mornings doing my homework.And I always watch TV in the afternoon at home
because its very hot outside.And in the evening,I go swimming with my family
and then hang out with my friends.I love swimming very much.
My plan for August is travelling.I travel with my family every summer
holiday.I like travelling because I can go to different places and meet
different people.Sometimes I make good friends during the journey.And its very
sad to say goodbye to them when the journey ends.

+ 加入清单一转眼的功夫，今年的暑假生活就要结束了，这个暑假又一次给我留下了深刻的印象。因为这个暑假我又获得了新的收获，不仅有课本上的、课外的，还有一些其他的知识，提高了生活能力，开阔了眼界，最重要的是觉得自己长大了。
暑假里，我参加了省体工大队组织的游泳强化班。学会了蛙泳、仰泳、自由泳等游泳姿势，游泳速度和耐力得到快速提高。刚开始培训时，我游100多米就气喘吁吁，而现在我一口气游1000多米也不觉得累。
另外，暑假里我又一次参加了郑州市青少年篮球俱乐部的培训。从运球到投篮，从基本常识到比赛规则，我都学得非常的认真，经常受到老师的表扬，为此，老师还让我担任领队打比赛。现在，我能够准确投篮，而且动作规范，球技也增强了许多，我更喜欢打篮球了。
暑假里，最难忘的还是随爸爸妈妈到宝天曼漂流。宝天曼风景因为原始所以神秘，宝天曼漂流因为惊险所以刺激，12.8公里长的峡谷漂流，“激流勇士漂”和“休闲娱乐漂”各具特色，河道落差达239多米，20多处落差和30多个激流险滩很让人向往，漂流途中遍布的激流、漩涡和险滩，以及痛快淋漓的水仗和看不完的两岸美景让人流连忘返。
此外，暑假里我不仅按照老师的要求，认真完成了各科暑假作业，对初一的课程进行了复习，对初二的课程进行了预习，阅读了大量的课外书籍，还经常帮妈妈做一些力所能及的家务劳动，参加了社区组织的扶贫帮困、献爱心等社会公益活动……轻松、愉快、丰富、充实的暑假生活就要结束了，按照老师的要求，我已经认真制定了新学期的学习计划，并对新学期更加充实、更加紧张的学习生活做好了充分的思想准备。

I like summer best because I can have a very happy time then. Every summer I stay at my uncles house in the country for some time and enjoy the life there. I can also catch worms that are not found in cities. In addition, I can see many kinds of birds. I think the country is certainly a better place than the city for vacation.
