首先说说厦门的楼房，原来那些低矮破旧的楼房都拆掉了，建成了一栋栋崭新的高楼大厦，海边有漂亮的海景房和各种各样的别墅，市区里功能齐全的小区里是我们温馨的家。我们的学校也是崭新的教室，我们在里面快乐地学习。

接着夸夸厦门的桥，海上有从老爷爷辈的“集美海堤”到爸爸辈的“厦门大桥”，再到孙子辈的“海沧大桥”，还有那尚在“妈妈肚子里”的“集美大桥”、“跨海隧道”等等，市区里有四通八达的立交桥，有横跨南北的高架桥，对了，还有那造型各异的人行天桥。

再来夸夸厦门的路，说到厦门的路啊，我最自豪了。第一个当然是“美丽又充满涛声和海风的环岛路”，它是我国第一条彩色的公路，也是世界上最漂亮的马拉松赛道。每年，来自世界各国的马拉松运动员都会在这条赛道快乐的奔跑。其次是那一条条宽阔、平坦的城市道路，在盛开的三角梅的装扮下，多壮观啊，就连那曲曲弯弯的小巷也是十分的干净、整洁，谁叫我们是“全国卫生城市”呢。

说完路后，就该说说厦门的车了，你看那路上跑的各种各样的车，有进口的，有国产的，有公家车，也有私家车，变化最大的要数公交车和出租车，一辆辆都变成崭新的和环保的。我们厦门的车可是多的很啊！所以我们小朋友过马路要小心噢！

最后说说我们厦门的好玩的、好吃的。我们厦门有名的景点如鼓浪屿、南普陀、万石植物园等等，我就不多说啦，我要说说新建的几个公园，比如说我最爱的白鹭洲公园吧，绿色的草地、飞翔的白鹭、漂亮的白鹭女神像，那是厦门最美丽的公园。说到厦门的吃，不好意思，我都有点馋了，这里既有各种各样的生猛海鲜，也有我们小朋友爱吃的比萨、自助餐、水果主题餐厅等等，保准你们吃的开开心心。什么？要买东西啊，那就更简单了，厦门有许多大型超市，像：“好又多”、“沃尔玛”、“麦德龙”等等，你想买什么就有什么。

我爱家乡南通，不仅因为她是中国近代第一城，更因为她有独特的亮丽风景线——狼山风景区。

闻名遐迩的狼山风景区位于江苏省南通市南郊， 距市中心约５公里，由狼山、剑山、军山、马鞍山、黄泥山组成。五山面江矗立，平地突兀，玲珑娇小，秀丽多姿。五山拱北，狼山居中，狼山又称“紫琅山”，为我国佛教八小名山之一。她挺拔俊秀，南畅北出。山上草木茂盛，绿色环抱，远看狼山，就像一位绿色的巨人屹立在那儿。

半山腰上有一座庙，牌匾上赫然写着“圆通宝殿”四个大字，走进去，只见正中央坐着如来佛祖，两边有文殊、普贤两位真人，哼哈二将威风凛凛站立着，四大天王正摆弄着自己的宝物；观音坐在莲花宝座上，眼睛微闭，手持玉净瓶，神态安祥……

登上狼山山顶，放眼大江东去，水天一色，令人心旷神怡；而泛舟江流，凭栏远眺，五山则又如同一幅山色空朦的水墨画，一尊精美绝伦的水石盆景。山顶以佛殿禅寺为主体，统称广教禅寺。“抚台平倭碑”立于明嘉靖三十九年（公元1560年），碑文记述了巡抚御史李遂率领精兵，全歼入侵倭寇的功绩。“葵竹山房”位于南坡山腰，依山取势，深邃幽静，是庭院园林建筑中的佳作，被收入《江南园林图录》。院内二十余处景点，一步一景，令人流连忘返。山下大江奔腾，烟波浩淼，鸥飞凫浮，田野阡陌，山门前石柱刻写的楹联“长啸一声山鸣谷应，举头四顾海阔天空”，不由人忘情释忧。支云塔是狼山的最高建筑。  狼山不仅是苏北旅游胜地，佛教名山大刹，也是历史名人和革命烈士的墓葬所在。“初唐四杰”之一的骆宾王墓，文天祥僚属金应将军墓和《南通州五山全志》作者福建人刘名芳之墓，与滦州起义领袖、李大钊的老师白雅雨烈士墓更为山河壮色，替乡里争光。狼山北麓园在山北绝壁之下，辟建于1956年。这里奇石嵯峨，溪水潺潺，巧借自然风光，广植花卉树木，构筑亭楼轩阁。   狼山以西，为马鞍山、黄泥山，至今依然半临江水。马鞍山东岭有“望虞楼”，是张謇为怀念其恩师翁同龠东而建。1982年在张謇“梅宅”旧址附近所建的“梅林春晓”，是一座亭阁环峙、回廊相连的江南庭园式建筑。黄泥山山虽不高，但峰如雄狮盘踞，矶若猛虎嶙峋，大江落日，在这里尽得风流……

在我的家乡陕西省澄城县，有一种富有地方特色的美食叫麦子泡。凡是外地来我们这儿品尝过它的人，没有不啧啧称赞的。

制作麦子泡的原料有大麦仁、豆腐、凉粉、大肉、猪血、猪下水、丸子、木耳等。具体做法为：先用上好的骨头，经过高温，使骨头里的营养在短时间内溶解于汤中；再将大麦仁等原料放在熬好的骨汤里熬煮，然后加入事先熬好的大油辣子。这样，一道看起来红艳艳，闻起来喷香的美味佳肴就做好了。再在上面撒上些许香菜和葱花，吃起来就更加美味了。

吃麦子泡时，可将它盛在大品碗里，就着刚刚出锅的白面馒头吃。你若觉得还不过瘾的话，也可将馒头掰碎，泡在里面吃。吃时莫要狼吞虎咽，要细嚼慢咽。这时，麦子泡那鲜美、香辣、醇厚的滋味便会浸入你的五脏六腑，让你有神仙一般的享受。

在我们这儿招待客人的第一顿饭一定是麦子泡。逢年过节或者谁家有红白喜事，麦子泡也是非吃不可的，寓示日子红红火火，和和美美。

麦子泡之所以名气很大，是因为它与唐太宗李世民和汉光武帝刘秀有关。传说当年李世民在黄龙山下他的行宫品尝过我的家乡的麦子泡，赞不绝口，将它列入宫廷食谱。那年，刘秀落难时又饥又渴，村姑殷梨花去给家人送麦子泡饽饽，遇到了他，便将麦子泡让给他吃。结果，俩人的麦子泡竟被刘秀一人吃得精光。后来，刘秀当上了皇帝，还始终不忘曾经吃过的麦子泡。

麦子泡的确是我的家乡独具风味的美食！如果有机会的话，你不妨来我的家乡品尝一回，包你满意得竖起大拇指。哎，不说了，我的口水就要流下来了，得赶紧去吃麦子泡了，拜拜！

在我家乡的东面，有两座大山，一座是五指山，一座是锤子窝。听爷爷讲它们俩曽是一对好兄弟，感情很好，从不吵架，对方做错了事也不会责怪对方，只是互相包容，让对方改过来，它们挨在一起住，生活得十分幸福。

可是，有一天俩兄弟为了砍伐树木而吵了起来，他俩互骂对方，谁都不让谁，最后还打了起来，弟弟用自己的爪子挖了哥哥的脸，还有五个手指印在哥哥的脸上，哥哥非常生气，找来了大锤子，重重的朝弟弟身上砸了过去，弟弟的身子一砸就陷了下去，弟弟更生气了。从此，两兄弟一个毁了容貌，一个变成了小矮子。

两人从此就不再是兄弟了。在生活中，两人都好胜，谁也想比过对方，都不相让，而且它俩不互相包容，感情也越来越恶化了。弟弟不在理哥哥，而是整天贫嘴。哥哥也不让着弟弟整天和它吵架。最后哥弟俩烦了。它俩不再住一起了，哥哥去了西边，弟弟去了东边。久而久之，就形成了两座山。他们相对而生，却有又在山底断开。

这就是我们家乡的两座大山，一个叫五指山，另一个叫锤子窝。西边是哥哥五指山，东边是弟弟锤子窝。

现在，这两座山还屹立在我家乡。

我的家乡高州是一个历史悠久的小城，那还有许多名胜古迹，其中，笔架山是我最喜欢的一处景物。

笔架山位于广东省高州市城南郊外3公里，山地面积为4·5平方公里，有左、中、右三峰，山峰一线并列，形似笔架，因而得名。

笔架山明清时期就成为了“高凉八景”之一。他虽然不是很高，但是它非常美丽。山上的树木郁郁葱葱，远看像树的海洋。从山脚到山顶的石梯路，可以让游客到山顶观赏风景。路口，边还有凉亭可供累的游客休息。是人们旅游的好去处。

历代达官贵人、骚人墨客题咏颇多，诸如明代高州府张邦伊，清山高中知府蒋应秦、陈淮。茂名知县钱以垲和举人内中书黄大鹏均有题咏。刻在石碑上供游客观赏。

啊！笔架山真美呀！我为我家乡的美丽感到自豪。

我的家乡在甘肃省武威市。地处中国的大西北腾格里沙漠边缘。终年干旱少雨，但日照时间长。因为这优越的地理位置，所以我的家乡盛产的水果非常有名。有鲜甜可口的解暑之王——黄河蜜瓜；有甜蜜细软润喉止咳的水果之王——软儿梨；还有在冬天里预防感冒，清肺止咳的上品水果——红小梨等等。这些都是我们家乡的特产，味道鲜美，深受人们的喜爱。

经过家乡人民这几十年的艰苦奋斗，我家乡的变化可大了。以前低矮的民房，如今全变成了雄伟气派的高楼大厦；以前一下雨就泥泞不堪地土路，现在都被干净整洁地柏油路代替了。城镇中心还建了供人们休闲健身的绿色公园。每到春暖花开的季节，公园里遍地是花的海洋。到了夏天，公园里的树荫下清风徐徐，又成了人们避暑乘凉的好去处。到了秋天，公园里层层叠叠的颜色更似一幅迷人的画卷。到了冬天，树上的冰凌儿就像是美丽姑娘的耳坠。白茫茫的大地就像是谁给铺上了白色的地毯，走上去软软地，还不时地发出吱……吱……吱的声音。家乡真是太美了，我爱美丽的家乡。

我坚信随着祖国的日益强盛，家乡勤劳的人民一定会把家乡建设地更加美好，我也要努力学习，天天向上，长大后为建设美好地家乡尽自己的一份力量。

What is the purpose of students studying hard all these years, of course

for the better future. Every parent wants their kids have advantage over others,

so they can be outstanding and have a good job. Students learn in campus, they

are in the stage of studying knowledge while getting a job soon, there is

necessary for them knowing something about society.

Before study in college, students focus all their attention on study for

entering a good college, they don’t need to care about other things, it is also

what their parents tell them. After entering college, it is a little different,

at this stage, study is no more the only task, students should have access to

society. They should make some preparation for the job hunting, knowing society

helps them get use to the society quickly. Some students only care about score,

when they find a job, the employer will ask him something about the public news,

but students have no idea, this is so bad. What’s more, getting familiar with

the society makes students find their own positions, they will know what they

want and fight for it.

The atmosphere of society is very different from campus, in order to better

My mother is 38 years old, but she never tells others how old she is. She says she just doesnt want them to know about it! My mother is a well-known doctor in our area. She works hard. She often gets up very early in the morning and rushes to the hospital to look after her patients. She is kind to her patients and treats them the way she treats her family. Sometimes I wonder whom she loves more, her patients or me.

My father is 40 years old. He has short hair, big eyes and a small mouth. He is my best friend.

My father is a teacher. Just like my mother, he is very busy. He doesn?ˉt have any holidays or weekends. Every morning he goes to school very early and stays with his students until late in the afternoon. It seems that he never gets tired! His students love and respect him. He always tells my mother how good it is to be a teacher, because his students make him feel young. He thinks my mother should be a teacher, too! But so far she hasnt taken his advice.

Come home from school, together with my mother went to the village of fruit shop, see the store has a lot of apple with the packaging. I look at the said to mother: "mom, I really want to have a!" After a brief reunion with our American aunt, we soon embarked on a trip to the east of the United States. Our first stop was New York.

On July 21, we got up at 6:30 am and after more than half an hours drive, we came to Wall Street. There was a bull in the street, and I took many photos with my parents. After that, we went to the Empire State Building and passed through security. Then, lets go through the winding corridor to the elevator, and soon, a delicate elevator will we carry on the 80 layer, through the 80th floor of pictures and words, I understand the process of the Empire State Building construction in the 1830 s, the U.S. government in 400 days time built the 102th floor of the Empire State Building, is a miracle. Were on the 86th floor, and the 86th floor is a sightseeing layer that can get a full view of New York City. Then we went to the met and saw the Egyptian temple, the dunhuang murals, the longyan grottoes and so on

Then we followed the guide to the intrepid America and saw the American space agency NASAs space shuttle.

Finally, we went to times square, but I didnt buy anything I liked.

我的家是湛江。今年春节我回了一次湛江，那里美丽极了！我的名字叫林悦湛，就因为我的家乡就是湛江。

那里的海边有一个海滨公园，公园时面绿树成荫，花草茂盛，路的两旁长满了高大的椰子树。海滨公园里还有音乐馆、游乐场、游戏区等。到了节目的晚上还有演出和烟花。

湛江还有一个渔夫公园，那里可以放鞭炮，玩沙子和滑滑梯，那里景色美丽极了，我们在那里照了很多相片。

Lanzhouis situated in the temperate zone and enjoys a semi-arid climate (Kppen BSk) with hot summers and very cold and dry winters. Mean annual rainfall is 315 millimetres (12.4 in), almost all of which falls from May to October. The winters are so dry that snow is extremely rare.

In regard to air pollution Lanzhou has some of the worst air quality of all cities in China. According to the Blacksmith Institute, Lanzhou is one of the 30 most polluted cities in the world, with its TSP (total suspended particle) rating 247% above that of the Gansu State recommendation. The air quality is so poor that at times one can not see Lanshan, the mountain rising straight up along the south side of the city. At one point, a controversial suggestion was put forward to bulldoze a mountain adjacent to the city, in order to let fresh air in to the bowl where Lanzhou is situated. It was suggested on the premise that the surrounding mountains block a free flow of air in the city. The city is located in a narrow river valley with an unfortunate curve causing it to be hemmed in with no free air flow. Lanzhou is also the home of many factories, including some involved in petroleum processing, and suffers from large dust storms kicked up from the Gobi Desert, especially in the winter and spring.

我的家乡在美丽的湖南，这里的物产丰富，我最喜欢的是金灿灿的桔子，一想起来就流口水呀！

阳春三月，春风轻轻地吹着，春雨细细地下着，滋润了大地。桔子树上的芽儿也悄悄地长了出来，有嫩黄的，有嫩绿的，很光滑。

初夏时分，叶子长大了，长成了又肥又厚的绿叶，远远的就可以闻到一股淡淡的清香，十分怡人。

四五月间，桔子树开花了，有盛开的，有含苞欲放的。虽然它没有玉兰那么高雅，也没有玫瑰那么娇艳，但它是那么的冰清玉洁，远远看去，树上像挂满了珍珠，让人流连忘返。

花凋谢了，像一片片洁白的雪花纷纷落下。过了十多天，树上结满了绿豆般大小的桔子。桔子慢慢长成像乒乓球大小，穿着一身翠绿的衣服，衣服上坑坑洼洼凹凸不平。

秋天到了，桔子换了一件金光灿烂的新衣服，十分逗人喜爱，就像一个个小巧的灯笼。如果你仔细观察，会发现皮上的坑坑洼洼减少了很多，凑近来闻一下，会闻到一股淡淡的果香，剥开，你会看到饱满的果肉抱在一起，像在说着悄悄话，轻轻地咬一口，又酸又甜的汁水会流得你满嘴都是，令你回味无穷。

说起风景优美还得走进我的家乡“白兆山“看看，白兆山最美的时刻莫过于清晨了，当你站在那高高的峰顶上，有置若仙境的感觉，四处白雾缭绕，薄薄的云萦绕在整个山间，宛如仙女舞动绫绡翩翩起舞，清新扑鼻的花香；鸟儿清脆的歌唱奏响了新一天的开始，奏醒了我勤劳朴实的家乡人，更奏出了家乡人艰苦奋斗的精神。

瞧！我的家乡不仅风景优美，而且物产丰富。我盼望我家乡的农产品能走向全国各地，走出海内外，走向世界……

Depending on personal experience, personality type and emotional concern, we find that some people hold the idea of living in the country, while others prefer living in the city. In my opinion, I prefer the city life, though it has advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, city life is very colorful. City is the center of the surrounding area. So, it is also the most booming place having the best things. There are many great things and wonderful activities in the city, while there isn’t in the country. For example, there are KFC, wonderful shopping mall, delicious food from various places, dancing club, different kinds of activities and so on. We can also learn the culture from all the countries. Despite city life is so wonderful, it still has many disadvantages. Nowadays, with the improvement of people’s living standard, people have more cars and more people come to city, and then the city becomes more and more crowd. As a result, traffic jam emerges, which makes great inconvenience for people to go out. What’s worse, the air pollution becomes serious day by day, which is bad for people’s health.

To sum up, every coin has two sides. Living in the city also has good side and bad aspect. Whether like living in city or not depends on individual thinking. As myself, I like living in city though I know the disadvantage of living in city.

我的家乡是个风景秀丽的好地方，那里的名胜古迹也很多。今天，我就给你们介绍一下家乡的著名旅游胜地--南山顶。

南山顶的面积约十五平方公里，主峰高1445.4米。这里实在太美了！我一口气就能说出四、五个赞美它的词，例如;山明水秀、石洞雄奇、地貌独特等。它还是闽东北、浙南一带闻名的风景区，是旅游、避暑胜地呢！顺着山路拾级而上，首先来到那块挺立于悬崖绝壁的金鸡报晓石前。像这样奇特的石块还有"金龟爬壁、鲤鱼朝天、仙人棋盘等，实在是俊俏无比，令人叫绝。继续往上爬，就到了黄龙洞。洞前的巨石上刻着"百洞门"三字。从这块巨石腹中穿过，才能到达黄龙洞口。钻洞时需带手电筒照明，钻入洞中，内有一线天、天坛口等景色，是一个由无数天然巨石构成的石洞。到了南山顶上，凉风习习，格外凉爽。低头往下看，一群一群的人们像小蚂蚁似的，看来这山实在太高了。早晨，日出、云海、松林，组成了一幅五彩缤纷的图画，挂在遥远的天边。

南山顶上还有座龙岩寺，它建立于公元1438年，至今已有560多年的历史了。在龙岩寺前有一块巨石，岩隙间喷出山泉，终年泉涌，永旱不干。临池几步，便是悬崖绝壁，池里有许多的金鱼乌龟，远看宛如害羞的小姑娘那水灵灵的大眼睛，散发出微弱的光芒。这边是人们所说的天池。
