never be forgotten, because a horrible earthquake happened in Wenchuan, which

caused tens of thousands of children’s death.

On hearing the news, I felt so sorrowful. “Why was the god so cruel to

them?” I asked. They were still at the entrance of the life. They seemed like

little eagles that were willing to open their wings and hover in the sky. Maybe

they would have their brilliant future. What a great loss to our nation! I had

my deepest sympathy on the people in the disastrous area. So I donated some

money and clothes to them. And I also prayed for the dead people sincerely. I

eagerly hope that there would be no earthquakes in the future, so that we could

live a more peaceful life.

We can see such signs as “No Smoking” in some public places, which is a

kind of measure taken to ban smoking in public places. However, concerning about

this measures, different people hold divergent opinions. The smokers protest

against that it is a kind of action to deprive of their free right, while the

non-smokers are in favor of banning smoking in public places.

In my opinion, I am inclined to support the latter one—smoking should be

banned in public places. There are reasons accounting for my point. For one

thing, people will be harmed by the second-hand smoking if someone smokes in

public places, especially the infants and children. For another, banning smoking

in public places is also beneficial to the smokers. If they are banned to smoke

in public places, they will restrain themselves from smoking and smoke less. In

the meantime, it is a contribution to reduce the air pollution.

Therefore, I advocate that smoking in public places should be banned so

that we can breathe the fresh air and suffer less from the second-hand smoking.

Let’s work together to create and sustain out green and fresh environment.

China, as a developing country, has a large gap compared with developed

countries. If we want to catch up with and even surpass the developed ones,

education seems important and should be given the first priority. Besides,

education seems the same important to individuals.

In modern time, when science and technology are making great progress, the

education of the work force is the most important. Moreover, many of the success

in advanced countries have demonstrated that a nations prosperity mainly

depends on the quality of its labor force, namely those who have been well

educated.

For individuals, education is the best way to improve oneself. Firstly,

今天是军训的第三天，与前两天比起来，今天算是非常舒适的了。太阳的光芒已经被浮云遮挡，绿荫操场上也不时吹来丝丝清风。

我们的彭教官今天回团里不能来了，因此学校换了一位新教官来为我们训练。我们很配合新教官的训练，并且很快熟悉了新教官的指导方式。上午，我们主要练的就是齐步走与正步走。起初，我们感觉很轻松，教官也夸我们走得很好。

但练到正步走时，我们一下脚步就全错乱了，用教官的话说就是“一盘散沙”。

为此，教官把正步走的动作分解，让大家一步一步学，说实话，别看动作很简单，练起来确实很累。当教官喊“1”的口令时，全体同学都要笔直的迈出左脚，让角尖与地面持平，同时左手要放平，拳头大概要保持在衣服口袋的位置上，右手向后弯，使右拳距离身体30厘米左右。前30秒内，同学们做的都很好，但30秒过后，很多同学就都坚持不住了，身体开始略微倾斜，脚底感到有些发烫，有些同学实在坚持不住了，喊了声“报告”后，左脚就轻轻点了一下地，接着又抬了起来。我当时也感觉有些坚持不住，虽然有天公作美，但我还是“汗流如注”。

教官不时在一旁鼓励我们“坚持住，坚持住。”我咬紧了牙，终于等到教官命令我们换另一只脚。当我们不断得重复着枯燥的动作时，无人不是筋疲力尽。但人虽没有铁打的身体却有一颗比钢铁还坚强的心。任凭劳累不断考验我们的意志，仍然没有人退缩。

下午，我们训练的时间不长，但下午的军姿练习却也让我们尝到了一点点苦头。“坚持”依旧成了我们训练的主旋律。确实，“坚持”二字写起来简单，落实到行动上就是非常困难的了。这也印证了那句话“坚持到底，就是胜利。”

还有四天，我们为期一周的军训就要画上句号了。不过军训是短暂的，而“坚持”的品质是要与我们共度三年的高中时光的。相信我们能一如既往的沿袭“坚持”的作风，不仅是在军训中，更是要落实到今后的学习生活中。唯有懂得坚持的人，才能用热情和信心去迎接新的挑战!

后来又学了齐步、正步走和体转，要求就是所有人的步调、手势要一致，姿势正确标准。大家要努力配合团结一致才能完成。在此我不仅有了团队意识，而且还学会了总结、反省和改正。失败是成功之母，只有不断从失败中吸取教训并改正，才能不断提高。我们分成几个小组讨论后，知道了存在的问题，经过几轮的练习，受到了教官的认可和表扬，成功的喜悦洋溢脸上。我想生活、学习亦是如此。

Every child needs to receive education and they spend so much time to learn

knowledge, whether they are like or not. The adults always tell their children

that as they are young and full of energy, so they should learn knowledge and

skills, but most kids dont know the necessity of study. The most important

reason to study is to keep pace with the time. We live in the society that we

need to make connections with others. If we dont get the newest information, we

will be kicked out and have no idea what they are talking about, then isolation

happens. Whats more, when we are equipped with skills, we can make our choices

and take charge of our life. In order to live the comfortable life, we must

study hard and fight for our future.

Recently, our efforts to protect wild animals was questioned by the public,

because the news is keep reporting that more and more wild animals was killed by

human beings, especially the very precious one. Innocent animals was dead for

their meat, fur and tooth, it was just used to fill up human beings desire. In

my point of view, the wild animals were protected effectively still has a long

way to go.

Firstly, people should try harder to make a better place for animals. The

land where the wild animals live was deprived by human being. For hundreds

years, people cut the trees to make land for their living and farming, wild

animals homeland was took, they have no choice but run away. What is more,

human beings break the food link in nature; wild animals can not find enough

food to keep alive. There is no doubt that the destruction of nature has become

a big problem to kill wild animal, for instance, a polar bear was starved to

death because of the greenhouse effect, the ice was melt away, the seadog and

fish that polar bear like to eat are far away from them. For those reasons,

people should protect the environment first if they want to protect wild animals

effectively.

Second, no buying, no killing. Some rich people like to wear fur coat, they

treat it as a status symbol, especially for rich woman, they think animal fur is

beautiful and warm, they will never consider that the fur they wear for years is

the skin that animal wear for their whole life, and they knew how bloody when

people took the fur from animal but they choose to ignore it. If people do not

buy the fur and tooth, lots of wild animals will be survived.

In sum, wild animals are our friends, we should give back and protect their

homeland, and stop buying their body part, or our future generations will see

them in zoo and museum.

一年一度的军训刚刚过去，在这次军训中我受了很多苦，也学到了很多东西，感受到什么是团结……

我已经是第三次参加军训，每一次都有一件最有意义的事，今年军训我觉得“团队扶桥”最有意义。

“沐浴阳光，快乐成长，认识自我，放飞理想。”这响亮的口号声从训练基地传出来，这声音震耳欲聋。我们正在等待“团队扶桥”活动开始。活动规则是：一个班分成两列队伍，两个人一根木板放在肩上，两个人面对站着，让一个人从木板上爬到主席台，每个人轮流，每个班要有三名保护队和一名啦啦队长，保护队负责左右两边与下面保护每一个人。

军训感受当“团队扶桥”活动开始前，我和对面的同学扛着一根木板，开始时，陆陆续续一个人接着一个人爬过来。当快要轮到我时，我紧张极了，害怕自己不行。突然，教官拍了一下我的背，我立即爬上木板，一步一步向前爬。一路爬过来，听见一声接一声的“张洋加油，张洋加油！”……我的脑子一片空白，我只看着前方的木板，想着怎么爬过去，听着一片加油声……我终于爬了过来，我迅速跑回我的岗位，继续扶着木板。我比刚刚坚定多了，我一边扛着木板，一边为正在爬的同学加油。从刚刚爬完的那一刻起，我感受到同学们对我放入期望是那么大，我也要信任同学们。接着，连老师都要参加这个活动，老师顺利过了我们搭的桥。最后，我们带欢乐的心情结束了这个活动。

新学期开始了，我得到的第一个消息就是军训。

在未军训前我是多么的开心，多么的轻松自在，但在军训后，我却觉得军训是那么累呀。开心是可以想象的，但是累是可以想象出来的吗？

我感到最累的就是站军姿。军训第一天我怀着愉悦的心情走进操场，刚开始就是站军姿，我心想：不就是站军姿吗，有什么难度，我可以轻松站半个小时，可是并不像我想的那么容易。军姿开始了，当教官的一声命令打响时，我们开始站军姿了，苦辣的感觉油然而生，站了一会，就站的我腰酸背痛，汗流浃背。我的心情突然间有块石头落了下来，早上愉悦的心情早飞到九霄云外去了，心里被一种沉重的力量占据着。时间慢慢流逝着，天气也越来越热，有些人坚持不住已经倒下，但是他们休息后又回到自己的岗位。

大家多么希望下场雨啊。

果然，天上下起了小雨，慢慢的下了起来，但雨的天气没过几分钟便停了。唉、

在后来的几天里同学们越来越像个小军人，大家都有了顽强的毅力和强韧的体魄。

在这5天里，每天上午都要军训2-3个小时，即使是早晨，也热得令人透不过气来。

在这5天里，我们练习了 站军姿 稍息 立正 起步和跑步。

站军姿时，刘晨扬挠了挠头皮，正巧被吾教官逮了个正着。吾教官训了他一顿后问道：“你叫什么名字？大声回答！”刘晨扬大喊道：“我叫刘——晨——扬！”吾教官听了突然大笑起来，并看了看隔壁303班的教官。

“谁叫我？找我什么事？”303班的教官一骨碌从地上爬起来，四处张望。

吾教官笑得上气不接下气：“那………那个教官……也叫刘……晨扬。”话音刚落，我们哄堂大笑。“啊哈哈哈……”张墨扬用他夸张的语调狂笑不止；郑博友笑红了脸；我笑得快站不稳了；程诗琪笑得弯着腰，捂着肚子；李梦洁笑着笑着，竟和曾伊果撞到了一起……

“刘晨扬！”突然一声大叫传入我们耳朵，刘晨扬经过吾教官的同意向声音发源地跑去。不一会儿，他又跑回来了，一脸尴尬：“他说他在叫他自己，不是叫我。”我们听了又是一阵爆笑。

终于可以休息了，吾教官站在高台上看着我们。张墨扬小队又开始皮厚了，他们大吵大闹，恨不得把天捅个窟窿。吾教官眼前一亮，厉声喝道：“第三小队，立——正！”张墨扬他们极不情愿地站起来。

“你们这一队太会闹了，我给你们队每位同学取个代号，好分辨是谁在闹。”吾教官走过来指着第一位张墨扬说：“你，叫大胖！”张墨扬气得七窍生烟。吾教官又依次把代号送给那一排同学。“二胖”童宇成沙哑着声音说：“张墨扬，想不到我比你瘦！”“三胖”郑博友扭了扭身体，胖脸一下抖动起来，让我不由自主想起了妈妈做的鸡蛋羹。“四胖”王章一听泄了气，低下头，弯下腰，曲下了膝盖。刘逸涵听到“五胖”这个代号，很生气，不服气地说：“我胖吗？我胖吗？”一旁的刘政涛笑呵呵地对刘逸涵说：“我是六胖！”最后一位是徐瑾渊，他很高兴，欣然接受了“七胖”这个代号。我们笑得前仰后合，直不起腰来。

其他教官也找出他们班的小胖子，组成一个“胖子特别行动队”。王章以他112斤的体重荣登“王牌大胖”的宝座，成为“特别行动队”的队长，但他好像不是很开心，翻了翻白眼，挺了挺肚子，带领着一群小胖子在操场上昂首阔步。这样也好，他们可以互相激励，变得瘦一些，对健康也有利。

军训很开心，因为不仅对身体健康有帮助，而且可以让我们体验不一样的生活。

每天我们都要训练很长时间，其中最难就是军体拳了。教官要求每一个动作都要做标准，不然就要一遍遍的做直到做好为止。虽然，汗水都把衣服浸湿了，但是功夫不负有心人，最后我们都做得有模有样，连平时最严肃的教官，看到我们如此努力地练习，都欣慰的笑了，我们也觉得无比的喜悦与自豪。此外，我们还学习了走正步。虽然走得连腿都麻木了，但我们还是咬紧牙关坚持了下来。最后我们踏步的声音整齐的不可以用语言来形容了!

爸爸把钱放到了纸袋里。刚要走时，发现了一个人拉着老奶奶的手让他跟他走，身穿一身警服是公安局长他说“这位老奶奶是无依无靠的，我愿做她的儿女尽孝道。大家用惊讶的目光双手为局长鼓掌，我们也放心了老人的住处。

我还清清楚楚地记得军训的那三天的一幕幕：第一天天气很热，教官教给了我们军姿、蹲姿、跨立；第二天和第三天大家都站了好长时间的军姿，还学了停止间转法和起步、踏步与立定。同学们表现得都很出色。

俗话说得好：“一份耕云，一份收获。”大家服从命令，听指挥，终于在最后一天会操时取得了优异的成绩。而这对我来说，这份收获主要是精神上的一份大收获。

Today I am very happy, because today is not only "38" womens day, but also my mothers birthday.
