每天期待都有新奇，小小的变化都会让我们得到满足。如今我们如愿以偿的上了高中，面对首先的军训我们是期待、是兴奋，事实证明它对我的生活确实起了些微妙的变化。

8月的天气应该是浮躁的，但是我们很幸运，7天的军训基本是阴天。往年，师哥师姐们对教官的评价各有好坏。我们面对的是一位年轻、和蔼的教官，不经意间流露出和我们一样年轻的激情的微笑。就这样，他带领着我们走过了7天的艰苦岁月，风风雨雨的训练，操场上毒日的煎熬，踢正步，排方队，每一项训练都是对身心的考验。发现是在探索中求得，意志是在磨练中培养。我们有着一肚子的苦言苦水，但在这其中，我们也有拼搏、好强、争第一的心;也有真情的流露，学友的照顾，师生的留念，这是我们苦中最大的快乐。

在六个排中，我们三排有过耻辱挨骂的时候，也有过快乐光荣的壮举。为了弥补过错，我们加强了训练。整顿队列纪律，我们站警姿;方队不齐，我们延长训练时间。有时面对着火辣辣的太阳却显出感受日光浴的平和与安宁。每一个正步都要听响，无数的跑步让我们劳累的不堪一击。苦!重复的动作又是如此乏味的，如此的疲惫。苦!但渐渐的我们开始变的融洽团结，在每个人的心里滋生出拼搏的意念，“第一、第一，是属于我们的”。也许天依旧那样的晴朗，也许大地上的土豆早已被阳光烘烤成了薯条，但我们的心却是清凉和激昂的。有时一天下来，同舍的战友居然做出了迷彩背心。这只是小小的插曲，就是在这样努力下，我忘却了来时的反感，忘却了对饭菜的抱怨，反而觉得顿顿都是美味。树的生长是要开花的，短短的两天，我们终于实现了自己的承诺，当全排人听见六排在“第一”这个词念出后，当我们捧着红旗时，我们开始呐喊，狂呼，这是我们六十人努力的结晶，它蕴涵着我们无尽的辛勤汗水，这是我们最快乐的时刻。

训练场上我们是潇洒的，粗犷的男子汉，在我们的宿舍的内务中我们又是细心，爱干净，爱劳动的好学生。从叠被穿衣，洗簌打理，扫地擦桌，样样都做到最好。使我们这群“衣来伸手，饭来张口”的“小皇帝”“小公主”一下子长大了许多。在这段亦苦亦乐的日子里，我们懂得了珍惜父母的付出，理解了父爱母爱的伟大，明白了一个人要自立于社会之难……。这大概也是我们所的到的另一种收获吧!

军训的苦让我们这群昨日温室中花朵变成了今天饱经风霜雪雨搏击长空的雄鹰。军训也将组织和纪律观念深深地注入了“两耳不闻窗外事”只知道埋头苦读的莘莘学子的心中，让“一心只读圣贤书”的白面书生变成了有组织有纪律全面发展的好学生。军训，磨练了我们的意志，在不觉中我们这群小小鸟渐渐的成熟。

我们就是这样苦后寻找成功的欢乐中成长，翅膀渐渐的变硬，向蓝蓝的翱翔。

really are. People who lack genuine core values rely on external factors--their

looks or status---in order to feel good about themselves. Inevitably they will

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

develop their inner value and personal growth.

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

“军训很苦，军训很累，那些教官简直折磨人”这一类的话语曾多次出现在我的耳边，听着高年级学生的讲述，心中有一丝担心，但军训最终还是如期而至了，才发现军训自有它的魅力所在。

军训的第一天，大家穿着整齐而又庄严的军装和教官互相认识。我想，大多数的同学心情应该是激动的，至少一周不用为作业而烦恼。此后，军训生活拉开序幕。

星期一下午开始训练。首先，就是站军姿。在教官的安排下我们每个人确定了自己的位置，并且按照军姿标准站立。抬头、挺胸、收腹、两手垂直向下，中指紧贴裤缝，两脚夹角为45度，双眼平视前方，不得加一丝一毫的小动作。可是问题就出在这了，平时养成了一个习惯，没事时手总爱在脸上动，特别是再架上一副眼镜，本来我的鼻梁就低，手得不挺忙活。哎呀！快了快了，眼镜快滑下去了，怎么办呢？于是一个小计划在我心中萌发。

“走，别停下来，哦，对，就这样---”眼珠瞅了瞅教官，把握了教官的行走方向，心中暗自高兴，于是手迅速的动了动眼镜。可这俗话说的好：“姜还是老的辣”。我的一系列动作都在那双锐利的黑色眼睛里演绎了一番。接下来就是一阵教训，虽然没有点到我，但言语之间逼向我，至此后的训练中吸取教训。

在接下来的两三天里，更为辛苦，每一个动作都的重复两三遍，甚至更多，蹲下起立、跨立、齐步走----考验的是一个集体的团结协作精神。可是，这其中总有问题，老是出错，但大家并没有放弃，仍旧训练，又下起了蒙蒙细雨。这仿佛是上天给我们的考验，但我们大家经受住了，在雨中度过。地湿了，我们将跑步改为齐不走；泥松软了，我们就练习站军姿，直到教官说“稍息”时，都难将脚和泥分开，坚持到了放学。

连续几天的训练，腿和腰板都感到明显的疼痛，教官就让我们休息放松。我们大家蹲在一起唱歌、说笑，感觉就像是一家人在一起。

美好的时光总是易逝的，军训在我们的欢声笑语，沉默坚持中过去。就这样过去了，那份属于我们在一起的日子，那份锻炼了我们成长的日子就这样匆匆结束。

今后的生活还会像军训一样吗？如果是，那样真好！！

内心的期盼随着空中飘逸的云来到训练基地，军训后感受感想900字。期盼基地不同往日的生活，期盼新同学的友谊，期盼为期五天的与众不同的课。

“风一样的行动，钢一样的意志，铁一样的纪律”是我军训时的格言。这一次军训让我学到很多。我们的生活中应多份钢强，也不应缺少痛苦，不论快乐还是痛苦，都应用心去体验，体验生活的不同面。珍惜生活中不同的色彩，让生命之画缤纷多彩。

时间如流水般过的飞快，军训生活近尾声了。训练间有抱怨和痛苦，快离开时心中却有一份留恋。愿今日的痛苦变成明日甜美的回忆，在我的生命中留下独特的一页。

转眼间，军训生活就结束了。我还记得军训第一天的情景：

匆匆来到学校的我格外兴奋，因为要体验一种全新的生活，一张张不曾相识的脸，一袋袋沉重的衣物，一份份不同寻常的感情!到了基地之后，在教官的严格教育与训练下，似乎后背、双腿、脸颊两旁的汗水已要将我“淹没”。可是军训就是军训，早已不是当初在家的甜美生活!同时它也锻炼了我们团结一心，坚持不懈的精神。

在军训期间，我和班中的几个女生住在同一寝室，我发觉大家在一起非常好相处，女生的话匣一打开之后，大家就在不知不觉中成为了好朋友，我也交到了许多的好朋友，我相信在以后的学习中大家一定可以相处得更融洽，一定可以互相帮助，一起努力完成自己的理想!!

有人说军训是一幅没有色彩的水墨画，有的只是苍白和明暗;也有人说，军训是没加糖的咖啡，又苦又涩，简直难以言语。可通过这五天的生活，却又让我们领悟到另外一种真谛：“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人。”狠毒的太阳锻炼出我们钢铁般的毅力，繁重的训练磨砺出我们一招一式的阳刚，这就是付出与回报的必然。

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

are still many empty seats on the bus. I am totally moved after reading this

news. The old lady is the mother of the young lady. The old lady had some

problem with her back and leg that she couldn’t sit independently. And her

daughter does not want to see her mother stand on the bus in such an old lady,

so I see situation on the picture. Having read this, my eyes become wet. When we

are young, our mother will often carry us if there is any inconvenient, but when

our mother gets old, we seldom carry her.

一开学，我们初一八个班和高一一起参加军训。第一天早上我们学了立正，稍息，齐步走。起先我们教官让我们立正10分钟，一早上我们就累的腰酸背痛。可是，慢慢的我们好像习惯了军训;习惯了在太阳下晒着;习惯了教官在我们身边慢慢的喊口号;一二一，一二一可当教官走时，我们心中有喜有忧，喜的是可以不用在太阳底下晒了，忧的是教官要走了。从开学到那时的一个星期里，几乎是教官陪着我们，那时他比任何老师都了解我们。最后一天的早晨，我们想为教官照一张相，可他拒绝了。他说，他一定在三年后还来这。现在我又想起教官和我们的事。

今天是我们高中新生正式军训的第一天，我们都激动无比的在操场上等待着教官的到来，我们看着彼此陌生的脸庞，忐忑不安的心情，在我们每个人心中荡漾，终于不远的楼像中出现了一列整齐的队伍，迈着矫健的步伐，向我们缓缓走来，瞬间还叽叽喳喳吵个不停的我们，立刻被这些教官所吸引了，不知道是谁说了一句，那是我们的教官，我们便顺着那个人所指的方向看过去，一位皮肤古铜色的，看起来20出头的教官，正向我们走来。

新年开始了，我们都对这位长相英俊的教官的训练项目，充满期待，首先第一个，也就是众所周知的站军姿了，教官先做了一个示范动作，我们仔细的看着，虽然大家都认为很简单，但如果要坚持个一个小时，估计不是所有人都受得了的，还好，今年夏天并没有那么炎热，我们都能感觉到身体关节因长期没活动，而造成的那种疼痛，真当我们咬牙坚持的时候，教官终于下了，稍息的命令，顷刻间班上同学的哀嚎声连绵不断都感觉到了，如释重负，休息了十分钟，教官，又让我们做这个，让我们这些从未参加过军训的学生来说，确实算的上一种折磨，虽然有人抱怨，但都还是坚持了下来。

今天一天的军训，让我收获不少，我不仅知道了，军人的素质是怎样锻炼出来的，更懂得了，做一个顶天立地的男子汉，应该怎么做!

I like teamwork because I can learn from others. Once, I was very shy and

did not know how to get along with other students, so everytime when the teacher

gave us the task and asked us to finish in the teamwork, I was very scared. Then

my classmates helped me, they gave me a lot opinion and they respected me,

making me the indispensable person. Then I became brave and gave my opinion, we

were in a group, every opinion meant so much. During these days, I was so

excited about the experiment, we shared our idea and talked happily. It was such

a happy moment, I liked cooperation.

everyone begins to eat eggs. " We eat eggs, and all the people are in the

The egg not only brought us happiness, but also let me understand a truth:

everything should be brain, with wisdom to win!

Every day, we can see the figures of the volunteers. Actually, they have

formed a kind of scenery of the city. Some people hold that volunteering is

merely a waste of time, because the volunteers have no gains with pains.

However, I believe that doing voluntary is quite rewarding.

In the first place, we can put into practice what we have learnt before,

for instance, when we were asked by a foreigner about the way to some place, we

could practice our oral foreign language, it’s definitely a good opportunity to

express ourselves in a foreign language correctly and clearly.

In the second place, we could make a lot of new friends while we are

volunteering As a proverb says, “At home one relies on one’s parents and outside

on one’s friends”, so it is never a bad thing to have lots of friends.

Finally, helping others is a good way to make you feel happy and when you

help others solve a problem successful, you will feel fulfillment. In this

sense, we reap a bountiful spiritual harvest by doing voluntary work.

On the whole, we can benefit a lot by engaging ourselves in the voluntary

work. Therefore, I suggest those that have abundant spare time registering as

volunteers for the welfare for the public.

3月12号这一天，我们迎来了盼望已久的军训。我们一

路上打打闹闹，这时有的同学说：“去到那里会不会受苦？”

有的同学说：“去了那里会不会吃不饱？”反正我只知道，去了那里，每天都会很累。

到了园山青少年活动基地后，教官限我们一分钟之内穿好军服，不然就让我们好受。我们穿好军服之后，教官让我们做功20个起立蹲下，然后让我们进行下一个活动：“闪电报数。”

我们来到空地上，开始报数。最后，我们的最高成绩为2秒95，可是，当我们进入决赛之后，却没有得到第一名。

教官把我们带到饭堂，准备吃饭晚，我们吃了晚饭，就回寝室睡觉了。

第二天早上，我们起了床后就去外面集合了，来到了主席台，教官让我们唱了国歌，唱不好就不许吃饭。就这样，我们唱了起码有十遍国歌。

吃完早饭后，就回房休息了，下午，我们又参加了一个项目“软吸管搭塔。”我们全班都在动脑子想，在我们班的共同努力下，最后我们班得了第二名。

第三天也是我们军训的最后一天，基地举行了结营仪式我们班得了两个奖项，当时，我们高兴的不得了。教官选出了两个小教官，说：“只要我们做错动作，他们就替你们跑

步。”结果他们替我们跑了十多圈，当时，我们全班都哭了，他们还让我们别哭，说：“一会儿就好。”结营仪式圆满结束。

下午，我们全部背起书包，离开了园山青少年活动基地，离开了我们住了三天的地方。通过这次军训，让我知道了军人有多苦，多累。我们会记住这三天来所遇到的种种困难和考验，它让我们懂得了很多东西。我会更加珍惜今天的学习机会。

The day we were looking forward to came at last--a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his (her) part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing① sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.② We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon③ officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

坐着大巴，走进军营，几分钟后，成就了一抹军绿。“起步走”的口令初次在耳边响起，艰苦的训练正式开始，太阳当空照，套着军装的外套，稍动几步已是汗流浃背，看似简单的动作，实则在细节方面要求颇多，甚至将每个关节的力道使得恰到好处。教官的要求甚是严格，把握节奏也一直作为训练的重点，于是，一遍又一遍。每当细细听四十九位同学的脚步声，不论整齐与否，心中油然而生的自豪与敬意。四十九个陌生的同学，或许是因为某种缘分成为了一个集体，成为了有福同享，有难同当的战友，几天的时间用以磨合，在一起流着汗。

——致敬，每一个拼搏的自己。

犹记来到新四军江南指挥部参观的场景，一个多小时的时间，我们见证了无数名人将帅当年奋力保家卫国，打下江山的场景，烈士与名人的头像与名字，一一在眼前浮现，正在军训期间的我们，体会到了作为一个军人的皮毛，却在之前的几天苦不堪言、痛不欲生，于是，难以想象当年的新四军，过着一种怎样的生活，又花了多大气力，保卫祖国一片美好河山。

——出征，即是英雄。

宿舍生活，也是丰富多彩。一群兴趣相投的人，总会找到那么几个话题，时而点头赞同，时而又乐得哈哈大笑。也正是有这样的一群人，在训练之后疲劳时有相互的鼓励，在肚子饿时有分享的零食，在忘带东西时第一时间伸出的援手……她们，陪我走过了最为艰苦的训练时光。
