There was a man who had four sons. He wanted his sons to learn to not judge

- and the pleasure，joy，and love that come from that life - can only be measured

军训的最后一天了，这一天，我才真正知道，军训也挺苦挺累的。以前我总是想：其实军训也没什么大不了，军训也不就是在操场上练习嘛！不过，现在我才明白，军训是一种“药”，是一种很苦很苦的药，但是“良药苦口”，军训能治好我们的懒惰、娇气和懦弱。

军训的这六天，我们被烈日晒过，也被小雨淋着过，我们常常坐在地上大喊着累，也曾经恼火地说：“最好快点与这种日子告别！”但是，我们的教官，不也是在烈日下、在小雨中一直陪伴与教导着我们吗？

今天，我们将要脱下这饱含着我们的汗与泪的军服，站在校门口与我们的教官依依惜别了。要交军服的时候，我们都磨磨蹭蹭，一会去趟厕所、一会和张影，一会再去溜达一圈……却迟迟不肯脱下军服。放学回家的路上，一遍遍回想着军训的景象，一次次温习着齐步、正步、跑步……在同学面前总想炫耀一下前些天学过的军体拳，和朋友不厌其烦地一遍又一遍讲述着自己的教官。

不用说，我肯定还是情绪低落的。正如第二天，我还是做什么都没有任何兴趣。吃完早餐，又开始练习原先那些东西。练啊练，练啊练……就一直这么练下去。不过总体来说，这一天算是第二开心的一天。因为……

早餐后，练着练着，同学突然对我说：“冰，你爸来了!”我爸?!我肯定没有相信。我回绝道：“不可能，这里不让。”她说：“你没看见吗?真的来了，在栏杆那里。他还向我招手，让我告诉你。” 我想了想，“还是不可能。那你说他是怎么进来的?不是不让吗?”“真来了，不信你去看嘛!” 算了，瞎折腾也没用，不如去问问易美辰——“是啊，是来了呀，在栏杆那里嘛。”真的在啊，两位同学说的一样!总不可能是易美辰偷听出来的吧。唉，来了就来了，我看见的只是栏杆而已。就算来了也走掉了。

下午，总教官教我们“消防知识”。刚开始，我也听得入迷，但后来，我的目光落在了围墙后高处的灌木丛上，不禁心里一阵狂喜——妈妈在那里，捧着个照相机不停地照。这回我可真信上午的事了。既然妈妈能进来，那爸爸也行!我激动得快要流泪了。我还一直有点担心爸爸妈妈会出什么事，我现在知道那是杞人忧天。

这整个下午，我都很快乐。

晚上，我们终于可以释放了——美味的烧烤正等着我们呢!虽然只是一整个鸡翅、两根火腿和一个硬馒头，但已经够了。我捧着烤叉，心里美耶!但当我看到火腿的品牌时，心里的美顿时全没了。这教官，怎么不把我们的健康放在眼里?“双汇”火腿不能吃他们不知道?电视上说了，这有瘦肉精他们也不知道?讨厌。

啊哈哈，我的鸡翅熟了!我用纸巾包着把鸡翅拆下来一半，然后大口大口地啃起来。不断有骨头露出来，我越看越饿。转眼间，我的鸡翅精光了，只剩一堆骨头。我又把火腿肠咬开，干脆直接吃好了，也用不着烤了。一口一半，四口就把两根火腿都塞了。

classroom I often sit there and became sad. I think I have worked hard for two

years in the Siner School. But ,all of things arent change quickly. Where is my

Senior three, and Ill face the case of going to university. Although the case

is so terrible , I have nothing to treat it. I often cry with the reason that

Recently, I have seen an impressive film—“Meet the Parents”, which is about

a woman Palm brought her boyfriend Greg to her parents’ home to spend holiday.

In the film, Greg was so dishonest to Palm’s parents that Palm’s father is

suspicious of his behavior and quality. As a result, Greg is obnoxious to all

and has to leave. As far as I am concerned, the consequence is heavily caused by

his dishonesty. If Greg could be real him all the time, he would get much

respect and appreciation and would not get much frustration. From the film, I

have learned that being honest was extremely important and necessary. In other

words, being honest is a basic principle for us to deal with others.

For one thing, we will not get others’ trust unless we are honest. If we

今天，富丽学校市综合教育基地的操场格外热闹。口哨声，跺脚声，口令声弥漫整个操场。

知道吗，我们振德街小学的高年级学生来到这儿军训哩。每一个教官都穿着端庄的迷彩服，每一个教官的指挥动作都那么熟练，严整。每一个教官都是那么严格地训导我们。

刚开始，这一切都充满了新鲜感，大家也都兴致勃勃的。不一会儿，大家就累得不行了，有的干脆一屁股坐在地下。教官一瞧，一脸严肃，厉声命令道：“都给我起来，谁再不起来，再站20分钟”我们一听，只能服从命令，坚持训练。

“立正，稍息，向左看齐，齐步走……”，我们就这样在冬日的阳光下经受两个钟头的队列训练。有的同学还因为体力不支而晕倒了，还好，训练基地已经预备了医护人员在现场救护。象我们这些孩子能吃苦耐劳吗?平时娇生惯养的。

哎哟!我的肚子咕咕直叫，闹意见了。可一看教官根本还没有休息的意思。只好再忍一下了!

终于等到了吃饭的时间了。我们排着整整齐齐的队伍来到了食堂，阵阵菜香扑鼻而来，把我的谗虫都勾了出来。教官严肃地说：“我吹哨子后才能开始吃饭，吃完饭也得听我哨子才能离开。”好不容易可以吃饭了，我们各自拿着不锈钢盘排队到窗口盛饭菜。

我刚想下筷子，看这西红柿颜色活生生的，不怎么熟吧，还有南瓜只一点点，汤水已经凉了。体验军人生活吗，不能像在家里那么挑剔了，我拿起筷子，狼吞虎咽的吃，吃到我饱了。正想把剩下的饭倒了，突然，食堂里几个大大的字映入我的眼帘：谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。我犹豫许久，再拿起筷子，把剩下的饭菜吃了个精光。

晚上，我们来到了宿舍。大家都纷纷拿出了自己的内衣准备洗澡。我们以抽签的形式来决定洗澡的先后，平时在家里，要洗多久就洗多久，但在这里可不能这样，还有人等着洗呢!不可以由于一己的自私，浪费了别人的时间。

洗完澡后，我筋疲力尽地躺在自己的床上。“我们来开个演唱会好不好”，不知是谁提议的，使大家来劲了。晚上，宿舍里洋溢着同学们欢快的笑声，歌声。既然要“疯”也得预防教官巡房，所以，大家一致决定轮流当“刹毂薄2恢痪豕肆礁霭阎油罚蠹彝胬哿耍忌洗哺巧媳蛔用烂赖乃艘痪酢BR>

虽然军训过程辛苦，但是也有许多快乐的时光，像参观孔雀园，观看杂耍表演，看赛马，拉歌等。

就要告别军训基地了，操场边风中的小树仿佛在向我们致意：让我们一起成长吧!

三天的军训，军人的作风转眼间，我们在太阳底下“烤”了三天了。

在这三天中，我体会到什么是军人，什么是军人的生活，什么是军人的作风。我可以准确的说，军人的生活就是：酸甜苦辣。军人的作风就是：雷厉风行。记得做最多的动作就是站军姿了，教官说，站军姿是基础，一定要做好。“挺胸，抬头，收小腹!”教官一遍遍的说着，我们也一动不动的站着。娇生惯养的我们站军姿就像豆腐一样，软绵绵的，而教官的军姿是有力的，坚韧的。这时我才知道，当一个军人是那么的难。“坚持住，还有五分钟。”已经站了十分钟军姿的我已经有点坚持不住了，但是看见教官坚韧有力的军姿，有一个声音在我心底呐喊：“坚持住，坚持就是胜利!”于是我继续顶着火辣辣的太阳，在和自己的懦弱，放弃做斗争。军训了三天，我学到了很多，，首先我真正地了解遵守纪律的重要性，不单单是以前的听话就好，而是要不啊纪律放在心上，要有责任感，对自己所做的事负责任，心里要有团体。晚上回到家，发现脚上磨出了好多的水泡，腿也酸酸的，但是，我的心里是甜的。

军人的生活，军人的作风，一直在我脑海里回荡着……还有两天军训就结束了，但我一辈子都不会忘了这一段时光，也不会忘了：我一直都是个军人。

转眼间，5天的军训时间已经结束了，在这几天里，酸甜苦辣尝遍了，军训让我们成长，让我们成熟。

五天的军训让我们成长，让我们成熟，吃不饱，睡不好，就连个洗澡的好地方都没有，我想，这大概就是磨练人的地方吧。俗话说：“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人”，的确如此。

烈日下，我们汗流浃背，却丝毫不动。一首《严守纪律歌》唱出了军人的作风，唱出了我们坚强的意志;一次靠几滴水洗完的经历，洗出了军人的珍惜，洗出了我们对水的节约;一次拔河比赛，拔出了军人的团结，拔出了我们集体的精神。训练中，坚持乃我们心中的标志，千言万语，只为“坚持就是胜利”。

之前的我们是饭来张口，衣来伸手的小皇帝小公主，永远是呆在温室里的花朵。而如今，五天的军训将我们改变了，再也不依赖了，坚强，我们变得坚强了，变成石缝中顽强的野花，尽管环境多么恶劣，也能在其中锻炼自己，成长自己，正如“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”，没有风雨，怎能见彩虹，没有苦的衬托，怎能显示甘的美丽。

于是，成长，蜕变，我们懂得了集体的力量，向往着集体带来的喜悦，记住“步调一致得胜利”，不再害怕五天里的日子。

落日将我们带到了9月11日下午，这一刻，真的好不舍。仰望，天好蓝好蓝，任白云自由地飘;俯视，水好绿好绿，任鱼儿自在地游。踏出了这里，告别了五天的军训，也许，泪珠早已在眼眶里打转，但我不让它落下，因为，在这里，我要坚强。

愉快的暑假悄然结束，迎来新学期的军训。军训是为了让我们树立国防意识，要有爱国精神，作为一个团队应该团结友爱互帮互助、井然有序，放下假期的懒散收拾心情 ，帮助我们更好的进入新的学期。

“目视前方，脚尖张开约60度，身体微微向前倾。”虽然已经步入秋季，但太阳还是如火一般的炙热。军训的第一天对我们这些运动少之又少的孩子们来说是一个再好不过的训练机会，为了锻炼我们的意志和耐力，一个小时，两个小时，甚至几个小时都重复同一训练内容，虽然身体疲惫，肌肉酸痛，但坚韧的我们不要喊一声累。

转眼军训已经进入第三天了，肩膀和膝盖还隐隐作痛，教官的口令还回荡在耳边，从刚开始的不熟练到后面的井然有序，感情的增进也是必不可少的，尽管是一个新的集体，大家都相处的十分融洽，休息时大家都互递水杯和纸巾，有同学不适时身边的同学都会伸出援助之手，军训教会了我们团结。

晨练时大家走着正步，反反复复，还没吃过早餐的他们也迈着有力的步伐，喊着响亮的口号“ 一 ，二，三，四”。 虽然训练时教官们有种种的严厉，但休息时却可以和我们笑成一团。“有不舒服的要打报告”是教官们最经常说的话，有种铁汉柔情的感觉呢，哈哈!

傍晚灯光下，秋风吹过，刚吃完饭的同学们排着队等着教官的到来。“全体立正 ，军姿10分钟”，膝盖和脚底板站的生疼，尽管是夜晚，也没有一个人敢偷懒，凉爽的夜晚汗水从脸颊划过，这些汗水包含着坚持和努力，这种痛苦里又怎么会没有快乐呢?在军训第三天的晚上，伴随我们的不是微风而是大雨，有一点特别让我感动---无论雨下的多大，教官们都没有撑伞，而是选择淋雨，同学们也还是保持着原有的姿势，没有一个人离开队伍。

5天的时间或许太过短暂了，来不及让我细细体会，它让我爱上了这个新的集体。虽然我没有能够学会适应，但我学会了坚持。累，只是一种感觉，但是心却得到了慰藉。不经历风雨怎能见彩虹?

Trees are very useful to people. They provide us with wood and other

products. They give us shade and they help to prevent drought and floods.

Unfortunately， in many parts of our country， people havent realized the

importance of trees. They cut them down at will. They are usually too lazy or

too careless to plant and look after new trees. As a result， the forests

continue to disappear.

Where there are no trees the rain falls on the surface， causing floods， and

carries away with the rich topsoil， in which crops grow so well. When all the

topsoil is gone， nothing remains but worthless deserted.

The big floods of 1998， in parts of China， have already taught us a good

lesson. So every one of us must love trees， protect forests， and keep on

planting trees each year.

今天已经是军训的第三天了，我们也终于练习了我们梦寐以求的实弹打靶训练。

上午我们听了赵老师讲的射击课，听时我才知道原来射击时还有这么多的讲究。比如拿枪时枪托要放在肩上，但不能放偏;瞄准时要成一个“山”字形，但三竖要齐平;扣扳机时要小心一点，防止走火……当然也知道了步枪的构造等。

由于我们是四班，所以在第四个射击，可没想到因为三班太慢，我们在第三个射击了。在等别人射击时，我总是听到教官说“光蛋”。所以在我射击时心里也就不由得紧张了起来。

“呯”一声我的第一发子弹就射出去了，但由于我在瞄准时好像有点偏了，所以我觉得这发子弹可能没打中。第二发子弹，我屏住呼吸，瞄准好耙子，又是“呯”的一声，这发子弹就出膛了。紧接着，剩下的三发子弹都一颗接一颗的射中耙子。到教官把耙子拿过来时，我非常紧张，生怕一颗都没射中，可是让我没有想到的是，我居然五发全中了，环数是24环，也算是不错的啦!

只可惜我们班的平均成绩太差，没有拿到这张奖状。不过其实我们班优秀的同学也是不少的，这一点上也算是安慰了我们班的同学一下。

晚上紧急集合，结果因为很多原因，只有7个人没被罚。但是等等我躺下之后楼上还有很多人在训练，当然我们班的男生也被罚了很久。

军训还有两天就要结束了，真希望能早点看到父母啊!

们进入中学校门后，参加了为期七天的军训。有人说军训生活非常艰苦，有人说军训生活非常有趣，也有人说军训生活一定很难忘，但我觉着军训生活是对我们的一次考验，它能让我们变得坚强，能让我们变得守纪律，能锻炼我们的适应能力。

9月11日一大早，同学们全部在学校操场集合，大家统一着装，上午，简短的开营仪式后，我们便正式开始了训练。在参加军训前我就知道军训肯定苦，但是真正的军训比我的想象还要苦。我们第一天上午接受的训练就是练习站军姿，在炎炎烈日下，教官让我们一动不动。一开始还好，过了一会儿汗就留下来了，汗珠就像一个个调皮的小精灵在我的脸上打转，弄得我脸痒痒的，很难受，我真想擦一把，但是想起教官的话，我还是忍住了。一天训练结束后，我晚上躺在床上，浑身酸痛，心想军训真是苦呀!

我们每天上午训练三小时、下午三小时，表面看十分单调，可是短短的几天里我们学会了许多东西，如稍息、立正、跨立、分列式等许多军事动作。在这几天里我们把自己懒散的习惯修炼成有组织有纪律，从“站没站相、坐没坐相”修炼成挺拔的身姿，从小皇帝、小公主修炼成二十一世纪的好少年。

最后一天学校组织了会操比赛。比赛开始了，首先出场的是五班、六班，他们精神抖擞，声音十分洪亮，脚步声也很整齐，“啪、啪、啪”其它班响起了热烈的掌声，接着是我们三班、四班了，我非常紧张，走到操场上，我们声音比他们的大好几倍，脚步声也相当整齐、有力，我们精彩的表演使台下响起了一阵又一阵的掌声。

短短的军训生活让我们从陌生变得熟悉，每天朝夕相处留下了许多美好的回忆，每次摔倒都有同学把你扶起，每次被表扬都有同学和你一起高兴，在这里让我们感受到家的温暖和集体的力量，难忘的军训生活将会是我们一辈子的记忆。

军训前，我曾是满腔热血，迫不及待地想亲身体验军队的生活。军训后，我仍是满腔热血：军训——有苦也有乐，是我一生中最宝贵的财富。

The following reasons can account for the above phenomenon. Firstly,

traditional technologies are always considered ineffective while the new

sciences are always highly efficient, because modern science and technology

facilitate both our daily and academic life a lot, with which we can save much

money and time. Secondly, it is costly to protect the traditional culture,

especially the maintenance and repair of the historical buildings.

In my opinion, although traditional culture is an ancient heritage, it

新学期开始了，我得到的第一个消息就是军训。

在未军训前我是多么的开心，多么的轻松自在，但在军训后，我却觉得军训是那么累呀。开心是可以想象的，但是累是可以想象出来的吗？

我感到最累的就是站军姿。军训第一天我怀着愉悦的心情走进操场，刚开始就是站军姿，我心想：不就是站军姿吗，有什么难度，我可以轻松站半个小时，可是并不像我想的那么容易。军姿开始了，当教官的一声命令打响时，我们开始站军姿了，苦辣的感觉油然而生，站了一会，就站的我腰酸背痛，汗流浃背。我的心情突然间有块石头落了下来，早上愉悦的心情早飞到九霄云外去了，心里被一种沉重的力量占据着。时间慢慢流逝着，天气也越来越热，有些人坚持不住已经倒下，但是他们休息后又回到自己的岗位。

大家多么希望下场雨啊。

果然，天上下起了小雨，慢慢的下了起来，但雨的天气没过几分钟便停了。唉、

在后来的几天里同学们越来越像个小军人，大家都有了顽强的毅力和强韧的体魄。

在这5天里，每天上午都要军训2-3个小时，即使是早晨，也热得令人透不过气来。

在这5天里，我们练习了 站军姿 稍息 立正 起步和跑步。

军训的苦，让我们这群昨日温室中花朵，变成了今天饱经风霜、搏击长空的雄鹰。军训，也将组织和纪律观念深深地扎进了我们的脑海。军训，还磨练了我们的意志，让我们在不知不觉中逐渐的成熟。

五天军训完毕了，我收获了许多。虽然很累，但获得了真正的开心。虽然我被太阳晒黑了，但我变得更强健了；虽然我很累，但是我却有了顽强的毅力；虽然脚疼了，但走出的步伐是那么坚定有力……

五天后我们和和蔼可亲，搞笑有趣……的教官说再见了，虽然是五天，但是我们也不会忘记教官的音容笑貌。

当嘹亮的军号声随着冉冉升起的太阳响彻整个军营时，营地里便顿然热闹起来，军歌响起来了，整齐有力的脚步声不时地传来，口号声也此起彼伏，一切又都显得井然有序。

军号

这里所谓的军号并不是真的号角声，而是以哨声代替的，不要小看这一单调的哨声，它似乎左右着这里的一切，因为它代表着的是命令，所以不管是在任何时候，不管在任何情况下，哨声一响，我们就必须以最快的速度赶去集合，每当这时，我的脑海里总会出现这样一幅画面，一粒粒钢珠散落在各个角落里，哨声一落，钢珠立刻铸就了一道钢铁长城，时刻准备着捍卫人民的利益，于是我不禁感受到了那无穷无尽的战斗力，在这和平的年代里，我们依然保持着这份快捷与迅猛，就意味着我们无穷无尽的战斗力将永远保持下去。

军训

这是最重要的一段，也是最难忘的一段。在烈日骄阳下，你不得不在教官的口令下反复做着那些机械、枯燥的动作，烈日晒焦了皮肤，汗水湿透了衣衫，枪托磨破了掌心，这一切都让我们痛苦不堪，一个个平时养尊处优的我们何时受过这等煎熬，所以有时候忍不住发几声牢骚，闹点小脾气。但在训练场上，在队列里，我们都无话可说，我们很清醒地知道，这是我们自己的选择，这是对我们身体的磨炼，也是心灵的磨砺，我们为每一个错误动作感到羞耻，但却决不是气馁，我们为每一个懒惰的思想火花感到惭愧，尽自己最大的努力将之消灭在萌芽状态，我们为每一个标准动作费尽心血。为了做到协调统一，我们放弃了多少个休息时间！终于，我们练得准确无误了，那一刻，除了疲劳与创痛，我们更感到一种自豪，一种让人欣慰的成就感。所以，当我踏着整齐步伐走过时，自己也不禁豪情万丈。此时，一切的痛苦都不再痛苦，一切的一切都成了快乐的根源。

军歌

对于我们来说，最轻松而又最令人震憾的就是军歌了。行军路上，训练场上，饭堂前，都能听到我们响亮的歌声，有时自己也会忍不住小声哼哼。我曾经感到奇怪，为什么平时不屑一顾的歌，此时变得那么地铿锵有力，每次唱歌，我们都放开喉咙尽情放歌，天地间，仿佛除了人就只剩下歌声了。一首熟悉的不能再熟悉的《团结就是力量》我们反复唱了几千遍、几万遍，训练结束时，我们总会忍不住唱《打靶归来》，尽情高歌，似乎要让全世界都知道，我们从光荣的战场上回来了。现在，我慢慢地领悟到，我们在歌声里溶进了我们的信心和勇气，让歌声充满了自信与自豪。所以，那并不好听的歌却显得那么的顺耳，那么激动人心。

军魂

也许只有那短短的十八天，我不能真正理解它的内涵。但那些天来，我实实在在地感受到了集体的力量，感受到了整体的美。在那铁的纪律之下已不存在自我，剩下的只有队列与命令，每个人每天都重复着同样的动作，但感受越来越深，每个人都从军队吸收了力量，让自己变得越来越强，在接受磨炼的时间里，我们真真切切地感受到了纪律的重要，体会到了军人的伟大，它使我们牢记，我曾是个兵。

当今天我在写这篇文章的时候，我要将这句话改为，我要牢记的是：我将永远都是一个兵。

这十八天的军训，对于我的整个生命来说是短暂的，但那宝贵的记忆将永远留在我的心里，伴随着我走完今后的人生路。
