我们经过三天的训练，吃了三天的苦，意志力，耐力都已经有了很大的进步。

今天的天气不好是阴天，可能会下雨，但是比平常凉快，同学们训练的也很顺利，可是不一会突然下起了小雨，其他的班级都赶忙回教室，以免淋雨，可是罗教官却让我们在操场上站一会，有人不明白了，为什么罗教官要我们淋雨，是惩罚么？我想罗教官是想锻炼一下我们，让我们受点风吹雨打，锻炼一下我们的耐力，试一下军人的滋味。过了一会，罗教官带着我们回了教室。

八月十八日我怀着激动的心情踏上了军训的路途。可以看出，我的同学们也十分地期待这次军训。

早晨我们乘车来到了八达岭学生军训基地。下车后环顾四周，这里很大，而且和我想象中的差不多：满是石子的沙地、破旧的建筑、超大的操场、和单独的宿舍、食堂、厕所。

首先我们举行了开营仪式，后来我们被带去换上了军装。那套军装特别大，以至于大家还没有开始训练，裤子就刷刷地往下掉。最后，我们又把行李运到了摇摇欲坠的、阴暗的、脏兮兮的宿舍。

上午的训练更为辛苦，因为明天下午就要会操比赛了。所以教官就加强了训练的强度。经过近一个小时的训练，终于迎来了短暂的十分钟休息时间。疲惫不堪的我们一个个都坐下休息了。过了不一会，不知是哪几个同学大概休息够了，就在操场上玩耍起来。我们几个也紧随其后，全然没有了刚才的紧张，早把疲倦的感觉抛到了九霄云外。大家有的摘下军帽，使劲的抛向空中，有的干脆你逃我追，玩起了游戏……操场上一片热火朝天的景象，短短的休息时间被同学们玩得所剩无几。

为期五天的军训已经结束了，虽然我们这次没有取得好成绩，但是，通过这次训练我也

有收益，同时也发现了大家的不足，以下是我认为做得不好的地方。

第一：不团结。这可能是因为大家刚刚来自不同的学校，彼此之间还没有默契，大家的心还不齐，劲没有往一起使，像一盘散沙没有凝结起来。

第二：动作不整齐。是因为大家在心理上没有重视这次军训，敷衍了事，有些同学在训练齐步走时，像散步一样，一点劲都没有，如果有这种同学在初一四班，那我们班怎么能争金夺银。

第三：基础没打好。教官固然有问题。比如，他发出的指令不清晰，不响亮，但主要原还在我们自己。因为我们训练不刻苦，没有扎扎实实的掌握动作要领，没有把每个动作做到家，导致这次比赛的失败。

第四：我们缺少集体荣誉感。我们得了全校倒数第一名，有某些同学还在队列中嘻嘻哈哈，满不在乎。

通过这次军训比赛失败，让我们明白，我们已经组成一个新的集体，一个新的家庭，每个同学都是这个新家庭的成员，所以，从此以后，我们都应当增强班级责任感，处处为班级荣誉着想。
