disappointed about the local culture, because they havent seen its essence. As

the world gets globalization, it is in need of building peoples sense of local

cultural heritage.

The preservation of our cultural heritage is the necessary task. The

culture contains the essence of Chinese peoples spirit, which has been tested

by time. When people admit our culture, we will be proud of being part of the

country, so as to enhance the unity and have the desire to make a contribution

to the society. The loss of cultural heritage will destroy a country, which can

be seen in history.

As the young generation faces the cultural shock in the globalization, so

they are easy to deny the local culture, because they know little about it. Thus

My Home

本次月考试卷只有笔试部分共十个题型包括单项选取，补全单词连词成句，阅读理解，口语运用，句型转换，书面表达等。既考查了学生的基础知识和基本技能，又考查了学生的交际运用潜力，但从学生成绩来看并不能到达大部分学生成绩优秀，结合学生的实际状况，反思自我的教学行为，我想就应从以下几个方面努力：

1。针对单选题及句型转换题中出现的错误，我感觉自我对学生的英语基础知识把关不够严。在以后教学中要狠抓基础知识，多提问多听写，充分利用早读让学生在有限的早读时间内掌握所学知识。

2。阅读理解是学生英语综合潜力的一种体现，是学生的弱项。加强英语阅读方法的指导以及阅读训练尤其提倡学生进行课外阅读让英语阅读成为一种习惯对学生的英语阅读潜力的提高将会有很大的帮忙。

3。英语是一门语言，语言是用来交流的工具，因此英语的交际性显得很重要，在以后的教学中能够进行课前五分钟自由对话，在运用任务型教学法，游戏教学法等多带给给学生一些交际英语的机会。

4。这次英语考试成绩基本能够，但有两极分化的趋向，在英语教学中应对全体学生关注每一个学生的成长尤其是后进生是预防两极分化的重要途径，还能够成立“一帮一”小组帮忙后进生在尽可能短的时间内提高英语成绩。

“月考成绩出来啦，”听到了同学这一声喊，我的心马上兴奋起来，“赶快发呀！发！”我和别的同学一样嚷嚷了起来。卷子发了下来，我心中刚才的热火，现在哗啦一下子被一盆凉水扑灭了，哎！考这样的成绩怎么见人呀！数学99分，英语99.5分，还可以说的过去，可是语文81分，政史地生88分，在小学我从来没有考过这样的分数啊！哎！现在真是后悔也来不及了，愧疚充满了我的心。

我默默的坐在椅子上，反思，想一想课堂上，我有没有认真的记笔记？没有，笔记我只是在书上画画，什么也不写。我下定决心，今后一定要记老师讲的重点、难点，子曰：“温故而知新，”记的笔记不只是记记就可以了，而是要经常温习笔记，这样在可以记得牢固。在学完一课时，我还要主动的预习下一课的知识内容，这样老师讲的知识我们就可以提前掌握了，课堂上老师再一点拔，我们就可以掌握的更熟练了。

这次的月考，我的主要失误就是语文阅读问答题失了分，所以我平常要多看一些好文章，并进行批注，老师说过阅读题有80%的答案都在文章里，只有把这篇文章理解透了，答题才不会有失误；数学上，这一次的整张考卷上面的题都是老师讲过的知识，这一次我粗心大意，把2当成了有理数，下一次，我一定记住老师教给我的课外知识，这样我的知识才可以比别人高出一些。正如老师说的，你每一天多学0.1，一个月你就可以多学到30个0.1。
