽管是一个男人，也会不经意间流泪。他也曾是一个懵懂的少年，来到竞争激烈的社会时他也有过害怕恐惧，可慢慢了解熟悉和时间的磨洗后，他不追求疯狂的梦想，他要的只是平淡。

人生就像是一片落叶，本来就很平淡。从树梢上慢慢发芽渐绿，茂盛，然后发黄，飘落，最后不知不觉的化为泥土。辉煌只能是一时，平淡才是一世，才是人生真正的味道。
