Nowadays, with long holidays at hand,travelinghas become a new trend for

us to relax ourselves outside work. Some people even had made a plan for it a

long time before the holiday begins. They usually travel with good friends or

travel along; only few people take their parents into travel plan. However, I

think it is high time for us to travel with parents.

In the first place, we should spend more time with parents. According to

research, if we come home 5 days a year, spend 4 hours a day with parents, it

would be less than 300 hours of 30 years, which means 25 days. We could see it

now that there is not much time for us to spend with our parents after we go to

work or have our own family. Hence, we should travel with our parents.

In the second place, parents used to took us to travel when we were young,

why don’t we take them as return when we are capable to do that. It is not the

matter of we are set free from parents, we are not a traitorous teenager

anymore, and we have time and money, of course we should take a trip with

parents. Holiday would be a good time for us to travel with parents, just like

the old time.

To summarize, we should make a plan for parents in holiday. Holiday is a

great gift for us and our parents.

Today, I went to the grandmas home with my father and mother for the Dragon

Boat Festival. When we entered the door, grandma said, "today is Dragon Boat

Festival. Lets make dumplings." We promised. Grandma said, "bamboo leaves need

to be soaked for a while.

After a while, we began to pack the zongzi. Each of us picked up three

pieces of bamboo leaves, grabbed a handful of glutinous rice with our hands, put

them in the bamboo leaves, and put on some big red dates. And then wrap it into

a cone. Im glad to have a zongzi wrapped up. I said to grandma, "the dumplings

are so simple. Grandma said, "the real bag is not easy!" After finishing the

package, the dumplings were cooked.

Our whole family is very happy to eat sweet rice dumplings.

Childhood is often regarded as a memorable and beautiful period of ones life and I passed it happily as a grade-school student. My grade school days were really carefree ones. 结束一天的军训生活后，身体疲惫却心潮澎湃。或许是喜欢冒险热爱挑战的性格使然。越是艰辛的事情就越想要坚持。

孟子云：“天降降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨。”话虽是老生常谈，但很有道理。在军训中面对不同的考验，都给予我很多收获。烈日炎炎下，长时间的军姿站立让我明白坚持的内涵，也给了我金石般的顽强意志;持续的稍息，停止间转法，齐步走训练，让身穿军训服的我们汗流不止，但湿透的短袖，落在地上的汗滴，却彰显了每一个不屈服，不放弃学生的精神品质，心得体会《大学新生军训心得体会：坚持是一场华美的邂逅》。

今天是军训的第二天，时间还是下午的最后一节课。我们按照昨天教官给我们排的队伍站在操场上，不一会儿教官来了。

高教官高声说：“昨天练的稍息和立正，回家练了吗?”我们齐声回答：“练了。”教官点了点头，说：“我来检查一下。”说完，教官严肃地说：“稍息，立正。”看了同学们的表现，接着说：“还说练了，一点也不标准，手、脚怎么放?”我们继续练稍息、立正，练了大约三十分钟。高教官说：“我们来说新课，是转体，也就是向左转、向右转和向后转。我们先学向右转，先看着我做一遍，然后自己做一遍。”我们照着教官的样子做，高教官高声喊道：“错了，向右转应该是右脚为主，左脚为辅。”我们试着又做了一遍。高教官高声叫：“光脚动，身子不要乱晃。”做了好一会才做好。我们又练习向左转，向左转和向右转的反方式正好相反，最后我们练习向后转。

今天的军训结束了，我感觉到看似简单的动作，做起来并不是那么容易。这一天我又有很多收获，就像在果园里种果子一样，有付出就会有收获。

两天，对我们来说是漫长的，也是短暂的。它建立了同学们之间一份新的友谊，把我们六(3)班的每一个同学都紧紧地联系在了一起。军训生活，我们付出的是擦不尽的汗水，但我们收获的是成长，经过两天的军训，我深深地感到——我长大了!

8月19日早晨，我们新奇的踏进了南洋初级中学的校门，这时，我清楚地认识到——我不再是一个小学生了，我是中学生了!开营仪式上，老师和教官向我们致了开营贺词，鼓励我们认真训练。

队列训练开始了，我们班的教官给我们指导了“立正”、“稍息”等基本动作，虽说这些动作我们平时经常做，可是要真的做到规范那是很难的。刚刚一个小时的功夫，同学们都已经满头大汗了。上午的队列训练告一段落，疲惫的同学们回到教室里休息。广播里说要进行拉歌比赛，听到这个消息，同学们一下子来了劲儿，一个个精神抖擞。教官又来了，他教我们唱了《团结就是力量》，让我们和其他六个班比赛。“团结就是力量，团结就是力量，这力量是铁，这力……”枯燥的军训一下子变得充满色彩。平日里的“足球小将”们拿出了在足球场上才有的那股劲儿拿出了他们只有在足球场上才有的那股劲儿，发出了如雷贯耳的歌声。之后的训练里，我们班没有一个人倒下，大家都用顽强的意志力坚持了下来。

“六三六三，团结勇敢，要夺桂冠，看我六三!” 两天里，大家始终牢记着这个口号，一直向着这个口号努力着。或许，两天前，我们的思想还是小学生，但现在，我们已经成为了一个名副其实的中学生了。

想到这里，我猛然回到了现实中，发现我们同学们那疲惫的眼神里多了一丝欣慰，因为，我们胜利了!只要努力过，无论结果如何，我们都会感到十分高兴。

“一二一”，这阵突如其来的声音惊醒了我。一个整齐的队伍出现在我的面前。周围的同学都赞叹起来。只见解放军们在做互练演习。我的目光注意着其中一对解放军。一个向前跨出一步，同时挥起铁拳，从下向上闪电般的出击;突然阵势一变，猛地出击，就地一个扫堂腿......

下一个是射击实习，解放军们在草地上拿真枪练习。他们趴在地上，用枪向对方射击。每一声枪响，都伴随着一阵白烟。我们都心惊胆战，生怕打到人。随后，他们就钻进树林中，看不见了。

在食堂吃完饭后，我们看了电视后，训练走步。班长喊口令：“1——2——3——4”，同学们也跟着喊“1234”，后面还有人喊“56”。顿时，同学们笑得前俯后仰。

时间老人偏把时间拨弄得飞快。一转眼一天就过去了。同学们恋恋不舍地上了车，离开了军校。是呀!军营的环境是美丽的，军营的训练是有条不紊的，军营的生活也是五彩缤纷、丰富多彩的。这些能不使我们流连忘返吗?

第二天，极度的嫉妒摧残着我那幼嫩的心灵。同住在一个营区的“大哥哥”们“卸甲归田”了！一路上，他们兴奋的高喊着与众不同而格外刺耳的“教官再见！”，相对我们那一声声有气无力的“教官好”，就显得渺小、软弱了很多。

无午睡的情况还是没有好转，尽管有人向老师反映，但似乎效果不大。而10点睡觉、5点起床的七小时睡眠制，然我一整天都精神恍惚。

第三天疲劳的正步速成训练，把我们折腾得严重疲惫，更使我本来就灰色的心情重重的抹上了一笔。严重期待最后一天！

最后几天，我们终于可以午睡了，每天活动也丰富起来了――看电影、打靶、篝火晚会，然我们的军营生活多采的收场了。而最后一天上午，是大家最快乐的时候，一路上，我们也高喊着“教官再见”，坐上了回家的车……

军训并没有又留下太多，只是让我以后的记忆中，留下一段军营生活的记忆，以及那一声声“教官好”。

光阴太瘦，指缝太宽。只是蓦然之间，三年的高中时光就这样从指缝的空隙中明目张胆的仓惶而逃。带着不舍，带着窃窃的欢喜，于这个盛夏八月迎来了我朝圣己久的天堂。

陌生的面孔，陌生的语言，陌生的空气。缘分，却让我们走进了同一所院系，是一个个微笑上扬的嘴角，是一首首嘹亮欢快的军歌，拉进了你我之间的距离。于是，初来乍到的陌生人，变得逐渐默契。

正如那首军歌中唱到：“军队是咱温暖的家”。的确，离开家乡，离开父母，离开自己昔日的伙伴。独处于一个陌生的城市，浓烈的不舍与眷恋常常让我不知所措。看过了教官为我们播放的“阅兵仪式”后，才了解了军人的博大，历经了军训的磨砺，才明白友谊与团结的可贵，见证了教官的严厉与幽默，才读懂师长们的良苦用心……

军训的最后一天了，这一天，我才真正知道，军训也挺苦挺累的。以前我总是想：其实军训也没什么大不了，军训也不就是在操场上练习嘛！不过，现在我才明白，军训是一种药，是一种很苦很苦的药，但是良药苦口，军训能治好我们的懒惰、娇气和懦弱。

军训的这六天，我们被烈日晒过，也被小雨淋着过，我们常常坐在地上大喊着累，也曾经恼火地说：最好快点与这种日子告别！但是，我们的教官，不也是在烈日下、在小雨中一直陪伴与教导着我们吗？

今天，我们将要脱下这饱含着我们的汗与泪的军服，站在校门口与我们的教官依依惜别了。要交军服的时候，我们都磨磨蹭蹭，一会去趟厕所、一会和张影，一会再去溜达一圈却迟迟不肯脱下军服。放学回家的路上，一遍遍回想着军训的景象，一次次温习着齐步、正步、跑步在同学面前总想炫耀一下前些天学过的军体拳，和朋友不厌其烦地一遍又一遍讲述着自己的教官。

军训刷洗掉了我的娇气与懒惰，在我的心里刻上了永不磨灭的记号！

顶着九月的骄阳，我抱着难以平息的激动心情踏上了去往军训基地的大巴，我猜想这一定是一次有趣的活动！

到基地后的第一天，第一缕阳光射来时，我们为期七天的军训壮歌正式开始谱写。日晒过，皮肤火辣辣的发疼；雨淋过，浑身都被浇湿，衣服第二天起来也还是湿的；腿酸过，虽然腿无比的酸疼，但依旧还是也做好每一个动作。不是没想到过要放弃，但看到同学挺拔的军姿，听到充满热血的口号声，我的内心重燃奋斗的热火，我抖擞起精神，继续挺起胸脯，做好军姿。同学们的鼓励是我的精神支柱。

其实在自己的人生路上，一定要去拼搏，如果一切都轻轻松松，那人生还有何意义？

军训不仅仅室对行为的磨练，更是对精神的磨练。从喊口号的站军姿；从饿肚子到淋暴雨。哪个不是在磨练我们的意志力？就算是累到不行，也要继续坚持，因为在军营里我就是一名军人，“掉皮掉肉不掉队，流汗流血不流泪”是一名军人的本职。

经过这次短暂而又充实的军训，我们少了份娇气，多了份坚强；少了份依赖，多了份自强；少了份怨天尤人，多了份勇往直前；同时也懂得了自制，自爱，自理和自强。

在三天的军训中，我们体会了人生的酸甜苦辣。站军姿、齐步走、跑步、正步走、停止间转法、蹲下起立，我们一次又一次地重复着枯燥的动作，用尽全身的力气喊叫着，却总不能换来教官满意的笑容。不管是流汗还是流泪，我们不能停止步伐，铁一样的纪律无时无刻地约束着我们。在严格的要求下，有我们疲惫的身躯挺立，有我们酸痛的手脚重复的动作。烈日下，细雨中，我们坚强的身躯仍然挺立在操场上。本来我以为这三天的军训会很刺激，可我错了，全程下来，象过了几个世纪。

我们在短短的三天里，哭过、笑过、感动过；疼过、累过、勇敢过。在这样的日子里辛勤的汗水是最多的。但想起以前爸爸、妈妈对我说的话：“给植物浇水会宠坏了它们，它们的后代会越来越虚弱。所以你应该让它们周围的环境变的艰难一些，根部会向深处生长，自己寻找地底深处的水份”。想起自己的目标，就有了勇气。我知道自己必须经受过一番洗礼，才能争取成功的资格。

回头想想，我们失去的只是几滴泪几滴汗，而我们得到的是一张张友善可爱的脸。我相信我以后一定会收获得更多！

在开学前一周里我们进行了国防教育，这也是我人生中的第一次，在我小学里我从未接触过。我怀着既兴奋又紧张得心情，开始了两天半的军训，在军训中人人都感到很累，天气也很炎热，热的我们汗流浃背，在教官严厉的吼声中，我们又不可以乱动，这让我意识到这是一个非常严酷的训练，我们有的人趁教官走开了一些，就迅速动一动。在站军姿的时候，这让我感到这是在所有训练中最累的一项，一站就是五分钟、十分钟。教官还说，这还是算少的了，他们一站就是一个小时，还在太阳底下暴晒。站军姿时腰要直，两手要贴在大腿两侧，两脚要分开六十度，初一新生军训心得体会。后跟要贴紧，就是要这样坚持个五分钟、十分钟的。这让我感到两肩都很酸，时不时的想耸一耸，手都捏的出汗，还有蜜蜂、蚊子在训练场里蹿来蹿去的。但是我一直都在不停告诉自己：不能半途而废，坚持就是胜利!在军训的最后一天，我们进行了汇操表演，我们有十六个班，“功夫不负有心人”我们初一(2)班的同学们都尽自己的一份力，得到了优秀奖，这个奖凝聚了我们班每一位同学的努力和汗水，还有我们的老师。

在这两天半里我们学会了站军姿、跨立、向左向右向后转等等的标准姿势，也尝到了酸、甜、苦、辣的味道，更让我们学会了做人要有钢铁般的意志，要有坚持不懈的精神、不怕苦不怕累，要有持之以恒的决心，就能战胜一切困难。虽然军训是很累的，但是又让我们学

会了一些宝贵的东西，我认为即使再苦再累也是值得的。

Now we are facing two problems of global warming and a shortage of natural

resources, both of which are getting more and more serious day by day. Thus, it

is important for us to promote a low-carbon lifestyle.

Low-carbon lifestyle covers many aspect of our life like transportation,

traveling, home-heating, and so on. In order to promote a low-carbon life, some

plans must be carried out as follows. Firstly, don’t waste any electricity and

water. Remember to turn off the lights and water taps unless we use them.

Secondly, we had better take the subways or bus to work, so as to reduce the

emissions of carbon dioxide. Thirdly, we should use cloth bags for shopping

instead of plastic bags, and use recyclable bowls and chopsticks instead of

disposable ones, for it can not only save resources, but also reduce pollution.

What’s more, it is of great significance to plant more trees, since trees can

balance the carbon dioxide emissions.

In a word, if we live a low-carbon life from now on, we will have a better

environment and more resources left for our descendants.

I love reading, which enriches my knowledge and helps me know more about

the world. I love the school atmosphere. Students study together here and make

progress gradually. My favorite place here is library. I can read many books

here. Once I have some questions, I can find a lot of information. We fight for

the goal and plan details in the library in group task. I have so many good

memories to study here, which makes me so happy. No matter which school I am in,

I will always find this quiet corner and study what I like. I love the feelings

there.

This weekend, there was an art festival in our school, it had been hold for

five years and the school insisted to make it become the feature. I was so

excited, this was the first time for me to join. Early in the morning, I saw

there were so many people coming to the campus, making the campus so lively. The

students dressed so well and gave the warm welcome to the guests. I walked

around and appreciated the painting, every work was drawn by the students, I was

so impressed by these works. There were also some handworks, which were so

creative, it reflected the students’ wisdom. Though we were busy with our

subjects most of the time, some students still kept on their hobbies and made it

their talent. I should learn from them and develop some interest.

Nowadays, environmental pollution is very common. Resource waste is also

seen everywhere. In order to protect the environment, to protect our earth, we

need to live a low-carbon life. I usually go to school on foot, sometimes by

bike. If I need to go to the other city, I will choose the public transportation

and not ask my parents drive me there. If I am the last one to leave classroom

or home, I will make sure all the lights are off. I always will save the water

after washing clothes. And then use it to wash the toilet. Our earth is in our

own hands.
