和成吉思汗的后代一样的，还有清朝的八旗子弟。清朝的八旗子弟在1644年入关时，南征北战，无坚不摧，但是他们的后代，多成了弱不禁风的纨绔子弟，东亚病夫。

下去后，不少弟子都认真思考了这一问题，而且得出了各自的解释。

有同学说：成吉思汗及其兄弟从小身体素质好，而他的后代子孙身体素质太差。

有同学说：成吉思汗不愿让他的子孙们吃他小时候的苦，从小娇生惯养，好像温室中的花朵，经不起狂风暴雨；好像动物园中的老虎，变成了大猫。

有同学说：成吉思汗的子孙们从小不知生活的艰辛，胸无大志，吃喝玩乐，缺乏应有的锻练。

从同学们的意见，我们可以得出一个结论：造成成吉思汗的子孙们弱不禁风后果的，既有长辈的溺爱，也有后代的吃喝玩乐，不求上进。

同学们，弟子们，从对动物世界的观察，人们发现，爱的方式不同，产生的结果也不同。有几句歌谣，生动地说明了这一现象。

青蛙爱他的宝乖乖，生下以后不理睬；

袋鼠爱他的宝乖乖，从早到晚抱在怀；

老虎爱他的宝乖乖，咬在嘴里左右甩。

结果，大家都清楚：青蛙的后代不计其数地死亡，袋鼠的后代是食肉动物的捕食对象，老虎的后代是森林之王。

可以说，同学们的父母都是成吉思汗式的人物，他们经过自己的奋力拼搏，建立了温馨的的家庭，为各自的小家庭在社会上争得了一席之地。同学们的父母也是比成吉思汗更伟大的人物。为了避免再出现上述的悲剧，在座同学们的父母，都学习了老虎的榜样，不是对同学们不理不睬，也不是把同学们抱在怀中，象成吉思汗那样娇惯自己的后代，而是把同学们送到这儿全面发展，希望自己的后代将来文武双全，光宗耀祖。这是一种多么伟大的爱呀！

感谢父母。父母用心的良苦，我们将永远铭记在心。

我们的父母希望大家的才能超过他们，幸福超过他们，送我们到学校全面发展，避免成为弱不禁风的纨绔子弟。我们自己也胸怀壮志，决心将门无犬子，做到青出于蓝而胜于蓝，立志成为国家的栋梁之材。在让父母的心愿变为现实的过程中，在让理想变为现实的过程中，我们会面临各种各样的困难。父母让我们文武双修，只是给我们提供了成功的可能。而能不能真正成功，关键还靠我们自己。在成长的道路上，我们会遇到无数次的失败与痛苦。比如：我想在文化课班级里考试得第1名，结果只排到第20名；我想在体育比赛中勇夺冠军，结果被人家比得爬不起来；我热爱集体积极表现想得到老师表扬同学好评，结果没有人理睬我；我想取得一次又一次的成功，结果遭遇一次又一次的失败……如何对待失败与痛苦？只依靠乐观的心态行吗？

We may obtain knowledge by reading. The more books we read, the more we accumulate the knowledge. Is it right? I dont think so. Its not wide reading but useful reading that leads to excellence.

And only good books can benifit us.So choosing books is very important for reading. Many students spend a lot of time reading legends and swordsman novels.Its a waste of time. Some students even read some bad books and it is harmful for them.

So be as careful of the books we read, as of the company we keep, for our habit and character will be as much influened by the former as by the latter.
