我是在星期二的时候去军训的，我怀着很期待的心情去。走到学校不一会教官就来了，教官用很严厉的话语对我们进行教导，他一来就用“沐浴阳光，快乐成长，接受磨砺，永远坚强”这一口号。看似严格其实际是发自肺腑的给与我们鼓励与支持。我们要有坚强的毅力来完成这次艰难的军训。接着，我们和班主老师随着教官一同上车前往东莞。既期待又担心那种复杂的心情很难用言语表达。军训会给我们带来什么感悟呢？一小时后，到达训练营。换上军服，到主席台集合，举行开营仪式。也许是我们班正对主席台前，大家站得十分笔直，情绪很紧张，心情忐忑不安。因为我们不知道接下来会面临什么样的任务？

真正的训练开始这是到训练营的第二天。挑战开始，“人肉浮桥”这一个活动，任务就是上的每一个人在那摇晃晃的浮桥爬过，虽然浮桥下面有人扶着，但是桥上的人和桥下的人是要有默契。上面的人无比的信任下面的人，每一个人爬过去，下面的人就要一个个木板地扶着。只要下面的同学稍微松懈，扶不稳上面的同学就会有危险，造成的后果很难想像。每一个人都在努力地向前爬去，扶着木板的人扶着几个来回已经累得疲惫不堪了。身体已经在亮红灯了，但是是精神支撑着他们的意志。努力着，坚持着。看到同学身上的汗水在那天格外的有意义。那是青春的汗水，那是我们从嫩芽逐渐成为幼苗的蜕变。大家都为那两位勇士加油鼓劲！那是我的心情，我被感染了，我也大声喊起来。我真切的感受到，同学们的坚强，我忍不住了，泪水怎么那么不听使唤，一涌而出。这当我还没来得及平复心情时，我们班主任老师，方老师也上去了，亲身体验了一番。我也蠢蠢欲动，好可惜我身体不好，但是我看到了大家团结，勇敢，坚强。这是我所不及的，我所需要的。

还有另外一个活动也令我印象深刻，大家排着整齐的队伍站在主席台，我们的活动开始了，是有一个姓宋的老师为我们上一节课。活动的规则是每一个班都要选出一男一女来当这个班的领袖，当教官整队的，如果有人出错，就要自觉的向前迈一步，举起手说“对不起，我错了”接着领袖要为我们承担后果，第一次的出错，要跑18圈，领袖开始为那些出错的同学奔跑着，看到他们我的心的很痛，很多同学都滴下了泪水。在跑步过程中，看到他们辛苦的汗水，大家都很感动，此时我的心情十分简单，只想为我们的领袖奔跑。在最后一刻，我的方老师也为我们奔跑着，我们不顾一切的向前拥抱我们的老师，对我们的老师说一声？：谢谢您，我们的老师。领袖们一个一个的去安慰我们班上的每一个同学，告诉他们我们这样做是为了我们这个集体！我感受到了身边爱我的人与为我们承担责任的人，他们是伟大的。在这几天的军训中，不仅是这两个活动让我难忘，就连那个要全班同学一起动手用塑料管制造一个塔的活动，可以看出大家很团结，都为班里做贡献

生活有太多的不如意事，以及坎坷，需要我们勇敢面对带着一颗坚毅的心，冲破所有的困难。我此时的心情用一首歌最合适不过了“Someone watching for me” 。“And I will be strong even if it all goes wrong ……So I won’t give up. No, I won’t brake drown。”

Recently, the news about the famous fast food company got bankrupted in

Taiwan was spread in Wechat. While in mainland, less people know about the truth

and the fast food company still works well. Chinese food problem exists all the

time, even the government has made some rules to forbid the illegal business,

still many manufacturers produce bad food for making more profit. The fast food

company doesn’t care about the market in Taiwan. Its spokeman said that their

main market was in mainland, and a lot of people were eating their food. Hearing

this, we surely will be angry. If everybody join the team to refuse to buy their

products, then the fast food company will be kicked out. Only in this way can we

protect our health and benefit.

We have just finished our military training.I have to admit that I have so much feelings to express! This has been the first time for me to get in touch with my new school.No doubt it has left a good impression in my mind.I feel very happy to study here.During the training period,I had experienced a great hardship due to the hot weather and severe trainers.With time passed by,I gradually adapted to everything and felt myself much more strong to the hardship we faced.Furthermore, there was a lot of fun during the training. I has enjoyed a good relationship with my new classmates.Now that the training is over, I still have learned a lot . I cant wait any more to start my new life in high school.

我们刚刚进行完军训。我有太多地感受要表达。这是我第一次与我的新学校接触，无疑在我的心中留下了好印象，我感到很高兴在这里学习。在军训期间，我必须面对炎热的天气和严厉的教官。随着时间的增加，我们所面临的更加艰苦，但是军训中也有许多乐趣。我与我的新同学建立了很好的关系。现在军训结束了，我从中学会了很多。我马上就要开始了我的心学习生活。

8月15日，也是骄阳高照。我们的满腔热血并未因挤压于运兵车中而封死，反而愈发沸腾。一下车，见到这陌生的军营，便忍不住活动开来。本以为到军营可以大展手脚，恣意挥洒汗水。却不曾想到，与此地还未熟络，便要一脸冰冷地吸收阳光，一动不动地展练军姿。对军训激情的幻想如潮水，却好似黄河封冻，即使热浪袭人也无法融冰，岂止失望，更对这枯闷的军营生活产生了厌烦之意。

然而，夜幕高挂之时，军歌嘹亮之际，才真正让我们感受到军营的温馨。我们的何教官面目英俊，身材修长，阳光之下总摆出一副严峻面孔，偶尔还有一丝孤傲。此刻夜深，当他教我们唱起熟悉的军歌，教我们与别的连队奋力“吼歌”，他脸上亲切的笑容，才让我们察觉，他不过是个二十来岁的小伙子，和我们一样有着纯真的梦想和对家的思念。才见不久，他便为我们将嗓子弄得沙哑，高歌时不时失声。每逢听到那沙哑的怪腔异调，大家不禁失笑，却升起感动之意。

随后的几天，训练场上总可以听见何教官嘶哑的声音在高空盘旋。尖如鹰啼，惊如龙吟。也正是这声音，教给了我们坚毅、顽强、求胜心与不服输的精神，我们不再畏惧艳阳。

我不知别人是否会在酷暑难当之时躲去树阴乘凉，也不知别人是否会在夜深人静之时躲在被褥之中轻声啼哭。至少我不会。因为我身边有这样一个人：阳光毒辣，他一声不吭，眉头紧锁，好似钢铁;即使教官的腿踢在他身上，也纹丝不动。大雨倾盆，他脚步从容，一个人独自漫步，不挤入人群之内，不陷入嘈杂之中。就寝之前，他不顾身体劳累，坚持做着俯卧撑，五十一组，一共五组;仰卧起坐，六十一组，一共五组。闭目，只听得耳边耳机中音乐徜徉：“我是一个兵。”战友钦佩，教官赞赏。

高中军训很苦，可是我们还是挺了下来！同时感悟了很多很多。这次军训和以往初中时候的军训截然不一样，比初中军训时更苦更累，流的汗更多，当然少不了心得。

教官姓齐，开始对他的感觉挺好的，看见他穿着教官的服装，不得不让我想起以前在__营地带我们的x教官，一张怀念的感觉涌上心头，教官给我的感觉难免会有一种亲切感。可是，军训的时候，真的很苦，太阳公公当头照，第一天就差一点把我照成非洲人了，别人都说这个教官那里不好那里不好没有人道什么的，慢慢的好像也影响了我朋友在我旁边说来说去，一不留神，自我也在说了，心理作用吗？

其时教官不是同学说的那么坏拉，有时候我也感觉他挺不错的，至少他长得虽然很……能够说是严肃，可是散发出来的就是一种任何人都学不出来的军人气质，什么是军人气质想了想：严肃、认真、又亲切这大概就是他们特有的招牌吧！有些军人，就算是不穿军装，有些人一眼就能看穿的，教官严肃中散发出来的亲切感，让我们不知不觉得就靠近了他一步。

班主任x教师我还是蛮喜欢她的，太阳这么大，我们在那里刻苦的训练，其实她完全能够避开这炎热的太阳光的，去办公室吹风扇吹空调，可是她没有，她一向；陪着我们坚持到最终那一刻，从来没有停过！别的班主任也是，我想，班主任为什么有权限能当上班主任，必须有其中的道理：有职责心、甘心付出、不怕苦累。嗯！我心目中所有的班主任，都是这样的！

军人就是要有毅力！像我以前教官说过的，他们以前训练的时候，站军姿一站就是几个小时，只给我们站五分钟算是跟我们大打折扣了！不得不佩服！

因为我有以前的训练，两次军训！我站军姿站十到十五分钟都是没有问题的，可是，这么久都没有训练过了，突破十五分钟什么的，脚就会开始好麻，动都动不了了，想想看，原先我有这么久都没有锻炼了呀！

这次高中军训，我有很大很大的收获！团结、友谊、奋进、毅力、勇气！团结是我们会操时得了第三名，友谊是我们和教官，我从来不认识的同学交上了朋友，奋进是我们不断努力，毅力是我们这五天都停了下来，勇气是我们已经学会应对一切！这次军训，我永远都不会忘记！

“光阴似箭，日月如梭”，很快到了五年级。为了培养我们的独立生活能力，学校安排了三天的军训。

我们怀着激动的心情，提着大包小包，上了大巴车，很快就来到了绿色学校。姹紫嫣红的鲜花和碧绿的小草映入眼帘，令人心旷神怡。

教官先带着我们来到了寝室。打开寝室的大门，只见里面有四对上下铺的床，窗户下还有一套桌椅，感觉非常温馨。整理完寝室后，大家便在空地上集合。“稍息！立正！”先站一会儿军姿，教官要求我们双手贴紧裤缝，抬头挺胸，双脚脚跟并拢，前脚掌呈60度分开，大约站了五分钟，许多人已经开始摇摇晃晃了。我在心里默默地对自己说：“坚持到底，就是胜利！”

最令我印象深刻的，还是第二天下午的消防演习。第一次是“预演”，哨声响起，校园里人山人海。第二次要放烟雾弹了，全体参训的学生都用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，奋力向前冲，跑向安全地带。通过这次演习，我体会到了生命的宝贵。

这次军训，是我第一次离开爸爸妈妈独立生活，我体会到了军人的辛苦，感受到了集体生活的快乐。这是一次难得的体验，五年级的这次军训将深深地印在我的脑海里。

When I go to high school, our school has the rule to ask students to live

in the dormitory. Most students live with their parents before, so we all feel

excited and afraid of the group life. Luckily, I have three nice roommates. Soon

we become close friends. Living with others, we learn to do the house work, such

as everyone needs take turn to clean the floor, when we have something good to

eat, we will share with each other. The group life makes us have less private

space, but we enjoy the moment when we have the little talk before sleep, the

secrets that we dont want our parents know can talk to these girls. Whats

more, I become much independent. I learn to take care of myself and have really

grown up.

前几天，我们每个同学经历了一个别具一格的考验--军训。

在未军训前我是开心的，但在军训后，我却觉得军训那么累呀。开心是可以想象的，但是累是可以想象出来的吗？

我感到最累的时候就是站军姿。军训第一天我还是怀着一身快乐的，但在军训第二天有个老师却说：站军姿30分钟，我的心情突然间有块石头落了下来，早上愉悦的心情早飞到九霄月外去了，心里被一种沉重的力量占据着。走路的时候，就已经不会走路了，因为站军姿是一动不能动的站立，是要有军人的毅力的，但像我这样一点军人毅力都没有的怎么办呢？站军姿简直就像一个木头人一样，蚊子叮在身上能动吗？不能啊。我常常这样想：如果我真的是一个木头人那样没知觉该多好啊。时间马上就要站军姿了，真希望时间慢点吧。

军姿开始了，当教官的一声命令打响时，我们开始站军姿了，苦辣的感觉油然而生，这么苦的命运啊，但这一切实不能改变的因为有老师的命令啊我们这些孩子好可怜呀，真是上天有眼呀，天上下起了小雨，慢慢的下了起来，但雨的天气没过几分钟便停了。唉，这么扫兴呀。

眼睛也不听话，自己顺着汗珠滑了下来，压着也不是滋味呀，终于，“救命恩人”来了--孙老师，是她那慈祥的目光看着我，用天使的双手抚摸着我，这是一种美的享受，她又用勤劳的双手扶了一下我的眼睛，这是多么温暖呀，是舒服的感受。她用那双会说话的眼睛对我说：坚持，坚持，坚持就是胜利，你马上就要和成功握手了。之后，老师微笑着离去。我听了老师的话便充满了自信，继续一动不动的站立着······

五天军训完毕了，我收获了许多，虽然很累，但获得了真正的开心。五天的军训，虽然我被太阳晒黑了，但我变得强健了；虽然我很累，但是我却有了顽强的毅力；虽然脚疼了，但走出的步伐是那么坚定······

这是我人生中的第一次，但也是我最难忘的第一次。

五天后我们和和蔼可亲，搞笑有趣······的教官说再见了，但我们想起军训就不会忘记教官们，以为他为我们付出的太多，虽然是五天，到那我们也不会忘记教官的音容笑貌。

As important as Spring Festival .It is usually celebrated in September or

October. This festival is to celebrate the harvest and to enjoy the beautiful

moon light. To some extent, it is like Thanks Giving day in western countries.

On this day, people usually get together with their families and have a nice

meal.

After that, people always eat delicious moon cakes, and watch the moon. The

moon is always very round on that day, and makes people think of their relatives

Before Chinese students go to college, they have been told about the great

things on campus life all the time, so they have the motivation to study hard.

When they come to university, they begin to slow down their pace to study and

waste their youth.

Nowadays, a lot of college students lose motivation to move on when they

come to the new chapter of their life. Campus life seems to be relaxed and a

place to free themselves. Without the supervision from parents and teachers,

they choose to lose themselves in the computer games or all kinds of

parties.

So someone made the comment on campus life as the nursing house, which

satirized the students who wasted their precious time and youth to accomplish

nothing. It is the important stage for them to learn professional knowledge and

master skills, so as to be competitive and find their own place in the

world.

For a wise student, they make the plans and improve themselves all the

time. If we live the life as the old people in the nursing house, then it is

kind of committing suicide for a young person.

8月18日早上，同学们怀着喜悦的心情来到了学校，准备去军训。大家有说有笑，有的谈论着军训的乐趣，有的谈论着离家的痛苦。突然，老师一声令下，我们所有人就都站好队出发了。坐了大约两个小时的车，终于到了八达岭军训基地，到那儿时，已近中午，天空下起了小雨，给大家带来了丝丝凉爽，好像预示着我们这次的军训会很成功!

首先，由教官给我们发衣服、帽子和腰带，然后到宿舍里去换。大家穿上整齐而又漂亮的军装，精神了许多，也更像一个小军人了，我们先参加了一个开营典礼。在这个典礼上，老师们讲了很多话，都是说虽然军训很苦，但我们要坚持，不能退缩，我们要学会去锻炼自己。大家都用坚定的眼神看着老师，好像在说："老师，您放心，我们不会就这么轻易退缩的!我们一定会坚持到底!"讲完了话，还有一些军队的叔叔来给大家表演我们这几天要学习的内容，他们的表演让我们看得目瞪口呆，表演完我们都报以热烈的掌声来表达我们心中对他们的崇拜，在那一刻，我们立志也要做的和他们一样好，这样，才对得起我们的父母、老师。

紧接着，我们就开始训练了，训练的任务多，时间紧，难度大，我们要开始都抱怨，可是想想这些部队的叔叔们也是这么熬过来的，我们的心情也就放松多了!教官第一个教我们的，"稍息"，别看就这么简简单单的一个动作，里面的学问可不少呢。首先，两脚跟靠拢，两脚尖分开约60度，然后听到"稍息"的口令时，左脚斜着出去约一脚半的距离。瞧吧!就这么一个简单的动作在部队都要那么费劲，可见部队有多么的严肃、认真。

训练完，回宿舍拿饭盆，5分钟时间下楼吃饭，其实，我觉得，吃饭是这里面最痛苦的事了，因为，大家累了一天，竟然是——站着吃饭!而且餐厅的环境特别差，但又有什么办法呢，总不能饿着肚子吧，到那时，你会觉得什么都好吃，就连饭，你也会觉得不够呢!吃完饭也不能歇着，还要自己洗盆，洗碗，擦桌子。真是太军事化了!

到了晚上，洗澡的地方离我们的宿舍很远，每天快十点了还带着洗漱用品去那么远的澡堂，并且洗澡只给20分钟，这让我们一时还都有些不适应，有的慢的刚进澡堂就被叫了出来。睡觉的时候，每晚10点准时熄灯，要是有没写完日记的或者是没穿完衣服的也不

我们进行了三天的军训，军训对于我来说还是第一次，虽然以前有听过，但却没试过。这三天的军训确实有点累，要站军姿、跑步、蛙跳等等，我最不喜欢的就是站军姿，不论怎么样都不能动。教官说做错了某个动作的话就要说一声报告，虽然搞不懂为什么要说报告，但教官说的就要听嘛，因为：一切都要听指挥嘛。嗯，没错，虽然我们的教官看起来不是很凶，而且很少说话，但是凶起来的话我们就死定了。我很享受这三天的军训，因为我觉得挺好的，虽然说有点累，但我觉得军训不仅可以锻炼我们的身体，而且可以锻炼我们的意志。因为我们从小就受着爸妈的宠爱，都是没有怎么受过苦的，所以我觉得这三天的军训给了我们很好的机会可以锻炼我们。

这几天的训练，我们班没发生什么趣事。但是出了以为“康老大”，这是教官给一位男同学起的外号，他特别搞笑，总能弄一点搞笑的事逗我们笑，而且军训时教官教我们的一些内容他也总做不好，所以，外号就是这样得来的。

军训让我懂得了吃苦。心里经常叨念着：流血、流汗、不流泪的口号，这是怎样的一种人生毅志！流云飘过训练基地上空的苍穹，太阳依旧不解人情。在烈日下的我们，个个都汗流浃背，虽然时常有水补充，但豆大的汗珠依旧接二连三的从额头流过脸颊，然后轻轻地落在了每个人的上衣上，于是洁白的t—恤衫很快就被汗水浸湿了，但无论怎样受烈日的煎熬，我们每位同学都没有退怯，站军姿时，个个都纹丝不动，真的达到了站如松的最高境界。

军训又让我学会了团结。《团结就是力量》唱出了我们的心声，也唱出了彼此的友谊。在艰苦的训练过程中，每个人的一举一动不仅代表了个人，也代表了我们五班的形象。因此，这时候，学会团结是成功迈出的第一步。

军训又让我拥有了自信。之前做事犹豫不决的我，在艰苦的军训生活里重新清晰地认清了自我，原来，只要拥有自信坚持自己是最棒的，就可以完美地做好每一件事，哪怕是再艰巨的任务，也会做的出色、精彩。

虽然只是短短的6天军训，却让我懂得、学会、拥有了许多，这也许是我进三附中上得第一堂完美、充实的课吧！相信在今后的高中三年级的学习生涯，一定会发扬在军训中继承的优良品质和作风，努力提高自己，望在高中学习上给家长、老师、更给自己一份满意的答卷。

I am not fond of basketball,let alone to play it.But I have seen a

wonderful basketball game between my class and postgraduate class.It is so

products appearing in human beings’ life. Cell phone is a good example.

Nowadays, cell phone has been widely used in people’s daily life. It seems that

people can’t live without it. In my opinion, cell phone really brings so many

advantages to mankind.

First of all, cell phone is very convenient. People can connect with anyone

in anywhere if that person has a mobile phone, too. In other words, people have

to write letter in paper and then wait for a long time to make the letter

arrived the destination in the old days, but now people can write message on

cell phone and then send it to the person they want in a second or just dial

that person’s mobile phone number and then they can talk with each other in a

few second. Secondly, mobile phone can act as a safe guarantee. When people face

dangerous, they can use cell phone to dial 110 to report to the police or ask

for help from friends nearby. And when people worry about another man, they can

call him to make sure whether he is OK or not. Last but not least, mobile phone

contains much interesting entertainment, which can bring lots of happiness to

经过了一段时间的学习，我有许多的感受和收获。

这是一组关于汉字的学习，是啊!汉字!一个个小巧玲珑。我喜欢古香古色的隶书，也欣赏奔放的草书;流畅的行书和端庄的楷书也为我所喜爱，更不用说甲骨文和金文了。而经过了2000多年的演变之后才到现在为世人所用的方块字。但是古代文学家王羲之的《兰亭序》和柳公权的《玄秘塔碑》也是非常受欢迎的。中国古代的书法家：王羲之、柳公权、王献之的字有如行云流水;王羲之练了一池水称为墨池，王献之练了十八缸，比起他们，我们的字是显得那么的微不足道!

可是，一些大城市里的商店乱改成语：“一心一意”改为“衣心衣意”;“十全十美”改为“食全食美”。这是对中国汉子的一种亵渎，我们应该把中国的汉字正确的写正确的运用。

Recently,haze weather has become a daily one right here in large part of

China.People are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous air.So it

is necessary to find out the reason why leads to that and work out the

resolution.If we trace the cause for haze weather ,the main points are as

follows ,first,china s air quality standards are rather lax and evaluation

factors are limited,so you will see that current air appraisal system has

defects.Second,some people just go for economic interests instead of turning out

products according to relevant law and regulations.They tend to use obsolete

equipment in which they are high likely to emit a great deal of wasted air.

Third,across our society ,relevant protection awareness has not built up so

that people havent formed a habit of using green product and saving energy as

much as possible.Just for the sake of convience to go out,people rely more and

more on travelling and working by car while car is the main cause for the haze

weather

新学期开学的第二周，大家六年级机构国防教育主题活动开展为期一周的训炼，我心扑通扑通地焦虑不安了起來，我觉得便是传说中“惨忍”的军训吗？但是，大家此次和别的姐姐、哥哥并不一样，多了一项“想念”。

在军训日常生活的第四天，也就代表着回校仅存一天，而今日大家进到多功能厅，大伙儿一脸茫然无知地望着教师，不容易是指责大家沒有好好地训炼吧！我胆战心惊，之后，教师给每一个人都发过一封信，说：“它是大家親愛的的父母写来的信，开启细心读一读吧！”

我提心吊胆地拆卸信，瞄了一眼开始，泪珠就潮湿了我的眼圈，内心宁静了一会儿才鼓足勇气抽离出来那封沉重的一封家书，边拿手抹着泪水，边用认真仔细的双眼读着那不同寻常的信，见到到数第二段时，我不敢再往后面看过，那一瞬间就趴到了桌子上刚开始痛哭流涕，内心是多么的的想对妈妈说：“母亲，我长大以后，不象之前那般粘你呢，我学会没有你自身也可以高兴快乐的生活。”害怕真正地去对父母说，只能够在没人的状况下，自身细声嘟囔。

大家不仅看过封一封家书，归还王子涵过去了一个十分不同寻常的生日，子涵踏入演讲台说：“忽然叫成上场，认为自身犯什么错误了呢！”此次在军营生活给同学们过生日、给她唱生日歌、给她送上祝福词，还给她了一个小惊喜，我发现了王子涵的面颊旁含着泪，双眼模糊不清看不清楚，自身内心也十分兴奋，她带著泪水返回坐位，拿手轻轻地抹着双眼，我也不主动擦了擦泪水。

此次主题活动大家都留下了泪水，留下了微笑，留下了想念，自然，大家每一个人也没有荒度军训的每一天，在这儿大家获得了无穷的发展！
