My mother has no idea that her ninetieth birthday is coming up. She has no notion of the time of day, the day of the week. the season of the year, the year of the century. No notion of the approaching millennium. And no idea any longer, who I am. Her forgetting of me happened just a few months ago, after I had been traveling for more than a month and hadnt been to see her. Many of the residents sit staring, slack-jawed, open mouthed. I find it impossible to imagine what they might be looking at.

When I walk into the dining room on the day of my mothers birthday, I see that she has already been served lunch. The staff has forgotten to hold it back. Though I told them a week ago that I would be providing lunch. She hasn’t touched anything on her tray except a piece of carrot cake, which she holds in her hands. The icing is smeared on her hands and face. I dont want my friends to see her smeared with icing, so I wet a paper towel and wipe her. As I wipe my mothers face, I see that her skin is still beautiful I hold her chin in my hand and kiss her forehead. I tell her its her birthday, that shes ninety years old. "How did that happen?" she asks. "I cant understand how that could happen."

此时，眼前明亮的阳光显得格外刺眼，我带着满心的沮丧依靠在草丛边的石桩上。轻轻叹息着，我抬起头仰望天空。雨后的天幕仿佛是经过洗涤的蓝玻璃，微微泛着白光，那洁净的蓝色像是在流淌着，悄无声息地向我传递着某种诱惑。远处的天际出现了一道道雪白的波浪线——那是一群低飞的鸟儿。它们的双翼轻轻拍打、起伏着，在天空中划出优美的弧线，好像给天空这张蓝色的乐谱画上了音符。它们的羽翼那么白，如同白玉雕成。我屏住呼吸凝望着它们那醉人的回旋，耳畔似乎传来一声声清脆的啼鸣，那声音隐含着一种穿透人心的力量，在我的心中不停地回响，却又让我感到遥不可及。

当我不经意间低下头时，却发现石桩下出现了一个小小的身影，那么小，小得几乎让人看不见。一只小小的蜗牛正“站”在石桩下，扬起小脑袋望着石桩的顶端。它晃动着两对短小的肉色触角，好像要作出一个重大的决定。随后，它挪动着笨拙的步伐，攀上了石桩的底部。看着对于蜗牛来说像一棵树那么高的石桩，我摇了摇头，心里笑它的自以为是：“就凭你这样的速度也想爬上石桩的顶端吗?”

只见它蠕动着小小的身体向上攀爬着，速度比电影里的慢镜头还要让人不耐烦，身上的“房子”随着身体的摇晃摆动着，一副摇摇欲坠的样子。忽然，一阵风吹下了一片枯黄的落叶，不偏不倚地砸在蜗牛的身上。于是这个不幸的攀登者以飞快的速度跌落了下去，像陀螺似的在地面上打着转儿。

我暗自思量着：“这下它可是吃了苦头了，即使再自不量力也不会尝试第二次了吧。”可是不久，那个小脑袋再次呆头呆脑地从壳里探出了头，它先是有些迷惑不解地晃动着短短的触角，确定没有危险后，竟再次向着石桩的顶端爬去。我将信将疑地注视着它，第一次的尝试似乎使它有些疲惫，可它没有停歇，两对触角像指南针的针尖直指着石桩的顶端。金色的阳光瀑布般倾洒在石桩上，把蜗牛的壳照成了琥珀色，它小小的脑袋被照得亮晶晶的，仿佛流着执着的汗水。看着它艰难而努力的身影，我的心里有了些许敬佩。时间在蜗牛的每一个“脚步”中滑落，眼看着它将要登上石桩的顶端，我在心里默默地为它加油，为它的勇气加油：“一定要爬上去啊!”

最终，当太阳发出最灿烂的光芒时，石桩的顶端出现了一个微小而坚定的身影，石桩上的阳光在蜗牛的身后投下长长的微黑色影子。在这一刻，蜗牛小小的身躯竟变得高大起来。它再次扬起脑袋，仰望的却是那碧蓝的天幕。它的身后，是一道闪烁着七彩光辉的痕迹，比彩虹更绚丽。

又有几只白色的鸟儿划过空灵的天际，我的心中再次回响起一阵清脆的啼鸣，凝望着它们轻盈矫健的姿态，又低头看看虽显笨拙但却执着的蜗牛，我忽然感到，它们并没有太大的差距，只是追逐梦想的方式不同。或许有时，我们不必一味地羡慕别人的优秀，因为，每个人都有自己别样的天地，每个人都有难得的才能，只要心中有对梦想的追求，笨拙的蜗牛也能攀上梦想的枝条。当梦想实现的那一刻，回望过去的艰难和付出，一切伤痛都会化为美好的回忆。蜗牛不会飞，但我知道它的心中装着变成飞鸟的渴望，装着美丽的羽翼，那羽翼能带着它的心逆风飞翔，渲染天空之蓝!即使我如蜗牛般笨拙，我也不会放弃对智慧的追求，这是我的梦想，是我的中国梦。

在梦想的深处，我听见白鸟的啼鸣……

What is healthy diet? To the most people, healthy diet means more green foods, no junk foods. The green food is those pollution-free, high quality and nutrient food, including the organic vegetables and meats, fruits, eggs and so on. The meals of healthy diet should be cooked with fewer salt and oil. And the junk food is those low nutrition, high calorie, processed food with much salt or oil, such as the fries, fried chickens, salted eggs and so on. These foods will cause one get weight and increase the risk of many diseases. We should keep a healthy diet, abandon the junk food to keep ourselves healthy.

什么是健康饮食?对于大多数人来说，健康饮食就意味着多吃绿色食品，不要吃垃圾食品。绿色食品就是那些无污染、高品质和营养的食物，包括有机蔬菜和肉类、水果、鸡蛋等等。健康饮食的膳食应该用更少的盐和油制作。而垃圾食品是指那些低营养、高热量、再加工的高盐重油食品，例如薯条、炸鸡和咸蛋等等。这些食品会导致一个人发胖，并增加疾病的风险。为了保持健康，我们应该保持健康饮食，抛弃垃圾食品。

Movie is my favorite that I always watch movies when I am free. Since I like English very much, so the English movie is my favorite, too. Among so many films I have watched, the one I like best is High School Musical. This film tells the stories about two high school juniors from rival cliques – Troy Bolton, captain of the basketball team, and Gabriella Montez, a beautiful and shy transfer student who is a hard working girl. Together, they try out for the lead parts in their high school musical. In this process, a series of stories happen, but in the end, the musical achieves great success and Troy and Gabriella fall in love with each other. It’s totally a happy ending. I like this movie because the high school life in that is so colorful and amazing, which I admire so much. Besides, everyone loves happy ending of love story.

我喜欢电影，平时有时间的时候我一般都是看电影。我非常喜欢英语，因此英语电影也是我喜欢看的。在我所看过的电影中，我最喜欢的是《歌舞青春》。这部电影讲述了两个高中生的故事——学校篮球队的队长Troy Bolton和性格害羞、长相甜美、成绩优异的新生Gabriella Montez。他们要一起主演学校的音乐剧。在这个过程中，发生了一系列的故事，而最终，音乐剧获得了成功，他们之间也碰撞出了爱的火花，完美落幕。我喜欢这部电影的原因是因为电影中展现的高中生活丰富多彩、奇妙无比，让我十分羡慕。再者，有谁不喜欢爱情故事的大圆满结局呢。

梦想是什么呢？

小时候，我的梦想是踢足球进国足，后来这个梦想被泰国队踢破了。

长大后，我的梦想是去太空，现在我唯一能做的，是戴着高度眼镜，看神舟发射。

然后我想做一个国际关系学家，最后被我50多分的英语成绩给打败了。

梦想到底是什么?

我给大家讲一个故事吧。

早上的时候，一群人坐在一起谈论梦想，想去改变世界。不就，世界便大步走来了。这时谈论的人大部分马上都逃走了，只有少部分人迎着世界走去，这少部分人中大多数会被滚滚而来的世界所碾死。

于是逃下来的人饭后安逸的坐在茶馆里一起嘲弄那些被世界碾死的那少部分人的愚蠢。

不久，他们的闲谈也结束了。太阳落山了。

多么可悲的事情，本该在心中的热血，他们涂在地上。

这个故事是我摘抄自韩寒《我所理解的生活》中有关梦想章节的序言。或许这就是梦想，它可能不被人理解，可能要付出代价，可能要忍受嘲笑与漠视，还可能冒着被“碾死”的危险，成为仙人们饭后的谈资。但这就是梦想。

就如作者在书中结尾中所写到。

我所理解的生活不是攀爬高山，也不是深浅海沟，它只是在一张标配的床上睡出你自己的身形。

我所理解的生活是如果没有了梦想和追逐便也只有盼望着快死了。

总有一天，勃郁的豪情会发酵，尖利的山凤会收住劲，湍急的细流会汇成湖，余秋雨告诉我梦想不是结果，梦想，它知识一个过程。它给人以厚实和高度。

我的梦想很简单。

我只想，这个世界因为有了我，而有一点点不同。

我只想告诉以后那个六十岁的自己，“不管成功与否，至少你在你十八岁的那年，真正的尝试过。”

如今，我们成为了那一小部分还在追逐梦想，改变世界的人，但我们得明白一个道理，成功永远不会属于大多数人。

正如一千年前理学创始人张骞对梦想的诠释：读书人，当为天地立心，为生民立命，为往圣继绝学，为万世开太平。

文五是一个奇迹。

我们也会是下一个奇迹。

不是因为有些事情很难做到，我们才失去自信。

而是因为我们失去的自信，有些事情才显得难以做到。

作为班长，我希望在接下来的日子里，

和大家一起用最大的信心和最好的努力，为梦想，不竭前进。

真正开始为梦想，扬帆起航！
