周末晚上，我和妈妈一起看了《西游记》，我很喜欢里面的师徒四人，当我睡下的时候，还梦见和师徒四人去冒险呢!

梦里，国家托我回过去打仗，给了我一把M416和一箱子弹。当我拿着这些东西兴高采烈地回到过去时，时光机却出现了问题，让我回到了公元626年玄武门之变之后唐太宗继位时。我听说玄藏和尚要去印度大雷音寺，就准备一路上护他西行。

Firstly, build normal daily routine and eat regularly. You should go to bed and get up early. Make sure you can have a good rest. Pay attention to your diets. Don’t eat too much meat and sugar. Eat more vegetables.

首先，建立正常的作息，饮食规律。你应该早睡早起，确保你能够有良好的睡眠。注意你的 饮食，不要吃太多肉和糖，多吃蔬菜。

Secondly, have a good mood towards life. A good mood will bring you a healthy body, too.

Almost every child will complain about their parents sometimes. It is

natural, because when people stay together for a long time, they will start to

have argument. But ignore about the unhappy time, our parents love us all the

time. No matter what happen to us, they will stand by our sides. We should be

As we all realized that every one of us will fail during our life. Take me

for an example, I fail in my exam. In fact, failure always does appear, which

Some people hold the view that failure is the meaning whenever they could

美好的一天

今天，天气晴朗，空中有少许云朵，天阳在照耀着。琼斯先生和他的家人在一起。她们在桥上走着，河面上有几艘小船，琼斯先生和他的夫人正看着它们，莎莉正看着一艘大船。它正从桥下经过。蒂姆在看着一架飞机，这架飞机正从河上空飞过。

谁不曾有过美丽的梦?谁不曾有过欢乐的童年?当你在明亮的教室学习时，当你在和平的环境生活时，当你在幸福的家庭成长时，难道你不觉得这是一种幸福吗?然而，这看似普通的幸福生活却包含着一曲曲动人的颂歌。 Who has never had a beautiful dream? Who has never had a happy childhood? 五星红旗是中华人民共和国的象征，是革命烈士用鲜血换来的。每当我看到鲜艳的五星红旗徐徐升起时，心里面就热血沸腾、壮志激昂!

1949年，中华人民共和国成立时，主席在上自豪地宣布：中国人民从此站起来了!我想，在那一刻，全中国人民的心都被紧紧得拴在了一根线上，跟随着主席，共同建设祖国的美好未来!

暑假里，我来到了北京，到前观看了升旗仪式。我看见了前的主席照片，心里顿时肃然起敬。看着高大雄伟的，我为中华人民共和国感到骄傲!5点09分，国旗在被升旗手抛开的一刹那，飞向空中。我不由敬起少先队队礼，看着飘扬的五星红旗缓缓升到空中。

翻开五千年的历史，我看见了祖国的生命精髓——长城上那一道道伤痕，记载了多少沧桑，又表现得如此顽强。那是一种标识，更是一种力量，一种精神，一种向往!长江，那是祖国的脉搏吧!跳跃着永不明灭的悸动，挥洒着无边无际的情伤。

黄河，那是祖国的血液啊，沸腾着、沸腾着，奔涌着，奔涌着，无力不摧，昂首向前，何等的自信和骄傲啊!五岳，那是祖国母亲的手掌啊，地处华夏大地，剑指蓝天白云。这就是我们伟大的祖国——中国。置身于祖国母亲的怀抱，我是何等的幸福与骄傲。祖国啊，你永远在我心中!

In Chinese lunar calendar, July 7th is a romantic day for the young people,

which is called Qixi Festival that is also referred to the Chinese Valentine’s

Day. This festival has been the tradition and many young people celebrate it in

their own way. What’s more, the government listed Qixi Festival as the

intangible cultural heritage.

The origin of Qixi Festival is about a romantic story. It was said that in

the ancient time, a beautiful young lady who was an immortal came to the men’s

world. She fell in love with an ordinary man. But there was limitation between

immortal and human being, so they were separated by the lady’s parents. Their

love story moved a lot of people and the girl’s parents decided to let this

couple meet on July 7th every year.

Today, When Qixi Festival comes, the single ladies and men will try to ask

the one they like out. They want to have a date and show their likeness. So they

know each other’s heart if they say yes on that day. The romantic atmosphere can

be sensed everywhere and we are enjoying it.

I have many cousins. I like Stella best. She is a pretty girl. She likes eating cucumbers , eggplants, cabbages… She doesn’t like eating eggs and milk. So she is very short.

Stella is an excellent student . She is the monitor of her class. She likes studying and she studd. So she is always the top student in her class.

In this summer holiday , I spent a very happy time with her in Sichuan . I often miss her very much.

I like my cousin best!

东郊学校三年级二班，有这样一个男孩：他的个子高高的，比大多数同龄人要高出一大截，有一些个子较小的同学，必须使劲抬头，才能看到他的脸。

他爱读书，家里有许多书《三国演义》、《上下五千年》、《成语大全》……还经常去书店买书，有几回，家里的书柜干脆装不下了，妈妈不得不把一些看过的书送人，才可以把又买了的新书放进去。

一次，姥姥叫他去睡午觉，他却拿起了一本《格林童话》津津有味地看了起来，一边看一边想：就看一小会儿，马上睡。但没过多久，就被曲折动情的故事情节深深地吸引住了，越看越入迷，感觉自己就是故事中的主人公，在童话空间中任意穿梭，站在床上情不自禁地大声喊到：“太棒了!”吵醒了已睡着的姥姥，结果被狠狠批评了一顿，并把书也没收了。

这个男孩还热爱围棋，盼望着每个星期六两小时的围棋课，每当学到新的知识，都会像吃了蜜一样甜，就算感冒、生病，他也会坚持去学，他的妈妈本想让他放弃围棋腾出更多玩的时间，但是看到他那认真的样子，只好作罢。

别看他块头大，其实他的胆子小极了，就连一只蜜蜂飞来，都会吓个半死，还经常装胆大。上星期天，他和爸爸、妈妈一起去看5D电影《疯狂过山车》，5D电影中，下雨、下雪都能感觉到，而且，椅子会动，说实话，他本不想去，但在妈妈的软磨硬泡下，硬着头皮答应了，刚开始的时候，一切正常，他还向爸爸妈妈炫耀：“你看我多胆大，都这么长时间了，一声未吭!”正说着，影片中一只海鸥飞过来并向大家吐口水，他开始害怕了，虚汗流了一身，当恐怖的蜘蛛和面目可憎的蜈蚣出现的时侯，他更是吓地捂住了眼睛，动都不敢动一下，影片结束后，爸爸调侃地说：“你胆子真‘大’，后半部分干脆没看呀!”他被爸爸妈妈取笑了半天。

别看他平时穿着整洁，其实他在生活中有些邋遢，回到家就随手把衣服乱扔，害得姥姥到处帮他收拾，而且他的书经常就找不见了，可能在床上，或许在被子里，有一次尽然在洗脸盆里……他还不爱洗澡，妈妈说他是一个典型的“旱鸭子”。不过，这些缺点，他已经下决心要改了。

这就是我——一个爱读书、爱围棋、胆子又小的男孩刘晟翔。
