红糖画。在山塘街，有位阿姨传承着这个绝活———在板上用糖画画。她的摊位有一块小转盘，盘上是各类动物。你可以去转一下，指针停在哪一处就做哪个动物，也可以做自己的生肖，或者干脆把想做的动物告诉她，她就会在板上放根竹签，用红糖熔化后的糖汁勾勒出美妙的图案。
