八月十五是中秋节，所以被称为中秋或仲秋。八月十五的月亮比其他几个月的满月还要圆，要明亮，所以又叫做“月夕”，“八月节”。中秋前夕，人们都尽可能和家人团聚，取人月双圆的意义，八月十五又叫“团圆节”。

中秋节是汉族和少数民族的民间传统节日。早在三代时期我国就有“秋暮夕月”的习俗。夕月，即祭拜月神。到了周代，每逢中秋夜都要举行迎寒和祭月。在唐代，中秋赏月，玩月颇为盛行。南宋，民间以月饼相赠，取团圆之义，晚上，有赏月、游湖等活动。明清以来，中秋节的风俗更加盛行，许多地方形成了烧斗香、树中秋、点塔灯、放天灯、走月亮。舞火龙等特殊风俗。今天，月下游玩的习俗，已很少了。但设宴赏月仍很盛行，人们把酒问月，庆贺美好的生活，或祝远方的亲人健康快乐，和家人“千里共婵娟”。

古时还有祭月和拜月活动。设大香案，摆上月饼、西瓜、苹果、梨，葡萄等祭品，其中月饼和西瓜是绝对不能少的。西瓜还有切成莲花状，在月下，将月亮神像放在月亮的那个地方，红烛高燃，全家人依次拜祭月亮，然后由当家主妇切开团圆月饼，切的人预先算好全家共有多少人，不能切多也不能切少。月饼与中秋节的联系是在明代。具有关资料说，当时，北京城市里出现了一种以果做馅的月饼，而人们在中秋节这一天自己制作月饼，用于自身和赠于亲朋好友，以表达团圆和祝贺之意。那时的月饼大小和形状很不规范，差别甚大，其名称也颇特别。比如，山西省介县一带在中秋节这天，当地老百姓已有合家围坐分食团圆月饼的习俗其制作的月饼名堂多且有趣，如有专供男的食用的月牙月饼，有只限于女的享用的葫芦月饼，还有特别为小孩们准备的“孙悟空”，“兔儿爷”之类的月饼，等等。名目繁多，不一而足。

中秋节的习俗很多，形式也各不相同，但都寄托着人们对生活无限的热爱和对美好生活的向往。中秋节是人们一直都喻为最有人情味，最有诗情画意的一个节日。有人说，每逢佳节倍思亲，中秋节这一份思念当然会更深切，尤其是一轮明月高高挂的时刻。

农历八月十五是一年一度的中秋节，有吃月饼，赏月的习俗。 吃月饼喽!我跑过去抢了一个蛋黄馅的，撕开包装咬了一口，“哇，真香!”月饼有各种各样的，按馅分有蓉沙的，蛋黄的，百果的。。。。。。按味道分，有甜的，还有咸的。外婆特意为我们准备了丰盛的晚餐：有我喜欢吃的糖醋排骨，妈妈喜欢吃的红烧肉，惹人喜爱的大螃蟹。。。。。。

我们一大家子人吃过晚餐就去柔石公园赏月—— 八月十五的月亮最圆最明，一点都不假。一轮明月从地平线上冉冉升起，刚开始是红色的，慢慢变成鹅黄色的了，皎洁的明月像大圆盘一样映在河面上，抖动着，多美丽啊!忽然，月亮羞答答的躲在云朵里，好像在跟我们在玩捉迷藏。过了好一会儿，月亮又从云堆里露出了笑容，这时的明月变得更圆更亮了。柔和的月光洒满了大地，一切都披上了一层银纱，朦朦胧胧的。

听着悦耳的虫鸣，望着皎洁的月亮，不由得想起了“嫦娥奔月”的美丽传说，只可惜今年的明月没有繁星的陪伴，显得有点孤零零。愿天下所有的人都能有个团团圆圆，快快乐乐的中秋节。

今年的中秋节和往年的不一样，到晚上了，月亮还是和我们玩“捉迷藏”，在云雾中若隐若现，很模糊。虽然这样，但对我们的心情没有很大的影响，因为我们准备在家里烧烤。

开始烧烤了，大家都把许许多多的食物放进烧烤炉里烤，有鸡翅、脆皮肠、排骨……我拿了两串脆皮肠来烤。一开始，我还不太会烤，把脆皮肠烤焦了。第二次，我又拿脆皮肠来烤，听姐姐说烤脆皮肠要经常转，以免受热不均匀，烤焦了。如果它裂开了，才表示熟透了。

我照着姐姐说的话去做，把脆皮肠放在烤炉上转来转去，使得脆皮肠受热均匀。过了一会儿，我看到它裂开了，就涂上一层蜂蜜。再烤一会，这香甜可口的脆皮肠就烤好了，闻上去香香的、甜甜的，我立刻咬了一口，哇!真好吃，让人回味无穷!不一会，我就把刚烤好的脆皮肠吃完了。

烧烤结束后，我们吃月饼。每个人都拿着一块月饼，一边吃，一边聊天，真开心啊!吃完了月饼，我和姐姐、妹妹她们拿着灯笼来玩，一边走一边叫，别提有多高兴了!

中秋节真好玩啊!大家团团圆圆地聚在一起，多幸福!我喜欢过中秋节!
