三天了！想想过去，我还是一名小学生，如今，我已经光荣地走进了北京一零一中学，完成了三天“艰苦”的军训生活。说是“艰苦”有些夸张，不过对于我们这些每天被供在温室里的“花朵”，可真是一个巨大的挑战呢！

起初，当看到一零一美丽的校园时，我愣住了，没想到我竟会在一个公园式的学校学习，这让我倍感自豪。可是，迎接我们第一次入校的竟是一批令我们尊敬而又畏惧的武警教官。“苦不堪言”的军训生活就此拉开了帷幕。第一天，教官便给我们一个下马威：站军姿20分钟！可能是因为暑假缺乏锻炼，不一会，就有一大批同志“光荣的倒下了”！我也有些挺不住了，可是我心想：不行，我不能这么娇气，一定要想军人一样有毅力......

终于,漫长的一天过去了。第二天，我吸取了第一天的经验，并没有感到腿疼得受不了，好像好多了，时间也过得快了，在我的努力下，得到了优秀标兵的称号，让我十分欣慰，也很自豪。就在我自我满足的同时，我突然发觉，我们的教官跟我们玩“变脸”，当休息时，他们变得十分幽默、亲切，可是一旦开始训练，他们就像“魔鬼教头”一样，十分严肃，不拘言笑。但是教官们比我们还要辛苦，每天我们练习，他们便要大声地喊口令，我们学习，他们要一遍一遍地指导。在这里，我想对所有的教官说一句：“教官们辛苦了！”我从他们身上看到了真正的军人本色，看到了什么事坚持，什么是服从。

三天来，教官们让我学到了很多，收获了很多。军训是为了强健我们的体魄，增强我们的意志，让我们学会团结。我相信我不会让老师失望，不会让教官失望，不会让一零一失望！也许在第三天我们七班，没有走好，可并不代表我们不行。“贵在坚持”，只要努力，就会有收获！

光阴似箭，日月如梭。转眼间，我离开快乐的小学生活，成为一名初中生。现在我知道,遇到困难要勇敢面对，不是退缩也不是等待。机会要自己去努力把握。

初一，必不可少的就是军训，在军训的前一个晚上，心中总有一些激动和害怕。我也迎来了人生中第一个军训教官，他有时严厉，吓得我们胆战心惊，有时又很幽默，逗得我们哈哈大笑。刚开始，我有些不适应，教官让我们在太阳底下站军姿，我们每一个人的衣服都被汗水浸透，脸也晒黑了，腿像灌了铅一样抬不起来。

回到家后我就向爸爸妈妈报怨，本以为爸爸妈妈会安慰我，但爸爸非常严肃的批评了我：“不光是你一个人在军训，你才遇到这么小的困难就退缩，太骄气了”，听完老爸一顿训，我噘着嘴，含着泪坐在旁边的沙发上。自己发了一会儿呆，静下心来想了一阵子，慢慢体会到无论是学校的老师、教官还是爸爸妈妈，这不都是为我好吗，艰苦的军训正是为了磨砺我们的意志，健壮瘦弱的体魄。

就这样，每天军训虽然很累，但是我们每个人都在坚持着，互相鼓励着，通过军训，我和同学们迅速结识，和许多同学交了朋友，我们迈着整齐的步伐，口中大喊着：“一二一、一二一”，嘹亮的口号响彻操场，我心中突然想起一首歌“团结就是力量”。

转眼间，七天军训结束了，为了检测新生军训成果，学校组织了军训表演，我们都使出了全身的力气，初一20个班，我们最后取得了第二名的好成绩，虽然没得第一名，但是每个同学都很高兴。我想，通过这次磨练，教会了我碰到困难时如何面对并努力的去解决困难，教会了我要与同学们互帮互助、团结一致，初中三年，我们将一步一个脚印的走向成功。

盼望着，盼望着，军训的日子近了！那令人激动的时刻，那让人难以入眠的日子，在我们的倒数声中，一步步向我们逼近……

我们激动，我们欣喜；我们欢呼，我们跳跃。因为军训对我们——从未军训过的少男少女，是那样的神秘……

每天清晨到教室，同学们总忍不住对军训高谈阔论一番。有的说军训虽然很好玩，但很苦，每天站军姿一个多小时，夜间还要紧急集合，累死人了；有的说军训的住宿条件很差，连洗澡的地方都没有；还有的埋怨怕天气太热，把皮肤晒黑了……不过虽然这样的同学很多，但他们依旧盼望军训的来临。

可在我心中，对军训我有自己的看法。小时候，每每看到老师哥姐们军训归来做汇报表演时，我真的好羡慕哦！他们的肤色暗了，是没以前好看，但在他们的黝黑的脸上，多了一分刚强，一分成熟，经过军训的洗礼，他们一个个都仿佛长大了！长大的感觉一定很好、很甜，我盼望长大，盼望自己能走进那绿色的军营。

我不怕每天早晨那长时间的长跑，不怕烈日下严格的体能训练，不怕夜间一声哨响就得马上集合，不怕打拳时吼叫“一！二！三！四”，不怕……只要能走进那心仪已久的绿色军营，我什么都不怕！我闭上眼，憧憬着那虽苦犹乐的军营生活。想象自己军训时的每一个动作、每一个表情，我要跑在第一个，我要站出最标准的军姿，我要在夜间集合时跑得最快，我要在打拳时吼出我响亮的声音，我要让那太阳将我晒黑晒褪皮，我要像师哥师姐们一般，经过军训的洗礼，长大，长大……

初夏的风儿撩响了青春的风铃，叮叮当当的响声是我们对军训的呼唤。走进军训的日子，快点来吧！一群少男少女们正怀着兴奋的心情在默默倒数：十、九、八、七……

a long history.there stands Du Fus thatched cottage ,The Temple of Zhugeliang

and some other place of historical interest.They are all so famous that many

foreign tourists like to come here.Chengdu also has a comfortable weather for

people who live in there.Even though in the winter it is still warmer than any

other cities in China.Besides,as Chengdu people are fond of eating,they have

created many delicious food such as hot pan,Three Big guns,and some others.

There is a library in every university, some schools pay special attention

to the building of the library, because the library always on behalf of

presentation of a school. We can find all kinds of books in the room, library

provides convenience, but it still has space to improve.

On the one hand, we can check the information and go to the library every

day. It is open all the week, and the time is from 8 o’clock to 10 o’clock. For

students, they can go to the place all the time. What’s more, the book they want

is easy to find, they can check on the computer, and find the number

quickly.

On the other hand, the library needs to improve its equipment. The books on

the library are very old, it is not good for students to do some research paper.

The amount of the computer is not enough, I always find the students wait for

the computer, while some students need to use the computer for a long time. So

there will be better if increase the number of the computer.

Despite these drawbacks, I am generally pleased with the library and hope

that it will continue to make improvement in the future.

With the coming of national day, I have a one week holiday. I really expect

to it, because I want to have a short trip during these days. I will travel

toJiuzhaiValleywith my parents for three days. I have heard that the scenery

ofJiuzhaiValleyis very beautiful in autumn and it’s the best time to travel

there. Autumn is my most favorite season so I want to enjoy the beauty of such a

wonderful place. I do some preparations for this trip. For example, I search the

Internet to see the travel raiders and I have known where the most attracting

place is and where to live in. I am sure it will be a wonderful journey. There

are only several days for the coming trip, but I have been too excited to

wait.

今天是军训的第二天，经过昨天一整天的军事训练的生活。

刚到的第一天，我们反复练习着枯燥的稍息、立正。翻来覆去的错误动作，被表情严肃的教官反复纠正。

但一天中，操场上铿锵的口令，无数次不厌其烦的动作示范，被炙热的阳光晒黑的面庞，浸透汗水的衣衫，教官们飒爽的英姿，严谨的作风，严明的纪律，吃苦耐劳的精神，过硬的军事素质，定格在我们所有学生的心中。

柔和的夜里，在虫鸣打破恬静的脚印上，昏暗的路灯底神不知鬼不觉的出现一簇簇身穿迷彩的人群，尔后，嘹亮的军歌不留痕迹的淹没着曾经有过的抱怨或悔恨。

惊鸿一坐，坐出了无数报国情在心深处滋长定格，坐出了手受用一生的理解和感悟。

1、与教官沟通

虽然说军训是把学生交给教官教，交给教官管理，对于教官如何训练，如何管理我们是不能干涉太多的。但是，在某些问题上，我们却有必要作为教官与学生的桥梁。毕竟教官不是老师，没有真正教导学生的经验；而学生也不是真正的兵，他们都是一帮“文弱书生”。

我们跟教官强调严格要求班级学生的同学，对于学生的心声也可选择性地反映给教官，他们对军训的合理要求应该让教官知道，这样对教官在军训的具体方式方法上有一定的帮助。比如，学生反映教官太严肃，太“专制”了，他们希望教官在军训过程中多给点鼓励，少一点批评、惩罚等，这样他们的逆反心理不会那么强，教官教的东西也容易接受。

我觉得我们刚开始军训就应该让学生写一下他们所期望的军训是怎样的，他们所期望的教官是怎样的，等等。虽然我们后来也让学生写“我心目中的教官”，但是真正的意图没有和学生说明白，以致不少学生问我：“老师，是不是要署名，如果要署名就说教官很好；如果不用署名就说实话……”。他们都理解为我们只是为了让他们对教官有一个评价，而没有了解我们的真正意图。同时，也可见教官与同学们之间的关系并不那么理想，很多同学几乎站到了教官的对立面上。虽然，现实中总是不可避免地会出现教官与学生的立场相对立的局面，但是，从总体上看，军训也应该是和谐的，在和谐的氛围中让学生接受军训应有的教育。而要做到这一点，老师的作用是不可或缺的，而我在这方面做的还远远不够。

当学生抱怨教官对他们太严，抱怨教官的教育方式有问题，抱怨教官不以身作则时，我应该一方面引导学生分清重点，所谓“择其善者而从之，其不善者而改之”，告诉学生军训最主要的目的是磨练自己的意志，重点应该放在“磨练”二字上；另外，还要采用适当的方式和教官沟通，让他们了解学生的想法，甚至可以给出一点点建议，毕竟并不是所有的教官都能够很成熟地对待、处理问题。

2、出勤

虽然教官每天都会点名，但他们没有那么多的时间和精力对经常迟到或旷操的同学进行个别教育，他们只能把情况反映给老师，再由老师来解决问题。所以，在出勤方面，老师也一定要加大考勤力度，对个别学生实施思想教育。

3、病号管理

对于那些不能参加军训，或者中途因病下场的同学，要主动了解学生的身体和心理状况，关心、开导他们，在身体条件允许的情况下，让他们尽量自觉地到训练场上。对于个别情绪激动的同学要耐心地做好思想工作，避免更糟糕的情况发生。情节严重的，还要联系学生家长互通情况。

4、中期倦怠情绪的处理

军训过一个星期左右，同学们的新鲜感就会逐渐的消失，很多同学都会开始倒计时，说明他们都期盼军训快点结束。而我们老师，在军训过程中出现的种种繁琐问题面前，也可能会出现烦躁的`情绪。但是，我们必须及时体察学生的情绪变化，和教官一起鼓舞士气，跟学院领导沟通，团委学生会沟通，分时间段慰问学生。我们自己在学生面前也应该时刻保持笑容，给学生以坚持的信心，减少他们的烦躁情绪。

5、物色班干候选人

军训需要军训负责人，军训过程中也有很多事情需要个别同学协助完成，我们可以利用这些机会物色班干候选人，对一些较有潜力的同学，应该把他们推到同学们面前，让他在为同学服务的同时也让同学们认识他，为日后的班干选举奠定群众基础。我主要是通过学生信息表、个别谈话、军训表现等方式先了解学生情况，再适当地培养那些较为积极、负责的同学，让他们对班里的工作有一个基本的认识，这样在班干选举时，这些同学也容易被其他同学所认同。

6、文艺活动

文艺活动可以为艰苦的军训生活增添一点色彩，也让同学们得到是适当的放松。军训过程中，我们总共参加了三次晚会，第一次是为了促进同学们的相互了解，第二次是中秋晚会，第三次是迎新晚会。第一次和第三次都主要由学生自己组织，学生自己出节目，自己出活动，在这个过程中，那些组织能力较强的同学也脱颖而出。在这个过程中，老师要做好总的组织协调工作，并要想办法为同学们提供活动条件。

军训不仅是学生珍贵的回忆，也是班级的一笔宝贵财富——这里有严明的纪律，有脱颖而出的人才，有拼搏的进取的精神，有前有未有的团结，有在艰难困苦中迸发出的友情……

而我作为班主任，在军训过程中，同样也积累了一大笔财富——积累班主任工作经验，处理繁琐日常事务的耐心、细心，应对紧急事件的经验，兼班团队的友情、与学生的交情

8月末，火热的太阳吸取着我们的精华。往日暑假在家美美的一觉到午饭的待遇算是say

goodbye。多少有些可惜。每天依旧是(7点30)的到校时间在我眼里真的是相当的折磨。老师却说这是百年不遇，想想到也是这么一回事。

说自己因为这项光荣的任务而神采奕奕，精神焕发那是溜须拍马。堆积了一个学期的困意汹涌而来，一发不可收拾。几次在军训的原地站立练习中，悄无声息的闭上了眼。同样也是几次被教官嘹亮的声音从浑浑噩噩中惊醒，吓得直打激灵……

原本应该在高一年级就来承受的痛苦的军训，因为震惊中外，举世无双的北京奥运会而一再推迟。今年。今年这个夏天作为志愿者，学校就把国庆训练的体能训练和军训结合在了一起，这个创意好了，一举两得。

第一天军训，原本以为多少会轻松一些。但最终是转眼成了空。教官磅礴的气势在这个400米跑道的操场上无一遗漏的展现了出来，震慑四方……

哈哈。内容还是简单了些嘛。正中我这身体不协调的人下怀。立正。稍息。左右转法。跨立。正步走。就这么几样。内容少却不失精悍。

教官也是有很可爱的时候。

拉歌大赛在绿色的“草地”上开展得有声有色。教官的那什么口号好有古典风范啊……好古老啊……比如说：“X教官，来一个。来一个，X教官。让你唱，你就唱。扭扭捏捏不像样。像什么，像姑娘……”(这个口号叫我此生难忘啊!)

快结束的时候，所谓的成果展示，选出个一二三来，搞个评比。这一比，热爱团集体的我们都鼓足了干劲。欣赏着“”教官的精彩摔跤表演，女生们尖叫连连，此起彼伏。校长不忍失去展示自己的机会，小试牛刀，同样引来阵阵口哨声。

这一天的训练我是掰着手指头过来的。不是不喜欢，是身体太脆弱，不堪一击，站的腰直疼，回家瘫床上就起不来了。但从心里却溢着不舍，这也许就是那种人生一次，一去不复返的经历吧……

The day we were looking forward to came at last--a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his (her) part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing① sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.② We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon③ officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

当清晨的第一颗露珠滴落下来的时候，新的一天开始了。迎接我们的是可怕的军姿站立——第一课。太阳终于突破重围，闪在每个人脸上，汗水由鼻尖开始滑落，时间一分一秒地过去，汗滴越来越大……由此，一天的军训开始了。

刚进入大学的我们对军训并不陌生，毕竟我们在刚进入高中的时候也进行过军训，但大学里的军训不仅仅是对身体素质的考验，更是对我们意志的考验和磨练，培养并提高我们的毅力，军训时我们进入大学的第一节课，军训课堂有严肃，有认真，有团结，也有欢笑和歌声，在火热的太阳暴晒下，在雨的磨练里，我们开始时是退缩的，开始有些逃避，可是一向认真严肃的教官却教育我们克服困难，磨练坚强的意志。

军训有酸，有甜，有苦，但是这都为日后提高自我修养的基本素质坐着铺垫。

金子要经过寻矿、开采、提炼等一系列繁琐的工序方能光彩熠熠。军训于我们而言便是这一道道工序。

走过漫漫的高中三年，终踏进了常大的校园。在靠近梦想之前，风雨的洗礼亦是必不可少。今天虽无烈日酷烤，却又秋风习习，同学们身着绿色的迷彩笔挺的立在风中。细雨和着秋风啪嗒啪嗒地打在脸上，军姿站立已久，双腿从酸麻逐渐变的没有知觉，可是整齐的方阵中并无一人吭声，所有人依旧是“站如松”。

严厉洪亮的哨音响起，因天气之故大家被迫转换场地。随着“一二一”的哨声，大家齐步走进宿舍空地，按照各排顺序依次坐好。几天的军训让大家少了几分往日在家的娇气，多了几分豪迈不扬之气。大家在教官的带领下齐声吼着军歌，也卖力的向隔壁的方阵拉歌。融洽的氛围没有地域的相隔，没有班级的区分，唯一萦绕的便是家庭的温馨，一个大家庭的温暖。军训苦乐交融，也让我们更加坚强，独立。

参加了五天的军训，我才明白了什么是苦，什么叫累，更知道了军人要经历重重考验，荣誉必须用汗水换得。

怀着愉快的心情来到军训基地，结果刚到站，马上换好军装，就得提着个水杯与饭盒到处跑，然后在烈日炎炎的操场上暴晒，迎接开营仪式，刚被晒成烤熟的我们，还得小跑着到饭堂吃饭，每次进到饭堂，同学马上七嘴八舌地聊了起来，恨不得把一肚子的话都在这个时候说，结果每次吃饭时间只有3-5分钟。

接下来的每一天都是匆忙的。每天都生怕迟到会被罚的我们只好5点30分起床，然后又拿着水杯和盒饭去操场上集合训练。从白天到晚上，一直训练到八点多才结束，十点钟按时睡觉。我们在训练的时候，必须在热烈的阳光下学站军姿，每过一分钟于我们而言都好像一个世纪那么长，一个字，累！还有练习齐步和正步，齐步走还好，在教官的讲解和示范下，我们很快就掌握了要领，走得有模有样了，正步就不简单了，腿不能升得太低，手脚得配合协调，头顶上的帽子反着套，不能掉，而且教官还让我们把脚伸出一会儿，并不能着地，所以每次踢正步脚都会酸得不得了！

由于太阳的功劳，最后一天，同学们似乎都变了肤色，脸都黑得发亮了，但是大家都兴奋地露出了洁白的牙齿。阅兵仪式上，天气依然很热，首先登台的是我们一连！我们不会忘记早上彩排的时候教官的严苛，个个儿都斗志高昂，撕心裂肺的喊出口号，我也努力地与大家的步伐一致，摆手的幅度尽量齐平……

在这五天里，虽然很辛苦，但是能体验不同的生活，能去见识学校和家庭之外的世界，还是挺高兴的！

The volunteering spirit has spread among the Chinese people in recent

Volunteering is of tremendous benefits to both those in need and

society.Take the Wenchuan Earthquake as an example.Hundreds of thousands of

volunteers play an active role in Wenchuan quake-hit areas.And they contribute

daily necessaries,offer medical help and psychological help to the disaster

relief work.

Besides,volunteering would be beneficial to the volunteers

themselves~Getting involved in volunteering,volunteers will be exposed to a new

environment,and they can learn how to work well in a team,how to improve their

interpersonal skills and organizational skills，all of which are critical for

their professional growth。As a college student,I sincerely hope that everyone

would join the volunteering work.It is not only good to our society,but also a

chance for us to grow and to learn.
