The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the

society. As a college student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than

the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going

to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago.

It is very helpful to use those information as reference and historical proof.

In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage

to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much

more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time

instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. In

addition, Internet provides me a better way to communicate with my friends and

professors. I can get response from my professor in a few minutes instead of

waiting outside of his door for hours. Some of my friends are living in a

foreign countries, I can simply just drop him an email whenever I can and get a

message from him very quick. It is much better than waiting for letters. Also,

the email will not lose while the letter might be losing in the process of

delivery.

However, there are also disadvantage of using Internet. For example, I

might spend too much time on the Internet to concentrate on my study. Also,

there is a chance that I am cheated because of the Internet purchasing. Last,

Internet has lots of information, both helpful and harmful. There might be too

much tempatation that I will access some of the harmful information I can on the

Internet.

Even though the usage of Internet has both positive and negative effect to

me, I still consider Internet is a symbol of technology development. I believe I

can use the Internet very well as long as I know how to control myself.

Most smokers are males, because they need to smoke for social communication

or for set themselves free from the pressure. In the packaging, we can find that

every packaging has written the words that smoking is harmful to health. Though

smokers know it, they ignore it. For the harmony of the family, people should

quit smoking.

To quit smoking is not easy, people know smoking does harm to their health,

but they just can’t resist the temptation and then start to smoke again, so they

must have strong will. They must tell themselves that smoking not only does harm

to their health, but also does harm to their families. The families will have

much chance to take in the second-hand cigarette, in order to keep the families

啊！四天的军训终于结束了，现在已经开学了，可回想好像就在昨天。经过了四天的艰苦训练，我学会了许多。

（1）发放服装

我们是在新生报到的第二天发放军训服装的，但是，发放服装这个过程做的并不理想，用一个字概括，就是“乱”。班主任去领服装的时候，不知道要先交钱，后领服装，钱的.数目不小，要不是刚好有其他钱可以挪用，临时临急就很难找那么一大笔钱来垫了。领了服装之后，数量很多，搬回学院之后就乱了，虽然，在叫学生搬回去之前已经千叮万嘱要分门别类的放好，但多则易乱，人多手杂，总不免会乱，加之军服外套上没有号码。虽然同学们都很耐心、很有秩序地等候，虽然最后军服全都到了学生手中，没有出现大的失误，但是，按照效率、有序原则，我们做的远远不够。为此，总结出以下几点：

1、确认军服是否需要先交钱后领服装，以便确定是否需要在新生报到当然收取军服费。

2、军服是以院系为单位统一领取的，新生报到当天晚上就该将全院的军服号码、鞋子号码分门别类统计好。

3、场地条件允许的话最好把学生都召集到军服领取地发放，避免军服搬动过程中出现混乱。

4、学生在排队等候领取军服时，注意秩序，最好以班为单位依次领取。

5、向军服主观部门咨询军服更换办法、途径。

6、做好贫困学生减免军训费工作

（2）编排编班

编排除了考虑总体人数，还要考虑男女比例。由于每个班的人数都差不多，男女比例也相对均衡，为这次编排省下了很多工作。

（3）军训动员

虽然很多同学在中学之后也参加过军训，但强度比大学军训小很多，他们对军训的认识是比较片面的。根据我的了解，男同学相对好一点，他们不怕剪头发，也比较能吃苦耐劳，但是女同学对军训的顾虑相对多很多。很多女同学害怕剪短发，害怕被晒黑，身体素质也没有男同学那么好，等等一系列的问题。在军训前的动员需要做以下工作：

1、让学生了解军训的目的，不是为了军训而军训，是为了磨练学生的意志，培养他们吃苦耐劳的毅力。申明学校的军训规定，要从心理上说服学生按照军训规定去理发，以免学生产生过度的逆反心理，特别强调军训纪律。

2、让学生了解军训的具体安排和实际训练强度。我们之后在了解情况之后才可能掌控它，才不会产生恐惧。学生也是一样的，他们在军训前的种种顾虑更多的来源于对军训的不了解。

3、提醒学生做好军训准备工作，包括防晒、防暑等，如买防晒油、买大水杯等。

4、申明对无法参见军训同学的管理规定，既要关心这部分学生身体健康、心理健康，也要鼓励他们到训练场上接受教育。

5、鼓舞士气，这一点非常重要。军训是比较艰苦，但这也是学校要求学生参加军训的原因。军训是对大家的一次考验，更是一次锻炼，老师们会支持、陪伴着学生，并期望他们的出色表现。

solid foundation for success. It will be a long way to be successful thus we

have to accumulate our knowledge day by day. And we can’t achieve success in one

or two days. It will help us solve problems more efficiently if we have a broad

horizon. What’s more, opportunities always occur out of our expectation so we

have to make ourselves well prepared. If we prepared, we will catch up with it

whenever it comes up.

Opportunities give priorities to the people who make preparation for them.

What’s more, success goes along with opportunities. We should develop the

ability to solve problems in different and efficient ways therefore we can make

our way to success more easily.

一年一度的军训刚刚过去，在这次军训中我受了很多苦，也学到了很多东西，感受到什么是团结……

我已经是第三次参加军训，每一次都有一件最有意义的事，今年军训我觉得“团队扶桥”最有意义。

“沐浴阳光，快乐成长，认识自我，放飞理想。”这响亮的口号声从训练基地传出来，这声音震耳欲聋。我们正在等待“团队扶桥”活动开始。活动规则是：一个班分成两列队伍，两个人一根木板放在肩上，两个人面对站着，让一个人从木板上爬到主席台，每个人轮流，每个班要有三名保护队和一名啦啦队长，保护队负责左右两边与下面保护每一个人。

军训感受当“团队扶桥”活动开始前，我和对面的同学扛着一根木板，开始时，陆陆续续一个人接着一个人爬过来。当快要轮到我时，我紧张极了，害怕自己不行。突然，教官拍了一下我的背，我立即爬上木板，一步一步向前爬。一路爬过来，听见一声接一声的“张洋加油，张洋加油！”……我的脑子一片空白，我只看着前方的木板，想着怎么爬过去，听着一片加油声……我终于爬了过来，我迅速跑回我的岗位，继续扶着木板。我比刚刚坚定多了，我一边扛着木板，一边为正在爬的同学加油。从刚刚爬完的那一刻起，我感受到同学们对我放入期望是那么大，我也要信任同学们。接着，连老师都要参加这个活动，老师顺利过了我们搭的桥。最后，我们带欢乐的心情结束了这个活动。

这次军训虽然吃了不少苦，但我学到了很多原来不知道的东西，我下次还要参加这样有意义的活动。

新的一天又开始了，今天我们初一(6)班的所有学生都坚持了下来，没有了娇气，有的是坚强和勇敢。

下午，我们如约的来到了操场可是当训练不久时太阳出来了，而我们又正好面对太阳，原本以为倒霉的我突然听到一声“向后转”的指令，虽然还没有过脑，但是身体还是跟着大部队转了身去，转过身子的我才知道这一声“向后转”是教官的良苦用心啊，此时我又不禁想到教官还真是体贴。

又是十五分钟的军姿，可是因为几个调皮的同学我们又加了十分钟，这令我是懊恼不已啊。站在操场上定定的不动，保持着同一种姿势，感觉到脚掌有了轻微的麻感，我学着之前教官跟我们说到身体向前倾，觉得脚下好受了许多，但是我的膝盖又开始痛了，是那一种感觉，我只好向左或向右稍微的动两下，那才舒服了许多。终于，在我们初一(6)班全体同学的坚持下，终于完成了教官的要求，真是“皇天不负有心人啊!”

虽然我们军训没有部队里面的正规，但是可以让我们深深体会到我们“中国军队”的真正内涵，可以真正的感受到做一名军人的酸甜苦辣，这样的一些感受让我对军人特别是中国军人产生了一种崇高的敬意。

说的.没错，生活如海洋一般，只有意志力坚强的人，才能到达彼岸，而我们，初一(6)班的所有学生，就是意志力坚强的人里面的一小部分。今天，我们一起到达了那个彼岸!不知明天还会如今天一般吗?让我们一起加油吧!

Considering all the points discussed， it is highly sensible that we should

take prompt measures to resolve this problem. In the first place， more bettering

policies should be brought forward.In the second，more moral schooling should be

applied in all munities。 Only by enforcing these measures， can we effectively，

efficiently， and eventually solve the problem.
