1.对学生要求不够严格;部分学生偷懒。

3. 典型题讲解不够，训练不到位。

4.平时检查督促力度不够。

在今后的教学中，

1、继续抓好双基知识的训练，打牢基本功。

2、引导学生梳理知识，掌握语法规则，逐步引导学生灵活运用英语知识的能力。

3、培养学生上课时的听课习惯，要求学生全神贯注，要和老师同步思考出现的问题。
