随着时间的步伐，我们从一个天真、烂漫的中学生，马上就要成为一名正式的高中生了。在这段蝉变的过程中有一个必不可少的重要过程，那就是军训。

军训，这个词对于我们而言，不仅仅代表着我们即将受到长达五天的严格训练，也意味着我们也将从中学习到生活自理、做事雷厉风行的军人气质。

今天是军训的第二天。早上，我们在杨教官的带领下走向了操场。今天我们要学习的动作是跨立、齐步走和跑步走，这些我们看上去十分容易的动作，做起来却是十分的困难。当看到我们又不会的地方时，杨教官总会一次次的在我们的面前，耐心地一次次向我们示范动作的一些要领。

记得我们一起在反复练习齐步走的时候，大家都已经将这个动作要领记得滚瓜烂熟了，走起来也是十分轻松，步伐也非常到位，可是班上仍然有一位男同学总是因为紧张，步子总是与同学们不一样，当教官喊道“一”的时候，大家都迈出了左脚，可是这同学每次都比大家慢了半拍，这是杨教练会把大家先放在一边站军姿，自己就在队伍的一旁很有耐心的给这位同学做示范，边教他如何放松，按正常的姿势走路。

每当我们在烈日炎炎之下，一次次的重复着同样枯燥无味的动作之时，每当我们汗流浃背口渴至极的时候，我们就都会想到自己的教官，想到教官也是和我们一样累，一样辛苦的时候，想到我们现在所做的一切都是为了自己的时候，只感觉到我们身上的累和辛苦都被一阵凉爽的微风带走了，代之而来的是浑身使不完的力量与活力。

让我们朝气蓬勃去迎接下一天的训练吧!

等我进入大学军训生活时，才体会到了这里的苦，人间炼狱!每天顶着炎炎烈日，穿着一套不大好看的军训服装(而且一穿就是十几天啊!)，在火辣的太阳下站立十几个小时。自由被限制了，生活被扣死了，我们没有一点活动的空间。还好，在长时间暴晒的间隙中，我们还可以坐在脏兮兮的地上(能够坐在地上已经很不错了，够仁慈的了)，享受片刻欢愉!可是，在经过一天的折磨，还得弄内务。弄了发现，地板比我们穿的衣服还干净!走进寝室，小心翼翼，生怕抖下灰尘，弄脏了干净的地板。忍受度过了漫长的第一天，第二天……随着时间的推移，我们也学会了去忍受军训事给我们的痛苦。肉体的折磨，精神的煎熬，渐渐地也不再那么可怕，尽管有时我们也会累得头昏眼花，但挺过了第一天的我们，为什么就不会挺过这第二天、第三天呢?每每有想要违抗教官命令的冲动时，就似乎看到了古代的那些军官，一个个都好像是木头人，只懂得服从。我猛然间想到了董存瑞舍身炸凋堡，想起了刘胡兰死在敌人的铡刀之下，想起了欧阳海奋不顾身拦惊马，比起那些正规军人，在面对死亡时的无所畏惧，我们这些临时士兵所受苦又算得了什么呢?想到这些，也在心里为自己打气，坚持吧，坚持就是胜利!

The following reasons can account for the above phenomenon. Firstly,

traditional technologies are always considered ineffective while the new

sciences are always highly efficient, because modern science and technology

facilitate both our daily and academic life a lot, with which we can save much

money and time. Secondly, it is costly to protect the traditional culture,

In my opinion, although traditional culture is an ancient heritage, it

七天的军训结束了。

在这短短的七天里，我学到了很多很多……

对我来说，由于初中都没有组织过军训，所以这次的军训的确是我人生中的一次难得的考验和磨励，军训不但培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神，而且能磨练人的坚强意志。它让我明白了很多人生哲理，唯有一句话让我感触最深，一分耕耘，一分收获，特别的面对艰苦的环境时，我们应该坚强，勇敢面对，而不是逃避，畏首畏尾。

古人说“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋苦，饿其体肤”。经过这次的军训，我的确深有体会这句名言的含义。作为男生最多的工学院的我们，在这次的军训中也应该是最艰苦的了，每天的立正、稍息、下蹲、摆臂、踏步这些基本动作要我们反复地做着，这些动作平常看起来非常简单的而现在做起来却没那容易了，教官对动作的准确性要求的非常严格，对同学们也充满很高的期望，因此我们每做错一个动作都要做十个俯卧撑，而且每天半个小时的体能训练几乎把我们班的每个同学累得半死，全身都发痛。不过，我们并没有因此而对教官有半点的怨言。的确，教官心里是对我们班的每一个同学都是十分关心，负责任。我也深深地感受到教官对我们每个同学的无微不至的爱。在这艰苦的七天的军训里，我们每天都利用休息的时间和教官一起唱军歌，一起体会军人的生活的艰辛与乐趣。

在这短短的七天里，我们在人生的驿站中留下不少难忘的印记。步行街上、图书馆旁不但有我们班的整齐的步伐，也有我们班阵阵洪亮的口号声，更有我们与教官的闲笑声和嘹亮的军营歌曲;篮球场上还留下过我们班激情的风姿和跑步时整齐的叫喊声……

在这短短的七天里，我不仅仅学到了军人的一些技能，站军姿，给了我炎黄子孙不屈脊梁的身体，也给了我龙之传人无穷的毅力。练转身，体现了人类活跃敏捷的思维，更体现了集体主义的伟大。同时还学到了不少的军歌，这给了我的军训生活中增添了不少的色彩。不过，在这次的军训中最重要的是我们学到了在人生最艰苦环境中一定要坚强，勇敢地面对的哲理，这是在人生中难得的一节有意义的课：在军训中，很苦很累，但这是一种人生体验，战胜自我，锻炼意志的最佳良机。心里虽有说不出的酸甜苦辣，在烈日酷暑下的曝晒，皮肤变成黑黝黝的，但这何尝不是一种快乐，一种更好地朝人生目标前进的勇气，更增添了一份完善自我的信心吗?。

军训期间有一项繁琐的任务就是整理任务，哪些细节让人头痛，像我这种一直随意的人，这可是一项重大的挑战。尤其是叠被子，每天在这上面花的时间可不少，总算是差强人意。只能在心中默念"坚持"然后继续奋斗，军训期间，虽然训练辛苦，但我们收获的知识与情感也很多，也开始了独立的生活，每到累到想要放弃时，想到家人与朋友

军训是苦涩的。日复一日训练的都是一个同样的动作，对于我们这些心智还尚未成熟的初一新生来说，军训就像茶水一样苦涩无味。我们对军训的热情已经消耗殆尽了，剩下的只是一份懒散。

正是因为这份懒散，我做什么都显得漫不经心，当教官在讲话时，我的思绪摇摇颤颤，早已跟随天上飞过的飞机飞回家里去了。可是屋漏偏逢连夜雨，连长破天荒地要来检查我们的单兵动作，我们却做得乱七八糟，总是那个人才蹲下去，这个人就已经起来了。连长大发雷霆，罚我们冒雨连蹲姿。天灰蒙蒙的，还下着小雨，寒风把只穿着单薄军装的我们吹得瑟瑟发抖。冰冷的雨水夹杂着我们的汗水淌过我的面颊，而我的双腿，早已麻木到没有知觉。我艰难的抬起头发现教官正背对着我，一个念头在我心中闪过――趁教官看不到我，换一换腿吧！就一下，不碍事的！我悄悄的放下了腿，而就在这一刹那，教官却偏偏转了过来，当她的眼光扫到我时，她的眼里闪过一丝惊讶和失望，我好像被看穿了一样，羞愧得无地自容，我悄悄用余光瞟了一眼教官，她的眼中却满是鼓励，我像得到了上帝宽恕的犹太教徒一样，又重新抬起了双腿。那一刻，我感觉我是真的蜕变了！不再懦弱，不再胆怯，不再去逃避了！

一转眼，七天的军训生活就在不知不觉中结束了，回顾这七天，我收获了太多太多。从一开始对军训的恐惧再到后来的恋恋不舍；从一开始的轻言放弃再到后来的永不言败，军训见证了我的蜕变！

Since I go to middle school, I have to learn many subjects. Though I am not

the best student in class, but I won’t give up. I always tell myself to work

hard, because if I want to compete with other students, I need to make great

effort. People are easy to deny themselves when they face difficulty. If they

not studying in vain. What we learn will be a great help to improve ourselves.

I am a college student, this is my fourth year in the college, which means

that I will graduate soon. Nowadays, many of my classmates have taken the action

from 7:00. After that, I have four periods in the morning and four other in the

the scarce flow of dirty water. The grounds are littered with plastic bottles

and bags. People are cutting down trees even though it is illegal. In some

towns, rubbish is hidden behind walls. Garbage cans are often of little use,

我们从未感受过如此强烈的责任与使明感——这一次绝不能再犯错了！眨眼间，五天时间已经过去了。我们不再吊儿郎当，早已没有了来之前那种散漫闲适的神情，取而代之的是沉着，稳重。我们学会了要到达成功的彼岸，坚持起到的作用是无与伦比的。我们学会了自己的责任必须由自己来承担，学会了坚强……

我们排着队来到武警中队，看见武警那些整齐的动作，同学们鼓起了掌。我心理油然而生出一种敬佩之情。之后，我们还参观了武警的房间，令我大吃一惊的是那被子，折叠得方方正正，没有一点丝皱纹。休息过后，认识教官，教官不高不矮，很幽默、风趣。教官先教我们第一个动作——立正。我一听，暗笑：“这么容易的动作，教官还教。”教官先教我们手形怎样放，我们一点也不严肃，总是嬉皮笑脸的，结果被站了十几分钟，我才知道，原来这个动作是那么难的，现在脚都站酸了，军训还没有结束，不知谁脚痒，动作不正，教官喊道：“嘿，胖子给我站好。”过了许久，上午的军训总算是结束了，大家叫苦连天：“这个礼拜怎么熬过去啊。”下午，雨下了起来，我们在球场站了半个小时，一些同学晕倒过去，解散后，我们回到教室，教官教我们唱歌；“咱是当兵的人，有啥不一样……”唱着，唱着，这首歌，让我想到军人时刻不思念故乡，但为了保卫祖国，驻守边疆，无暇回乡。这种精神是多么感人啊！

四天的训练下来了，我们以前不认真的坏毛病得以改掉。星期五那天，全体新生要汇操演，我们的教官说：“这次汇演，你们要打起精神来，认真表演这套动作。”

表演完毕，可惜我们班名落孙山，个个愁眉苦脸。教官鼓励我们说：“输了不要紧，失败乃成功之母吗。”我们连连点头。

军训结束了，我们恋恋不舍送走教官。

我的人生中有过许许多多的体验。升入中学的军训又丰富了我的人生体验。

我所在的中学是开发区第一中学，这个学校是开发区最早的中学，教学体系优良，获得过很多的奖项，是一个非常好的学校。能进入这所学校我感到十分自豪。 我们从一开学就开始了军训，第一天还行，到了下午才军训，不是很累。而第二天就不行了，上下午都要军训，运动量也增大了许多，光是站军姿，就要一次站五分钟的时间。到了第三天，更累，站军姿变成了一次十分钟，还有规定，就是不准动，一个人动了就加一分钟。有一次有三个同学动了，我们累得不行了。

也有几次，我很累，也想活动活动，可是，我想到动了不但会害了自己，而且还会连累头同学们，所以我就坚持了下去。 虽然说军训很累，但是我的性格通过这次活动变得更加坚强，意志力也比以前有了很大的提高，还学会了不少本领，了解到了军人们平时的生活。比如我学会了坐和蹲。蹲的要领是右腿向后移，身体顺势压下。 这次军训给了我很大的帮助，让我变得更强了，这次活动我一定不会忘记的！它会成为我心中的丰碑！
