As it is known to us, Ping An was chosen to perform on the CCTV Spring

Festival Gala with his melodious and strong voice. Also, he had a great

achievement on this dream stage. Although he hadnt gain the popularity among

the audience at the beginning, he always kept his dream in mind and never gave

it up. It is his success that brings home to me the power of dream.

A life without a dream is a life without a sun. Therefore, in no

circumstances can we give up our dream. Unquestionably, dreams are of great

importance. For one thing, a person having a dream will be considered to be more

responsible and unswerving. For another, in pursuit of our dream, there is a

chance that good habits and positive attitudes can be formed, contributing to

our success.

As for our students, what we should do is to choose a healthy seed and

plant it on fertilized soil. Firstly, knowledge is the foundation of dream

realization, so we should spend much time in study to enrich ourselves.

Secondly, it also takes perseverance and confidence if we want to realize our

The first day for me to come to the high school, my head-teacher told us the news that we needed to take the military train. We were all shocked, it was so hot outside, how terrible it was. Then the next day, we saw our training instructor. He was young and handsome, though his skin was so yellow. Suddenly, all the girls became energetic, we listened to the instructor’s words carefully. In fact, I was staring at him. We trained for a week, we found the train was not that hard, we had fun and joy. At night, my training instructor asked us to sing the songs about military, we even compete with other teams. The days of military training are beautiful, we become stronger, what’s more, we made friends with the military instructors.

Today, as the economy develops fast, people can buy what they need, the

producers provide them all the new things, so the factory produce many products,

in order to make the biggest profit, they don’t deal with the pollution. Water

gets polluted, it does harm to people’s health, we drink water everyday, the

government controls the producers to figure out some ways to deal with the water

pollution.

盼望着，盼望着，军训来了，中学生活的日子近了。

怀揣着对新生活、新环境的期盼，怀揣着几分对军训的担心与害怕，我微笑着踏进了龙舟坪中学的大门。这也将意味着，我是一个初中生了，我将要接受七天意志的考验。

说起军训，我并不陌生。很早以前，就听大哥哥大姐姐们向我诉苦，他们的一句句金玉良言，使小小的我对军训这两个字眼儿充满了恐惧。现在的我，长大了，勇敢了，自然不会恐惧，但心中还是有几分担心。我的脑海中浮现出一幅幅画面：教官们一个个表情凶狠，稍有做错，巴掌拳头就上了身；我们站在烈日下，汗流浃背，风雨中，雨水满襟，同学们一个个晕倒了…。。我能坚持住吗？能！不知哪里发出这样一个声音，不就是跑一跑，站一站吗？我会怕它吗？倒了就爬起来，错了就改正过来，熬过这七天，我可就是经得住考验的小英雄了！

就这样，我不再担心，我在心中一遍遍说着这段话，勇敢地接受了这七天的军训。

可是我没想到，第一天，我就晕倒了。那天，下着小雨，雨像顽皮的娃娃，一个劲儿地下，滑落在我们脸上，叭叭落在地上。而我们刚刚学完标准警姿，正在雨中站立着，纹丝不动，要锻炼我们的耐力和毅力。可是，我站着站着，就感觉眼前有一张巨大的雨帘，一片迷茫，眼睛怎么也睁不开，前面的同学到处乱晃（其实是我自己在晃）……接着，我被老师扶到了椅子上，坐了一会儿。

这时，老师为我端来一杯糖水，甜丝丝的，沁透心脾，也不知它是什么时候进到我的肚子里，只感觉全身都很甜，很香，很舒服，一股暖流从我身上四散开来，渗入每一根血管里……我一边喝一边看着雨中矗立的同学们，他们这时是多么高大啊！任凭风雨拍打着他们的脸颊，也不动一下，他们也许已经把自己想像成了风雨中的小英雄，火堆里的邱少云！而我，怎么能坐在这里呢？我也要做经历风雨的小英雄！我要与他们并肩战斗！我也要做最好的自己！顿时，我便有了精神，有种跃跃欲试的感觉。是的，这杯水的名字叫信念，它告诉我：我永远是最棒的，要坚持下去，不能放弃。

我站了起来，挺直了腰板，抬起头，和正在课间休息的同学们一起加入队伍中继续锻炼。

接下来的日子里，我倚靠着这个信念，严格要求自己，再也没有晕倒过，而是勇敢地坚持到了第七天养兵千日，用兵一时的一天！上午，我们举行了环城拉练，在冲进校门的那一刹那，我真为自己骄傲，我居然坚持下来了！没有请假也没有休息。下午，我们班的会操比赛也获得了第一名。

在这里，我还想对教我们的两个教官表示感谢。他们的耐心，他们的严厉，都让我记忆犹新。他们的歌声让我读出了军人的柔情，他们的故事让我读出了军人的赤子丹心。虽然，他们就要退伍了，但在我心中，他们永远是英雄！

七天的军训结束了，但人生的考验还没有结束，我的盼望也不会停止。我会继续盼望着，盼望以后的学习与生活中，无数个考验与磨炼。盼望着，盼望着…

等我进入大学军训生活时，才体会到了这里的苦，人间炼狱!每天顶着炎炎烈日，穿着一套不大好看的军训服装(而且一穿就是十几天啊!)，在火辣的太阳下站立十几个小时。自由被限制了，生活被扣死了，我们没有一点活动的空间。还好，在长时间暴晒的间隙中，我们还可以坐在脏兮兮的地上(能够坐在地上已经很不错了，够仁慈的了)，享受片刻欢愉!可是，在经过一天的折磨，还得弄内务。弄了发现，地板比我们穿的衣服还干净!走进寝室，小心翼翼，生怕抖下灰尘，弄脏了干净的地板。忍受度过了漫长的第一天，第二天……随着时间的推移，我们也学会了去忍受军训事给我们的痛苦。肉体的折磨，精神的煎熬，渐渐地也不再那么可怕，尽管有时我们也会累得头昏眼花，但挺过了第一天的我们，为什么就不会挺过这第二天、第三天呢?每每有想要违抗教官命令的冲动时，就似乎看到了古代的那些军官，一个个都好像是木头人，只懂得服从。我猛然间想到了董存瑞舍身炸凋堡，想起了刘胡兰死在敌人的铡刀之下，想起了欧阳海奋不顾身拦惊马，比起那些正规军人，在面对死亡时的无所畏惧，我们这些临时士兵所受苦又算得了什么呢?想到这些，也在心里为自己打气，坚持吧，坚持就是胜利!

我告别了那个令我回味无穷的母校，升入了这个绚丽多彩的中学，进入中学的每个新生都必须参加军政训练。

“军训”——多么可怕呀，令人有一种毛骨悚然的感觉，对军训产生了恐惧感。然而军训对我们这些“娇生惯养”的小孩也是有好处的。有人说：“为什么要军训?军训有什么好处呢?”军训能使我们养成不畏困难的精神;使我们身体素质等方面都得到发展，并有时间培养一技之长，创造新的财富，只有这样，我们将来才能在社会上找到立足之地，成为一名合格的接班人;也只有这样才能是中国的未来不致落空。随着时光铿锵有力的步伐，我们走进军训生活的门槛，内心成为矛盾的载体，兴奋与疲惫交织混编。军训是残酷的，记得刚开始军训的第一天，教官就让我们在烈日炙烤后的塑胶跑道上站上半个小时。

热气不断的从地里面往上透，脚底又酸又烫，汗不断地脸上流下来，滴在地上，而且还口干舌燥的，我有点想打“退堂鼓”了，但是我没有这样做。我一直告诉我自己：一定要坚持下去，时间快到了，再忍一下就行了，要是现在放弃的话，那前面的辛苦不就白费了吗?于是我就咬着牙，硬撑了下来。望着苍穹中悬挂的艳阳，毒辣辣地炙烤着大地;耳际响着教官的指挥哨声，艰辛得做着严格的军训动作，站军姿、四面转法、正步走、齐步走、等一系列军营训练、军营标准要求着我们。每天拖着疲惫的身体躺在床上，思绪翩翩，心里想着今天的训练，但更多的是军训的思索。

也许，这短暂的五天是微不足道的，然而它给我们留下了印象却是无比深刻的。它让我们走出他人精心编织的暖巢。我想对老师和教官说：“辛苦了!

通过了在学校的七天军训，我也有了许多感受。

军人真的很难当，小时候在电视上看军人们的样子，真的好羡慕他们，可从来都没有想过这样的成果都是用努力换过来的！而如今，我终于也成为了一个小军人，与教官和同学们一起训练，努力……虽然很累，也要坚持；虽然特别渴，也不能喝水；虽然很想挠一下痒痒，也要忍着……我们经过了六天的学习，终于学会了期盼已久的正步走，你表面上看它很容易就会了，其实学起来也是很难的！

看，家长们都微笑的看着自己的孩子出色的表现，阅兵仪式上我们都信心满满地大步大步往前走。我们一起坚持，努力，带着自己辛勤劳累的结晶，带着我们的喜悦，一步一步向前面前进。因为我们的努力都没有白费，正步走。齐步走、稍息、立正、向右转、向左转等等，我们都按着顺序一个一个做了出来，没有一个错误，没有一个卡壳，迎来了一阵阵老师、教官、同学们以及老师的掌声，得到了教官们的认可，获得了“军训标兵班称号”的荣誉证书。我们笑了，笑得好开心，为什么？因为我们一个星期的努力都没有白费，能让大家认可我们了。

而现在呢？虽然帮我们军训的杨教官已经走了，军训七天已经过去了，但是军训那段美好的记忆还是印在我们四年级五班每位同学们的脑海里。

The main function of public libraries is to provide books for people to

read.In a library,there are books on different subjects,such as Chinese

history,fine art,science,English literature,and so on.There are also works fo

fiction.

The public libraries are crowded with people on weekdays as well as Sundays

because many people,especially students who want to consult reference books for

their school work,know that they could at least learn something there.

Besides reading in the library,we can also borrow books with library

cards.But books on loan had to be returned within a couple of weeks.As far as I

know the number of people who borrow books from public libraries is increasing

year after year.

I go to the City Hall library twice a month to read.

I remembered that Kevin had run about 5000meters to 10000meters. And I remembered what we ate. Just as I was going to the dinning room , I saw something. It was 1/4 bowl of rice,and some ugly,terrible things. Like pork with vegetables,carrot pieces,soup with noodles,and many many strange food. Why don’t let us eat some cheese sandwich or beef burgers? They’re delicious, right?

When I grow up to 16 years old, I promise to go to England or Russia, and eat their delicious foods.

Did you remember I just talked about Kevin a few minutes? After they ran, everyone cried because they thought the coach was cruel and unfair. But I thought they cried because of the SWEET music. It played for 125 minutes, I guess.

At night,we had three rooms for 45 students. I was in 413 room, and it’s the most important room, because the coach who taught us lived here.

In my room, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell. It smelled like the onion that put in the bin for 5000 years. And there’s a middle-big hole from bedroom to toilet. So ,my classmates could see me when I was taking shower. So that’s why I always ducked when I was taking a shower. I would duck HARDLY because the hole was not small. It’s above 2 inches to 4 inches long ,and 1 inches to 2.45inches wide. We were pretty like a prisoner those days.

Can you guess what happened that night? No ,not nightmare,not spiders. We had a secret party. We played from 10:20pm to 11:30pm. We drank coke and 7up we bought at 12:00 at noon, danced on the bed,and sang the crazy songs.

But we had to be a little quiet sometimes because the coach might be appeared at our room. So we could stop the crazy party and be quiet in 0.25 second.

With the rapid development of our society, more and more people are fond of

online shopping for its convenience. Online shopping has been a heated fashion.

But different people have different views on this point. After all, every coin

has two sides.

Online shopping has advantages as well as disadvantages. Firstly, nowadays,

the Internet has become a must. As convenient as it is, people depend on online

shopping as it caters for those who are busy with work or other things. And it

can help us save much money, which is cheaper than what we buy in the physical

store. What’s more, it contributes the Internet to the further development.

However, it is also a risk of online shopping as we pay the bill online by

our credit cards, we may be cheated by the dishonest shoppers. Sometimes the

quality of what we buy online is much worse than we could imagine.

In my opinion, when we are shopping online, we should keep wise to prevent

us from treating. And we’ll find that online shopping has advantages over

disadvantages.

你的到来使期待已久的我万分激动，喜悦之情由然而生。这对于每天面对书本的我们来说，无疑是一个放松身心的好机会。

军训开始总是一个轻松愉快的曲调。记得军训第一天，我第一次看见军服，脑海中就立刻显现出来军人威武的模样，迫不及待的我立刻穿上这神圣的`军装，使我有了军人的样子。我们穿好了军装，向操场走去。一路的风景尤为壮观，“绿色”为学校增添了一道靓丽的风景线，这不禁使我想到一首歌《军中绿花》：“寒风飘飘落叶，军队是一朵绿花……军营是咱温暖的家”唱的真好!

可是到了第二天曲调变得沉重起来，我们正式的训练如火如荼地展开。首先是最基础的站军姿，整个操场顿时变得非常安静，虽说只是站几十分钟，但却像是度分如年，每一秒都是过的如此得慢。身体总是会有酸痛的感觉，教官表现的很严肃，有时会给我们纠正姿势，如果做不好的就会被批评，每当教官在我面前走过，我就会深吸一口气，摆正姿势，生怕会犯错。随着时间一秒一秒的流逝，我们终于可以休息啦，我长叹了一口气，活动活动筋骨。

后来又学了齐步、正步走和体转，要求就是所有人的步调、手势要一致，姿势正确标准。大家要努力配合团结一致才能完成。在此我不仅有了团队意识，而且还学会了总结、反省和改正。失败是成功之母，只有不断从失败中吸取教训并改正，才能不断提高。我们分成几个小组讨论后，知道了存在的问题，经过几轮的练习，受到了教官的认可和表扬，成功的喜悦洋溢脸上。我想生活、学习亦是如此。

军训训练的不仅是动作，而且还教导我们整理内务。古人云：“一屋不扫，何以扫天下?”良好的习惯，决定未来。被子叠放整齐，床上干净利落，物品按顺序摆放，地面干净整洁。有了这良好的习惯，会使我们一生受益。

接近军训的尾声，会有一种不舍之情。忘不了团结协作的同学，忘不了军训时的画面，更忘不了耐心教导我们的教官。感谢你的到来，让我学到了很多，也收获了很多，我会永远记住与你相处的这段开心的时光，在我的人生之中，感谢有你。

军训只是逝去了我青春年华的一点点，但逐渐长达成熟的我更加渴望保有持久身的军训体验。军训磨练了我的意志，把我们的部分生活推到了极限，是我的精神随之焕然一新。它将会延伸到我人生的每个春夏与秋冬。军装最美丽，军歌最嘹亮，做军人最自豪，而军训的日子就像风雨过后的泥土，先辈洗刷，然后拙见沉淀直至溶入我生命的最底层。

军训期间，给我印象最深的，莫过于那晚去看录相。我们那个连去时，没有发出一丁点声音，坐在教室里也是安安静静的，掉下了根针也能听见，那时我觉得，我多么守纪律啊，我就是一个合格的、标准的“军人”!开始放映了，屏幕上出现一个个军人，他们一个个身穿军装，也是昂首阔步地，让人望而生畏，敬而远之。然而，看过他们操练过后才知道，军人不是一出身就是军人的，他们的铮铮铁骨也是靠一日一日炼就出来的。他们的动作是那么到位，整齐划一，步子稳稳健健。行动处，自有一方规矩;隐微处，暗藏一种威严!让人折服，令人钦佩!当时我就对我自己说：“这就是军人，真正的军人!我也要做一个合格的军人，而且我坚信我会成功!”在后来的训练中，我尽我最大努力去完成了每一个动作!

今天是星期六，想起刚过去的五天军训，我的心里还真是五味杂陈、感慨万千。

军训的前几天，我心里非常期盼军训的到来。因为看到电视上的军人个个都英姿飒爽，很神气，非常有魄力，所以我希望通过这次训练我也能拥有军人这种独特的气质。

刚到营地，同学们变开始因为各种不适倒下，但是这丝毫没有影响我对军训的向往和憧憬。简单说完规矩后，教官让我们站了15分钟的军姿，虽然只有短短的15分钟，但是每一分一秒都特别难熬，心里还真是别有一番滋味。

第二天晚上，我们观看了电影大阅兵》，解放军战士为了参加大阅兵，认真训练，不怕苦，也不怕累，看到这里，更加坚定了我对训练的信心。

第四天，不幸的一天，早上训练的时候，有一只苍蝇飞到了我的头上，弄得我的心里焦躁不安，过了一会儿，我实在忍不了了，就用手拍了一下头，结果正好被教官看到，罚去做俯卧撑，做就做吧，还当着那么多人吼我，丢死人了。那时候我真是恨透了教官，恨不得把他碎尸万段，五马分尸。大概过了十来分钟，我实在坚持不住了，我想起了我的妈妈，我想起了我对她的无理，对她的一次次顶撞，想着想着，我就流下了泪水，这泪水中夹杂着我对母亲的悔意，我对教官的恨意和我对训练的恼意。训练结束了，语文老师安慰了我，我觉得我很最不起老师，我给七《1》班丢脸了。午休时，回到寝室，躺到床上，想起上午的是，仔细一想，是我不对，我不应该恨教官。为什么那么多同龄人都能忍住不乱动就我忍不住呢﹖再说了教官对我们严格时因为他想让我们养成吃苦耐劳的品质。想到这儿，我的心结打开了，心情也好了，下午训练的时候，我加倍努力，别人能做到的我也一样能。

会操比赛，我们班的了二等奖，我们这五天的军训就结束了。

回想这五天，有我对刚开始训练的憧憬，对教官惩罚时的很恼，和我对老师安慰时的感激。军训的酸甜苦辣都将永久封存在我的脑海中……

在经历过东莞东方阳光拓展基地五天的辛苦军训，我们学到了很多东西：正步、队列、四面转法、齐步、蹲下、广播体操等等。这些虽然看似都是些很简单的训练，可就在这看似简单的训练过程中，我深深体会和懂得了什么叫铁一般的纪律，什么叫团结的力量，什么是令行禁止……

军训让我知道、懂得并体味到，在一个班级中，我们每个人不再是单独的个体，而是代表着这个班集体，我们每一个步伐的进退，都会关系到整个队伍的整齐；一个动作的踏错或是迟缓，就会影响整个队伍的美观和协调。在这种看似简单的训练中，我们学会了相互协作，互相帮助，共同进步的精神。这五天的军训也让我深深地体会到团结就是力量。更为荣幸的是，我们为我们的集体争得了一分荣誉。

没有吃过苦就不知道什么才是甜，没有经历过辛苦劳累就不知道什么才是轻松和幸福，没有经历过军人的朴素严谨就不知道什么才是舒适享受。

在这五天的军训中，我和同学们之间建立起了真诚的友谊，有了互相团结、互相帮助、以班为家的集体观念。我相信这些都会使我们终生受益。

在这五天的军训生活中，我们锻炼了身体，增强了体质，提高了毅力，还品尝到了军队训练的苦和累，由此让我产生了对军人由衷的敬佩。

军训结束了，在最后的结营仪式上，我们都拼尽了全力，个个斗志激昂，站姿挺拔。因为我们知道，无论成绩如何，这五天的军训生活都将是我们人生当中绚烂的一笔。

清晨，本应是清幽的校园却洋溢着同学们青春的气息和跃跃欲试后的热情。我们在操场上集合，穿戴整齐，给军训第一天作好了充分的准备。

早餐过后，紧张的军训正式开始，二连是我们的骄傲，我们有信心交上一份大学军训生涯的完美答卷。教官对我们进行了立正，踏步走的训练。尽管大部分学生已经有过军训经历，也有一定的军训基础，但所有的学生仍然一丝不苟，一字一句听从于教官指挥。向右看齐，整好队列，然后英姿飒爽地练习踏步走，整齐的脚步声与抖擞的精神面貌让教官对我们很放心。当然，军训是很辛苦的，对于我们这些向来生活舒适的学生来说，难免会犯愁，因此，我们二连的小士兵们还有许多困难要克服，还有许多行为等着我们去规范。

整个操场上空回荡着响亮的口号，弥漫着正气与严肃的气氛，军训的海洋里，我们是一条条等待考验的小鱼，迎着风浪，不顾一切阻挠。

酸，就是快结营了，结营前那天晚上我们进行结营仪式彩排，当我们班呼喊口号时教官给我们加了十分，可是有一个同学摸了摸头，被教官又扣了十分，教官很生气罚我们蹲在地上双手平举1小时，当回到宿舍的时候我的脚和手都酸极了，连走路都一瘸一拐的。

甜，当然是野炊那天吃着同学们和自已亲手做的饭菜，味道觉得特别香甜，看到同学们个吃得津津有味，当时心里可甜啦!晚上在宿舍我的心也特别甜，累了一天回到宿舍，又可以和同学喋喋不休地讨论军训的生活和乐趣，还可以美美地睡一觉多好呀!

苦，说到苦我可是最清楚了，每天吃饭前，都要在操场集合完才可以进入饭堂，进入饭堂都要全部安静下来了才可以开始吃到一餐美味的饭，可饭菜都已经冷了，吃完饭还要清洁和收拾好饭桌，想到平时在家天天吃着父母做的热饭热菜又不用做家务，觉得现在苦多了。这种兹味挺难受呀!

辣，就是在结营那天回到学校大宋老师的那番话，让我眼泪缓缓地流个不停，听了大宋老师的话感到心里很内疚，就像嘴里含着一个辣椒，辣到眼泪水都止不住。

这四种味道我尝过，你尝过吗?

在这次军训中让我明白了，我们要有坚强的意志，因为我记住了，去军训不是花钱受罪的，而是锻炼人的坚强意志和团队精神。无论在遇到怎么黑暗的环境都要坚强面对，大宋老师的话使我明白了。“不要让你的母亲最流泪了，不要让你的父亲为你而叹气，不要最让你的亲人为你而担心，因为他们老了，艰辛地为你们付出了一生”。我一定会记住这番话，一定要努力学习，将来做个出色的对社会有贡献的人来报答父母。
