第二次是在参加工作一年后（1998年），我们学校所在村的干部比较重视教学，利用一个周末让全校的老师到郑州开封去转了两天，美丽的景色现在只能通过照片来回忆啦！

后来结婚生子，很多年没有出去过。直到2006年国庆节我们我们才一家三口去了一趟八里沟，那个时候儿子还不到5岁，小小的他竟然没用大人抱而登上了最高峰，让同车的成人都羡慕不已。紧接着11月10日儿子五周岁生日时又到青岛日照去玩了两天，由于天气转凉，没能和大海亲密接触，实在有些遗憾！

转眼到了2008年，学校组织去焦作神农山，儿子以他出色的表现走在了大人的前面，害得我们俩怎么也追不上。回来后大人累的要命，可儿子竟然一点事也没有，难道小孩子不知道累吗？真让人百思不得其解。

It’s also not bad to travel by train. Enjoy the scenery out of the train on the way, just look around here and there, maybe you can get some new friends in this narrow but long carriage. Certainly you’d better choose the different path when you return back from the place of interest so that you can make your eyes full of the landscape of interest on the way and never need to revisit the once familiar place. How far-flung and galland the rivers and mountains in our homeland are! There are still too many places we can go.

Time is limited but the interest of traveling is limitless. We travel just because of our love not to the natural mountains and rivers!

Travel is a very good means of broadening a persons perspective. It makes you come into contact with different cultures， meet people of different colors and go through peculiar rites and ceremonies. Travelling much， you will not only eich your knowledge and experiences， but also be aware of the vastness of nature.

Travel may also relieve person of boredom and gloom. Travel brings you enjoyment and attraction. It gives you a pleasant experience， which will disperse your boredom and make you forget whatever annoys you. Travel broadens your mind and leaves you good memories. Later， you may go over these memories and enjoy your past experiences， thus keeping a fresh and sunny mind.

There are many arguments about the advantages and disadvantages of examinations. Some people think that examinations can help them review the lessons regularly, while others maintain that too many examinations have frustrated them.

To me, I think an examination is a good thing for both teachers and students. Teachers can find out how much the students have grasped and then improve their teaching; students, on the other hand, will learn what their weak points are and then study even harder.

All in all, we should not waste time arguing whether examinations are good or not. What we should do is to try to improve the exam system and try to adjust it to our different requirements.

I really had a busy and happy winter holiday.I did my homework and helped my parents with the housework every day.I like drawing so much that I spent lots of time drawing pictures and read books about drawing every day.I sometimes went to the library to read books and surfed the internet.During the Spring Festival,i visited my grandparents,friends and relatives.We really had a great time together.I prepared for the new lessons and read English,too.I really enjoyed my winter holiday.

The Duanwu or Dragon Boat Festival, generally celebrated on the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calender, falls on June 18 this year. It is one of the oldest festivals in China, with a history of more than 2,000 years. Legend holds that this festival is in memory of Qu Yuan, a patriotic poet during the Warring States Period.

In the celebration, you can enjoy a performance about that legend and watch live broadcast of dragon boat racing. In the meanwhile, varieties of Zongzi, an essential food for this unique occasion, are available, which take different shapes and various fillings. Come and join us!

When we see the movie, Chinese food is praised by the people. Recently, there is a famous movie called A Bite of China, the movie is popular, it introduces Chinese food from different places. The audience is attracted by the delicious food, they never thought Chinese food would be so various. Now the second part of the movie has been made out, more and more Chinese traditional food has been introduced. After appreciating the movie, I begin to learn more about Chinese food, I want to have taste of them. One day, my parents bought me a computer. I had been longing for a computer for such a long time. I used to go to net bar to use computer. Now I have my own computer. So I was very excited. Along with the computer, they bought some software to help me with my studies. My father said that the computer would be my tutor from now on. However, he told me not to play computer game or chat on internet for a long time. He thought it was a waste of time. And I think so too.
