Last week, our school held an activity to the nursing house to visit the

old people. I was so excited to be a volunteer, because it was my first time to

join such big activity. When we got there, the old people were so happy to see

us. They smiled all the time. We brought them some fruit and presents, and they

were so moved. When we chatted face in face, they talked about the old times and

the happiness they had. I thought about my grandparents, who lived in the

hometown. I should spend more time with them. Being a volunteer is such a

precious experience for me.

五天的军训下来，过多的只有感动，除了感动无存任何情感。我不累，因为感动覆盖了我的累，让我忘记了这五天我们的累。

第一天，天空下起了蒙蒙细雨，我们踩踏着雨水来到了我们的军训基地，也许这就是迎接我们军训的方式。或许是第一天，大家都不觉得累，还很兴奋，我心想：等到太阳钻透了云层，我们就会感觉军训的幸苦了。这天，我们都只学了基本的军姿、站姿、坐姿。

第二天，我们看了一场很无趣的电影，并非是电影本身很无趣，而是我们一天训练下来很累。电影的情节与特种兵有关，两名中国军人受尽了屈辱，被人歧视我们中国人经过了一番曲折，他们坚持到了最后。 当我看到五星红旗飘上了天空，我打起精神来，看向那值得我们去骄傲的五星红旗。因为我是中国人，所以我感到自豪、骄傲，中国人不仅取得了胜利，而且拥有一颗纯上、 坚持不懈、敢于挑战的品质。

第三天，我们经历了团队浮桥，我们都扛起了我们应有的责任。一根木棍的重量，显的那么的轻，可扛起这个责任却有多重。当我爬时，我没有丝毫的害怕，因为我相信我的同学，他们会承担起这个责任，可我也有些不忍心踩踏在同学们的肩上，我只能加快自己的脚步。是啊，这么一点重量我们都知道重，我们会为同学们想，则父母、老师呢？他们每时每刻都在为我们操劳，我们有为他们想过吗？ 过多的，我们只会任性、不懂事，我们何时在乎过他们的感受？他们所肩负的重担比我们要多得多。

第四天，那是我们在军训基地的最后一晚，大家都很高兴。那一晚我们真的很高兴，晚会时，大家的激情已开始。我记得我那晚很晚才睡，我回到房，并没有睡，而是和我的朋友挤在一个床上，小声聊天，聊到很玩才去睡的。

最后一天，结营仪式。很多人都哭了，并不是因为很累而哭，而是因为背深深的感动了。，当我看到我的领袖从我的面前跑过，不知为何我有种冲动，我想上前 去帮她跑完剩下的圈数，或许这也是感动的另外一种表达吧。 大家都流下了眼泪，而我则没有，并不是因为我没有背感动，这种感动是从心底里发出来的，我不需要用眼泪来证明什么。最后一刻，我的眼泪就快掉下来了，但是我又强制了回去。我想，不只是领袖，所有的父母、老师，都是这样的，当我们快乐时，他们都在关心着我们，当我们难过时，他们都会来安慰我们。而他们的心，又有谁去安慰过，反而我们还并没有去感恩他们的关心、帮助，还一味的由自己的任性。

同学们，我想我们这次军训最大的体会就数感恩了，我们应该感恩身边的每一个人，是他们给了我们力量、勇气。我们身边的每一个人，时时刻刻都在关心着我们，而我们又做过什么呢？我们什么都没做到，连最起码的不任性，都做不到。

时间一点点流逝，军训已经过去一半，而我似乎仍有些神离，但我心中非常激动，我认为在开始军训时，我已经向清中迈进了第一步。

经过几天的时间，我仿佛成长了许多，我意识到了，我是一个高中生，我应该承担和承受自己因成长带来的一切。例如：第一，首先习惯每天的作息，早晨五点半起床，中午必须午休，晚上在熄灯之后休息；第二，习惯每天快节奏的生活，不能像以前，干什么事都拖拖拉拉，必须快，必须好；第三，习惯老师的讲课方式，尽自己最大的努力去接受老师知识的传承……简单来说，改掉自己的坏毛病，臭脾气，就像开学典礼时，闫校长所说，培树三大习惯，做一个四有青年。

在这几天里，我们听了不少讲座，有郑宝兰的“在追梦的路上遇上最好的自己”，只有在追梦的路上超越自己，才能遇到最好的自己。人的一生就好比单趟列车，在这趟列车上我们要学会自我鼓励，学会管理自己，学会自律，更要学会坚持和坚守，我们应勇敢面向未来，因为梦在脚，让我们去追逐吧！我坚信“励志漫长清华园，刻苦方能未明湖”；有王虹的心理专题“把握自己，赢在青春”，在那短短的两个小时，她让我们懂得“把自己当作他人，学会冷静，平和的处理问题；把他人当作自己，学会友善和关心；把他人当作他人，学会尊重和宽容；把自己当作自己，学会责任和和谐。”我们还通过“为青春代言”这个游戏，总结了十六个字“脑中有梦；肩上有责；心中有爱；腹中有量。”我坚信我一定可以做到；还有张玉秀的法制专题，他通过社会主义核心价值观中的“法制”和“爱国”让我们明白懂法是何等重要，而现在社会的暴力事件频发是何等可怕。以及“行为规范”“礼仪”“应急救护”等。

军训是几天之中最重要的科目之一，我们学习了“稍息，立正，跨立，停止间转法，敬礼，踏步，齐步，正步”等，而这一切都是在军姿的基础上进行的。而我们的教官“呆萌呆萌”的，但十分尽责，我相信，为了教官的那种“呆萌”，为了我们自己，我们在最后的汇演中，一定拼尽全力，用最好的我们来完成。

过几天便是表现我们歌喉的时候，“四歌”的练习也是军训的重要组成部分，在这“累成狗”的军训生活中，练习唱歌，准备表演，是我们的娱乐之一，尽管我是一个音痴，但我依然钟情于音乐，在音乐的海洋里，时间永远是流逝最快的，我的注意力也是最为集中的，心中充满期待，期待之后的课程，期待之后的比赛。

第一次的军训过程是艰苦的，内心也曾抱怨，但更多的是汗水，更多的是欢笑，更多的是“唠叨”而不是泪水。军训只剩下短短几天，而在我心中，军训的时光将在我的脑海中留下烙印，在之后的日子里陪伴着我。

I still remember the day when I first came to the college. Being a boy of 17, I was longing for a new life as a college student; but, at the same time, I had no idea what college life would be like.

That morning when the bus carried me to the gate of the college. I was so excited that my heart was beating very fast as if it would leap out of my mouth. From now on, I would be a student of this college. After registration, we were led by an instructor to the dormitory, where, for the first time, we were going to live without parents but roommates. I was so clumsy that I did not know how to make the bed and fix the mosquito net.

In the afternoon, I took a walk around the campus together with my roommates. To think of studying in such a beautiful place made me feel quite proud of myself. As we were walking along, talking and laughing, a voice came into our ears, "Oh, look at these freshmen!" It was our middle-school-students looking that gave us away. We continued our tour of the college, inspecting every building and every garden until the sun began to set.

In the evening, we sat together, talking about the past and the future. We were so excited that no one wanted to go to bed.

Recently,haze weather has become a daily one right here in large part of

China.People are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous air.So it

is necessary to find out the reason why leads to that and work out the

resolution.If we trace the cause for haze weather ,the main points are as

follows ,first,china s air quality standards are rather lax and evaluation

factors are limited,so you will see that current air appraisal system has

defects.Second,some people just go for economic interests instead of turning out

products according to relevant law and regulations.They tend to use obsolete

equipment in which they are high likely to emit a great deal of wasted air.

Third,across our society ,relevant protection awareness has not built up so

that people havent formed a habit of using green product and saving energy as

much as possible.Just for the sake of convience to go out,people rely more and

more on travelling and working by car while car is the main cause for the haze

weather

To settle this problem,a series of meaures should be taken as follows.First

,we should strengthen air monitor to lower the levels of small particulate

pollutants.Second,we should enact more strict laws and regulations and keep

perfecting our current law on environmental protection to regulate people s

daily action and the industrial production and punish those factories that

ignore the protection and keep emitting dangerous material that cause haze.

Third,we should develop green and energy-saving energy to lower the

emission of haze and improve air quality.As far as i am concerned ,if we work

together to be able to do such measures ,our environment will getting better and

better and haze weather will vanish completely.

The first day of my high school, I was told that the freshmen would need to join the military training.

I felt so scared, because in the summer days, the sun was so hot and I would be burned like a black man. But there was no way for the freshman to refuse to join the military training.

The training lasted for a week, in the first two days, we stood under the hot sun, moving around the playground and song. It was tough, but in the coming days, we got used to it and started to enjoy the free time.

All the students were like a group, we trained together, we sweated and played. In the evening, we would song in the playground. Now when I think of these days, I will smile and treat these military training days as the unforgettable memory in my life.

在我上高中的第一天，我被告知将需要参加军训。

我觉得很害怕，因为在夏天里，太阳很大，我会被晒成一个黑人。但是对于新生来讲，他们不能拒绝参加军训。

训练维持了一周，在开始的两天里，我们站在炎热的太阳下，在操场移动并且唱歌。

虽然艰苦，但是在接下来的日子里，我们习惯了，开始享受这自由的时光。

所有的学生就像一个团体，我们一起训练，一起流汗和玩耍。在晚上，我们会在操场上唱歌。现在当我回想起这些日子，我会笑，把这些军训的日子当成人生中难忘的记忆。

I love reading, which enriches my knowledge and helps me know more about

the world. I love the school atmosphere. Students study together here and make

progress gradually. My favorite place here is library. I can read many books

here. Once I have some questions, I can find a lot of information. We fight for

the goal and plan details in the library in group task. I have so many good

memories to study here, which makes me so happy. No matter which school I am in,

I will always find this quiet corner and study what I like. I love the feelings

there.

Dragon Boat Festival is one the very classic traditional festivals, which

has been celebrated since the old China. Firstly, it is to in honor of the great

poet Qu Yuan, who jumped into the water and ended his life for loving the

country. Nowadays, different places have different ways to celebrate.

In my hometown, there will be a traditional competition, that is the dragon

boat race. People make up the team and fight for the honor. Every boat looks

like the dragon and it is the most obvious feature. A lot of people will come to

visit or watch the match. Then the game begins. The audience will cheer for the

teams and the competitors try their best to make the boat go fast. It is very

lively.

Besides the competition, eating the traditional food zongzi is favored by

everyone. For me, it is very delicious. My grandma makes the best zongzi. She

has the special recipe and it fits my stomach. So every time I go back hometown,

my grandma will make it for me.

In other places, drinking the special wine and hanging the leaf are also

the tradition. The preserve of the traditional festival makes our culture

profound.

Christmas Day is very popular around the world, when that day comes, we can

see the Christmas products sell everywhere, though Christmas Day is not

originating from China, in our country, more and more people spend that day. A

foreigner pointed out that Christmas meant to be grateful for them, while for

Chinese people, it was just a day for celebrating. To me, Christmas indeed means

a day to have fun.

When I was small, I did not have the concept of Christmas, because in my

mind, I only knew Chinese traditional festivals, I liked Spring Festival best, I

could get a lot of money from parents. When I went to high school, all of my

friends would talk about Christmas Day when the day was near, so I started to

know it. Almost every young people like Christmas, but if you ask them what the

meaning of the day, less of them can answer.

The meaning of Christmas Day is to remind people of Jesus’s birth, it is so

important for the western people, but for me, I only want to have fun, everyone

is celebrating it, so I join them, being happy, that’s enough for me.

When talk about tennis, most people’s reaction is money, because for

Chinese people, it needs a lot of money to play tennis, so only the rich people

can have the chance to be a tennis player. But now, as our country’s economy

develops fast and the globalization of tennis, playing tennis is not an

untouchable dream, everyone can have access to tennis.

Tennis match is very popular in the western country, every year, there are

a lot of tennis tour matches, ten years ago, not so many Chinese people know

about the tennis matches, but as the game become more and more popular, people

start to fall in love with tennis match. We can see that Chinese tennis players

start to show on the world stage, they have won so much honor. Li Na is the

first Asian player to win the grand slam, her great success inspires so many

Chinese players to work on the tennis career.

Tennis is the world’s third game, football and basketball rank first and

second. The globalization of the tennis will make more and more people fall in

love with tennis.

It’s beyond reproach that we will come across all kinds of difficulties and

challenges in our life time .Some will be subjected to frequent sadness .Some

will lose their way to move on .Thus,only when we equip ourselves with hope and

courage can we finally succeed in the uncertain future.

Forrest Gump showed so great courage in the movie that he touched me a lot

. For one thing,no matter when and where Jenny got into trouble ,Forrest Gump

would bring her out of it without thinking how dangerous the situation would be

.Maybe we should all fell ashamed that we love ourselves more than we love love

,but Forrest showed great courage in love .For another,Forrest gump risked his

life to save Bubba in the war.It’s courage that helped Forrest gain a series of

honor after war .Forrest Gump is beautiful for his perseverance and touches

others with his courage.

A person can’t do without courage in terms of love and friendship ,let

alone life . A weak person may avoid the difficulties ,but a person with courage

will face up to it head-on. Therefore,let’equip ourselves with great

courage.

Fast food has flooded in our lives nowadays. Concerning fast food,

different people have different attitudes.Some hold that fast food is necessary

in our society while others argue that fast food is harmful to our health. As

far as I am concerned, fast food is necessary but not a must in our lives.

On the one hand, fast food is necessary in our today’s society. Although

fast food is not as nutritious as home-made food, it is a good replacement when

we are in hurry and have no enough time to prepare food by ourselves. It can

help us to save much time. In addition, fast food is cheaper but various and we

can taste different kinds of food by using less money.

On the other hand, however, fast food is not a must. Fast food can be used

to replace our home-made food sometimes, but we should not eat it very often.

Compared with home-made food, the nutrition provided by fast food is far less.

Therefore, eating fast food only can not provide enough nutrition for our

growth. Besides, the problem of food security is another factor we should

consider when eating fast food.

In a word, fast food is necessary sometimes in our lives, but we can not

eat it very often. At the same time, to fit for the need of people, fast food

restaurants should develop and provide more and more nutritious food and

strengthen the supervision of food making.

I have a dream , but I darent say my dream is.....

Now I dare say : My dream is that Ill be admited to Qinghua

University.when I was a child, I had heard the highest school Qinghua. The words

often drives my heart. I keep it away for eleven years . However, I am almost

make it come true, because Im not good at studying subjects, my math ,my

English, my Chinese and my mixtrue subjects are not good. So, when I come to

classroom I often sit there and became sad. I think I have worked hard for two

years in the Siner School. But ,all of things arent change quickly. Where is my

seed and where is my gains, but it may be the time . Now, I have been in the

Senior three, and Ill face the case of going to university. Although the case

is so terrible , I have nothing to treat it. I often cry with the reason that

why I am always in trouble. but as the increcs of age , I know that cry is no

use , so I became studying. So, when I came into the Senior Three, I have been

felling myself to change mind to it is that studying is an important thing. If

you want to be good at it , you must finish the studying quickly and correctly

in a sure time, and the most important is that you must know the book well and

understand every rule and after that you may do some practice to improve your

testing cile .At last you must review them ,because the peoples brain is

limited , and it will make you forget all of you have studied it .

At last you must keep a good health and have a good felling. Look, this is

a true senior three student.

明天，我们就要离开军训营和教官了。我们既兴奋又依依不舍，教官这几天对我们是悉心照料，晚上教官还要为我们值班，自己都睡不好觉。只为了让我们有一个安稳的睡眠环境。

每天，教官都早早的起来叫我们起床，仔细地叫我们叠被子，放行李，和整理洗漱用品。每天都穿着后而又整齐的衣服顶着烈日给我们训练。

我们在天天在毒辣的大太阳下训练，这几天一到晴天，衣服和头发就像洗了一样。每天训练时脚和腿都算的要命，中途还有很多人都因为身体原因经受不住而被教官带去休息，所以我们最希望听到的指令是：原地休息和各班带回。

我们还给教官起了绰号，因为胡教官长得像王宝强，所以我们都叫他“宝强哥”。还有朱教官，因为所有教官都叫他男神教官，所以我们就叫他“猪男神”。在等车的时候我们和教官玩得很开心，

从这次军训中我明白了做任何事都要坚持，只要坚持就会胜利。我们也要把这种精神用在学习中，克服学习上的困难。

转眼已经到了军训的最后一天，就要结束为期五天的军训了。从期盼，到军训，再到留念，只需要五天。

五天的军训生活，谱写成一首激动人心的交响曲，苦与乐够成了它的主要旋律，值得回味，难以忘怀！军训不但培养人的吃苦耐劳的净胜，而且还能磨练人的坚强意志，是人生中的一种经验，也是战胜自我，挖掘潜能的最佳良机。

这几天的训练可以说是很枯燥的，每天都盯着高温站在操场上，反复练习那几个相同的动作。但是在炎炎烈日下，大家都选择了坚持，就像教官说的，因为我们是一个集体，不能做第一个倒下的人。

“一滴水只有放进大海里才永远不会干涸，一个人只有当他把自己和集体事业融合在一起的时候才能最有力量。”这是雷锋叔叔的名言，我们每个人都是集体中的一部分，我们每一个人的行动都代表了集体的一部分，大家一起努力，集体才会越变越好。我们主要练习的是配合，让大家不发速度一直，摆臂高度相同，正步走时脚落地的声音也要一致。

九点四十分，家长们陆续进入操场，纷纷找到对应班级，然后满怀期待的望着我们。十点整，随着雷鸣般掌声的响起，我们的军训汇报表演正式开始。

汇演时，大家迈着整齐统一的步伐，口号喊得响亮而有力度。这一次我们比哪一次凉席都整齐，大家团结一心，取得了骄人的成绩，为我们这次军训画上了一个圆满的句号。

军训是对每个人不小的改变，让我们更有勇气面对人生道路上的挑战！

那天我们去了歌乐山林苑军训，那军训的滋味甭提了！一个字――爽！就像百味冰糖葫芦，酸、甜、苦、辣……应有尽有！让我来慢慢告诉你！

苦――

顶着冬天的骄阳，站在操场上，我们像一棵棵参天大树，站得笔直，一动不动，要是动一下，被老师发现了，你今天的日子可就不好过了！轻罚嘛，做五十个身蹲，再做十个俯卧撑；重罚嘛，做一百个身蹲，外加十个俯卧撑，再围着操场跑十圈！呵呵，够惨的吧！

一个半小时以后，终于可以活动了！赶紧回寝室好好地休息十分钟！哎，我现在腰酸背痛，脚都抬不起来，怎么办呀！我睡的可是上铺呀！管他三七十一的，我豁出去了！今天随便占个同学的铺！刚坐下，“嘘――”一声长长的口哨响了起来，又集合了，555~~，我的命好苦呀！5555~~~

甜――

好不容易才挨到了第二天晚上，一个喜讯传来，现在我们开联欢会！“耶~~”同学们高兴得一蹦三尺高。联欢会开始了，我和另一个同学主持，说了一番开场白后，每一个班依次表演了节目，我们班的节目受到了老师和同学的一致好评。那一晚，我们都沉浸在欢乐和喜悦之中，似乎忘记了前几天军训的苦和辣。

酸――

魔鬼军训的三天终于过去了，我们就要和教官告别了。在回家的车上，教官带领我们一起唱起了歌，我们好快乐。不知不觉中，学校到了，我们的教官就要回林苑了，我们得知后，是那样不舍，一想到和我们一起呆了三天的教官要离开我们了，心里酸酸的、嘴角涩涩的，有一种想哭的冲动。可再怎么样也留不住他呀！我们只好和他依依惜别了！

军训里的酸甜苦辣远远不止这些，剩下的，可就要你自己品味了！

Since I was small, I have heard about the Great Wall, it is very long, a

lot of people come to Beijingto watch it. In China, there is an old saying“One

who fails to reach the Great Wall is not a hero”. As it is so famous, I want to

the site when I have a chance. I see many pictures about the Great Wall on the

books, I also watch it through TV. Every time I see it, I feel so eager to reach

there. My father traveled there once, he took many pictures, this is the first

time I feel so close to the site. I must work hard, so I can have money to go to

there.

Today is Dragon Boat Festival. My mother let me watch the origin of the Dragon Boat Festival from the computer. In fact, it was a memorial to Qu Yuan. Qu Yuan was a patriot. He wanted to make his country strong and often give advice to the king, but the king did not like to listen and he drove him out of the country.

Once the Qin state came to the state of Chu, the state of Chu was quickly defeated, the country was soon lost, and Qu Yuan was more sad. In the early May of this year, five, he moved a big stone and threw himself into the river. People know, very sad, in order not to let the fish eat Qu Yuan, put the dumplings inside the bamboo tube, throw it into the river, hope that the fish will not eat Qu Yuan, the dumplings are like this.

I like teamwork because I can learn from others. Once, I was very shy and

did not know how to get along with other students, so everytime when the teacher

gave us the task and asked us to finish in the teamwork, I was very scared. Then

my classmates helped me, they gave me a lot opinion and they respected me,

making me the indispensable person. Then I became brave and gave my opinion, we

were in a group, every opinion meant so much. During these days, I was so

excited about the experiment, we shared our idea and talked happily. It was such

a happy moment, I liked cooperation.

Social morality is an important part of our life that reflects the degree

of civilization of our country. Generally speaking, social morality contains

many aspects. For example, civility, which requires people behave in a becoming

manner and be friendly to others. Be ready to help others telling us that give a

hand to those who need help. When we help others, we can get gratification as

well. Just as the old saying goes, “Roses given, fragrance in hand.” Besides,

respecting the old and cherishing the young, protecting the environment,

observing law and discipline are also included in social morality. Observe

social morality is the basic requirement to a man of being moral, which has

positive effects that keep our society stable and harmonious. As a member of our

society, we should keep these disciplines and requirements in mind, so that act

as a moral people.

Nowadays, some discussions about the childrens education and management

have raised the whole social concern. It seems not only about childrens

personal development, but also about the whole countrys future.

There are two main views in debate, which of them is that children should

obey the rules set by parents and teachers. The other is that less control will

help children to deal with their future adult life.

As for the former, the advantages of it seem to be very apparent, which of

them is that children can make a distinction between right and wrong things. And

they will have a sense of principle and responsibility. Of course, the

disadvantages are also very clear. Firstly, children will be lacking in

imagination and creation. Secondly, they cannot make up their mind on their

own.

Concerning the latter, the view seems to be reasonable because in this ways

these children are more clever and active to create something special. However,

the drawbacks couldnt be ignored as a result of a problem that children cannot

get a clear understanding of their lifetime.

Combining the both points, as far as Im concerned, parents and teachers

are supposed to instruct children to obey the primary principle when they do

some deeds. Moreover, children need more freedom to realize their dreams. Only

in this way can the problem be solved perfectly.

In conclusion, we cant only support one side simply. On the contrary, we

ought to choose different measures to educate children flexibly.
