get to play games and forget our homework. On this occasion, strictness is a

must. It not only forces us to do the right thing, but also helps us develop a

good learning habit, which is of great importance during our whole life .In

other words, it is the first step to success.Still, everything has two sides.

Its weak points are very obvious. You see, there’re top students in a class,

where average students make up the majority. Then teachers’ orders or

suggestions are for the majority, not for top students. However, top students

always have their own study plans and prefer special homework, so orders usually

won’t take great effect on them.

Maybe you have thought out that teachers can give orders only to the

majority and set some freedom to top students. However, it’s impossible .For a

whole class, teachers couldn’t give order to part of the class, for the majority

would question why they needn’t do such work, but we need? It would be probable

that they think teachers treat them not equally, and will not obey teachers’

orders any more. This is a difficulty for teachers.It also has another

disadvantage——the communication problem .Since teachers are strict, we never

tell teachers our personal affairs or secrets. Mostly we just tell them to our

friends, but as students too, they couldn’t help to solve our problem, such as

puppy love, communication problems or study problems .Not being solved

completely, they always disturb us, influencing our daily life and study. I’m

sure that you think that making friends with teachers can solve the problem, and

you are eager to do so as well. But if we do so, new problems will come out .You

see, an adult couldnt control himself well at times, let alone us students.

However if teachers are our friends, I doubt whether their orders will take

effect any more .You see, have we ever treated our friends’ orders as orders? We

think they’re only jokes. This is another difficulty for teachers.Additionally,

our parents have the same problem. Yes, we need to be friends, but not complete

friends. We need to keep a certain distance, making us communicate well and

willing to take your orders. I remember a story.One day, a lady had her rest

In order to complete the dream, I want to be in a good learning at the same time, a lot of reading various books, increase his knowledge. And I want to participate all kinds of public welfare activities, and cultivate their patience and love. In order to this dream, I decided to start from now.

当老师需要具有丰富的学识和足够的耐心，还需要有无私的爱心。我们的班主任陈老师就拥有这些。每当同学们的学习状态出现异常，她会及时和我们谈心。并且在暑假和寒假期间或平时多次上门拜访，了解学生家庭情况，与家长沟通。帮助学生度过一个个学习难关。

我们的任课老师都具备足够的学识。每当我们提出各种各样的难题时，她们都能轻而易举的回答出来。当我们还是迷惑不解时，她们十分耐心的根据自己的教学经验，从我们的角度考虑，不厌其烦的讲通讲透为止。

我的梦想是当一名优秀的老师。因为我觉得当一名老师是幸福的。当看到自己的学生离开学校，在各个岗位上展现自己的人生;当看见他们成功的建立起自己的事业：当看见他们拥有和睦的家庭;当看见自己的学生在各自的赛场，获得一项项荣誉……这种感觉就像看见自家的果园里，一颗颗的果树开花结果，“桃李满天下”这就是当老师的幸福。这也是我立志想当老师的原因。

为了完成梦想，我要在好好学习的同时，大量的阅读各类书籍，增加自己的知识面。另外我要多多参加各类公益活动，培养自己的耐心和爱心。为了这个梦想，我决定从现在开始。

My dream house is a villa which lies on the coast. There are two yards in the villa. The front yard is a garden with many beautiful flowers an plants for the four seasons.

There is a swimming pool in the back yard, as my family are fond of swimming. on the first floor, There is a big hall when you enter the gate. on the right of the hall is a sitting room, There we can relax, Have a rest, watch tv and enjoy entertainments. On the left there is a computer room and a study belonging to me. On the second floor, there are six bedrooms with bathrooms.

The villa will be equipped with the modern equipment, Such as security alarms controlled by computers, Vision phones, Lifts an automatic doors. Well, That is my dream house.

Whatever we are, we should do our best!

When I was a little girl ,I dreamed to grow up. Because I think a child doesn‘t has freedom,and can‘t do anything himself.

But now I have grown up, to my surprise, I feel more tired and have more suffering.Though I can do something myself, I don‘t feel happy at all.

I believe you also have the same thoughs with me. when we was a child , we wanted to grow up, but when we became a older man,we don‘t have such nice life as wish. So whatever we are children or adults, we should try to make our life better, and make ourselves more happy. we should try our best to study hard, then we can let parents have good life, too! We are always educated to be an honest person, especially to our parents. While the fact is that every kid will lie to their parents in their lives. For me, my parents are very strict, I am not allowed to go out at night, because the news always reports the bad incidents happen at night. But night activity attracts me a lot, and my friends like to hang out for fun at night, so I choose to lie to my parents and tell them I am doing my homework with my friends. Now as I grow up, I realize it is not right to tell lies, so I decide to be honest to my parents. Once they realize that I am not a little kid anymore, then I will have my right to do what I want.

Everyone has dreams. Some want to be doctors. Some want to be scientists. Some want to be engineers. I want to be a teacher when I grow up. Because I’m good at talking to people. And I like the job. I would be nice to all my students. I would encourage them to be creative. I wouldn’t give them too much homework on weekends.Maybe I will be a manager. I would run a business and lead a team. I would work hard and make the company bigger and stronger. My teacher often says to us . “No matter what you will be ,you must work hard today”. The main thing is to know yourself and to choose the right path for you. Rich or poor, it doesn’t matter. Our biggest goal is to be happy. I think if we work hard ,our dreans will come true.
