我们迎来了本学期的第一次单元考试，那就是英语考。

我们班的英语平均分提高了10分，一共有37个学生成绩进步在5分—40分之间。王蕊老师为了提高学生的英语成绩，与班主任老师协商补差计划，并和班主任一起到班上做复习动员。作为班主任我建议王老师在班上建立帮带小组，聘请学习好、乐于助人的学生当老师的“助教”，坚持每天检查补差学生的单词背诵任务。选两名责任心强的小干部将助教和帮带学生的名字记录在册，记录每天单词背诵情况，当天亲自向我汇报。英语一周只有一个早读，为了使学生重视英语，为了加强巩固学生识记单词的能力，复习阶段我让学生利用早读最后10分钟时间读记七八个英语单词，并把背会的单词默写在练习本上，不会背的课下完成。补差学生不会读的单词向助教请教，会背后背给助教听。为了激发学生学习的积极性，有时我也向学生请教和学生一起读背。执行“帮带”措施以来，我发现学生学习英语的积极性提高了，看到学生利用课余时间给“助教”背单词我很欣慰。

我们班的数学平均分提高了8分，一共有16名学生成绩进步在5分—40分之间，这与闫慧芳老师的功劳是分不开的。期中考试之后，闫老师发现班上学生数学成绩尾巴很大，基础很差，就决心从最后一名学生抓起，利用每天的课余时间辅导后进生的学习，坚持让学生每天做10道计算题，尽量做到面批面改，从培养基本技能、基本能力做起。孩子们从内心感受到老师的关心，对数学也都付诸极大的热情。午间自习，闫老师总是来得很早到班上辅导学生。每测验一次，闫老师总结经验教训，及时制定下一步的复习计划。因此，成绩的背后凝结着闫老师和孩子们的心血和汗水。

以上是令我感到欣喜的，唯一让我感到自责的是我执教的语文学科成绩退步了，名次落后了两名，平均分与第一名有2分的差距。退步的主要原因在于后进生成绩与期中考试相比退步很大，尽管优等生的进步很大，但两极分化这种局面就注定了落后的结果。反思自我，辅导后进生的功夫应该放在平时，临时抱佛脚只会水过地皮湿，甚至适得其反。

下学期我会吸取教训，从平时做起，从最后一名学生抓起，争取提高学生的整体语文素养。同时，我将一如既往地大力支持学科老师的工作，在班上形成浓厚的学习氛围，形成良好的班风，使班上的孩子全面、积极、健康的发展。

今天是星期天，照老师的规定，我应该乖乖在家复习、读卷子，可我哪儿有那个心情啊!这几天读卷子就读得口干舌燥了，回家喝开水都要喝五、六杯，我才不要读呢!虽然我在班里语文成绩优异，但并不是像老师那样夸大口海：我每天都会乖乖复习、预习功课。我每天都会守在电视机旁，偶尔打广告时翻翻书。因为我的记忆力比较好，所以考试的成绩当然可想而知。数学只要上课认真听讲，脑袋瓜活跃，考试仔细，100分就向我招手了。每当得高分时，我并不会骄傲，我也不会谦虚。我的生活一般是：累了就倒头睡觉;饿了就抓起零食吃;闲了就撒丫子和小伙伴玩……只要开心就好。

可是我不可能这样了，因为我的小学会有考试。我的快乐因考试而变得烦恼了。我的成绩代表不了什么。我真心地希望：考试，你不要再困扰我了。我希望有一种平淡而有味的学习生活：一个学生应该过的生活。

可转念一想，又不行：人生还有很多路要走，在茫茫人生道路上，我应该去适应，要在我的学习生活上添上精彩的一笔，让我未来的天空也放耀出万道光芒!

I’m an outgoing girl and my name is Shi Yun. I love singing songs,

especially pop songs. My favorite singer is Jay Chou.

As we all know, Jay is a superstar of Asia. He has excellent music skills.

He started to play the piano at 5 years old and studied hard. When he was 15

years old, he was able to write songs. But the environment in which he lived is

not very good. When he was a child, his parents were divorced and as a result

his childhood was full of depression. He lived with his grandparents. He was

always silent and didn’t like talking to others. At the age of 16, he was

attracted by the bass’s low voice. So his mother bought one for him and he

started to play the bass. His success is filled with tears and sweat.

From his story, I know if I want to be successful, I should work harder. I

want to go in for music, although I know the way to success is very difficult

for me. Now that I choose this way, I’ll do my best to realize my dream. Of

course I will tell myself I will be a superstar someday.

Firstly, we should never eat fried food or foods with lots of sugar because they are not good for health.Secondly, try to eat more vegetables and fruit.Because they can make us become much healthier.

My eating habits are good.For example, I often eat healthy foods, like wholemeal bread, eggs, vegetables and milk for breakfast and rice, noodles, and vegetables for dinner.
