It seems we are living in the conflict between modern and traditional

cultures every day. Hearing the blaring of horns the moment you step out of your

house, seeing the so called "pop" the moment you open your eyes, you cant help

thinking, "Will the traditional culture be gradually lost?"

Many people believe so. They may put right in front of you all the

evidences they can dig out. They may argue that people are rushing to

restaurants instead of cooking at home, listening to pop music but not

traditional, wearing in a way people couldnt imagine ten years ago. Modern

people like the air of freedom, not to be restrained by traditions. They offer

this long list, only trying to confirm that this world is full of

fashion,competition and temptation and the traditional culture is fading and

will be lost at last.

Though we are now living in a world in which undeclared aggression, war,

hypocrisy, chicanery, anarchy are part of our daily life. Though this is a

skeptical age, and our faith has weakened, our confidence in some aspects of the

traditional culture should and would never be lost.

Wouldnt you agree that our traditional culture is always credited with

modesty, politeness and respectfulness, which have always been treasured for

more than five thousand years?Even in this modern world, people still admire

those with good manners, those who are polite to others or respectful to old

people.

Wouldnt you agree that our Chinese traditional music is beautiful and

artistic and our Chinese tea culture is always an appealing treasure to people

around the world?

So there may just be some changes in our lifestyle or our attitudes towards

life, but little change occurs to some fundamental aspects of our traditional

culture that people still treasure in heart.

The traditional culture will never be lost, I believe.

I’m going to have a busy weekend! On Saturday, I’m going visit my friends

by car. Because I haven’t seen them for a long time. Then, I’m going to the

bookstore on foot. I’m going to read lots of books there. On Sunday morning, I’m

going to go for a walk. Then, in the afternoon, I’m going to go shopping with my

mother. Then, in the evening, we are going to watch TV together. That will be

fun! What about you? What are you going to do on the weekend?

As the Christmas Day is coming, our class decided to send some gifts to our

teachers, because we wanted to show our gratitude to them. At first, we had no

idea what to buy, because we wanted to do something special. So at last an idea

came to my mind. I advised to write a card, pasting some pictures of classmates

on it. Everybody agreed with me, so we spent a day to take some funny pictures,

and everybody wrote down their names on the card. When we sent this gift to the

teachers, they loved it so much. They were so impressed by this precious

surprise and would keep it forever.

What can I do for our environment?

Everyone can do something for our environment。 For me， I should try to save electricity in my daily life。 For example， if I am the last person leave the classroom in the evening， I will always remember to turn off the lights。 In order to protect our forests， I will use paper wisely。 I should try to use both sides of paper whenever it is possible。 I will not use things like paper cups and disposable chopsticks because they are made of wood。 I believe that doing all these small things will improve our environment and help make our world a better place to live in。

When it comes to November 11, what’s on your mind? Well, as to the old

generations, it’s only an ordinary day; however, the young generations will

consider it as the Singles’ Day as well as the on-line shopping carnival. In

fact, on November 11th, 2013, Tmall and Taobao (the biggest Chinese online

shopping platform) has sold out more than 35 billion Yuan goods, this data has

astonished the media at home and abroad. Apparently, people have more interests

on cyber shopping than spend the night with their single friends. Some home

media even suggest that November 11th should be the Chinese on-line shopping

carnival.

In 2010, Jack Ma, the CEO of Tmall and Taobao, had coined the term “Double

Eleven”, aimed to encourage the single people to do something to celebrate their

own festival. Instead of dating lovers, people go on-line shopping to relive the

loneliness. According to the survey, China had 564 million Internet users at the

end of last year and 180 million single people. And the single people are the

main force of the China’s spending power. The debut was a great success. Then

“11.11” has an unusual meaning, which stands for on-line shopping carnival.

Comparing with the traditional shopping, the cyber shopping has more

distinguish features, which quite fit the young generations’ taste. People do

not need to go outside, just click their mouse, the goods will be home. The best

part is you can do it anywhere, anytime. All you need is a credit card. What we

can predict in the future is that on-line shopping is not going to fade away,

instead, it will boost like the mushrooms after spring rains.

在丹桂飘香，播种希望的九月，我们已经成为一名中学生。在初中我们将迎来第一个任务，那就是军训。

今天是军训的第一天，我们认识了即将陪伴我们六天的教官。他带领我们来到了我们所对应的位置，宣布了种种纪律后，军训开始了。

首先就是站军姿，教官给我们示范一遍我们熟悉的差不多了，只听见教官用洪亮的嗓音喊“立正，站军姿十分钟。”，十分钟，对于平常来说是一个很短暂的时间，可现在，我们是在太阳底下练军姿，十分钟在我们眼里仿佛成了几个小时。我们脚后跟并拢，脚尖外开60°，收腹挺胸，目视前上方。汗水像断了线的珠子似的，滴答滴答往下掉，真希望时间能过得快一些。我每次想动时心里会默默的想：坚持就是胜利……站军姿，使我懂得坚持不懈，永不放弃。

除此之外，我们还学了很多动作，今天一天我们不断的重复练习着这些动作，每个人都筋疲力尽，但我们没有放松，任凭劳累不断考验我们的意志，仍然没有退缩。有的同学在身体不适的情况下经休息又重新踏上了“战场”。

军训中最难忘的还是唱军歌。因为有洪亮而节奏明快的军歌，所以我们的军训不是死气沉沉的。学唱军歌成为军训中美好的一段时光。

今天的军训已经结束，明天的军训要比今天更好。

On a sunny holiday, our family unanimously decided to take exercise -

climbing Maanshan! Maanshan ecological park is located in the south of Yangwu

village, Daling mountain. The main peak is 329.2 meters above sea level. It is

divided into two small peaks at the front and back. It is named Maanshan because

of its shape similar to Maanshan. It used to be a quarry. All the stones mined

were transported to all parts of the city as building materials, bringing

considerable economic benefits to the local area and seriously damaging the

ecological environment. In order to build a civilized, harmonious and ecological

home, the village committee decided to close the quarry and invest 5 million

yuan to build it into an ecological park. Now there are Jinling, Qixingling,

Jiti stone, Qilin mountain and other scenic spots. When I came to the foot of

Maanshan, I stared at the top of Maanshan stupidly. In my mind, I thought of the

complacent expression of climbing to the mountain. After that, I cant wait to

follow the route to the top of the mountain!

At first, I was a living tiger, just like a hungry tiger, flying to the top

of the mountain! The road is getting steeper and steeper, and the fork road runs

across. Its half the way to the top of the mountain. After a long time, the

physical strength is naturally consumed and the knowledge is not much. Im

sweating!! Seeing thousands of houses, cars and pedestrians under my feet, I

secretly encouraged myself: there is still a little way to go, stick to it, and

soon climb to the top of the mountain, dont be discouraged, learn to stick to it

on this road! Only persistence can make people succeed! Time flows silently on

me. I climb to the top of the mountain. I am ecstatic and rush forward in one

breath. Finally climbed to the top of the mountain! Ah! The scenery at the top

of the mountain is so intoxicating and impressive!

As if everything under my feet is my world! The whole village can be seen

clearly. I learned a truth from it, that is: in life, whether it is laid-off, or

encountered difficulties, or be fired and so on. Dont be discouraged. As a human

being, we should learn not to be discouraged in the face of difficulties. In all

kinds of tests of life, just like climbing a mountain, we cant give up halfway,

as long as we stick to it, we will succeed!

Today is the annual traditional festival in China, "Spring Festival". The morning sun was still in bed, I was like the sound of firecrackers to wake up. I get up and wash, this is my brother and sister have been wearing new clothes neat and I go to visit my grandparents and grandparents give us pay New Years call, each made a big red, I opened the door to stay, which contained a $100 bill, I like to eat honey, happy the flowers.

After eating dumplings, my mother said that I dont have to write my homework today. I can play a day with my brother and sister. I am very happy after I hear it.

The Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. On this day, every family has to eat dumplings, set off firecrackers, put up couplets and hang lanterns, which is the happiest and happiest day of the year.

短短一周的军训已经结束，留给大家的是浓浓的怀念之情。

我曾记得，每个夜晚我偷偷起来上WC，害怕地狂奔的情景;每每走到教官的卧室门口，都会神情紧张地向里张望，我怕被老师或教官发现而在门口罚站。

我曾记得，紧急集合的那个深夜，大家在被子里兴奋地窃窃私语、翻来覆去睡不着，老师教官一来大家就装睡的情景。瞧那样子，同学们就像一只只小狐狸。

我曾记得，当饿了一下午的同学们在摆好饭菜的餐桌前表现出饿狼一般的表情：眼睛直冒“凶光”，舌头不停地转动，就像清洁口腔的专用机器一样。他们那样子好可爱，让我引俊不禁。

我曾记得，教官罚大家变式青蛙跳时，大家表示“抗议”的样子：苗苗一边哭闹，一边就蹲着休息;郅祺一边鬼哭狼嚎，一边大声抱怨;吴迪无声胜有声，虽没有叫出声，但也默默地抽泣着;嘉禾掩面而泣。瞧，同学们的表情那么丰富，教官心软了吗?哈哈，答案居然是——丝毫没有!

我曾记得，在军营联欢会上，当杜伟伟说道：“你问我，我的教官是谁，说出来吓死你，我的教官可是大——名——鼎——鼎的.馒头山上的一把刀!他可是著名的‘叶无情’、‘叶残忍’。”话还没说完，那又憨又可爱的教官便红着脸溜了出去。我们一阵窃笑：“哈哈哈。”

我也曾记得，在离别的早晨，我们疯狂地拥抱教官，好像离别并不痛苦一样。其实，才不是那样呢，我们都很难过，就譬如说我——在拍照时，一直把帽子压得很低，一直紧咬舌头，我怕让别人见到我哭，但最终还是没能忍住......

哦，亲爱的校长、亲爱的教官，再见了!我会将与你们共度的时光作为记忆中最珍贵的一部分永远记住的。

Sharing bike can be seen in every corner of the street, which is very

popular by the public. The foreigners speak highly of sharing bike, because they

can ride the bikes to look around the city and the expense is very cheap. As

people enjoy the convenience of these bikes, the problem comes. We can see that

many bikes have been broken and some are even put in the main road, which brings

trouble to the public. Of course when the media reported the phenomenon,

everybody condemned the negative behavior. Sharing bikes are public property,

all the people have the responsibility to protect them, so after using them, we

should just find a right place to lock them. The small act can present a

person’s nature, so dont let yourself be the rude one.

今天，金灿灿，暖和和的阳光照在了我们的身上，我们更加兴奋了。因为，我们今天要去军训。出发了，我们争先恐后地上了车，开始我们两天的军训生活。

经过大梅沙，大约一个小时后我们就到了基地。“鹏城青少年活动营地”。先看到主席台，后面是高高的宿舍楼。还有宽阔的训练场。

上午，教官给我们穿上漂亮的军装。瞬间，我们就变成了“小战士”，有些同学边穿衣服边咯咯笑。很新鲜！穿好衣服后，教官不叫我们“同学”，而是叫“小战士”。教官还告诉我们：军人要有军人的样儿，不能动来动去；立正时不能说话，弯腰；稍息时不用插着手，和我们在学校时完全不一样。教官十分严格！

练站姿足足用了三个小时。教官还意犹未尽。这时，主席台的广播解救了我们，让我们到饭堂吃饭。因为大家练得辛苦，活动量大，所以吃饭时狼吞虎咽。看到一块肉大家都眼睛发光。也可能是吃饭只有十分钟的原因吧！我们都很快。平常我们大家可没有这么能吃。这是军训的结果。

晚上，我们自己洗好澡，十二个人一个房间，因为都很开心，又睡不着。大家决定开party！边吃零食边讲故事。结果被女教官发现了四五次。好在女教官温柔，要不我们都要受罚，今天都不能回家了。

经过两天的军训，让我们学会了坚强。而且教官还教了我们感恩的手语。感谢父母，育我成长；感谢教官，给我坚强；感谢老师，给我知识；感谢同学，伴我成长……

军训是一个苦乐交织的过程，当中不仅拥有苦，也有乐；有成功，不过也少不了失败。可是当我们为了成功而努力奋斗，总会有我们收获的时候。就像农民伯伯一样，春天的时候，除草、耕作、播种、浇水，经过无数努力、勤劳耕耘后，也总会迎来他们收获的季节。

这次军训，我们班集体收获了成功，这个成功来之不易，是靠我们的汗水与努力换来的。在训练过程中，我们经历无数的失败，吸取当中失败的教训，才得来成功。这次军训中，我们不仅收获了成功，还学会了同学之间要团结友爱、互助前行、共同进步，为了集体，我们付出了许多，我们的集体更加凝聚起来了。

这次军训中，我不但体会到当军人的不容易，还知道了军人为了我们的繁荣、安定的生活，而忍受很多艰苦，在不懈努力奋斗着，这是一份伟大的职业。心中对他们的敬意油然而生，更懂得应该要向他们学习。

这五天的军训中，虽然很辛苦，但是这样的辛苦是值得的。因为我们从中学到了很多在课堂上学不到的东西。一向都是在父母的呵护下长大的我们，在军训中学会了吃饭后自己洗碗，晚上自己洗衣服、叠被子。一想到这里，我们这些“温室里的花朵”在学习与生活中遇到的一些小困难又算得了什么呢？军人的不容易，是我们无法想像的，我们在生活中的小困难，与他们比起来又算得了什么呢？所以，以后不论遇到什么困难，我们都要勇敢面对。

“不经一番彻骨寒，怎得梅花扑鼻香？”成功，不是你想有就有的，必须经过一番努力，克服困难，就像这句话所说的：不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹？我们不断努力，不断付出，克服困难，是苦涩的。但是我们也收获了许多，是甜蜜的。军训就像一杯咖啡，喝起来是苦的，但又带着一丝甜蜜，令人回味无穷。

经过这为期五天的军训后，我知道了我们要勇于克服困难，不再做“温室里的花朵”，要做一棵毅力坚强的小草，以后一定要好好学习，报答祖国！

今天的天气很阴，还刮着风，但并不冷，有一股凉爽的感觉，很舒服，刚吃完午饭，肚子还有点涨呢，吃的有点多，妈妈今天中午回家了，她好像没太吃饱，现在正在午睡呢，等会他醒了我要给他吃昨天我买的果子。

妈妈每天上班很辛苦，我明白，但最近不知道怎么的，我总是莫名的烦躁，可能是处于叛逆期吧，我也不太清楚，再过两天就要去军训了，我的心情不知怎么的有点沉重，我可能有点害怕，我怕我融入不了那里的气氛，我怕我适应不了那里的生活，但我相信，我一定会战胜这些恐惧的，我一定会用最完美的自我在高中展现。

在夏日，燥热的日子里，我们开始了军训的第三天。

仍旧是纯净的天空，却又肆意地放纵着烈日，让它毫无忌惮地覆盖整个大地。只是在校内的小路上，留下一片绿荫。

每一天，我们都从这片小路上静静走过，看着一个个熟悉或者陌生的面孔，我突然感觉到自己的渺小，无数的精英在这里汇聚，在往后的日子里，竞争无处不在。我想，不论是在学习上，还是军训中，我们这些莘莘学子，都应该不断地去超越，去迎接新的挑战。军训，更是给了我们一个很好的展现自己的舞台

第三天，我们来到了操场。

在烈日中，我们挺立着，九百五十个身影，在操场上刻下了一个个大写的人!

大学是我一直向往的，因为在高中一直都是听老师们说“现在我们还管下你，等你们到了大学去，就没人管你了。”于是我对大学就有了无线美好的憧憬，这种无拘无束更能看出一个人的心性吧，早在入学前我就了解到，大学也是要军训的，我不仅不感到难过，甚至还有一丝期待。

大家来到自己的所属班级后，辅导员会来进行自我介绍，会让我们拿着交学费的收据发票去教学楼下领取军训服装，然后晚自习的时候，教官就会来到我们教室介绍自己，每个班都会有教官且只有一名，而我的教官居然是那些其他教官们的队长。他一进来教室我们就感觉的气氛不对，三秒前我们班还是个闹哄哄的“菜市场”，我们班立刻安静的连一根针掉地上都听得见，他一脸严肃，身上的军装干净一丝不苟，头发是简短干净的寸头，看起来很精神，我真的好想看他笑一笑啊。“我叫__，是__连队的大队长，也是即将带领你们军训的教官，我们还要相处一周之久，到时候满满互相了解，在这里我就不多说了。你们最好给我打起精神来，明天的早训谁迟到100俯卧撑，到时候别怪我没提醒你们。”就这样进来给了我们一个下马威就走了。

第一天军训谁也不敢无视教官的话啊，都早早的赶到指定地点集合了，不过还是有位吃了豹子胆的同学，听说他昨天晚上通宵玩游戏，现在还在床上躺着睡觉呢，这种人我是真佩服，后来被辅导员从寝室“请”了下来，教官冲过去就是一脚，然后叫他趴下，100俯卧撑准备!“立正!稍息!立正!”我们就在旁边开始站军姿，抬头挺胸收腹，目视前方，身体稍稍前倾。那位被罚的同学早就坚持不住了，才做了不到20个，教官一边训练他俯卧撑，一边看我们有没有放松身体，我们每个人的手上都夹了两张扑克牌，手指中指并于裤缝，谁的要是掉了，就去旁边加入做俯卧撑的队伍，谁也不想，就拼命的站好，丝毫不松懈，我前面的那个人的衣服都全湿了，在啪嗒啪嗒的滴着水，教官说，他就是我们的榜样，只有认真站了，才会这么消耗体力，流汗，辅导员比我们大不了几岁，他看到我们这么辛苦也申请跟我们一起站军姿，说他也是__班的一员，他愿意跟我们一起训练。连辅导员都陪我们一起站军姿了，我们还有什么话可说，还有什么理由不好好站，我们一个个的都站的笔直。身心上的疲倦苦累一扫而光，到了休息时间，我们说，我们不累，想继续训练，让那位做俯卧撑的同学归队吧，我们的集体荣誉感瞬间爆棚，那位同学也感动的留下了泪水。

经过一天的军训，身体酸痛难忍，可我们心里却很开心，因为我们今天都是好样的，没有一个人拖后腿，还救了同学，我们是一个集体!第一天的军训让我知道了一个集体拧成一股绳的感觉是多么的棒!

军训，或许就是考验一个人吧，考验他的独立性、自觉性，还有吃苦耐劳的精神。如果真是那样，我一定要完成教官说的每一个动作，做个真正的独立、自觉、能够吃苦耐劳的人。“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人。”为了自己美好前途，吃这么一点苦又算得了什么呢？我一定要拿自己的行动来证实自己，证实自己不平凡，绝对不会输给任何人。我是最棒的，我对自己充满信心，永远永远都会。

鸦雀无声的球场上同学们整齐的站着，组成了十几个方阵，这是校园里一道靓丽的风景，球场上太阳照得茂密的大树垂头丧气太阳光无情的将矛头直指我们，那汹汹的来势又岂是薄薄的云盾可以阻挡的？同学们已是汗流浃背，看着同学们那湿透的衣服都可以拧出水来.

七天的军训生活虽然短暂，但我们仍然受益匪浅。当我们站在军训营地上训练时，我才真正体会到什么是严。寒风不留情地迎面扑来，我们不能喊冷，更不能动一动，就这样凭着顽强的毅力，默默坚持着，"好的开头是成功的一半"但要获得成功，其实还要好好地坚持到底。坚持意味着忍耐，最终，我们还是坚持到底了，也笑到了最后。因为我们有信心，有实力，所以优秀的成绩便是给我的最好回报。

最后我们班非常幸运的或的了1等奖。7天的军训，在脑子里刻上了辛苦2字，在皮肤上涂上黑色的颜料，再心理上赠予毅力的奖品。

用我的话说，今天才是训练的第一天。因为前两天，都因为各种原因只训练了半天。不过一开始我就做好了充分的准备，足以承受所有的训练强度，可是大概我们的“佐罗”教官没有十足的准备，基本上每一次大声讲话都会伴随两声又干又难听的咳嗽声。刚开始我还没当回事，可后来我怎么也无法把咳嗽声排除在我双耳之外，他可都是为了我们的训练才成这样的啊!早知道这样我就给他带两个胖大海让他沏水喝，也别这样难受啊!唉，下午还有一个重要训练，养足精神，睡午觉了，呼呼呼……

现在在操场，我们和六班正在拼歌，不过心中实在没有什么高昂的心情，回到寝室后，心中久久不能平静，

一天被接连批评四五次，又有谁能无动于衷呢?下午的会操，我用尽了全力却没想到是这样一个结局，这真是我不得不有一个深入的思考。这是一个集体，它不是仅仅一个人的荣誉与得失，而是39个人的全部，包括好与坏，美与丑，无论怎样我们都必须接受，而且把好的方面发扬光大是每个人的责任。想到嗓子已经哑了的教官，想到那些心中还愤愤不平的同学，我就有几分难受，不管今后怎样，我都希望五班的全体同学都团结一心。同是家人都应该心往一处想，劲往一处使，我们一定能在下次会操中取得一个好成绩。

Stepping into the new century, environment pollution has become more

serious than ever since. There are different kinds of pollution. Such as, water

pollution, air pollution and noise pollution and so on. It seems that we live on

a planet which is full of pollution. Where all these pollution comes from? To a

large extend, the environmental destruction is the heavy price that we pay for

the rapid development of economy and the growing population. In order to have

more fuel, people cut down trees and dig more corals. But the growing needs for

energy are hardly to meet. Countless private cars on the street, the gas

stations are short of gasoline, even the government has raise the price so many

times in order to control the needs of gasoline, but it’s still not working.

Overusing the natural resources has already affected the ecological balance.

However, the factories still release the toxic air into the sky and the polluted

water into the rivers. People still lack of the conscious of protecting the

environment. I think it’s time for all of us to do something.

The government should put forward some more strict laws to prevent the

environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more

about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balance

between the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in

the deserts and stop cutting down the forest. Forbid the factories to pour the

waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public

transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands

together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way, our earth

could be a better place to live in.

Every day, we can see the figures of the volunteers. Actually, they have

formed a kind of scenery of the city. Some people hold that volunteering is

merely a waste of time, because the volunteers have no gains with pains.

However, I believe that doing voluntary is quite rewarding.

In the first place, we can put into practice what we have learnt before,

for instance, when we were asked by a foreigner about the way to some place, we

could practice our oral foreign language, it’s definitely a good opportunity to

express ourselves in a foreign language correctly and clearly.

In the second place, we could make a lot of new friends while we are

volunteering As a proverb says, “At home one relies on one’s parents and outside

on one’s friends”, so it is never a bad thing to have lots of friends.

Finally, helping others is a good way to make you feel happy and when you

help others solve a problem successful, you will feel fulfillment. In this

sense, we reap a bountiful spiritual harvest by doing voluntary work.

On the whole, we can benefit a lot by engaging ourselves in the voluntary

work. Therefore, I suggest those that have abundant spare time registering as

volunteers for the welfare for the public.

啊！四天的军训终于结束了，现在已经开学了，可回想好像就在昨天。经过了四天的艰苦训练，我学会了许多。

坚持。军训中，站军姿是少不了的，每天站军姿，每次站军姿都会加长时间，一分钟，两分钟……站军姿中，两百人中要有一个人动一下都会加两分钟，可是每次都会有同学坚持不住，每当我听到教官说加两分钟，我的心里满是不爽，为什么别人动了，要一起受罚？慢慢地，我也明白了我们是一个大集体，一起哭，一起笑，心里每次想着要放弃，最后都坚持了过来。

感恩。每次集合、宿舍内务检查，我们都会犯错误，教官总会惩罚我们，可唯有一次惩罚是最温柔的——写封信给父母。这让同学们绞尽脑汁，亲密肉麻的话我们怎么好意思写？而且还要拍照发给家长。可经过教官给我们讲大道理后，全班同学都答应教官，下午集合前会交齐。在午睡前，我想了许久将信写完了，也把我十五年来想说的话都说了。

团结。我们班一共有三十二名同学，我们互相帮助，有福同享有难同当。在训练时，只有将动作做到一致了，完美了，才可以休息。这不仅能训练我们的毅力、耐力，还增强了我们的凝聚力和战斗力。每天中午吃饭前还要进行唱歌比赛，哪班唱歌声音大，哪班先吃饭。我们教官说，唱军歌吼出来唱就行了，于是全班同学用自己最大声吼出来，有的还爆青筋了呢！虽然我们班没有第一个吃饭，但是我们班团结的力量是每位同学都听得见，看得见的。

军训四天，我晒黑了许多，但我觉得一点也不亏，至少我学会了很多，明白了许多道理，希望同学们的高中三年能像军训一样咬牙坚持下去，用尽自己的所有力量。在高考时，考出好成绩，考个理想的大学。
