世界上一切的事物都有着这样或那样的联系。联系是普遍的，社会生活中许多人许多事都与我们息息相关，只是有时这些联系不明显，所以我们很难发现，但只要你细心去留意，用心去聆听，你会发现无穷的远方，无数的人们都与我们有关。

和我有关——道德。在上一年，有一个令人叹息的新闻，小悦悦事件的公开，那些见死不救的人遭到批判，可怜的小悦悦，年纪少少，路上被两辆车相继碾过。当她在路旁奄奄一息的时候，那经过的几十个路人无一出手相救，有到老妇人的出现，才把小悦悦抱到路边，但因伤的太重而去世了。归根到底，那十几个人的冷漠行为都与我有关，如果不是社会生的人制造出一些骗取人同情的行为，那就不会引起一些人的思想变化。都怕给自己惹上不必要的麻烦，如果我们每个人都发扬诚实、无私的精神，那就不会造成像小悦悦受伤后无人相救的现象，只有人人有道德，才会使人间不再冷漠，道德和我有关。

和我有关——诚信。在小悦悦之前的三聚氰胺事件。使上千名婴儿失去生命。中国知名奶业伊利有限公司，为了获取更多的利益，在牛奶中加入过多的三聚氰胺，导致大部分儿童死亡。为了利益而违背了诚信。这些事与我们存在着联系，那些商家被利益而蒙蔽了双眼，做出损人利己的事。如果社会中每一个人都以诚信为美德，以诚信感来每一个人，那就不会发生这些违背诚信的事。所以作为社会的一份子，诚信和我有关。

和我有关——环境。现代人都不太讲究卫生，乱扔垃圾，随地吐痰这些事显而易见。在香港，这些行为都会遭到罚款。所以香港人特别讲究卫生，但是在这些小城市，无人管理，太讲究的人都被视为怪人。所以环境遭到一定破坏。这和我有关。如果我大力宣传环保行为，呼吁人们爱护环境，就会得到更多人加入环境保护的行列，所以，环境保护和我有关。

细心观察，世上很多事都与我有关。作为社会的一份子，都与社会上的事有关，虽然联系很少，但把每个人的联系都积聚起来，就会变得无限大，道德、诚信、环境……都和我有关。

一道题目展现在我们的面前，首先是要全面、细心的看题目，特别专注题目中关键性的字、词语、句、数据、图表等条件，从中获取解决问题的有用信息。要全面分析出已知、未知的物理条件，特别是一些隐含在题目中的物理条件。有的同学审题时容易错看、漏看或者看不全题中的条件，这是正确解题之大忌，也是解题时经常出现的“不知所云”、“无从下手”、“乱套公式”、“解答错误”的原因。同学们在“眼看”过程中要专注，边看边思索，边看边联想，弄清题目中所涉及到的物理现象和过程，正确建立起物理模型，找准变化量之间的关系，真正做到看得认真扎实，直到心中有数为止。

二、嘴读时要认真

在专注看题的同时，我们还应该跟着默读。这是强化审题，更全面接受题中信息的一种有效手段，它能解决同学们错看、漏看等问题。我们可以发现，成绩优秀的同学拿到一道题目时，总是一边看，一边小声读题或默读，逐字逐句反复研究，显得非常认真仔细。不光是解题的速度快，而且解答的正确率也非常高。这就要求基础较差的同学要更加认真的默读题目，从“嘴读”中寻找更多的灵感，通过“嘴读”的方法挖掘不易发现的解题条件，寻找解决问题的正确途径。

三、手画时要勤动

“手画”也是一种审题方法，就是对题目中出现的物理情景、物理模型画一些必要的草图来反映物理变化的过程，从中找出题目中的关键之处，这是解题时很重要的一环，也是寻找解题的突破口。对于一个题目，在“眼看、嘴读”的基础上，根据题中已知物理量的数量关系、充分想象、分析和判断，运用“手画”的方法画出合理的草图，以展示其完整的物理过程图景，使物理现象和过程更为直观明了，它将对解题带来极大的方便。同学们要克服懒惰的思想，在解题时养成“手画”的良好习惯。

四、脑思时要敏捷

通过“眼看”、“嘴读”、“手画”，在我们的大脑中将储存一些解题信息，同学们应该用自己的大脑全面、准确、快捷地去思考，分析出解题的思路和方法。其实，每个人在解题时都会遇到关卡，此时一定要沉着冷静，切忌遇到困难就自乱阵脚，否则就会越做越紧张，结果是可想而知的。对于难度不大的基础题目，我们可以顺利地解决，但这时不能掉以轻心，洋洋自得，因为这些题目看似简单，却有可能暗藏着小小的陷阱，一不留意就会掉下去。遇到自己认为较难的题，或者从来没有碰到过的题型而一时无从下手时，千万不要认定自己做不出来，或者心灰意冷，或者直接放弃，这时可以采用一些巧妙的办法，比如先闭上眼睛，深呼吸几下，这样可以使自己的情绪得到稳定，心情会自然平静下来，然后再集中全部精力攻克这道难题。遇到难题，最好先从简单的方面入手，将可以想到的步骤一步步清楚地写出来，有时会灵机一动，茅塞顿开，出现“柳暗花明又一村”的情况，退一步来说，即使得不到最终答案，也会获得某些步骤的分数。
