lifestyle occurs--low carbon life. What can we do to live in low carbon?

First, remember to turn off lights and turn off the faucet when you do not

I am a college student, this is my fourth year in the college, which means

that I will graduate soon. Nowadays, many of my classmates have taken the action

When the graduate season comes, students have to worry about their jobs,

大家来到自己的所属班级后，辅导员会来进行自我介绍，会让我们拿着交学费的收据发票去教学楼下领取军训服装，然后晚自习的时候，教官就会来到我们教室介绍自己，每个班都会有教官且只有一名，而我的教官居然是那些其他教官们的队长。他一进来教室我们就感觉的气氛不对，三秒前我们班还是个闹哄哄的“菜市场”，我们班立刻安静的连一根针掉地上都听得见，他一脸严肃，身上的军装干净一丝不苟，头发是简短干净的寸头，看起来很精神，我真的好想看他笑一笑啊。“我叫__，是__连队的大队长，也是即将带领你们军训的教官，我们还要相处一周之久，到时候满满互相了解，在这里我就不多说了。你们最好给我打起精神来，明天的早训谁迟到100俯卧撑，到时候别怪我没提醒你们。”就这样进来给了我们一个下马威就走了。

第一天军训谁也不敢无视教官的话啊，都早早的赶到指定地点集合了，不过还是有位吃了豹子胆的同学，听说他昨天晚上通宵玩游戏，现在还在床上躺着睡觉呢，这种人我是真佩服，后来被辅导员从寝室“请”了下来，教官冲过去就是一脚，然后叫他趴下，100俯卧撑准备!“立正!稍息!立正!”我们就在旁边开始站军姿，抬头挺胸收腹，目视前方，身体稍稍前倾。那位被罚的同学早就坚持不住了，才做了不到20个，教官一边训练他俯卧撑，一边看我们有没有放松身体，我们每个人的手上都夹了两张扑克牌，手指中指并于裤缝，谁的要是掉了，就去旁边加入做俯卧撑的队伍，谁也不想，就拼命的站好，丝毫不松懈，我前面的那个人的衣服都全湿了，在啪嗒啪嗒的滴着水，教官说，他就是我们的榜样，只有认真站了，才会这么消耗体力，流汗，辅导员比我们大不了几岁，他看到我们这么辛苦也申请跟我们一起站军姿，说他也是__班的一员，他愿意跟我们一起训练。连辅导员都陪我们一起站军姿了，我们还有什么话可说，还有什么理由不好好站，我们一个个的都站的笔直。身心上的疲倦苦累一扫而光，到了休息时间，我们说，我们不累，想继续训练，让那位做俯卧撑的同学归队吧，我们的集体荣誉感瞬间爆棚，那位同学也感动的留下了泪水。

经过一天的军训，身体酸痛难忍，可我们心里却很开心，因为我们今天都是好样的，没有一个人拖后腿，还救了同学，我们是一个集体!第一天的军训让我知道了一个集体拧成一股绳的感觉是多么的棒!

教官也“疯狂”

在教官的鼓动下，同学们“放肆”地拉起歌来。“来一个!来一个!”“冬瓜皮，西瓜皮，不唱就是耍赖皮!”于是，《团结就是力量》从这边拔地而起，那边《打靶归来》赢得阵阵掌声，“周杰伦”才唱罢，“林妹妹”又登场各地风味，经典流行，齐聚一堂，歌声、笑声，此起彼伏。短暂的军训休息时间成了赛歌会，好不热闹!而此时教官也一改往日的一脸严肃，和同学们一起“疯狂”起来：一会儿担当指挥，一会儿客串主持。同学们自然也不放过教官，“教官，来一个!来一个!”教官们大大方方露一手，雷鸣般的掌声又再次回荡在训练场上。

走过检阅台

当数十个方队以饱满的精神、整齐的步伐，面带自信的微笑，高喊着嘹亮的口号，从检阅台走过时，看台这边迎接他们的是校领导和老师们殷切的目光和一阵阵热烈的掌声。一位新生的家长，站在看台上，看着自己的孩子在队列中，步伐整齐地走过，欣慰地说：“明天我可以放心的回家了。孩子刚放松了一个暑假，真不放心他会不会适应军训的生活。不过看他今天的表现，确实有很大的进步，教官们付出了很大的心血，孩子也坚持下来了，我放心了!”

依依惜别情

今天是最后一天我们通常意义上的军训了。大家都在感慨，时间飞逝，不即遮挡。虽然在军训过程中，同学们老爱抱怨，但到了要和军训暂别与教官说再见时，大家真还有些依依惜别之情。心底的文字堵住出口，我已失去表达，字字生涩。

军训，就是这么一段难以忘怀的经历，一份值得永远珍藏的回忆。军训，让我体验了这非同寻常的生活，更让我感受到了人间的这一份真情。这时我才真正想到，就是这生活中的酸甜苦辣，使生活如此美好。

that is rightfully theirs. Dont be afraid of those who might have a better idea

or who might even be smarter than you are. Be honest and open about who you

really are. People who lack genuine core values rely on external factors--their

looks or status---in order to feel good about themselves. Inevitably they will

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

develop their inner value and personal growth.

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

今天是星期四，但大家都非常开心，因为我们大家要去深圳市宝安国防教育训练基地去军训了，大家正在分享着自己所带的零食，终于，我们所期待的教官终于来了，说实话，其实我也不是非常想去，但是被逼的。

我们在教官的指挥下上了车，教官之前已经明确地表示上车不能吃东西，但是大家都在悄悄地吃，也包括我，但是有些人比较惨，刚拿出手机就被阿姨(我们班胡家宜的妈妈)给没收了，过了20几分钟，我们就到了，一下车，我们就呼吸到了新鲜的空气，教官让我们放下书包，然后就带我们到操场集合，举行了第一个活动，鼓舞人心，这个活动很好玩，要大家听教官的指令，做出相应的动作并说出教官所说的那句话，很好玩。

到了中午，我们就去野炊了，材料有鸡蛋、包菜、黄瓜、火腿肠和番茄，而我们要做的是番茄炒蛋，清炒包菜、以及黄瓜炒火腿肠，刚开始鸡蛋差点失败了，幸好最后还是成功了，然后吃着我们自己做的饭菜，那真是太美味了，但有一些人到了射击场地去拿一些用过的子弹，但我们班就只有邵禹铭拿了一盒用过的子弹，但出乎我们的意料的是，他拿到了一颗有弹头的子弹而且，他还卖那些没有弹头的子弹，还卖一个10元钱。

后面，我们进行了团队浮桥这个活动，每两个人那一块木板，扛在自己的肩膀上，让别人爬上去，在那个活动中，我的肩膀都快要断了，可我还是坚持下去了。

在这些活动完了以后，我们就回去了，但这次让我领悟到了团队的重要性。

我的军训生活军训是辛苦的，是快乐的，是无奈的，又是生动的。在短短几天的训练中，我们也尝到了“酸、甜、苦、辣”。今天是军训的头一天，同学们聚在操场上，脸上洋溢着兴奋和不服输的劲头，好象根本没把辛苦的军训放在眼里。

点完名后，一个精干魁梧的军官来到我们面前，他宣布今后由他来担任教官来训练。

第一个项目是站军姿，我想：“不就是立正嘛，这有什么?”于是就端端正正的站好，每当教官走过来时，总会向我投来赞赏的目光，我心里美滋滋的。但好景不长，随着时间的推移，我渐渐的支持不住了，可天公不作美，今天恰好又是艳阳高照，晴空万里。平常没感觉太阳有多毒，可今天，太阳就在头顶悬着，无遮挡的洒下阳光来。不一会我就满头大汗了。正站着，一声清脆的哨声响了，“休息!”指导员说道。一听这话，我再也无力支撑身体，软软的瘫了下去。摸摸衣服，全都被汗水浸透。天哪!站军姿真是太辛苦了!再看其他同学，有的瘫在地上不起，有的正贪婪的牛饮，还有的正悠哉游哉地乘凉，今天的军训让我尝到了辛苦，也让我领略到了太阳之毒辣。

下午的训练又在阳光下开始了，主要训练内容是正步走。经过一上午的炙烤，地面的温度可想而知，我和旁边互相看看，都有些退缩。指导员好象看出了我们的心思，就对大家说：“我知道大家很辛苦，但如果不走正步，也就失去了军训的意义，我也不强求大家，走不走，由你们自己选择。”听了这席话，我们都沉默了。但过了一会儿，有一个男生举起手说“我参加”。见他举起了手，又有更多只手纷纷举了起来。我对自己说：“如果不走，固然要轻松很多，可将来会操时，如果有一个人走不好，就会连累全班……”想到这儿，我毅然决然的举起手。不一会儿，50多人的手全部举了起来。指导员见大家态度明确，就发出口令：“齐步—走!”可能是指导员那席话的缘故，大家走的很整齐，还得到了指导员的表扬。虽然每个人的脚上都起了泡，但我相信大家都是快乐的，至少我是快乐的。

同时我们也迎来了会操。大家用汗水浇灌的种子，就要在会操的那一天结果了。一班、二班，现在轮到我们班了，指导员带领我们走出草坪，不久，操场上就响起了我们整齐的踏步声。

经过一系列严格的考核，会操结束了，在我们的努力下。

四天的军训生活终于结束了，也许你认为我们会长吁一口气，庆幸军训不会再有，但我们并不是这样想的。

是的，军训的确很累，我们要顶着烈日一遍一遍的重复着那几个动作，苦苦的练一个小时，才能换来喝口水、上个厕所的休息时间，从8点到11点半，从3点到5点半，脸上总是挂满了汗珠，充满了劳累，脚后跟挨地就疼，肌肉拉伤，疲惫的身体仍仍然要挺拔如松树。但也就是这样的军训，才能磨掉我们一个暑假形成的惰性，能练就坚强性格，不屈服，不言弃，让我们争朝夕，努力的去适应未来三年的初中生活，不会被艰难所打倒，一直努力，在中招中一展我校风采。

还记得军训第一天，我还是如往昔一般懒懒散散，面对艰苦的军训，深吸一口冷气，当看到两个同学倒下时，除了替同学的担忧，还真想同他们一样休息。虽然最后忍住了，挺住了，但仍然暗暗的想着。直到晚上，老师表扬张蓝兮同学挺拔的军姿，我才为自己这个想法而惭愧。我暗暗下定决心，要象那些坚持的同学一样，用顽强的毅力与烈日和艰苦的军训比一下，看谁才是赢家，谁才能坚持到最后。

第二，我继续与烈日和艰苦比赛，所不同的是我多了一份决心，一份坚韧不拔的毅力，果真，我比第一天好多了，虽然仍然在叫苦喊累，但我更能坚持了。之后的两天我总比前一天更好一点，终于，我坚持完了军训！

经过军训的洗礼，更让我能接受即将来临的初中生活，能更顽强地面对生活中的困难，虽然军训让我很累，但我依然感谢军训，感谢我的教官。

盛夏酷暑，烈日当空，读初二的我要参加军训了。虽然立秋已过，但天气还是不饶人，还是像夏天那样炎热。

8月28日这天刚开学，满脸笑容的我回到宿舍，收拾东西。不久，耳边传来了一句令我震撼的话：今晚开军训动员大会，要军训一个星期，到9月9号才回家。正是这句话，我的心情由晴转阴。原本以为回来不用 ，防晒霜，水壶都没准备。心里只是暗暗地想：未来五天怎么度过啊？

8月29日，也就是军训地第一天，我们的教官是个大3的学生，虽然也是学生，但在这次军训中，他就是我们的老师。大家好，我来自湖北，现在读大3，大家加我鲁教官就行了，今后五天就由我来带大家训练。这就是他的自我介绍。当我们班里的同学议论纷纷的时候，立正。一句充满威武的命令下达了，顿时安静了许多，连风吹的声音也听得一清二楚。现在先站30分钟军姿，给10秒钟整理服装，站姿，脚分开60°，双手紧贴裤缝，五指。开始！命令中带着教官的威严和严肃。随着鲁教官的数数，同学们调整还姿势，一标准的要求站好了。开始计时。命令下达，同学们一丝不苟地站着。有的同学没站好，教官就去纠正错误。这样站着，度分如度时，只听见脚上传来的苦诉声，甚至会站到没知觉。心里一直期待着那一声哨响，每次听到哨声就感觉救星来了。军训期间起床早，听到哨声就要到中心广场集合，吃饭前要唱歌，晚上回到教室唱歌。军训五天都像这样过，回想这五天，我还不知道自己是怎样度过的。

军训能磨练我们的意志，再累也值得，早这烈日炎炎的天气下，不但锻炼了我们的耐心，也磨练出不怕苦，不怕累的精神。正是这次军训，让我又长大了一点，想想天安门傻瓜的士兵是怎样过日子的，站在天安门前，看似简单，但不是每个人都能去站的，他们的站姿代表着我们国家。相对与他们来说，我是生在福中不知福，在以后的生活中，我要用不怕苦，不怕累的精神面对难题，不让这五天的汗白白流掉。

vice president .When I get to this place .I feel comfortable(My dream is to be a

teacher) while I meet her .My teascher is get older.That is life.And then some

exciting is brush to me.

This sence is unexplained.We talk about life,work,love & future.From

this talking I sincerely know everyone has his life.I know if I want to success

I need pay twice or even more hard work.My teacher give me some advice too .

三天了！想想过去，我还是一名小学生，如今，我已经光荣地走进了北京一零一中学，完成了三天“艰苦”的军训生活。说是“艰苦”有些夸张，不过对于我们这些每天被供在温室里的“花朵”，可真是一个巨大的挑战呢！

起初，当看到一零一美丽的校园时，我愣住了，没想到我竟会在一个公园式的学校学习，这让我倍感自豪。可是，迎接我们第一次入校的竟是一批令我们尊敬而又畏惧的武警教官。“苦不堪言”的军训生活就此拉开了帷幕。第一天，教官便给我们一个下马威：站军姿20分钟！可能是因为暑假缺乏锻炼，不一会，就有一大批同志“光荣的倒下了”！我也有些挺不住了，可是我心想：不行，我不能这么娇气，一定要想军人一样有毅力......

终于,漫长的一天过去了。第二天，我吸取了第一天的经验，并没有感到腿疼得受不了，好像好多了，时间也过得快了，在我的努力下，得到了优秀标兵的称号，让我十分欣慰，也很自豪。就在我自我满足的同时，我突然发觉，我们的教官跟我们玩“变脸”，当休息时，他们变得十分幽默、亲切，可是一旦开始训练，他们就像“魔鬼教头”一样，十分严肃，不拘言笑。但是教官们比我们还要辛苦，每天我们练习，他们便要大声地喊口令，我们学习，他们要一遍一遍地指导。在这里，我想对所有的教官说一句：“教官们辛苦了！”我从他们身上看到了真正的军人本色，看到了什么事坚持，什么是服从。

三天来，教官们让我学到了很多，收获了很多。军训是为了强健我们的体魄，增强我们的意志，让我们学会团结。我相信我不会让老师失望，不会让教官失望，不会让一零一失望！也许在第三天我们七班，没有走好，可并不代表我们不行。“贵在坚持”，只要努力，就会有收获！

Todays society is a highly developed technological society. However, the

shortcomings in the development process are obvious, such as: carbon dioxide,

and environmental pollution. But the most serious should be the carbon dioxide

problem.

Now the problem of global warming because of excess emissions of greenhouse

gases. Excessive amount of carbon dioxide emissions, creating a diversified

economy and La Nina phenomena lag disorder. Two levels of glaciers melting,

polar animals lose their chance of survival at the same time, will lead to

rising sea levels, many coastal cities into the water did not result in a few

years later. Therefore, we must take the necessary measures to reduce the

environmental impact of carbon dioxide.

For example: tree-planting activities, reduce fossil fuel use, we can from

our own, to promote low-carbon living.

Blair is my classmate as well as my best friend. We have already known each

other for ten years. We live in the same block so that we always go to school

together. She has long hair, big eyes and sweet smile, which makes her popular

in my class. Blair works hard and she is a good student in the eyes of teachers.

Besides, she is clever and kindhearted. When others turn to her for help, she

always tries her best to help. I feel proud to have such a good friend.
