Last night, I ate a lot of food, such as KTC and ice cream, before I slept,

I ate some cold food in the fridge. At midnight, I felt my stomach hurt badly,

my family was woke up, they sent me to the hospital. After seeing the doctor, he

told me that I had eaten too much food, what’s more, the food was not healthy,

so it hurt my stomach. Since then, I realized that I should not eat the rubbish

food often, I should keep the healthy diet. Now my diet is regular, I won’t take

in much food before sleeping, my body is becoming healthy. In the morning, I eat

an egg and make sure I take in enough vitamins. Even when I see the rubbish food

is tempting, I take no hesitation to say no to them. I am so proud of

人类只有在苦难中，才能真正认识自我。的确如此，军训给了我这样的机会。我认识到了自己的缺点与不足，也看清了自己的优点于长处。军训也给了我思考人生的时间，让我明白了许多道理。如果一个人正在遭受苦难，那么此时他的思想便是最理性的;当这个人面对挑战时，他将无所畏惧，勇往直前。

若一个人经受住了军队生活的考验之后，便再也没有什么困难能够达到这个人了;虽然当兵很苦，但对于人生来说，将是意义重大的。”虽然，我参加的只是N天的军训，或许以后体验军人生活的机会也不多了，但是我要说，我理解父亲的用意，理解他对我的期望。

离开军营的前一天，便是中国传统节日中秋节。那天我们训练完毕，教官和我们一同坐下来谈天。那天，我第一次注意到教官放松时的眼神，我肃然起敬。他们已不再年轻，他们已经将青春奉献给了我们的祖国。那眼神流露出的，是无悔，是骄傲，是对我们这代人的期望。这些都深深的震撼了我，让我难以忘怀。经历了这次军训，我比原来更加了解自己，也更加了解我周围的人。他让我懂得什么是幸福，什么是快乐，也让我更加珍惜拥有。

可以说是军训让我认识了自己，也可以说是军训完善了我。无论怎样，我坚信，通过自己的努力，我一定会成为国家的有用之才!

Recently, the news about the famous fast food company got bankrupted in

Taiwan was spread in Wechat. While in mainland, less people know about the truth

and the fast food company still works well. Chinese food problem exists all the

time, even the government has made some rules to forbid the illegal business,

still many manufacturers produce bad food for making more profit. The fast food

company doesn’t care about the market in Taiwan. Its spokeman said that their

main market was in mainland, and a lot of people were eating their food. Hearing

this, we surely will be angry. If everybody join the team to refuse to buy their

products, then the fast food company will be kicked out. Only in this way can we

protect our health and benefit.

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

“军姿五分钟！”一个响亮的声音传来，我立刻抬头，挺起胸膛。可不知为什么，那五分钟像过了一个世纪那么长。一秒，两秒……一分钟过去了，我那抬高的头，开始变得痒痛，汗水像虫子一样从我手心冒出，体育馆内开始变得闷热。可时间还是那么慢，“嗒”一颗汗珠顺着我的脖子慢慢往下滑，如同时间禁止了一般。它像一条虫子一样折磨我的每一寸肌肤，使劲地往里钻，往里咬，慢慢地咬，像千百万条虫子在往你皮肤里钻，将我折磨地生不如死。我多想抓一抓啊，但我不能这样。时间一分一秒地过去了，室内十分闷热，没有新鲜空气进来，使我有点发困。我就像一个在真空袋里的人，没有空气，让我感到窒息，就像被人用力抓住脖子那样，十分难受。

还剩最后一分钟了，我快坚持不住了。

我告诉自己，我不能动……

这不仅是对我身体上的一种考验，更是对我精神上的考验。我想到了那些真正的士兵，和他们相比，我们相差的太多了，我又有什么理由动呢？想到这里，我心中更坚定了，身板挺得更直了。

踏着整齐的步伐，迎着初阳，伴随着嘹亮的军乐，我们再次进入了操场，与前一天的迷茫与疑惑不同，那颗浮躁的心，已被兴奋与激动所充实。笑容仍就灿烂，且添了一份成熟与稳重；步伐依旧有力，且添了一份整齐与自信，累与苦，欢与乐，汇成了一支歌，流过每一个衣着整齐的“小战士的心窝”，流过每一双明亮的眼睛，流过每一张疲惫而坚毅的面庞———随着时间一起流过。

休息时，笑声如同鼓点，珠飞玉溅，疲倦被心底的欢乐一扫而空，友谊美好，回忆友谊的美好，更是如饮美酒。

天行健，君子以自强不息。我相信，只要我们有坚定的意志，胜利就一定属于我们。

军训的最后一天了，这一天，我才真正知道，军训也挺苦挺累的。以前我总是想：其实军训也没什么大不了，军训也不就是在操场上练习嘛！不过，现在我才明白，军训是一种药，是一种很苦很苦的药，但是良药苦口，军训能治好我们的懒惰、娇气和懦弱。

军训的这六天，我们被烈日晒过，也被小雨淋着过，我们常常坐在地上大喊着累，也曾经恼火地说：最好快点与这种日子告别！但是，我们的教官，不也是在烈日下、在小雨中一直陪伴与教导着我们吗？

今天，我们将要脱下这饱含着我们的汗与泪的军服，站在校门口与我们的教官依依惜别了。要交军服的时候，我们都磨磨蹭蹭，一会去趟厕所、一会和张影，一会再去溜达一圈却迟迟不肯脱下军服。放学回家的路上，一遍遍回想着军训的景象，一次次温习着齐步、正步、跑步在同学面前总想炫耀一下前些天学过的军体拳，和朋友不厌其烦地一遍又一遍讲述着自己的教官。

军训刷洗掉了我的娇气与懒惰，在我的心里刻上了永不磨灭的记号！

军训已经紧张地进行了一周了，收获都很好。各连现在都已经编排了男女方队，进行着紧锣密鼓的训练。力求在最后的会操中亮出最佳的水平，无论是教官还是我们学生，在训练场上每根神经都像充足了电，非常集中，我想我们一定从军训中学到了许多东西。

我是刺杀方队中的一员，我感到很荣幸。教官说这样的方队我们学校就只有一支，共三十六名队员。每次想到这项殊荣，我们都卖力训练。一旦动作做的没有力度或是不够规范，我们都会主动接受“奖赏”，如“兔子跳”、“扛枪起跳”、“俯卧撑”等等。虽然肌肉酸痛难忍，但大家还是有力的喊着“来一个”“高兴”，大家都是发自内心高兴的，也愿意，这毕竟是一个集体的荣誉，代表着我们2004级的所有学生，代表着理工大学，同时这显示我们这个方阵二十天的训练成效。台上一分钟，台下十年功。再苦再累大伙都坚持着，这是磨练我们意志的一个机会，对我们的身心将有着强有力的锻炼，大伙谁也不肯半途而废。

晚上我们每天组织活动，此时严厉的教官变成了我们的大哥哥，他教我们唱军歌。一首传唱整个理工校园的《军中绿花》让许多的同学都感动得流下了眼泪。歌中唱出了军人对亲人的真诚的思念以及军人的无私奉献的精神，这使我想到九八年抗洪时最流行的一首歌――《为了谁》，无形中更加增强了我对军人的敬意和理解。

军训，就是要训练我们的吃苦精神，学习军人的那种掉皮掉肉不掉队，流血流汗不流泪的那种坚强意志。这对我们以后的为人处事无疑是大有益处的。关键还要我们怎样去行动，怎样来看待。

初中军训感受（二）

今天早上，我们全体徐汇中学乘着车一路有说有笑到达了期待已久的奉浦学校开始了为期二日半的军训。这其实是我第二次军训了，但是，相比小学的军训，初中军训第一天我就有了很大的收获。

来到宿舍休息了一会儿后，只听一声哨声，我们整理行装后飞快地跑到楼底下集合。火辣辣的太阳底下，有我们挺拔的身姿，有我们矫健的步伐，有我们响亮的喊声。这一次的训练让我懂得了——团结！由于集合时有一个宿舍迟到，教官让我们做10个蹲立，我们十分委屈，心想，又不是我们迟到，为什么罚我们？接着，在练习踏步时，有一位同学没有认真做，还发现一位同学戴手表，教官很生气，对我们说：“团结，是一个集体成功的必要因素，同学犯错误，应该要互相提个醒，而不是视而不见！再做40个蹲立。”我恍然大悟，任凭额头汗水直流，我坚持做完了，我怪自己为什么不及时提醒别人，我。

50个蹲立意味着不是惩罚，而是告诉我们团结才是一个部队的核心，我们作为小军人怎能失去核心呢？

初中军训感受（三）

“明天就要军训了”，老师通知我们，“一定不能迟到！”明天军训？切！不就是在操场上站站吗，有什么累的，我心里暗暗想，老师只会让我们在操场随便站站。

结果，我傻了眼，竟然是解放军来给我们训练。没办法，就只能看看有多辛苦了。

一开始教官只是让我们练站，虽然没站在大太阳底下暴晒，可温度真是让人受不了，站了有一段时间，我的脚底开始发麻，身上也很难受，浑身不自在。可教官就是不让我们动，这怎么受得了啊，再加上太阳那么热，比珍珠还大的汗珠从我头上 流下，我忍不住于是用手擦了下汗，没想到这个再平常不过的动作在教官眼里也是不允许的，教官走到我面前说：“你，出列！”我只好乖乖的出列了，“你，给我跑五圈再回来”教官大声朝我喊道。唉，我真倒霉！竟然被教官发现了，而且教官竟然叫我跑五圈。虽然我跑步还行，但五圈不是随便就能跑跑的，这是考验耐力的，而我只适合短跑，长跑我可撑不住，前三圈还好，可是到了第四圈我的体力有些支撑不住了，第五圈时我就累得只能走了。

跑完了可我还得接着站，而且教官要求我们必须挺胸收腹，这下可累倒我了，我正想放弃，可转念一想，教官还不是为了我们好吗？我也只好硬着头皮站下去。终于，在我的耐心等待下，教官有了新的命令： “全体稍息，立正。”接下来教官教了我们转向，我们才终于不用站了，可以动了，太好了，不过我想得太美了，哪有那么容易。转向也是有学问的，“向右转，向前看齐”教官在发号施令，我们当然也不敢怠慢，咦？教官怎么停了下来，哈哈，有几个同学向右转时竟往左转，真是笑死了，“死罪可免，活罪难逃”，那几个同学被罚跑十圈，跑完第五圈时，教官突然叫他们停下来，我还以为教官大发慈悲饶了他们，没想到教官竟然要他们用手撑在地上，然后就不顾那几个同学了接着给谁哦们训练，那个苦啊，但是教官也是警告他们不能随便违反纪律，给他们一个教训。

就这样训练了好几天，我们都变得更遵守纪律，就连背想驼都驼不了。

最后我总结了一下：虽然教官对我们十分严厉，但那都是为我们好；虽然很累，但那是培养我们吃得苦中苦方为人上人；虽然让我们很累，可那是培养我们良好的习惯，让我们有纪律性，有耐性，才能上得好课。同时还锻炼了我们的体质。

On May 12, 2008, there was an earthquake happened in Wenchuan, Sichuan

province. More than 69000 people had lost their lives, 374643 people had injured

and 17923 people could not be found in this earthquake. After the earthquake had

happened, people from all the field joined the rescue teams. At that moment,

people only care about one thing, that was to save more people from this

disaster and encourage the injure to be strong. After seven day, the chairman

declared that May 19 is the national day of mourning. Flags were at half-mast

everywhere on the day of mourning for victims of Wenchuan earthquake.

The mourning day is to remember the people who lost their lives in the

earthquake, on one hand, is to remind people do not forget that day, don’t

forget about the past and look into the future; on the other hand, is to

encourage the survivers to stay strong. Life is worth living for.

Although Earthquake had destroyed our home, but we can build a brand-new

Since its rise, the Internet has been playing a more and more important

role in our daily life. It brings tremendous convenience and efficiency to our

lives. Online shopping is also a new rising thing brought by the Internet. Since

its increasing developing speed, some people think that online shopping will

Although online shopping is really very convenient, there are still some

那是一个让我终身难忘的下午。叮铃铃，放学了，天空灰蒙蒙的，下着绵绵细雨。我撑着雨伞，走在崎岖不平的小路上。突然，一声刺耳的嘀嘀声在我的身后响起。汽车从我的身边飞驰过去，被汽车冲起来的污水洒在了我的新衣服上。我一边拍着我的衣角，一边抱怨着汽车司机的莽撞。

我整理好衣服，又继续向前走去。谁知灾难又来了，我不小心被一块石头绊倒了，我毫无形象地摔了个狗啃泥。我的膝盖摔破了，流了血。我的脸上不知是泪水还是雨水。

这时，一个大姐姐冲了过来，蹲在我的身边，把我扶了起来。她又温柔地用面巾纸把我的脸擦干净，说：小妹妹，你先到我家吧?我有些迟疑，怕这位大姐姐是坏人。

大姐姐似乎看出了我的顾虑，笑笑说：要不我给你爸妈打个电话，然后让他们来接你好吗?我点点了头，便把爸爸的电话告诉了大姐姐。打完电话，大姐姐便和我一起等。

过不多久，爸爸来了，不停地对大姐姐说谢谢。大姐姐只是摇摇头，笑着说：小小事情，不足挂齿。爸爸谢过姐姐后，便带着我回家。我回头一看，只见大姐姐站在那目送着我，大姐姐脸上那明媚的笑容深深地印在了我的脑海里。

那一天，大姐姐让我感受到了世间的真情!

不知不觉的，一周的军训就过去了。在军训那时，我们总是抱怨多苦多累，整天吵着要回家，整天暗骂教官没有良心。可到了要走的那天，我们却不舍了，我们却落泪了。

在军训中，的确很累，每天都留下辛酸的汗水，可是我们并没有放弃过，看着教官比我们还黑，比我们还累，我们就会坚持下去。教官很少罚我们，即使我们常常出错，即使我们常常惹教官发火，可教官每次都包容我们，从不轻易的`叫我们做体能运动，而是耐心的和我们讲：“我再示范一遍，记不住的同学就站出来。”教官，你是多么的宽容，你是多么的好，而我们这些臭小子却从不当一回事，继续犯错，继续气你。

我们很笨，总是听不懂你所教的，总是学不会每个动作，有时你会大声呵责我们：“为什么那么笨，为什么我们的死脑子总是记不住。”虽然你每次这样骂我们，但是你自己却又温柔的告诉我们：“做错了没关系，主要你要看我怎么做，不要东张西望。”听到这句话，鼻子有点发酸，忽然觉得自己真的很没用，很对不起辛苦讲解的教官。教官，抱歉，请原谅我们的愚蠢，请原谅我们所犯下的错。经过这次，我们会做的更好，这次军训是我们人生中最刻骨铭心的一部分。

其实，教官不是人人所说的那么凶，教官也不是只有一张苦瓜脸，他有灿烂好看的笑容，也有好听的嗓音，有时他们也会很温柔，很关心我们，也想看见我们开开心心。可我们却从来不懂，从来不体谅教官，一直认为教官是恶魔，只会让我们做魔鬼训练，折磨我们。教官，我现在多想说，我们错了，我们并不讨厌你，我们开始喜欢有你大声责骂我们的日子，我现在才觉得在军训里的日子活的非常充实。回到家后，发现好冷清，时间再也没有安排的那么紧，睡觉时再也没有那么多伙伴一起聊天了，饭菜虽然不是很可口，却吃得津津有味，吃得很开心。

原来不懂事的我们，在军训后都更加独立了，增强了体质，磨练了意志，学会了更多的本领。我们不该记恨教官罚骂我们，我们应该感谢他，是他，教会我们独立自主，因为他，我们都更加坚强，更加勇敢了。

张教官，你知道我们有多么不舍吗？你会想起我们吗？只怪我们不懂珍惜，走后，我们才开始想念回忆：教官的每个动作，语言，表情。还有他那最特别的，最可爱的兔牙，笑起来真是太好看，太帅了！

张教官，我们的第一个教官，是永远不可能忘记你的！看着车子开走的时候，看着教官们走的时候，我们真的落泪了，这一刻，我们终于懂得了你为我们所做的一切。嗯！教官，我们以后会更懂事，更明理的！相信吧！
