很久以前，我就盼望着能和解放军打交道，这大概和军人受过严厉的磨练训练出来的刚强意志有关吧。

一转六年过去了，刚迈入中学的我们对一切都很好奇，大约是在22号吧，我爸接到了学校的通知，25号开始军训，军训，顾名思义就是军人的训练，24日晚上，我一想到解放军来就激动的翻来覆去睡不着觉。一开始，同学们的热情大过天上太阳的热度。第二天，有就有点怀念，精彩的游戏和丰富的电视节目，所以就出现了许多擦汗的，东张西望的，交头接耳的，只有少数坚持了下来。下午，由于上午学习站军姿，下午二话不说先站5分钟的军姿，一站下来，可让我们的教官伤心至极。擦汗的，偷懒的占了多数。时间紧迫，教官也顾不上这么多，只好快快的进入下一个环节。第三天，第四天，时间过得很快，第五天就是我们把这五天以来辛苦的训练的成果汇报表演的时候了，精彩的表演很快就结束了，但紧张的成果还在后面：8.0分。

我们五天的成果以失败告终。但是我自我感觉我们并没有失败。我们从精神上收获的比别班还要多很多。这才是我们军训的结果。

每天清晨到教室，同学们总忍不住对军训高谈阔论一番。有的说军训虽然很好玩，但很苦，每天站军姿一个多小时，夜间还要紧急集合，累死人了；有的说军训的住宿条件很差，连洗澡的地方都没有；还有的埋怨怕天气太热，把皮肤晒黑了……不过虽然这样的同学很多，但他们依旧盼望军训的来临。

可在我心中，对军训我有自己的看法。小时候，每每看到老师哥姐们军训归来做汇报表演时，我真的好羡慕哦！他们的肤色暗了，是没以前好看，但在他们的黝黑的脸上，多了一分刚强，一分成熟，经过军训的洗礼，他们一个个都仿佛长大了！长大的感觉一定很好、很甜，我盼望长大，盼望自己能走进那绿色的军营。

这时，你偷偷地看一眼那“凶神恶煞”的教官，同样满脸豆大的汗珠也正肆无忌惮地顺着他的脸颊往下流，而他还在用早已嘶哑的喉咙喊着口号，纠正着某个学生兵的不规范动作;你再偷偷地看一眼你身旁的战友，他的汗水不比你少，却紧绷着脸，目视前方，站得笔直如松，岿然不动。

在晴空万里的星期三，鸟儿一直在枝头歌唱，天上的云也像调皮的孩子一样，变幻出各种各样的形状。在课间，同学们有的聚在一起开心的聊天，有的在自己的位子上努力复习功课，还有的同学在帮助其他同学解决难题。而我呢，头上像有一片乌云，心情十分的失落，因为有一件事让我十分愧疚。

早上，我早早的来到学校，我刚刚进门孟天玥微笑着对我说：“晓艺，今天你们组讲每日一讲!”我在原地停顿了良久，这时我想起了昨天布置的数学作业，其中有每日一讲，我面无表情地走到组里，不知为什么，我的心里有些忐忑不安，难道我是在畏惧每日一讲吗，不，这道题我已经明确了思路，即使让我讲，我也不会害怕的。当我回到组里时，大家脸上的表情很沉重，可能因为在担心每日一讲没有人代替我们组讲吧，因为组里就我一个人能明确这道题的思路，所以大家一致决定，这次的每日一讲由我来讲!

第一节课刚刚打下课铃，我和昊群就开工”了，时间并不充裕，所以我俩显得有些手忙脚乱，昊群一直在奋笔疾书，而我一只手拿着试卷，聚精会神地看着每日一讲的每一个细节。这时的教室，真是像集市一样喧闹，当看到Ms曹走进教室时，喧闹的教室才慢慢地安静下来，这时，有几只小鸟从窗边飞过，它们大声的叫着，好像在为我加油打气，我顿时充满了信心，相信自己一定会给大家讲明白!

我信心十足的拿着黑板走上了讲台，前几个环节还进行的比较顺利，到了等量关系式，由于笔误，加上自己并没有判断出这个错误，所以这次讲题彻底失败了，回到组里，我感觉自己像一个罪人，不仅耽误了大家的时间，还没有给组里加分，这时的我不敢接触老师和其他同学的眼神，我的情绪瞬间坠入了低谷，那一刻我再也不敢接触老师的眼神了，下课班长主动跑过来安慰我，可是我心中就好似留下了一道难以愈合的伤痕一样，隐隐作痛。

数学老师在上下午第二节课时找了我，我向她表明并不是我不清晰思路，而是其它原因，不过因为我耽误了大家的上课时间，所以我非常愧疚。这节课，孟天玥主动来讲这道题，她讲完后，热烈的掌声像潮水般涌了过来，而我眼前的视线却模糊了，眼泪马上要像断了线的珠子一样落下，顿时我心中五味交织，但是我还是用我那双已经颤颤抖抖的手，给予了孟天玥热烈的掌声。

这次的经历给我留下的教训是非常深刻的，也让我深深尝到了失败的滋味，那种苦苦的酸酸的感觉持续了好久，直到心底慢慢的涌起一股动力，放下包袱，加油吧晓艺!

cards from the kids can be handed to mom by themselves or just placed on the

dining table.

After breakfast, go anywhere mom likes to go. Shopping, swimming or going on

a picnic in the garden. Make a special Mother’s Day dinner or take mom out for a

great meal in a famous restaurant she loves most.

我久久盼望的军训生活今天开始了!

穿上迷彩服，戴上绿军帽，站在镜子前，我差点认不出自己了。我真想多看看，可是，时间要到了，今天军训，更不能迟到啊!我催促爸爸快把我送到学校。一进大门，发现同学们显得比以往精神多了，一个个活脱脱的真像小战士;大家你看着我，我看着你，脸上都洋溢着兴奋的笑容。

大概12点钟左右，我们乘上汽车向军训地-----镇海出发了。车上，大家叽叽喳喳，七嘴八舌，你猜我想，议论纷纷，都在说着同一个问题：军训好玩吗?

终于到了。这是部队的一个训练场，它坐落在山间的一块平地上，风景优美，空气新鲜。教我们的是一个长着瓜子脸的解放军叔叔，在阳光下，他黑黑的脸膛流淌着汗水，显得既健康又威武。整个上午，他指导我们操练队列。先耐心地讲解动作要领，然后进行个别辅导。他的口令短促而洪亮，坚定而有力。“立正!”“稍息!”“向右看齐!”“向前看!”我们在口令下一遍又一遍地重复地作着他下达的动作，谁也不敢马虎。尽管我们小心翼翼，但还是很难达到教官的要求。“把腿夹紧!”一声吆喝从我身后传来，接着我的小腿肚子受到了沉重地一击，我感到一阵疼痛，正要叫出声来，教官已经站在了我的面前，他一脸严肃地对我说：“腿要绷紧!”我忍着疼痛，按着教官的要求做着动作，最后，达到了要求。

我们背着生活用品坐车去“中小学社会实验基地”，接受军人式的训练。在去基地的路上，同学们像春游一样轻松、高兴。没想到一跨进基地大门，就被一股严肃的气氛所感染。从这一刹那起，我就准备拿起勇气面对这严峻的考验。

一下车，教官就吹响了挂在胸前的口哨，挺胸抬头地看着同学们，指挥我们排好队。教官给了我们10分钟时间，去房间放东西,马上下楼集合。然后，就去食堂吃饭。午饭后,迎来了第一场训练。我们拖着懒洋洋的身子，三三两两地来到了训练场。随着教官的呵斥声，我们陆续进入了队列。教官宣布：“下午的训练项目是立正和稍息。”哦，这容易，从学前班到现在，听口令立正、稍息已有几年了，不仅易如反掌，而且十分娴熟的。谁料到，收腹、挺胸、目视前方等等一大堆要领做下来，便觉“哑巴吃黄连，有苦说不出”啊。长时间站立，双脚已像没有了知觉，额头的汗珠一滴一滴地掉入土中。解散之后，又开始立正操练，时间为20分钟，操场上鸦雀无声。一天下来，我已全身酸痛，连脚也抬不起了。

军训，让我们尝到从未有过的苦和累，但使我们意志坚定，生存能力倍增不少。

第一天，什麽事对我们来说都很新奇，包括吃饭、睡觉、洗淑、洗澡、服装、内务等等。但是，我开始发现，这里格式化的生活早已磨灭了我的好奇心。而苛刻要求的“豆腐块”，不到五分钟的洗澡时间，每天7小时的睡眠，前两天上下午甚至晚上不间断的“魔鬼式训练”，然我渐渐有些厌烦了。更绝望的是，期待午睡的我们，中午除了整理内务、写日记外，能安慰我们的只有一个“青彤彤”的“红苹果”(苹果啊!第一次发现你是这末好吃!酸甜、多汁、水灵灵，好想咬一口。毕竟，这是军训生活中唯一是甜的东西)。

第二天，极度的嫉妒摧残着我那幼嫩的心灵。同住在一个营区的“大哥哥”们“卸甲归田”了!一路上，他们兴奋的高喊着与众不同而格外刺耳的“教官再见!”，相对我们那一声声有气无力的“教官好”，就显得渺小、软弱了很多。

第三天疲劳的正步速成训练，把我们折腾得严重疲惫，更使我本来就灰色的心情重重的抹上了一笔。严重期待最后一天!

最后几天，我们终于可以午睡了，每天活动也丰富起来了――看电影、打靶、篝火晚会，然我们的军营生活多采的收场了。而最后一天上午，是大家最快乐的时候，一路上，我们也高喊着“教官再见”，坐上了回家的车……

军训并没有又留下太多，只是让我以后的记忆中，留下一段军营生活的记忆，以及那一声声“教官好”。

上一星期，我校五、六年级去了晨阳中小学基地进行了军训生活，在那里我学地了站军姿：向左转、向右转、向后转、剪双喜、做标本等。 在那里生活一星期的我渐渐地变得熟悉了这里的生活。

在那里我认识了很多教官，郎教官、尹教官、李教官，他们的给我们留下了很深地印象。我们虽然相处短暂，但我们之间的情谊比海还要深，比天空还要广阔。

有一次，李君奎李教官给我们上军训课，开始他让我站军姿10分钟上，10分钟过后，他开始下命令：“向后转站上3分钟。”我想为什么要往后转3分钟，真是奇了怪了。谁知道我一转脸，我看到什么吗?我看到了李教官一只脚踩在石头上，边喝水边扇扇子，还和其他教官说话，看人家李教官真是休闲自在，连上课都敢和别班教官说话，真是牛呀!

星期六那天，我们10点多吃的午饭，吃过后，我们在大礼堂内开了一场精彩而感人的送别会。我们真的舍不午离开训练基地，我们在这里话离别，诉苦中。这里的一草一木还真是让我们留恋，还有我们可爱的教官们。再见了，基地，我们都会想你的，我们还会再来的。

这次军训我学会了独立生活，学会了勇敢，学会了什么叫团结一心，学会了……

在这三天中，我体会到什么是军人，什么是军人的生活，什么是军人的作风。我可以准确的说，军人的生活就是：酸甜苦辣。军人的作风就是：雷厉风行。记得做最多的动作就是站军姿了，教官说，站军姿是基础，一定要做好。“挺胸，抬头，收小腹!”教官一遍遍的说着，我们也一动不动的站着。娇生惯养的我们站军姿就像豆腐一样，软绵绵的，而教官的军姿是有力的，坚韧的。这时我才知道，当一个军人是那么的难。“坚持住，还有五分钟。”已经站了十分钟军姿的我已经有点坚持不住了，但是看见教官坚韧有力的军姿，有一个声音在我心底呐喊：“坚持住，坚持就是胜利!”于是我继续顶着火辣辣的太阳，在和自己的懦弱，放弃做斗争。军训了三天，我学到了很多，，首先我真正地了解遵守纪律的重要性，不单单是以前的听话就好，而是要不啊纪律放在心上，要有责任感，对自己所做的事负责任，心里要有团体。晚上回到家，发现脚上磨出了好多的水泡，腿也酸酸的，但是，我的心里是甜的。

今天是周六，就在前面几天，周一到周五，我们学校来了一次社会实践活动(就是军训)，啊，我可真盼望来到呀，终于到了，我一直在想，这一定是很好玩的一次活动。

可是，那里的条件很艰苦，床没有家里的软，水也没家里的温暖，这令我的感受很深，我刚开始都有一点后悔了，不过没办法，唉，既来之则安之，我来一一告诉你军训经历。

每天晚上，那里的风可大了，风可不留情，使劲的刮，我每天都打喷嚏，我真想哭啊！不过这样多不好呀，在那里度日如年，乖乖，6点起床呢!那军壶也不是保温的，一会就凉了，那里的饭菜早上是馒头，白稀饭，中午白饭和几些菜，晚上一样，如果说话了，就要被那个最严厉的教官赶出去，教官说，我不让你哭，但我会一定会让你号啕大哭，这使我终身难忘！酸啊。

中午的时候，我们还要训练，在太阳底下！做不好的，又要被罚，好苦噢！不过，我们会了我们以前不会的交警指挥操，教官还教我们跨立，稍息，立正……休息的时候，每个人的脚，不疼，才怪。周三看电影，一半就关了，看什么走路队，搞的我直打哈欠!真苦。

早晨，我昂首阔步，心中充满期待，因为今天就要开始军训了，一段未知的生活。

然而它并没有我想像中那么快乐、轻松。刚开始站军姿，我双腿抖得特凶，站了一会儿，我身体已经快支不住了，我这都是因为平时不训练呀!尽管我快倒了，我的信念支撑着我，坚持不懈!我心中想：别人都不倒，我也不能倒;就算别人倒了，我也还是不能倒!但这一半天下来，我感觉我的腰已经断裂了，撕心裂肺的痛!但我忍着没有抱怨。

我怎么敢抱怨呢?从小到大，到现在，我的毛病多，我做事三分热，注意力不集中，以至于今天做错了一个动作，喊“报告”声音也太小，以致被教官罚大声喊“报告”三十声，这只是一个小小的惩罚，但它却是治病的疗药，我会铭记于心，因为这是对我注意力不集中的第一个惩罚，通过今天一天的军训，我也想通了许多。

我不是为失败才来到这个世界的，我的血液里没有失败在流动，我不是任人宰割的羔羊，不是松懈的人。我是猛狮，不愿与羊群为伍，我不想听因没有坚持而失意的人的哭泣，我更不能成为这样的失败的人，因为失败者的屠宰场，不是我命运的归宿。

生活中要不松懈不难，用毅力控制住，只是在你认为你快不行时，再咬牙向前走一步、再走一步、还走一步、每次前进一点，简单，但贵在坚持不懈

在今后的生活中，以及为期一个周的军训中，我必须坚持不懈，坚持人生原则，坚决完成军训中的要求。只要我一息尚存，我就不会松懈，因为，我已深知成功的秘诀：坚持不懈，终会成功。所以我必须坚持不懈，直到成功!

My grandparents believed you were either honest or you werent. There was

no in between. They had a simple motto hanging on their living-room wall: "Life

is like a field of newly fallen snow; where I choose to walk every step will

show. "They didnt have to talk about it--they demonstratedthe motto by the way

they lived. They understood instinctively that integrity means having a personal

standard of morality and ethics that does not sell out to expediency and that is

not relative to the situation at hand. Integrity is an inner standard for

judging your behavior.Unfortunately, integrity is in short supply today--and

getting scarcer. But it is the real bottom line in every area of society.And it

is something we must demand of ourselves.

A good test for this value is to look at what I call the Integrity Trial,

which consists of three key principles: Stand firmly for your convictions in the

face of personal pressure.

When you know youre right, you cant back down. Always give others credit

that is rightfully theirs. Dont be afraid of those who might have a better idea

or who might even be smarter than you are. Be honest and open about who you

really are. People who lack genuine core values rely on external factors--their

looks or status---in order to feel good about themselves. Inevitably they will

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

develop their inner value and personal growth.

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

这几天，我们进行了军训。这次军训让我感受很深。也对我有很大的帮助。 军训第四天中午，天上下起了雨，我们冒雨军训。同学们虽然在雨中军训，但状态仍然很好，精神抖擞，丝毫不减刚才，下雨也让天气变凉快了，我们有气势并洪亮地喊着我们班的口号：“团结互助，自率自强；扬五班威，振五德强。” 在汇报演出的时候，同学们认真地做好每一个动作：稍息；跨立；停止间转法；齐步走与立定；正步走与立定。认真地想着教官告诉我们的窍门：正步走时“慢、高、节奏”虽然最后每个班都得到了金奖，但我们努力了，我们付出了，我们就胜利了！ 虽然同学们彼此不怎么了解，但这次军训让我们更加团结，也让我有很大的收获。

收获一：我的肩向后张了，腰挺直了，我更加有自信了。

收获二：学会如何正步走了。

收获三：锻炼了我的身体，让我更加强壮了。 这些就是军训带给我的感受和收获。

In the past few decades, our Earth has changed a lot, but to the bad

direction. Among these changes, the air pollutions resulting from a huge number

of automobiles and coal-burning is almost the severest. The severe air pollution

alarms humans of the heavy load we have exerted on Earth by our insatiable

production and usage of automobiles. However, with the deepening of

urbanization, more cars are needed, which will make the air pollution worse.

Therefore, the following actions should be taken. First, we should apply the

most cutting-edge technologies in order to adopt new forms of energy as

substitutes for fossil fuels. Second, try hard to develop possible

transportation means, which are enviromental friendly. So that the citizens can

reduce the dependence on cars. In short, our humans should take responsibilities

for the air pollution and have to find ways to solve this problem.

The cold air has come for a while, I stayed at my house all the time, as

there was nothing for me go do, I watched the movies. When I saw the beach and

sunshine in the movie, I miss the sunshine so much. Today is lucky for me, the

sun finally comes out, I decide to go out for a walk and take in the fresh air.

The breeze blows me softly, I can sense the coming of spring, I walk into a

coffee shop and choose a table which is near the window. I sit down and watch

people just walk by, I see all kinds of face expressions, I try to read them.

There is a girl who is talking to his boyfriend, maybe he is proposing her, I

can see from the girl’s sweet smile. There is another man sitting alone, may he

is waiting for his wife. I have a great time in the bright afternoon.
