虽然离开了教育实践基地，但我的脑海中还时常浮现着一幅幅难忘的画面：同学们黑夜了那响亮的口号，小军人们在紧急铃声迅速完成任务，高达4，2米的毕业墙。

军训是辛苦但却充实的,它就像一块磨刀石，除去我们身上的稚气与慵懒，蜕变成为精钢，百折不挠。

步伐队列的训练是无聊的，辛苦的，但却是必不可少的，不为其它。因为这是命令，是必须服从的。

我们的教官是崔教官，是所有教官中最宽容的一个，为人也比较幽默风趣，同学们也十分喜爱他。军训是一个集体活动，它并不是个人的事，通过军训，同学们慢慢磨合，知道集体的重要性。军训的体能训练让我们知道了自己身体的脆弱，身体是革命的本钱，只有有一个健康的身体，才能在高中三年高强度的生活学习压力下挺住。军人有一种天生的自信，这是打胜仗的基础，同样学习也要有自信。通过军训大胆放声地喊叫。唱军歌让我们积累了足够的自信。会操是检验军训的成果，我们做得好，才会感到自己这几天流的汗，付出的痛不是白费的。

I still remember the day when I first came to the college. Being a boy of 17, I was longing for a new life as a college student; but, at the same time, I had no idea what college life would be like.

That morning when the bus carried me to the gate of the college. I was so excited that my heart was beating very fast as if it would leap out of my mouth. From now on, I would be a student of this college. After registration, we were led by an instructor to the dormitory, where, for the first time, we were going to live without parents but roommates. I was so clumsy that I did not know how to make the bed and fix the mosquito net.

In the afternoon, I took a walk around the campus together with my roommates. To think of studying in such a beautiful place made me feel quite proud of myself. As we were walking along, talking and laughing, a voice came into our ears, "Oh, look at these freshmen!" It was our middle-school-students looking that gave us away. We continued our tour of the college, inspecting every building and every garden until the sun began to set.

刚开始我们还能忍，但是十分钟后就觉得很热，但是教练不让我们休息，也不让我们喝水，只好保持这个姿势，一直站着。等了大概20分钟，教官放手让我们休息。这时候我们都腰酸腿疼，都去喝水休息了。

军训一开始，同学们个个神采飞扬，对军训充满了好奇。可是到了第二小时，问题来了，有的同学开始发牢骚，一些同学向教官提出意见、有的甚至想逃避训练，抱怨连声四起。但大多数同学都坚持下来了。每次训练长达30分钟，休息时间为20分钟，同学们在30分钟中，汗流浃背，顶着烈日，艰苦的训练着。有的人头晕眼花，但也坚持30分钟后才休息；有的人脚非常疼，就把重心在两脚上换来换去；有的渴的要命，但想起望梅止渴的故事，又重新振作起来，认真训练。训练时，想到做在沙发上，吹着空调，看着电视，是多么舒服，可是这种舒服无助于我们成长。虽然大家都不想再练下去，但是，只有这些，才能增强我们的体质，磨练我们的意志，成为一名健康合格的中学生。训练的艰苦体现了我们平时的生活非常顺畅，几乎是衣来伸手，饭来张口，缺少了那份同龄人应有的能力。这正是我们必须提高的自身素质和应有的意志。

我们常说失败了并没有什么，只是看你如何去对待。这次的失败并不代表什么，只因我们还更需要进步!更需要拼搏。这好像是在为自己找借口，可转念，一切不也就是如此吗?心态好的人会以此未动力，而心态差的人却把此当之为阻力。一次次的失败，一次次的挣扎，一次次的不服输，一次次的不屈不挠。

失败像深秋里带有寒意的风。虽然不如春分和煦，不如夏风炙热，却能把果实吹红。失败像磨石，虽然能够吧认得灵魂磨痛，甚至要滴血，却会让人丰富自己的生命。就算失败有如何，我们不会因此而低头，不会弯下我们高贵的身脊，不会无价值的折磨自己、用眼泪侵泡叹息。我们会重新选择走向成功的开始。

接下来，难度可要大多了。没有任何人的帮助，也没有墙壁的帮扶，顿时觉得自己渺小了许多，可是，我又想了想，刚才自己不都成功地闯过去了吗?现在就差最后一步了。我马上又信心满满，立刻离开墙壁，站在中间，向前走了起来，可没走两步，只听见扑通一声，我摔了个四脚朝天。我有些伤心，手掌有些红，心想：没想到，自己第一次学走路就失败了，真不甘心啊。不过，俗话说的好“失败是成功之母”，没有失败哪里来的成功呢?

此时，站在对面的妈妈正要去做饭，我留心观察了一番，然后，就学着妈妈走路的样子走了起来。才一会儿的功夫，我就学会了走路。我高兴得手舞足道，完全抑制不住自己心中的激动之情。

从九月二十一日开始为期两周的新生军训活动在足球场顺利地拉开了帷幕。自此掀开了军训生活的新篇章。

回想那短短两周军训的日子，一种潜藏在心中已久的感受便由然而生。的确，军训是辛苦的，但切辛苦 的美丽，辛苦的动人，辛苦的让人难以忘怀。在军训时，我们和训练员在烈日下同甘共苦，他们对每一个动 作都要求严格，一发现我们的动作不规范，不到位，便细心的给我们讲解，纠正我们的错误，争取让我们把 每一个动作做好。尤其是在站军姿时，我们的双肩酸痛，双腿麻木，让我们真正地体会到苦和累。但我们不 需抱怨它的苦难，它的辛苦和劳累，是在磨练我们像树一样坚挺向上，不屈不挠的意志，它带给了我们一个 尊严，一种力量，一种不向任何权势卑躬的品质。正所谓人生苦短，年轻时吃点苦，受点累算什么。

俗语说：幼苗不经历风霜洗礼，怎能长成参天大树;雏鹰不经历狂风骤雨，怎能飞上万里苍穹;溪流不经历颠簸流离，怎能交汇于浩瀚大海。而年少的我们，不经历艰苦磨炼，又怎能成为国家栋梁之材。

记得第一次与历史相遇，是在我七岁的那时候。那年我迷上了图书馆，那里有许多精彩的书籍，使人仿佛在书的海洋里遨游。我每天都要进入一本书的内心世界，开启一个神秘旅行。《史记》，我欣赏它，虽然并不能真正读懂它，却在孩堤时代就深深地被历史吸引，不仅是因为那一句“史家之绝唱，无韵之离骚”还因为书中对历史的评价，对历史人物的见解。到今，我还记得《史记》中的一个小故事：舜从小就孝顺父母，爱护弟弟，不论他们对自己是什么态度。从此，我便下定决心，要做一个同舜一样的人，做一个真正的好人。我欣赏历史，是它教会了我如何为人处事，为人子女。

8月的天气应该是浮躁的，但是我们很幸运，7天的军训基本是阴天。往年，师哥师姐们对教官的评价各有好坏。我们面对的是一位年轻、和蔼的教官，不经意间流露出和我们一样年轻的激情的微笑。就这样，他带领着我们走过了7天的艰苦岁月，风风雨雨的训练，操场上毒日的煎熬，踢正步，排方队，每一项训练都是对身心的考验。发现是在探索中求得，意志是在磨练中培养。我们有着一肚子的苦言苦水，但在这其中，我们也有拼搏、好强、争第一的心;也有真情的流露，学友的照顾，师生的留念，这是我们苦中最大的快乐。

在六个排中，我们三排有过耻辱挨骂的时候，也有过快乐光荣的壮举。为了弥补过错，我们加强了训练。整顿队列纪律，我们站警姿;方队不齐，我们延长训练时间。有时面对着火辣辣的太阳却显出感受日光浴的平和与安宁。每一个正步都要听响，无数的跑步让我们劳累的不堪一击。苦!重复的动作又是如此乏味的，如此的疲惫。苦!但渐渐的我们开始变的融洽团结，在每个人的心里滋生出拼搏的意念，“第一、第一，是属于我们的”。也许天依旧那样的晴朗，也许大地上的土豆早已被阳光烘烤成了薯条，但我们的心却是清凉和激昂的。有时一天下来，同舍的战友居然做出了迷彩背心。这只是小小的插曲，就是在这样努力下，我忘却了来时的反感，忘却了对饭菜的抱怨，反而觉得顿顿都是美味。树的生长是要开花的，短短的两天，我们终于实现了自己的承诺，当全排人听见六排在“第一”这个词念出后，当我们捧着红旗时，我们开始呐喊，狂呼，这是我们六十人努力的结晶，它蕴涵着我们无尽的辛勤汗水，这是我们最快乐的时刻。

军训的苦让我们这群昨日温室中花朵变成了今天饱经风霜雪雨搏击长空的雄鹰。军训也将组织和纪律观念深深地注入了“两耳不闻窗外事”只知道埋头苦读的莘莘学子的心中，让“一心只读圣贤书”的白面书生变成了有组织有纪律全面发展的好学生。军训，磨练了我们的意志，在不觉中我们这群小小鸟渐渐的成熟。

12月23日，星期二。也开始了我人生中的第一次军训。第一次离开家参加军训，让我体会到了在外面生活的辛苦。

我听姐姐说：部队是一个纪律严格的地方，军营非常艰苦，在他们那个时候，光站军姿就要练七、八天，真正要做到站如松、坐如钟的境界。说实话，虽然我的军训时间比较短，我还是觉得像是魔鬼训练营一样，让我不知不觉开始想家，开始哭了，也开始明白什么叫做“身在福中不知福”了。不过，我也觉得虽然军训很苦，但是苦中有乐，自己也得到了锻炼。像不会正确叠被子、睡懒觉等等，都在这里有所改正，一向比较懒、有喜欢拖时间的我在这里得到了极大的锻炼。这次军训真的让我变了一个人，改正了很多缺点，更重要的是让我知道互相帮助、团结友爱的重要性，从不认识到认识，短短的时间让我结识了许多的朋友，我很开心。

教官对我们很严格，但也很关心我们。立正稍息我们练了很长时间，但也在无形中改掉了我喜欢驼背的毛病。我开始相信姐姐的话。当兵的看似很威风，但他们付出的汗水是我们根本无法想象的。当他们有成就时都会很怀念过去，也会珍惜现有的成果。所以当我觉得很苦很累时，当教官对我严格要求时，我振作起来，因为我知道教官也是由当兵开始苦出来的，他们付出更多的汗水，我们这些小小的苦又算得了什么呢?我觉得自己应该做得更好，虽然我常会因为没有做好被批评，但只要是我努力做了，无论被批评还是被表扬都是值得的。

俗话说：十年寒窗苦。读书尽管辛苦，可当兵的比我们更累、更苦，所以这些苦也就算不了什么了。不是说失败是成功之母么?不是说先苦后甜么?不是说没有最好只有更好的么?所以我会尽量做到最好。我也深深的知道教官的辛苦。通过这次军训我知道自己长大了、懂事了、让我知道自己不再是一个小孩子，不应该向家长撒娇了。

有人说：人生下来第一件事就是哭，没有笑的。上帝也许是不公平的，但他给了我们公平的时间和大脑;他注定人必须从苦到乐，不付出哪来的收获?正如农民种田一样，春天播种，然后要施肥、治虫等等，经过一系列苦活、累活之后，秋天才会有收获。所以，我们一定要不怕苦不怕累，只要能过去就能让自己受益一辈子。你努力了，你收获了，别人不能沾什么光，但你没有收获，别人就不会看得起你，你就会苦一辈子，所以我们一定要努力付出，付出越多就会有越多的收获。所以军训虽苦，但收获是不可估量的，也能为我们在人生道路上打下良好的基础。

这次的军训让我学会了独立，改正了许多的缺点。我感谢这次的军训。

转眼已经到了军训的最后一天，就要结束为期五天的军训了。从期盼，到军训，再到留念，只需要五天。

五天的军训生活，谱写成一首激动人心的交响曲，苦与乐够成了它的主要旋律，值得回味，难以忘怀！军训不但培养人的吃苦耐劳的净胜，而且还能磨练人的坚强意志，是人生中的一种经验，也是战胜自我，挖掘潜能的最佳良机。

这几天的训练可以说是很枯燥的，每天都盯着高温站在操场上，反复练习那几个相同的动作。但是在炎炎烈日下，大家都选择了坚持，就像教官说的，因为我们是一个集体，不能做第一个倒下的人。

“一滴水只有放进大海里才永远不会干涸，一个人只有当他把自己和集体事业融合在一起的时候才能最有力量。”这是雷锋叔叔的名言，我们每个人都是集体中的一部分，我们每一个人的行动都代表了集体的一部分，大家一起努力，集体才会越变越好。我们主要练习的是配合，让大家不发速度一直，摆臂高度相同，正步走时脚落地的声音也要一致。

九点四十分，家长们陆续进入操场，纷纷找到对应班级，然后满怀期待的望着我们。十点整，随着雷鸣般掌声的响起，我们的军训汇报表演正式开始。

汇演时，大家迈着整齐统一的步伐，口号喊得响亮而有力度。这一次我们比哪一次凉席都整齐，大家团结一心，取得了骄人的成绩，为我们这次军训画上了一个圆满的句号。

军训是对每个人不小的改变，让我们更有勇气面对人生道路上的挑战！

Cell phone seems to be one of the most important inventions of 20 century.

Using cell phones to surf the Internet has become quite common in our daily

lives. Cell phone has exceeded its original function such as making phones calls

or sending message. Its multi-functions have make people’s tedious lives more

colorful. Many people, especially the young generation, have found that they can

not live without their cell phones. Many people feel uncomfortable in absence of

their cell phones. This may become a symptom called cell phone dependency.

First, many people have addicted to cell phones, they spend considerable

time and money on the phone, for it provide with numerous games and

applications. Some of them even use cell phones as computers that they keep the

phone open for all day long. As to some students, some of them even use the

phones to play games in the class, when they should focus on their study

instead. In this case, parents and teachers should limit the time that children

spending on the cell phones, for its have more disadvantages than

advantages.

Second, the dependency on cell phones has shown people’s anxiety towards to

their social interrelationship. A day without cell phone just feels like getting

lost in this big world. Every day, people tend to check their cell phones to see

if they have got any messages or surf the Internet, but the cell phone truly

affects their normal life.

There is no denying that cell phones have brought us considerable

convenient. However, we should be aware of the negative effects that cell phones

have brought to us. Just put down your cell phone for a while, and you will find

that without your phone life can still be wonderful, too.
