经过人民中学的五天军训，我的身体状况提高了很多，而且每一天都有许多收获。

第一天，我们的教官让我们练习站军姿，并告诉我们站军姿的方法：身体往前倾，两肩往后张，脖子贴近后衣领。听说这样可以预防中暑。站着站着我都快晕倒了，今天真累。

今天的训练总算完成了，但是我看到教官那个样子才知道什么是军人。军人是毅力、勇气、志气、责任的化身。参加这么苦、这么累的军事训练，我要感谢学校给我们这个锻炼的机会，相信这对我以后的成长有很大的帮助。明天的训练一定会更苦更累，但我会勇敢的去面对。

of the 5th lunar month. The common activity for different places are dragon boat

competition and eating zongzi. In my hometown, there will be the dragon boat

competition every year. A lot of teams join this activity and there are full of

audiences stand on the river side, wathing and yelling for the teams. It is one

fo the biggest matches in my hometown. What’ more, making zongzi is also the

tradition. My mother makes the zongzi at this time every year, she told me that

she learned it from my grandma and she would teach me in the future.

Almost everyone knows that water covers three-fourths of the earths

surface. Most of it， however， is in the oceans and is too salty to drink. Also，

some of it is frozen and cannot be used. In fact， less than one percent is left

for the use of people， animals and plant life. All through history men have

tried to build their homes near the sources of fresh water. Now fresh water is

becoming scarce， but more and more is needed because of the increasing number of

people in the world. Some industries also use large amounts of fresh water in

the production of things such as steel， petroleum， paper and rubber and so on.

Scientists estimate that the need for fresh water will have doubled by the year

2003. If they are correct， we must find new ways of saving it or producing it.

Some nations have worked on the problem and are already sharing their

information with others. They are trying to keep their rivers from becoming

polluted. Deep wells are also being dug， and rain water is being collected in

huge artificial lakes. In one way or another， they hope to provide enough water

to satisfy the needs of their people.

Now, the new semester has begun for more than one week. I gradually adapt

to my new life in senior school. In senior school, my biggest feeling is busy,

for I have classes all the day and teachers leave us a lot of homework. In the

morning, I have two periods for morning reading, Chinese and English, beginning

from 7:00. After that, I have four periods in the morning and four other in the

afternoon. There are many more subjects than in middle school, Chinese, math,

English, physics, chemistry, history and so on. Sometimes, I am afraid of seeing

so many textbooks in my desk. In addition, the contents are much more difficult

than before. Math and physics are the most difficult ones for me. No matter how

hard I work, I still can’t do well in them, which makes me frustrated.

Therefore, in the new beginning, I must change my learning strategies to make my

work more effective. All in all, my new life in new school is good and rich,

though it’s busy.

I am in primary school now, and I like my campus so much. The first time I

walk in the school, I am attracted by its beautiful scenery. There are so many

green trees and colorful flowers around. The environment here is so lively. So

many students do the sports in the playground. The comfortable environment makes

me study in good mood.

伴随着洪亮严厉、的哨音，迈着年轻而有力的步伐，我们开始了军训。不容置疑，在军训中，很苦很累，但这是一种人生体验，战胜自我、锻炼意志的最佳良机。心里虽有说不出的酸甜苦辣，在烈日酷暑下的曝晒，皮肤变成黑黝黝的，但这何尝不是一种快乐、一种更好地朝人生目标前进的勇气，更增添了一份完善自我的信心吗？我们的张教官给大家留下了深刻的印象，我们大家都很喜欢他，深受同学们的欢迎。他有一张严肃而又稚气的脸庞，一声口令可以让我们势气大震。训练时，他与我们一起流汗，一起奋斗。我们的教官可是所有教官中最好的一个了，训练并非很严格，当我们累了时，总会让我们休息、喝口水。带领我们拉歌时，他激情澎湃；和同学谈话时，他善于沟通；带领我们训练时，他正经严肃。

在军训结束后，教官在教室中发表了自己的感想。他说自己是第一次带学生军训，虽然我们没有拿到第1，但是他还是很为我们感到自豪，而且在这段时间里，他在我们身上也学到了不少东西，他会永远记住我们，他还说以后我们考上大学一定要告诉他，他请我们吃饭，听了这些我很伤感，毕竟分别就在眼前了。最后我们还是目送教官走了。

俗话说的好：“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人。”为了自己美好前途，吃这么一点苦又算得了什么呢？在以后的学习生活中，我一定要拿自己的行动来证实自己，证实自己不平凡，绝对不会输给任何人。我不仅完成好了这几天的军训生活，甚至连这几年的学习，我也一定要完成好，要拿出好成绩回报父母，报答老师，绝不辜负任何人对我的期望。

这次军训不但拉进了我和同学们的关系，更是一个激发我潜能的平台。逆风的地方更适合飞翔。

For the first time, I climbed to the top of the mountain and enjoyed the

beautiful scenery.

It was a weekend when a good friend of mine asked me to climb a famous

mountain here. Ive always heard of this mountain, but I havent found the time to

climb it. So when my friend asked me out, I readily agreed.

On the way to climb mountains with my friends, we also met many climbers,

including young people and old people. The young mans speed of climbing was

fast, and he disappeared in a flash; the old mans climbing was very casual, at

least slowly, with a happy face. Maybe young people climb the mountain to get to

the top of the mountain, while old people climb the mountain to enjoy the

scenery along the way.

My friends and I are neither the first nor the second. We will carefully

taste the scenery along the way of climbing. The speed of climbing is not so

fast and slow. Although its not as fast as those brothers who cant be seen in a

moment, its faster than those masters.

When my friends and I climbed to the top of the mountain, it was the

setting sun, and the red sun dyed the sky red, which was shocking enough. My

friend and I found a place with a wide view. At a glance, the mountains were

rolling. Those mountains were like a line of waves, rolling away to the

distance.

"Wow, its beautiful!" I couldnt help sighing, and my friend followed. The

scenery on the top of the mountain is really beautiful. Its the majestic

atmosphere that makes people feel shocked. My friend and I stood at the top of

the mountain for a long time. Finally, as the light in the sky became more and

more dim, my friend and I went down the mountain reluctantly. When I went down

the mountain with my friends, we were sitting in the corridor. We enjoyed the

scenery. On this day, my friends and I got a lot.

The first time I climbed the mountain, I felt the fun of climbing the

mountain, and also read the scenery of the mountain top. If I have time, I will

go climbing again.

军训，相信经历过亦或没经历过的人对它的反应都是累、苦。确实，严格的作息时间，长时间的训练，炙热晃眼的太阳……这让我们这些一向娇生惯养的人来说还真有点儿吃耐不住。但是经历过军训的人除了反应苦、累之外，相信还会另有一番体会，我就有这样的心得感想，下面让我来谈谈我的大学军训心得体会吧。

经过十几年的寒窗苦读终于考上了我理想的大学，按学校规定大学生入学需要先进行一次军训，这让我激动不已，早就盼望着能快点参加军训。军训，是一种考验、磨练、成熟性的活动。儿时的军训，纯粹是游戏;少年时的军训，仅不过是一种锻炼;大学军训截然不同，性质也得以升华。长达十二天的大学军训，让我有了不同的体会，让我明白的太多太多人生哲理，有一句话让我体会最深，一分耕耘，一分收获。军训后才真正感觉到它的内涵。

军训期间，大多时候都阳光明媚，学子们就面对阳光在站军姿。北方的太阳，晒在皮肤上是干干的，对南方的学子们来说就更是受不了。晒着眼睛都睁不开。这是我深有感触的。但无论谁都没有退缩，在跟太阳作战。在站军姿中，学子们付出努力越高就站得越好。齐步、跑步等训练都是很耗体力的活动，只要认真去做就能走齐、跑齐。内务训练亦如此，就拿叠被来说吧，压被压的时间长，被就薄;扣被扣的时间长，被就能更好成形。

那一排排的队伍犹如大树般伫立在草坪上，那一声声口令响亮的回荡在每一个莘莘学子当中。口令变了，队形也变了，这就是军训，一次有组织性的活动。

通过这次军训，我有了不同的心得体会，那就是一分耕耘，一分收获，的确如此呀，没有付出就没有收获。十二天的军训，对每个学子来说是多么的艰辛，在训练中付出的少怎能有更大的收获呢?但愿世间每个人都能体会出这其中的真谛，要做得好，得付出;要做得更好，得付出更多。

记得高中军训时，我们比这大学的军训还要苦。那时我们就十五六岁，每天早上天蒙蒙亮就得抓起来去军训一小时，然后再吃早饭，吃完饭又开始训。上午到__点，下午到_点结束，完了晚上还要自习，不说别的就军训时间就够拖累人了。而且，我们南方的气温比北方要高得多，九月份正是我们那儿热的时候。反正军训时你就别想穿干衣服。训练过程中，不时有人倒下，哭的人就更多了。但是军训结束后，整整一年，我们都特别的怀念那段生活。想想啊，和新结识的同学一起在烈日下流汗，流泪，和黑黑的、帅帅的教官在休息时瞎掰，以及时不时的捉弄一下教官：趁教官不注意时做做小动作，然后在与教官分别时哭得稀哩哗啦，扯着他的手不让他走。真的很有意思，也很感人!

现在又经历这大学军训，人长大了点或许吃苦的能力也强了吧，除了太阳猛烈了点外感觉没有以前累。但是军训时间比以前长，与同学教官建立起的感情就更深厚，特别是像我这样远离家长的学子来说，军训真的给了我们一个很好的适应过程。在军训过程中，劳累紧张的训练不仅减轻了我们的思乡情绪，消除了我们的陌生感，更锻炼了我们吃苦以及独立生活的能力。而且通过学习军事理论也让我们懂得了军训的意义，增强了爱国意识，也让自己多了一份责任感，感觉自己成熟了许多，所以特写下我的军训心得来纪念这次难忘的军训生活，为以后留下回忆。
