According to the points above, online shopping still needs some

我的军训生活军训是辛苦的，是快乐的，是无奈的，又是生动的。在短短几天的训练中，我们也尝到了“酸、甜、苦、辣”。今天是军训的头一天，同学们聚在操场上，脸上洋溢着兴奋和不服输的劲头，好象根本没把辛苦的军训放在眼里。

点完名后，一个精干魁梧的军官来到我们面前，他宣布今后由他来担任教官来训练。

第一个项目是站军姿，我想：“不就是立正嘛，这有什么?”于是就端端正正的站好，每当教官走过来时，总会向我投来赞赏的目光，我心里美滋滋的。但好景不长，随着时间的推移，我渐渐的支持不住了，可天公不作美，今天恰好又是艳阳高照，晴空万里。平常没感觉太阳有多毒，可今天，太阳就在头顶悬着，无遮挡的洒下阳光来。不一会我就满头大汗了。正站着，一声清脆的哨声响了，“休息!”指导员说道。一听这话，我再也无力支撑身体，软软的瘫了下去。摸摸衣服，全都被汗水浸透。天哪!站军姿真是太辛苦了!再看其他同学，有的瘫在地上不起，有的正贪婪的牛饮，还有的正悠哉游哉地乘凉，今天的军训让我尝到了辛苦，也让我领略到了太阳之毒辣。

下午的训练又在阳光下开始了，主要训练内容是正步走。经过一上午的炙烤，地面的温度可想而知，我和旁边互相看看，都有些退缩。指导员好象看出了我们的心思，就对大家说：“我知道大家很辛苦，但如果不走正步，也就失去了军训的意义，我也不强求大家，走不走，由你们自己选择。”听了这席话，我们都沉默了。但过了一会儿，有一个男生举起手说“我参加”。见他举起了手，又有更多只手纷纷举了起来。我对自己说：“如果不走，固然要轻松很多，可将来会操时，如果有一个人走不好，就会连累全班……”想到这儿，我毅然决然的举起手。不一会儿，50多人的手全部举了起来。指导员见大家态度明确，就发出口令：“齐步—走!”可能是指导员那席话的缘故，大家走的很整齐，还得到了指导员的表扬。虽然每个人的脚上都起了泡，但我相信大家都是快乐的，至少我是快乐的。

同时我们也迎来了会操。大家用汗水浇灌的种子，就要在会操的那一天结果了。一班、二班，现在轮到我们班了，指导员带领我们走出草坪，不久，操场上就响起了我们整齐的踏步声。

经过一系列严格的考核，会操结束了，在我们的努力下。

Nowadays, smart phone has been part of our life. We can see people lowing

down their heads and playing smart phones all the time. When people are walking

on the street, the traffic regulations are no longer their first concern. It is

so dangerous for them to keep their attention on the phone. Dutch officers

figured out a new rule to let people realize the traffic lights. On the ground,

the traffic light can be seen. What a smart idea. When people are watching smart

在开学前一周里我们进行了国防教育，这也是我人生中的第一次，在我小学里我从未接触过。我怀着既兴奋又紧张得心情，开始了两天半的军训，在军训中人人都感到很累，天气也很炎热，热的我们汗流浃背，在教官严厉的吼声中，我们又不可以乱动，这让我意识到这是一个非常严酷的训练，我们有的人趁教官走开了一些，就迅速动一动。在站军姿的时候，这让我感到这是在所有训练中最累的一项，一站就是五分钟、十分钟。教官还说，这还是算少的了，他们一站就是一个小时，还在太阳底下暴晒。站军姿时腰要直，两手要贴在大腿两侧，两脚要分开六十度，初一新生军训心得体会。后跟要贴紧，就是要这样坚持个五分钟、十分钟的。这让我感到两肩都很酸，时不时的想耸一耸，手都捏的出汗，还有蜜蜂、蚊子在训练场里蹿来蹿去的。但是我一直都在不停告诉自己：不能半途而废，坚持就是胜利!在军训的最后一天，我们进行了汇操表演，我们有十六个班，“功夫不负有心人”我们初一(2)班的同学们都尽自己的一份力，得到了优秀奖，这个奖凝聚了我们班每一位同学的努力和汗水，还有我们的老师。

在这两天半里我们学会了站军姿、跨立、向左向右向后转等等的标准姿势，也尝到了酸、甜、苦、辣的味道，更让我们学会了做人要有钢铁般的意志，要有坚持不懈的精神、不怕苦不怕累，要有持之以恒的决心，就能战胜一切困难。虽然军训是很累的，但是又让我们学

会了一些宝贵的东西，我认为即使再苦再累也是值得的。

唉，明天就要军训了，我的心情也不知道是怎样的，有点紧张也有点害怕，这中间又有一点期待，我真不知道该怎么说才好……

由于我从来没有经历过军训，不知道军训期间会做些什么事，所以我很紧张。我曾经听一个比我大５岁的朋友说军训要在烈日下暴晒几个钟头，当时我就害怕了：要是中暑了怎么办？可是军训能和同学们过集体生活，耳边也不会有父母的唠叨，什么事都不用征求父母的意见（因为在家中有很多我想做的事都被父母制止），那可是我向往已久的生活。

我不知道参不参加军训可不可以自己选择。如果可以选择的话，我就会久久拿不定主意。假如我选择了参加，吃了苦就会后悔参加了军训；假如我选择了不参加，，等同龄的朋友回来后说起军训的好玩，我也会后悔没参加军训。如果不可以选择的话，我也只好认了，往好的一方面想：这次军训是一个锻炼自己意志和身体的好机会，我一定要加油！何况我还交了35元的军训费嘛，如果不参加不就浪费了父母的血汗钱？所以我一定要参加！

加油！加油！再加油！

五月四号我们和李老师一起坐上大巴车，开始了一周的军训生活。这种训练对于我们这些学生来说是个痛苦的日子。

每天训练下来，累得腰酸腿疼。我的教官是个严格要求的人，动作做的不标准就一遍又一遍的操练，直到符合要求为止。其实教官也是心疼我们的.，但他更希望能把我们的坚强、毅力练出来。军训生活是苦中带甜，这种甜是师生之间建立起来的一种深厚的友谊，就像一块朱古力糖，还会有丝丝苦味，真是让人回味无穷。军训的确很辛苦，但是我相信往后我们一定会怀念这一段既苦又甜的军训生活。在炎炎烈日下，我们踢正步，排方队;在激昂的训练场上，我们欢呼，呐喊。就是这样一段生活，使每个人在滚爬摔打中慢慢成长;就是这样一段经历，使每个人在汗水中变得坚强。

军训给了我这样的机会，虽然军训有点儿苦、有点儿累，但我知道更苦更累还在以后的学习、生活之路。我更加体会到在学习上也要有毅力，也要有吃苦耐劳的精神。人生充满艰辛，生活充满坎坷;和此相比，军训的日子又算得了什么呢。军训代表着什么，代表着磨练意志，代表着学会面对挫折的本领，代表着迎难而上的毅力。军训的日子只有短短的五天，和人生相比，只不过是沧海一粟，也许这段日子在几年后会在记忆中消逝，但它留下的绿色诗韵，永远是人生中最亮丽的风景。

其实，军训生活还带给我们很多，相信这次军训生活定会成为我们人生中烙下一道深深的痕迹。

人如果没有坚持到底的毅力，就不会成为军训中的一颗亮星，就像巴尔扎克说的没有伟大的意志力，就不可能有雄才大略。

心情就如同窗外照射的阳光，温暖了我的心房，我们怀揣一颗自信的心和我们的梦想，踏进了大学的门槛。而大学的第一课就是——军训。军训是一个简单又有份量的词，而对我来说既喜欢又害怕，喜欢的原因便是小小年纪的我就特别喜欢军人，同时当军也是我的梦想；害怕也莫过于教官的严肃，但在这几天训练中教官并非全然严肃，也有心细而且动作干脆利落；休息期间也挺滑稽搞笑。

站军姿这是基础也是必不可少的训练，当我们这些初级兵受不了时，教官会给我们放歌，让我们心情放轻松；教我们身体前倾，双手贴紧身体两侧，双眼目视前方。教官也总会用稳健的口令声；用一令一动的方法传教其中的军之魄，军之魂便是一场团体战，让我们成为一个集体，必须要有团结一心的精神。想打一场必胜战，就如同食用盐放进一杯热水中，进行搅拌且适量才能使一杯无味水变得有味儿；我们的训练也是一样。反复练习并不是教官的做作，常言道：“不积跬步，无以至千里，不积小流，无以成江海”，这才是教官的用心良苦；一道道的功课，一次次的磨练，为的就是让我们像白杨树那样高大挺拔，生命力顽强；不管遇到风沙还是雨雪或干旱或洪水，它总是不屈服，坚强。也同我们教官常说的一句话：“要用正确的方法伪装自己，因为这个世界上除了自己的爸妈会迁就自己，就没有别人了”所以要坚强也必须坚强。

军训不仅仅是走齐步，稍息，立正，然而拉歌当然也是助兴不可少的活动，满天星空，清风徐来给人轻松心情的夜晚便是白天辛苦奋斗训练上天留下来的礼物；美美的夜景里再一场电影搭配得多合适，影片最后那段话让我感到有多自豪作为一名中国人：“无论你遇到什么困难，记得你身后有一个强大的祖国”或许这就是军人为我们守护的和平国，建立的安全的家。

这几天军训让我想到：“故天将降大任于是人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身行拂乱其所为。所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能”。相比军训何尝不是让我们体会其中意义呢？作为一名大学生，这段军训时间里明白我不仅仅是一名学生，而是一名有担当，有抱负爱国的一名青少年；记得梁启超曰：“古今日之责任不在他人，而全在我少年，少年智则国智，少年富则国富，少年强则国强，少年独立则国独立，少年自由则国自由，少年进步则国进步，少年胜于欧洲则国胜于欧洲，少年雄于地球则国雄于地球”。

军训结束了，我才明白，自己已经不再是那个不懂事的初中生，我必须肩负起更多的责任，要自己走过更多坎坷的路途，我真的长大了！

仔细想想，不禁惊讶：军训怎么就结束了，怎么过得如此快，怎么就像做了一个长长的梦。甚至让我怀疑到底有没有去军训过，但回想军训生活，才真正感受到它的真实。

在短短七天的军训中，我真切地感受到了宽容的力量，爱心的力量，友谊的力量和团结的力量。

有时，我会感到孤单，但只要想到：一直关心，珍惜我的人，孤单就是暂时的。

有时，我会感到愤怒，但只要想到：世界上正是因为有每个独特的自己才会多彩，愤怒就会踪影全无。

有时，我会想到放弃，但只要想到：小小的放弃垒在一起，时间长了，也许就会变成无法挽回的遗憾，放弃就会转化为坚持与加油。

有时，我会感到不公，但只要想到：即使有不公平，快乐与享受还是我的权利，所有的不公变会抛之脑后。

会操前，我的心情是忐忑不安的。这几天的所有努力所有汗水都是为了这次会操。取不到名次，这些都将白费。我怕，怕因为我的失误拖了大家的后腿，怕大家付出的努力与汗水因为我付之东流，还怕辜负了教官对我们的期望。烈日当空时，风雨交加时，他陪着我们一起训练。还记得他刚接我们班时，说：“我是这儿最好的教官，也只带最好的班。”好霸气啊！

后来，我和一个同学讲起刚才会操时动作的失误——我最后的稍息晚了一步。对此，我内疚又自责，生怕这个动作会影响会操的名次。等所有班级会操结束后，总教官宣布了名次。当听到“第一名初一年三班”时，我兴奋不已，就差没从地上蹦起来欢呼雀跃了。真是功夫不负有心人啊！我心里的压力一下子烟消云散，只剩下满心的欢喜。

我们没有辜负教官的期望！做到了！做到了！我想这一切都是教官教育有方和同学们的努力拼搏换来的。努力不一定有回报，但是不努力是一定没有回报的。

这五天的军训，毋庸置疑是辛苦的，但值得我们铭记于心。过尽千帆，看浪潮翻涌成回报，正是这五天军训所带给我此生不能忘记的道理。

It maybe our common desires to experience a meaning life, but when it comes

to the topic “How to live a meaningful life”, the opinions are divided. In

someone’s eyes, they agree that a meaningful life is just a comfortable life

which means they can enjoy themselves as possible as they can.
