you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

Spring Festival evening party last night,I go to the village school

八月份的阳光火辣辣的炙烤着大地，我们班级被教官安排在没有树荫的操场上进行队列训练，首先是练习站军姿，在教官严厉的指导下，我们按照教官的要求进行展军姿的训练，从最初的十分钟叠加到最后的四十分钟，期间只能一直保持着这样的姿势，虽然非常艰苦，但是同学们都能够按照教官的要求坚持到了最后。

伴着八月蒸人的烈日，我跨入了中学的大门，成为了一名光荣的初中生。但在这之前，我还要经受一次严峻的考验――军训。它能磨练了我的意志，让我能更好的迎接紧张又精彩的中学生活。

八月二十一日上午7：00，我准时来校参加军训。穿上昨天新发的军服，顿时油生一股自豪之情。“我一定要比别人做得更好！”我暗暗对自已说。

军训的第一天!累!军训第二天，很累!军训第三天，特别累也特别欣慰。我们每天的训练内容非常简单，不过是原地转法、跨立、立正之类的动作。但我却从中体会到很多有益的东西。就拿第一天的训练来说，每个动作看似简单，一开始我们却什么都做不好，非要在教官的反复督促下才能做出个型来。由于我们长期坐在教室里缺乏锻炼，半天下来就有人嚷嚷腰酸背痛了。下午，很多动作都做得稀稀拉拉的不够整齐，队伍里还时不时传来说笑的声音，我们就像一盘散沙，各自训练各自的，毫无集体荣誉感可言。我不禁暗想，我们这样哪里像一个集体呢?照这样下去，肯定达不到理想的效果的。由此，我开始对“团结”两个字有了深刻的理解。为了一个整齐划一的目标，大家只有听从指挥，齐心协力，团结一致，才能充分发挥集体优势，否则，所有的努力和汗水都会付诸东流的。

最难忘的是第三天的检阅了，训练场上早已坐满了同着绿装的“战友”。早起的疲惫之余，每个人脸上都洋溢着对军训的兴奋。有的早已坐不住了，踮起脚看着大门口是否有期待已久的身影踏着正步出现……期待的目光中，大家不由地正了正衣领和军帽，挺了挺腰板，一副等待检阅的神情。伴着“1-2-3-4”的口号声，响彻校园，所有的人不约而同地站了起来，看着一队身着军装，头戴军帽，腰间系着粗厚的皮带，肩上佩着肩章的真正的军人，迈着整齐划一的步伐向我们走来。尽管这军训只有短短的三天时间，我们却可以一改往日的慵懒，投入到紧张有序的训练中去，感受到超越自己的快乐。军训不仅培养了我们坚强的品格，也增强了我不断超越自我的勇气，使我们懂得了责任感的重要，更加强了我们的团队意识。我相信在以后的工作、生活、学习中不管从对待生活的态度上、意志力上，还是思维方式上，我们都将受益匪浅。军训是苦的，可也是快乐的。正如一首军歌所唱的，“战士的生活就是这样，有苦有乐有声有色”。这便是我的军训生活。

“光阴似箭，日月如梭”，很快到了五年级。为了培养我们的独立生活能力，学校安排了三天的军训。

我们怀着激动的心情，提着大包小包，上了大巴车，很快就来到了绿色学校。姹紫嫣红的鲜花和碧绿的小草映入眼帘，令人心旷神怡。

教官先带着我们来到了寝室。打开寝室的大门，只见里面有四对上下铺的床，窗户下还有一套桌椅，感觉非常温馨。整理完寝室后，大家便在空地上集合。“稍息！立正！”先站一会儿军姿，教官要求我们双手贴紧裤缝，抬头挺胸，双脚脚跟并拢，前脚掌呈60度分开，大约站了五分钟，许多人已经开始摇摇晃晃了。我在心里默默地对自己说：“坚持到底，就是胜利！”

最令我印象深刻的，还是第二天下午的消防演习。第一次是“预演”，哨声响起，校园里人山人海。第二次要放烟雾弹了，全体参训的学生都用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，奋力向前冲，跑向安全地带。通过这次演习，我体会到了生命的宝贵。

这次军训，是我第一次离开爸爸妈妈独立生活，我体会到了军人的辛苦，感受到了集体生活的快乐。这是一次难得的体验，五年级的这次军训将深深地印在我的脑海里。

Now, the new semester has begun for more than one week. I gradually adapt

to my new life in senior school. In senior school, my biggest feeling is busy,

for I have classes all the day and teachers leave us a lot of homework. In the

morning, I have two periods for morning reading, Chinese and English, beginning

from 7:00. After that, I have four periods in the morning and four other in the

afternoon. There are many more subjects than in middle school, Chinese, math,

English, physics, chemistry, history and so on. Sometimes, I am afraid of seeing

so many textbooks in my desk. In addition, the contents are much more difficult

than before. Math and physics are the most difficult ones for me. No matter how

hard I work, I still can’t do well in them, which makes me frustrated.

Therefore, in the new beginning, I must change my learning strategies to make my

work more effective. All in all, my new life in new school is good and rich,

though it’s busy.

When we are little, we are eager to grow up, so that we can break free of

parental discipline even leave them far. Since we were a little child, we have

to be governed by teachers in school and endure parent’s ramble at home. These

are our growing pains. Besides, study, friendship, sometimes campus romance may

trouble us. However, as we grow up, we gradually find that things mentioned

above are not pains at all. There are much more serious things brother us. For

example, we may be less sensitive to the simple happiness and loss them

gradually. It’s hard for us to laugh from our heart. Moreover, we are in the age

that we are eager to grow up but afraid to grow up either. The ambivalence

afflicts us a lot. However, no matter what happens in our growth, they are parts

of our lives. We must accept them actively and do not let the pains prevent us

from happiness.

盼望着，盼望着，军训来了，中学生活的日子近了。

怀揣着对新生活、新环境的期盼，怀揣着几分对军训的担心与害怕，我微笑着踏进了龙舟坪中学的大门。这也将意味着，我是一个初中生了，我将要接受七天意志的考验。

说起军训，我并不陌生。很早以前，就听大哥哥大姐姐们向我诉苦，他们的一句句金玉良言，使小小的我对军训这两个字眼儿充满了恐惧。现在的我，长大了，勇敢了，自然不会恐惧，但心中还是有几分担心。我的脑海中浮现出一幅幅画面：教官们一个个表情凶狠，稍有做错，巴掌拳头就上了身；我们站在烈日下，汗流浃背，风雨中，雨水满襟，同学们一个个晕倒了…。。我能坚持住吗？能！不知哪里发出这样一个声音，不就是跑一跑，站一站吗？我会怕它吗？倒了就爬起来，错了就改正过来，熬过这七天，我可就是经得住考验的小英雄了！

就这样，我不再担心，我在心中一遍遍说着这段话，勇敢地接受了这七天的军训。

可是我没想到，第一天，我就晕倒了。那天，下着小雨，雨像顽皮的娃娃，一个劲儿地下，滑落在我们脸上，叭叭落在地上。而我们刚刚学完标准警姿，正在雨中站立着，纹丝不动，要锻炼我们的耐力和毅力。可是，我站着站着，就感觉眼前有一张巨大的雨帘，一片迷茫，眼睛怎么也睁不开，前面的同学到处乱晃（其实是我自己在晃）……接着，我被老师扶到了椅子上，坐了一会儿。

这时，老师为我端来一杯糖水，甜丝丝的，沁透心脾，也不知它是什么时候进到我的肚子里，只感觉全身都很甜，很香，很舒服，一股暖流从我身上四散开来，渗入每一根血管里……我一边喝一边看着雨中矗立的同学们，他们这时是多么高大啊！任凭风雨拍打着他们的脸颊，也不动一下，他们也许已经把自己想像成了风雨中的小英雄，火堆里的邱少云！而我，怎么能坐在这里呢？我也要做经历风雨的小英雄！我要与他们并肩战斗！我也要做最好的自己！顿时，我便有了精神，有种跃跃欲试的感觉。是的，这杯水的名字叫信念，它告诉我：我永远是最棒的，要坚持下去，不能放弃。

我站了起来，挺直了腰板，抬起头，和正在课间休息的同学们一起加入队伍中继续锻炼。

接下来的日子里，我倚靠着这个信念，严格要求自己，再也没有晕倒过，而是勇敢地坚持到了第七天养兵千日，用兵一时的一天！上午，我们举行了环城拉练，在冲进校门的那一刹那，我真为自己骄傲，我居然坚持下来了！没有请假也没有休息。下午，我们班的会操比赛也获得了第一名。

在这里，我还想对教我们的两个教官表示感谢。他们的耐心，他们的严厉，都让我记忆犹新。他们的歌声让我读出了军人的柔情，他们的故事让我读出了军人的赤子丹心。虽然，他们就要退伍了，但在我心中，他们永远是英雄！

七天的军训结束了，但人生的考验还没有结束，我的盼望也不会停止。我会继续盼望着，盼望以后的学习与生活中，无数个考验与磨炼。盼望着，盼望着…
