lost in this big world. Every day, people tend to check their cell phones to see

if they have got any messages or surf the Internet, but the cell phone truly

affects their normal life.

There is no denying that cell phones have brought us considerable

convenient. However, we should be aware of the negative effects that cell phones

have brought to us. Just put down your cell phone for a while, and you will find

Far and away the most important holiday in China is Spring Festival, also

known as the Chinese New Year.

To the Chinese people it is as important as Christmas to people in the

West.

The dates for this annual celebration are determined by the lunar calendar

To the ordinary Chinese, the festival actually begins on the eve of the

It seems we are living in the conflict between modern and traditional

cultures every day. Hearing the blaring of horns the moment you step out of your

house, seeing the so called "pop" the moment you open your eyes, you cant help

thinking, "Will the traditional culture be gradually lost?"

Many people believe so. They may put right in front of you all the

evidences they can dig out. They may argue that people are rushing to

restaurants instead of cooking at home, listening to pop music but not

traditional, wearing in a way people couldnt imagine ten years ago. Modern

people like the air of freedom, not to be restrained by traditions. They offer

this long list, only trying to confirm that this world is full of

fashion,competition and temptation and the traditional culture is fading and

will be lost at last.

Though we are now living in a world in which undeclared aggression, war,

hypocrisy, chicanery, anarchy are part of our daily life. Though this is a

skeptical age, and our faith has weakened, our confidence in some aspects of the

traditional culture should and would never be lost.

Wouldnt you agree that our traditional culture is always credited with

modesty, politeness and respectfulness, which have always been treasured for

more than five thousand years?Even in this modern world, people still admire

those with good manners, those who are polite to others or respectful to old

people.

artistic and our Chinese tea culture is always an appealing treasure to people

So there may just be some changes in our lifestyle or our attitudes towards

life, but little change occurs to some fundamental aspects of our traditional

culture that people still treasure in heart.

The traditional culture will never be lost, I believe.

Nowadays with the ever rapid development and increasing popularity of the

information technology , shopping on the internet has been a fashion especially

among the youngsters.

Online shopping has made our daily life more convenient and comfortable.

For example , shopping on the internet can save students a great deal of time on

the way between home and store, so they would be able to concentrate more time

and energy on their academic work. The internet has shorten the distance between

manufacturers and consumers and thus we can even buy goods in other countries

.On the other hand , lack of the face to face deal makes online shopping less

reliable and trustworthy. What’ s more the delivery will increase the risk of

items’ damage.

In my opinion, shopping on the internet is a irreversible trend. More and

more people will be accustomed to it. It will be much more popular in the near

future. And at the same time we should take some measures to make it

perfect.

今天已经是军训的第三天了，我们也终于练习了我们梦寐以求的实弹打靶训练。

上午我们听了赵老师讲的射击课，听时我才知道原来射击时还有这么多的讲究。比如拿枪时枪托要放在肩上，但不能放偏;瞄准时要成一个“山”字形，但三竖要齐平;扣扳机时要小心一点，防止走火……当然也知道了步枪的构造等。

由于我们是四班，所以在第四个射击，可没想到因为三班太慢，我们在第三个射击了。在等别人射击时，我总是听到教官说“光蛋”。所以在我射击时心里也就不由得紧张了起来。

“呯”一声我的第一发子弹就射出去了，但由于我在瞄准时好像有点偏了，所以我觉得这发子弹可能没打中。第二发子弹，我屏住呼吸，瞄准好耙子，又是“呯”的一声，这发子弹就出膛了。紧接着，剩下的三发子弹都一颗接一颗的射中耙子。到教官把耙子拿过来时，我非常紧张，生怕一颗都没射中，可是让我没有想到的是，我居然五发全中了，环数是24环，也算是不错的啦!

只可惜我们班的平均成绩太差，没有拿到这张奖状。不过其实我们班优秀的同学也是不少的，这一点上也算是安慰了我们班的同学一下。

晚上紧急集合，结果因为很多原因，只有7个人没被罚。但是等等我躺下之后楼上还有很多人在训练，当然我们班的男生也被罚了很久。

军训还有两天就要结束了，真希望能早点看到父母啊!

从小，我就特别我羡慕军人们的生活，羡慕他们飒爽英姿的风貌，羡慕他们具有顽强拼搏的精神。八月十九日，花园中学举行了XX级新生军政训练，得知这个消息后，我高兴得一蹦三尺高，心想：这可太好了，不仅能够亲眼看到教官们走方阵，还能在五天的时间里，亲自体验一回当军人的感觉，真是一举两得啊!

我似乎高兴得太早了，军政训练的艰苦是我未曾预料到的，一天中，三分之二的时间，全是在操场上练习队列，每次都是那三个枯燥的内容：立正，跨立，稍息，四面转法以及敬礼。

军政训练的一天中，万里无云，烈日当头，可是十二个排都得在操场上站军姿。要想当一名军人，站军姿是你的必修课，站军姿看似轻松，却给我们来了个下马威——抬头，挺胸，收腹，五指并拢，并贴紧裤缝，前不漏缝，后不漏缝，人站直，双腿并拢，两脚分开约六十度，脚后跟贴紧，呈“外八字”，双眼直视前方。

“站军姿十分钟!”

我们被吓了一大跳，要是平时我看书，十分钟是多么短暂啊!一眨眼的工夫，时间就到了。可是，让我们在这炙热的阳光下站军姿十分钟，就觉得很漫长了。太阳炙烤着大地，第十排的小军人们，个个挥汗如雨，尤其是我，校服已经完全湿透了，体力也已经消耗了二分之一，我的双腿发麻，在不停地发抖，我很想喊报告，下去休息，可是心里有一个声音在喊：“一定要坚持，坚持就是胜利!军人都有一种‘掉皮掉肉不掉队，流血流汗不流泪’的精神，我如果连这点苦都受不了，那我以后还当什么兵啊!”于是，我又把刚到嘴边的话咽了下去，咬了咬牙，坚持到了最后。

漫长的十分钟终于熬到头了，俞教官下了一个指令：“喝水，休息!”啊，这句话仿佛是世界上最美丽的话语，在那个时候，坐在滚烫的水泥地上，比坐在真皮沙发上还舒服;喝一口矿泉水，比喝一口琼浆玉液更甘甜。尽管是短短的一分钟，但是大家都心满意足了。

这次军政训练，是一次难忘的训练，它让我明白了：不管做什么事，都要坚持，这样才会成功!

在生活的道路上，谁都免不了失败，只要肯坚持，就能取得成功。倘若就因为这小小的失败，那么，你永远都难以成功。

在我还很小的时候，正是学走路之际。走路对现在的我来说简直轻而易举。但是，对于当时年幼的我，走几步路，那可是万分的难。刚开始学走路，我有些跌跌撞撞。我扶着墙，让妈妈在背后扶着我，这几下走得当然是十分容易的。而后，就有些困难，难度提升了，这下，我走起来会有一些小困难，墙壁是光滑的，用手是抓不住的。但是，我还是信心十足，三两下的功夫，就从墙的这头走到了墙的另一头，走得十分顺利。

接下来，难度可要大多了。没有任何人的帮助，也没有墙壁的帮扶，顿时觉得自己渺小了许多，可是，我又想了想，刚才自己不都成功地闯过去了吗?现在就差最后一步了。我马上又信心满满，立刻离开墙壁，站在中间，向前走了起来，可没走两步，只听见扑通一声，我摔了个四脚朝天。我有些伤心，手掌有些红，心想：没想到，自己第一次学走路就失败了，真不甘心啊。不过，俗话说的好“失败是成功之母”，没有失败哪里来的成功呢?

此时，站在对面的妈妈正要去做饭，我留心观察了一番，然后，就学着妈妈走路的样子走了起来。才一会儿的功夫，我就学会了走路。我高兴得手舞足道，完全抑制不住自己心中的激动之情。

这是我小时候第一次面临失败，在失败面前，只要我们勇敢和坚持一切总会变的美好。成功的。

金秋九月，我们17中学初一的同学在儿童公园进行了4天的军训。军人一直在我的心目中有不可替代的神圣地位，因为他们不怕苦、不怕累。他们的精神让我佩服得五体投地，我长大后以后他们一样，有吃苦耐劳的精神。

进入儿童公园，我们在教官的口哨声中陆陆续续进入队伍。教官宣布：第一项是立正。“不就是站着吗?这有什么难度啊?”我心里暗想。教官好像看透我们的心思，对我们说“你们别笑看立正立正还有需要求呢!比如，挺胸抬头，两眼目视前方，中指紧贴裤线……”教官一口气说了那么多。“妈呀!立正还有那么多的要求啊!”我在心里暗暗想到。一看别的同学，也是一副惊讶的表情，看来立正真的不简单啊!

“立正”随着教官洪亮的声音。我们都不情愿的站起了军姿。班级顿时鸦雀无声，额头上的汗珠一滴一滴的流下来，汇成了一条“小溪”。我脖子挺着直发酸，两条腿也酸溜溜的，手稍微离开裤子一点，教官就“啪”的拍我一下，那滋味真不好受啊!我多次感受自己要倒下来了可是看见教官那严肃的表情，就又忍住了。时间是那么漫长，真是度“秒”如年，时间老人仿佛在捉弄我们，真是苦不堪言啊!

随后我们又进行了列队练习，教官给我们示范了好多次，但是总不能达到目标。看见教官那标准的.姿势，我们都感到无比的羡慕。经过一天的训练，我们练得浑身都不舒服，连腿都抬不起来了。

经过4天的军训，我终于感受到了解放军出苦耐劳的品质，长大我也想当一名优秀合格的解放军。

在军训过程中，使我终身难忘的还是星期五晚上的联欢晚会，星期五刚好是“六一”儿童节，为了祝贺我们，所以举办了联欢会。

星期五下午，教官愤愤不平的说：“今天咱们要是还没有人报节目，今天谁也别想睡了！”我和我们班一个同学被老师吓的惊慌失措，就连忙报了一支歌曲——《老男孩》。这是我和这位同学在育才苦练两个月的歌曲，而且这首歌还是经过精心挑选出来的，真是“功夫不负有心人”，在晚会上教官和同学们都给我俩送了很多的萤光棒作为奖励，下台时，还有很多同学说很帅或牛，这让我们俩心里美滋滋。

在晚会上，教官们各显神通，有一个男教官，武术高超，在台上仅仅只表演了几下，同学们就欢呼起来，因为他自己躺下来，又很快坐起来，然后又来个后空翻，最后我得知，这都是教官的基本功。

有一个戴眼镜的教官，很会唱歌，他一个就在舞台上出现了三次。

军训时总埋怨：时间仿佛“一日如十年”;身体似乎经受着“钢铁是怎样炼成”般的折磨;教官又是“蓝色冰点”一样的冷酷……可此刻觉得以前的种种苦恼是多么的幼稚。军训是对我们的一次洗礼，是我从少年迈向青年的转折，更是对自我的挑战!军训必然要出去训练。但老天爷整天瞅着我们眉开眼笑，我站不到十分钟便汗流浃背了。最让人受不了的是太阳幸灾乐祸地泼洒着“她”的温暖。蒸得我们体液犹如滔滔江水连绵不绝。同样是独生子女，同样的年龄。他们行，我也行!任凭那烈日熏烤，脚底发痛，我必须要站好这大学第一班岗，坚实地踏出这关键一步!就这样，无论训练多艰苦，我都时时勉励自己，最后圆满地完成了这“大学的第一课”。

在学校受训的时候，我们的教官是海军，但是我们现在的教官却是陆军，来到了陆军基地，我的脑袋里像被打乱的线团——剪不断，理还乱。

“一开门，迎接我们的应该是一位位严肃的教官吧！”我这么想着。可事实好象并不是这样，军官们并没有戴军帽，而是齐刷刷地亮出了短发。我才觉得军官原来不是那么凶。整理完内务之后，我们开始站军姿，一分钟，两分钟我们像木头一样笔直的站着，我这时才感觉到，当兵的苦。

晚上六点多，我们开始进行学校间的比拼。跳长绳、拔河、篮球比赛，篮球场上，加油声、笑声、呼喊声在荡漾着。我要上场了，我参加了拔河和篮球，但拔河让我印象深刻。我是最后一个，我等于是掌舵的，绝对不能有失误。“开始！”我感觉有一种拉力，把我拉过去，我使出全身的力气，紧拉绳子。“一二三，拉！”我们用尽力气，把绳子一点一点的拉过来，通过我们全体的努力，我们获胜了。最终我们学校获得了拔河第一名。

大概是太累了吧，我们一回到寝室就都睡着了，我想着，努力吧，军训！

day;therefore,he was the polluter wherever he went.My mother and I tried to

persuade him to give it up.He gave it up many times but each time only for a few

烈日下，我们汗流浃背，却丝毫不动。一首《严守纪律歌》唱出了军人的作风，唱出了我们坚强的意志;一次靠几滴水洗完的经历，洗出了军人的珍惜，洗出了我们对水的节约;一次拔河比赛，拔出了军人的团结，拔出了我们集体的精神。训练中，坚持乃我们心中的标志，千言万语，只为“坚持就是胜利”。

之前的我们是饭来张口，衣来伸手的小皇帝小公主，永远是呆在温室里的花朵。而如今，五天的军训将我们改变了，再也不依赖了，坚强，我们变得坚强了，变成石缝中顽强的野花，尽管环境多么恶劣，也能在其中锻炼自己，成长自己，正如“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”，没有风雨，怎能见彩虹，没有苦的衬托，怎能显示甘的美丽。
