几天前上课时，老师们就提醒我们这几天发病几率大，让我们多注意预防。放假后好似机缘巧合的一场大雪竟是人工降雪，目的是降低发病率，但进行之后效果并不明显。

这次新型冠状病毒疫情与之前暴发的SARS病毒疫情相似，采取的措施也是仿照当时，但疫情的根源还没有查明，为了掐灭疫情传播的火种，政府及相关工作人员一直在努力做着工作。

虽然根源还没有找到，并且专家指出疫情根源很有可能是野味，但很多疫情与人类的行为有一定的关系，所以作为生物界食物链的顶层，我们应该从自身做起，预防病毒，遵守各项卫生规定。人与自然从来都是一体的，每个人也都应该尽到一个人类的责任。疫情不是小事，人的生命健康权是人权中最重要的一项，现在自己生命健康的角度，为防止疫情扩散做出自己的贡献。

Nowadays, with long holidays at hand,travelinghas become a new trend for

us to relax ourselves outside work. Some people even had made a plan for it a

long time before the holiday begins. They usually travel with good friends or

travel along; only few people take their parents into travel plan. However, I

think it is high time for us to travel with parents.

In the first place, we should spend more time with parents. According to

research, if we come home 5 days a year, spend 4 hours a day with parents, it

说到感受，我想要先说一下我们这个班。军训这几天的太阳一直火辣辣的，可同学们没有退缩。站在操场上，太阳直射在我们身上，汗水像雨点一样直淌下来，原本白皙的皮肤在这几天的暴晒中变得黝黑发亮，但同学们都顶着太阳努力训练。第一天上午刚开始的时候，有的同学不适应都吐了，可只休息了一会儿，又进入了紧张的训练中。八月十五中秋节，是阖家团圆的日子，可我们那天还在军训。其他的班都有好多人请假，可我们班一个也没有。连老师也放弃了和家人团聚的机会，陪我们一块训练。

再说说我们的教官。他对待军训认真负责，可休息时他就像我们的朋友一样和我们说说笑笑。开始踢正步的时候，由于我们抬腿不到三十公分，他便让我们一直抬着退，为的就是让我们在毕业营式时出彩。我们的教官还很厉害，练习摆凳子时，他把我们班和214班训练好以后，又跑去教另外两个班，你说他厉害不厉害？

这次的军训还使我深刻的体会到了“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人”的含义。以前我在家里是衣来伸手饭来张口的娇娇公主，什么苦都吃不了，可通过这次军训，我学会了吃苦耐劳。在这军训的六天中，我从一条毛毛虫蜕变成了一只美丽的蝴蝶。虽然这个过程很辛苦，但我彻底改变了自己，成就了一个全新的自我。

军训已经结束，看着自己和同学的两条晒黑的手臂和一张脸，能记得烈日下的汗水。军训的内容或许是单调的动作，心中抱怨着自己的汗水白流了好几尺。我们从来没有接受过这么艰苦的训练，还要自力更生。以前是依靠父母的。从中还有许多启示。在教官的标准指导下，同学们学会了坚持到底。纠正错误永远是困难的。灸热的太阳似乎为了惩罚我们这群动作散慢的同学，燃烧了自己每一寸的肌肤。不过努力的力量是巨大的，错误也不会永恒不灭。虽然离教官还有差距，但进步欣喜地摆在每一个人的眼前。我们要感谢教官，我们流汗，教官比我们留得更多；我们辛苦，教官比我们更辛苦；我们累，教官比我们更累。是他们让我看到了一个真正的军人。我回忆中有教官大声而又清晰的口令声。在教官的耐性培育下，使我们做了一个不怕苦，不怕累，流汗不流泪的人。洒下了辛勤的汗水。不愧是人民的子弟兵。

通过这次军训，使我得了解放军的军营生活是这么艰苦的。谢谢教官和老师给我上了一堂深刻难忘的课。
