从小学到大学，我先后经历了三次军训，这次是为期最长、影响最大的。为何这样说因为，虽然这次军训为期九天，但它教会我的恐怕不只是那稍息立正的军式训练，更多的，它让我的意志得到了淋浴，精神得到了洗礼，

在这次军训中，我体会到了往次没体会到的东西。比如说军人的气势，教官们整齐有序的步伐，让我想到了远在边疆地区千千万万个保家卫国的战士和哨兵。正是他们不怕风吹雨打日晒、年复一日的工作，才有了我们现在的天伦之乐，想到这些，我们的头抬得更高了，胸也挺得更直了。

军训中，同学们觉得最苦最累的便是站军姿了。太阳当顶，我们抬头挺胸、两眼目视前方，像棵笔直的树一样20分钟站立不动，在教官的法眼注视下，想动一下都很难。就在我们都快坚持不住的时候，教官说了句让我感到惊讶的话，他说他们当兵是最爱喜欢最享受站军姿。惊讶之余，他告诉了我们，因为他们当兵时站军姿是最轻松的。是啊，军官们如此，我们为何不能学学他们，何不换种享受的表情去接受军姿呢

军训期间，我还体会到了团结的力量，你听，那一首首军歌是那样的动听，那样的

悦耳;你看，那豪迈而整齐的步伐伴着那"一二一"嘹亮的口号，一排排、一列列，是那样的赏心悦目，那样的振奋人心。这便是团结的力量，他让我在训练中坚持了下来，更让我懂得了集体的荣誉感。

军训，虽然简简单单的动作别我们反复的重复了很多遍，但这反复的过程，磨练了我们的意志，教会了我们坚持。备受关注的会操中、看到主席台上学校领导们满意和赞许的表情、听到同学们那一声声激烈的掌声，那种心情那种感受真的可以用妙不可言来形容了。

军训就这样不知不觉的结束了，虽仅仅九天微不足道，但让我体会良多，给我留下了不可磨灭的印象。在这里，还得提提我们连的一个同学，因为是他用他乐观的心态感染了我，让我坚持了这么多天，他是站在我旁边的徐剑华同学，他是一个真真实实的、身残志坚的人，他本可以不用参加军训的，但他却可以坚持到军训的最后一天，期间教官叫他休息下时，他都是

笑着说："教官、没事我可以"，他尚能如此，我们这些身体完完整整的人还怎么好意思以种种理由拒绝军训呢他残疾，但他的执着、他的坦然、他的乐观已深深的感染了我，在这里我真诚的感谢他给我的良多感触和自信。

最后总结一下，军训不仅让我们学会了自立自强、自尊自爱，还让我们懂得的团结，树立集体荣誉感，最重要的是在军训中我们懂得了如何做人，做怎么样的人，此所谓"我军训着、所以我成长"。

我相信，军训后的我们一定会踏着稳定的步伐、带着自信的笑容迈向美好的明天。

Last night, I ate a lot of food, such as KTC and ice cream, before I slept,

I ate some cold food in the fridge. At midnight, I felt my stomach hurt badly,

my family was woke up, they sent me to the hospital. After seeing the doctor, he

told me that I had eaten too much food, what’s more, the food was not healthy,

so it hurt my stomach. Since then, I realized that I should not eat the rubbish

food often, I should keep the healthy diet. Now my diet is regular, I won’t take

in much food before sleeping, my body is becoming healthy. In the morning, I eat

an egg and make sure I take in enough vitamins. Even when I see the rubbish food

is tempting, I take no hesitation to say no to them. I am so proud of

In the past hundred years, there have heen frequent natural disasters, such

as floods, droughts, mud-rock flows, seismic sea waves, earthquakes, windstorms

and the stretching of new deserts. The disasters have killed millions upon

millions of people, destroyed countless homes, and wiped out numerous pieces of

fertile land.

Now more and more people become aware that those disasters have much to do

with what we have done to the earth. We have cut down too many trees in the

forests,we have badly polluted the environment, we have shocked our own

home-planet time and against with tremendously powerful explosions of nuclear

bombs. As a result, climates have become abnormal, rainwater rushes down

hillsides angrily, and the underground energy goes up to revenge itself on

us.

The earth is our only home-planet. It is urgent for us to stop damaging it,

and to do our best to protect it and make it a lovely place suitable to live in,

for we have nowhere to go and survive except where we are now.

Panda is our country’s treasure, we should protect it. nowadays, we see

from the TV that panda is less than before, it is not only because of the damage

of the environment, but also the weakness of the panda. Everybody loves panda,

it is so lovely, a panda has two black eyes, it is very lazy, it likes sleeping

all the time. When we see its round body shape, we can’t help loving them. In

order to see the lovely animal, we need to protect them. We must protect the

environment, like not to throw the rubbish away, not to cut down the trees. We

As the first lady, Michelle helped Obama so much. During the campaign, she gave

上一星期，我校五、六年级去了晨阳中小学基地进行了军训生活，在那里我学地了站军姿：向左转、向右转、向后转、剪双喜、做标本等。 在那里生活一星期的我渐渐地变得熟悉了这里的生活。

在那里我认识了很多教官，郎教官、尹教官、李教官，他们的给我们留下了很深地印象。我们虽然相处短暂，但我们之间的情谊比海还要深，比天空还要广阔。

有一次，李君奎李教官给我们上军训课，开始他让我站军姿10分钟上，10分钟过后，他开始下命令：“向后转站上3分钟。”我想为什么要往后转3分钟，真是奇了怪了。谁知道我一转脸，我看到什么吗?我看到了李教官一只脚踩在石头上，边喝水边扇扇子，还和其他教官说话，看人家李教官真是休闲自在，连上课都敢和别班教官说话，真是牛呀!

星期六那天，我们10点多吃的午饭，吃过后，我们在大礼堂内开了一场精彩而感人的送别会。我们真的舍不午离开训练基地，我们在这里话离别，诉苦中。这里的一草一木还真是让我们留恋，还有我们可爱的教官们。再见了，基地，我们都会想你的，我们还会再来的。

这次军训我学会了独立生活，学会了勇敢，学会了什么叫团结一心，学会了……

过几天便是表现我们歌喉的时候，“四歌”的练习也是军训的重要组成部分，在这“累成狗”的军训生活中，练习唱歌，准备表演，是我们的娱乐之一，尽管我是一个音痴，但我依然钟情于音乐，在音乐的海洋里，时间永远是流逝最快的，我的注意力也是最为集中的，心中充满期待，期待之后的课程，期待之后的比赛。

entering a good college, they don’t need to care about other things, it is also

what their parents tell them. After entering college, it is a little different,

when they find a job, the employer will ask him something about the public news,

由于我从来没有经历过军训，不知道军训期间会做些什么事，所以我很紧张。我曾经听一个比我大５岁的朋友说军训要在烈日下暴晒几个钟头，当时我就害怕了：要是中暑了怎么办？可是军训能和同学们过集体生活，耳边也不会有父母的唠叨，什么事都不用征求父母的意见（因为在家中有很多我想做的事都被父母制止），那可是我向往已久的生活。

整齐的队列，响亮的口号，严厉的训斥，酸痛的腿脚，以及那身最帅气的迷彩服……虽然疲惫，但军训不为人知的美好与带给我们的收获，定会使它成为我们心中不可磨灭的珍贵回忆。

高中生活即将开始，摆在我们面前的第一关就是军训。由于在三年前刚上初中时领教了封闭式军训的艰辛与痛苦，我便一直对这次军训充满抵触与抗拒。到了基地后，训练如期开始，站军姿、齐步、跑步……一天下来，各种各样的队列练习与长时间的站立总使我腰酸背痛，而条件不算优越甚至有些拥挤的宿舍更令人无比沮丧，想家的情绪也开始在心中蔓延开来。第二天清晨，又要早早地起床、训练，在去往操场和食堂的路上，因为教官的厉声催促不得不尽力奔跑，也经常因此在训练之前就变得气喘吁吁。部队有严明的纪律要求，和同学之间的交谈在各个场合都被禁止。不久，我就因军营里的严肃气氛和苦累艰辛的训练而变得烦躁不已，只是怀着应付的心面对训练，每天都算着可以离开的那一天还有多远。

教官随着军训的结束而离去，我们都很想念他，尽管他曾用惩罚把我们整治得服服帖帖，但我们还是很尊敬他的。遗憾的是，他没有留下联系方式，连名字也没有留下……只有那几张模糊的照片，证实了他训练了我们3天。不过，“距离产生美”，就让他留在我们朦胧的回忆里吧！

3天军训，带给了我很多很多，我会再接再厉，迎接新的挑战！

九月一日，高中生活开始了!紧接着，艰辛的军训生活也拉开了帷幕。这是我漫长的人生之路上第一次体验军训生活。这次军训虽短暂，却给我带来了深远的影响，使我受益终生。

一直以来，我就像是温室里的花朵，在父母的精心呵护下无忧无虑地成长。然而，这一次，我必须在蒙蒙细雨中坚持好教官教的每一个动作。虽然很辛苦，但我却没有一丝一毫的厌恶感。因为我懂得军训的意义：军训，是培养学生德智体美全面发展的需要;是加强国防后备力量建设的需要;是加速人民解放军现代化建设的需要;是加强全民国防意义的需要。这一次军训使我们的意志力得到锻炼，更好地弘扬了艰苦奋斗精神。

在军训的过程中，教官对我们的每一个动作的要求都十分严格，每一次的不合格都会遭到严厉的斥责。但正因为如此，我们每个人都会精神百倍地做好每一个动作，对于错误，我们也都是积极的改正。教官的每句斥责我都铭记在心，这让我明白了在生活中也应如此，对待每一件事都应该持认真严谨的态度，错了也应该立即改正。相信这对我以后的高中生活一定意义非凡。

在辛苦的军训中，教官教会了我们苦中作乐。教官利用休息时间唱歌给大家听，让我们大家一起唱歌，还教大家特别搞笑的顺口溜。大家的脸上都挂上了灿烂的笑容。这样的娱乐不仅是情绪紧张的我们变得热情高涨，还让我们彼此间变得更加团结，友谊也更深厚了!我的脑海里依旧清晰的记得教官那句铿锵有力的话语：团结就是力量!

总的来说，这次军训虽然很累，但是我从中收获到了很多宝贵的东西。感谢学校给我军训的机会，让我变得更坚强。温室里的花朵只有接受大自然的恩惠，风雨兼程，才能更有活力，更健康的成长。

人生又何尝不是一次长久的军训?人生的军训会碰到更多残酷的挑战，但我们仍应保持积极乐观的态度和无所畏惧的胆量，苦中作乐，愈挫愈勇。我坚信，总有一天，我的理想灯塔会被点亮，我的生命之花会绚丽的绽放!

今年暑假来了一场突如其来的军训，这次的军训与以往不同，虽然动作相同，同学相同，不同的是心境，和对未来的某种期待。

夕阳透过窗户，折射出一缕光线照在我的脸上，因为早上陪妈妈散步，这会儿刚打了个盹儿，手机铃声响了，是班主任老师发来的信息，通知后天到学校参加军训!妈妈听到了这个消息第一时间告诉了我，把还沉浸在暑假班刚结束而离开学还有段日子的轻松状态中的我给拉了回来，并且当天晚上就帮我把行李箱给收拾好了，隔了一天我终于踏上了通往学校的旅程，我们都带着七年级的回忆踏上了八年级这个充满问号的长途之旅，到了学校后，我不禁感叹“还是那个熟悉额大门，还是那个熟悉的经开五中啊”我们一个一个都拖着沉重的行李箱，再次踏进这熟悉的大门，闻着这里熟悉的气息，如同回家一般。

我们坐在教室里，迎接着教官的到来，随着一阵阵热烈的掌声，教官帅气的走进了教室，果然是玉树临风、威风凛凛。在教官的带领下我们来到了期待已久的操场，看到七年级的学弟学妹们已经先我们一步到达操作，从他们身上看到了我们曾经天真、烂漫的模样。第一天训练，由于我们的班主任和教官临时有事离开，我们就由另外一个教官带队训练，刚开始我们有些浮躁，好像都还没有从家中的快乐回归，再加上烈日的焦灼，很快我们就懈怠了，动作也做不好，对也站不齐，于是教官就让我们做“游戏”天呐!那真是噩梦一般的回忆，教官说：“如果谁还站不齐就让谁继续做“游戏””，恰巧班主任老师晚上回来了，我们自然少不了一顿训斥!

之后，我们彻底觉悟了，大家也都有了集体荣誉感，动作规范了，口号也喊齐了，教官说：“一遍能做好的事情，为什么非要做两遍?”是啊，青春不可复制，也不可回头，唯有珍惜当下才能成为更好的自己，虽然我们没有取得最后的胜利，但是我们为之付出过，努力过。八年级对于我们来说是具有挑战性的一年，虽然有些不知所措，但是通过军训让我深刻认识到，唯有不断努力，勇往之前，才能取得最后的胜利，加油!
