盼啊盼啊，终于盼到了除夕。

长辈们在厨房里忙碌着，洗，切，炒，调味，一气合成。一盘盘香喷喷的菜肴上了桌。我心想：这种大场面我也得露一手呀，炒菜算了，风险太大。就摆一个果盘吧，说干就干，我拉过表妹削皮，切块，最后装盘，完美!香喷喷的年夜饭准备好了，大家纷纷落座，肥美的鱼肉，雪白的甜米，肥而不腻的梅菜扣肉……令人目不暇接。热热闹闹的年夜饭过去了后，一家人又热热闹闹地挤在沙发上看春晚，热热闹闹，好不愉悦。

“咳咳，"我向妹妹眨了眨眼睛，妹妹看了看我，比了一个“OK”，于是，我俩走到专心看春晚的大人面前，“哗”一下伸出手来，大声说:“恭喜发财，红包拿来!”

而大人呢，先是愣上几秒，然后就笑呵呵的从背后掏出一个个油光发亮的红包。我和妹妹一溜烟跑回房间。美滋滋的把一张张钞票从红包中掏出，一张张对齐放在一起。好景不长，爸爸突然“狞笑”着推门进来：“来吧，压岁钱老爸帮你管着。”我极不情愿，还没捂热乎的压岁钱就被拿走了。

春节这个传统节日，时间让它的形式可能有所变化，但改变不了的，是那份阖家欢聚的亲情。瞧，这，就是过年。

随着时间的步伐，我们从一个天真、烂漫的中学生，马上就要成为一名正式的高中生了。在这段蝉变的过程中有一个必不可少的重要过程，那就是军训。

军训，这个词对于我们而言，不仅仅代表着我们即将受到长达五天的严格训练，也意味着我们也将从中学习到生活自理、做事雷厉风行的军人气质。

今天是军训的第二天。早上，我们在杨教官的带领下走向了操场。今天我们要学习的动作是跨立、齐步走和跑步走，这些我们看上去十分容易的动作，做起来却是十分的困难。当看到我们又不会的地方时，杨教官总会一次次的在我们的面前，耐心地一次次向我们示范动作的一些要领。

记得我们一起在反复练习齐步走的时候，大家都已经将这个动作要领记得滚瓜烂熟了，走起来也是十分轻松，步伐也非常到位，可是班上仍然有一位男同学总是因为紧张，步子总是与同学们不一样，当教官喊道“一”的时候，大家都迈出了左脚，可是这同学每次都比大家慢了半拍，这是杨教练会把大家先放在一边站军姿，自己就在队伍的一旁很有耐心的给这位同学做示范，边教他如何放松，按正常的姿势走路。

每当我们在烈日炎炎之下，一次次的重复着同样枯燥无味的动作之时，每当我们汗流浃背口渴至极的时候，我们就都会想到自己的教官，想到教官也是和我们一样累，一样辛苦的时候，想到我们现在所做的一切都是为了自己的时候，只感觉到我们身上的累和辛苦都被一阵凉爽的微风带走了，代之而来的是浑身使不完的力量与活力。

让我们朝气蓬勃去迎接下一天的训练吧!

我是高一的新生，所以军训也是不可避免的。不过虽然说这是军训，但实际上也只是队列队形的训练。听起来挺简单的，可我们却吃了不少苦头。

每天早上，我们都精神抖擞地走到训练场，接下来我们要面临的就是站军姿了。站军姿可不像我们平常那样懒懒散散的，而是像军人那样：站似一棵松。

好不容易熬到了中午，下午又到了，每天早上和下午的我们判若两人，早上的我们像一只活泼的小兔子，而下午就像是一颗蔫了的小花。

不过，留给我印象最深的就是一直不怕苦、不怕累，一直教导我们的张教官。

张教官是一名海军，第一眼看上去，张教官很白。之所以白，是因为他的.帽子是白的，衬衫是白的，裤子是白的，就连鞋子也是白的。张教官的这身着装让我想到了白衣天使。但张教官只是在课下像个天使，在课下简直就是个“恶魔”!

“恶魔”自有“恶魔”的办法，如果我们不按张教官指定的方法去做，那么，你就等着挨批吧。所以我们只能乖乖地听张教官的。

但是，张教官也很累，我们一起在太阳下一边顶着烈日，一边训练。张教官虽然戴着帽子，但是帽子并不能帮他挡住所有的阳光，而且，戴着帽子时，额头会出好多汗。

军训的这几天里，我们学会了很多本领，有：稍息立正、跨立立正、向左转、向右转、向后转、齐步走、跑步走……而这些都离不开张教官的辛勤指导。张教官，你在这几天里给我们的印象是严谨的军人风范，可是，你们也会笑，你们也会哭。你们都是普通人!请允许我升高中的时候再次军训，再次叫您一声：张教官!张教官，谢谢您，我们一定会认真站军姿、走齐步、好好跑步的!

告别了那个令我回味无穷的母校，升入了这个绚丽多彩的第五中学，我感觉我的人生又进入了一个新的阶段。

入学之后，学校安排初一的每个新生都必须参加军政训练。“军训”――多么可怕呀，令人有一种毛骨悚然的感觉，但我们也明白，军训对我们这些“娇生惯养”的小孩也是有好处的。因为军训能使我们养成不畏困难的精神；使我们身体素质等方面都得到发展，这对我们的将来都是有好处的。

记得刚开始军训的第一天，我们以为教官是非常厉害的，但其实不然，我们的教官非常和蔼可亲，我感到军训其实也没有什么的，我的心里轻松多了。教官给我们编完队形后我们就开始训练了。第一个科目是立正，虽然天气不是那么热，但是我们一动不动的在操场站上10多分钟，脚底有些酸痛，汗不断地脸上流下来，滴在地上，而且还口干舌燥的。到了中午吃饭时间了，同学们井然有序的坐在了饭桌旁等待教官宣布开饭。教官一声令下，我们饿相毕露，狼吞虎咽的吃完了午饭。下午非常凉快，训练的也不是那么苦。有一段时间，有的同学看教官管的不太严就开始不老实了，笑嘻嘻的。就这样，我们比较轻松愉快的渡过了军训的第一天。

第二天一到军营，我们发现今天换教官了，这个教官可是非常厉害。在队列里我就动了一小下就被教官给发现了，我在心里说：厉害！真是慧眼如巨呀！这一天我们总共才休息了40多分钟，可把我们累坏了。

军训的第三天，炽热的阳光照在每个人的脸上。此刻，我们正在接受军训的最后检阅。为期三天的军训，在不知不觉中结束，然而它却给予了我们很多。那整齐有序的步伐，那昂头挺胸的气魄，那嘹亮恢弘的口号，无一不在展示我们训练的成果。是的，短短的三天军训，教会我们的恐怕不只是那稍息立正的军式训练，更多的，它让我们接受了一次意志的沐浴，精神的洗礼。

这次军训，让我学到了什么是友谊、什么是帮助、什么是团结。感谢五中给我上的第一堂课！我为是五中的学子而感到骄傲，感到自豪！我相信，我和我的同学们一定会在五中的怀抱里快乐的成长！

九月，又是一个开学季。怀揣着对大学生活的向往，对军训的恐惧及一丝期待。我来到了矿大，成为了矿大的一名大一新生。

未进大学校门前，我便听堂哥介绍过矿大的军训，特别是内务整理，那是特别严格，于是心中便生出一股恐惧感，同时又期待着久别多年的 豆腐块 ――我相信我初一军训时练就的叠被本领，有了用武之地，可是现实是如此的骨感。初一时学的 三折法 在这里被教官否决了，不再适用了，可以说给我泼了一盆凉水，不过还好初一时积累的经验也还帮了我不少忙。

刚开始内务整理其实并非是叠 豆腐块 ，却是将墙壁变白，无知的我们绞尽脑汁四处求经，通过各种方法：砂纸打磨局部效果显著，可有的地方却很难清除干净，而且时间久了手指非常痛，螺丝刀、铲子这些工具可以弄的很干净，却也把原来平滑的墙壁划得坑坑洼洼，喷漆效果很好，可是一片一片的整体看起来还是有些难看。无奈之下只有最后一种方法了――涂料粉刷，效果还是极好极好的。

擦卫生间、擦地、擦玻璃、钉床铺各种任务层出不穷，令人叫苦不迭，多亏各位学长帮忙才是基本完成任务，但仍留有许多细节令我们头疼不已。

有的人说差不多就可以了，睡觉时感觉舒适就可以了，对此观点我并不反对。但任何一件事都有两面性，内务整理确实将我们狠狠的整了一次，大家也很劳累，可这也让我们四年的家变得干净整洁，同时室友以及全班同学也在这令人痛恨的内务整理中熟识起来，为以后的学习生生活带来了极大的方便，这点是不能不容否认的。

可能是繁杂的内务整理，也可能是军训时间过短，也可能是首次摸到真枪的兴奋，让本是最为痛苦的军训却不那么让我恐惧了，反而有种莫名的期待了。

我相信在经历过十多天的军训生活我的耐力毅力一定会得到很大提升同学之间的友谊也会变得更加坚固，我定会认真的面对好大学的第一堂课毕竟好的开始是成功的一半。

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

很久以前，我就盼望着能和解放军打交道，这大概和军人受过严厉的磨练训练出来的刚强意志有关吧。

一转六年过去了，刚迈入中学的我们对一切都很好奇，大约是在22号吧，我爸接到了学校的通知，25号开始军训，军训，顾名思义就是军人的训练，24日晚上，我一想到解放军来就激动的翻来覆去睡不着觉。一开始，同学们的热情大过天上太阳的热度。第二天，有就有点怀念，精彩的游戏和丰富的电视节目，所以就出现了许多擦汗的，东张西望的，交头接耳的，只有少数坚持了下来。下午，由于上午学习站军姿，下午二话不说先站5分钟的军姿，一站下来，可让我们的教官伤心至极。擦汗的，偷懒的占了多数。时间紧迫，教官也顾不上这么多，只好快快的进入下一个环节。第三天，第四天，时间过得很快，第五天就是我们把这五天以来辛苦的训练的成果汇报表演的时候了，精彩的表演很快就结束了，但紧张的成果还在后面：8.0分。

我们五天的成果以失败告终。但是我自我感觉我们并没有失败。我们从精神上收获的比别班还要多很多。这才是我们军训的结果。

那天我们去了歌乐山林苑军训，那军训的滋味甭提了！一个字――爽！就像百味冰糖葫芦，酸、甜、苦、辣……应有尽有！让我来慢慢告诉你！

苦――

顶着冬天的骄阳，站在操场上，我们像一棵棵参天大树，站得笔直，一动不动，要是动一下，被老师发现了，你今天的日子可就不好过了！轻罚嘛，做五十个身蹲，再做十个俯卧撑；重罚嘛，做一百个身蹲，外加十个俯卧撑，再围着操场跑十圈！呵呵，够惨的吧！

一个半小时以后，终于可以活动了！赶紧回寝室好好地休息十分钟！哎，我现在腰酸背痛，脚都抬不起来，怎么办呀！我睡的可是上铺呀！管他三七十一的，我豁出去了！今天随便占个同学的铺！刚坐下，“嘘――”一声长长的口哨响了起来，又集合了，555~~，我的命好苦呀！5555~~~

甜――

好不容易才挨到了第二天晚上，一个喜讯传来，现在我们开联欢会！“耶~~”同学们高兴得一蹦三尺高。联欢会开始了，我和另一个同学主持，说了一番开场白后，每一个班依次表演了节目，我们班的节目受到了老师和同学的一致好评。那一晚，我们都沉浸在欢乐和喜悦之中，似乎忘记了前几天军训的苦和辣。

酸――

魔鬼军训的三天终于过去了，我们就要和教官告别了。在回家的车上，教官带领我们一起唱起了歌，我们好快乐。不知不觉中，学校到了，我们的教官就要回林苑了，我们得知后，是那样不舍，一想到和我们一起呆了三天的教官要离开我们了，心里酸酸的、嘴角涩涩的，有一种想哭的冲动。可再怎么样也留不住他呀！我们只好和他依依惜别了！

这年终夏，阴雨连绵，大雨不仅带走了我对大城市重点高中的无限向往，也为我带来了无言的军训和506分的中考成绩，与此同时也给了我改变一生的机会。

早就听说军训不是一般的苦，特别是集宁的教官，绝对地不近人情。可是没办法，就算去不了内蒙首府，我也不该在丰镇这片小地方就此沉沦啊!于是我一咬牙，心一横，独自一人踏上了通往异乡的火车。

军训来了，无声无息的来了，没有一点前兆，我知道我已无路可逃，只好自己孤身一人面对。然而当教官以其和蔼的面目出现时，我的心不禁的怔了一下。怪了!这教官怎么不像书上写的?不是该怒目圆睁，先来个下马威嘛!此刻，我对教官的印象有了些改变。军训的第一天，很苦很累，在烈日底下站了半个多小时军姿，还练着小学生都会的稍息立正。一回到宿舍就抱怨着军训。接下来的几天，几乎每天都是这几项，还多加了一些节目，比如唱军歌之类的。有一天，学校请了塔琳学姐(乌兰察布市文科状元)给我们讲学习的方法，有一句话，让我的人生从此有了方向。那天，学姐说：“坚持就是在坚持不下去的时候再坚持一下。”如果说军训给了我顽强的意志，那么塔琳学姐的话就可以说是给了我坚定的信念。之后的军训，我不在抱怨苦了，因为我惊奇的发现，我长大了，真正的长大了，不会再因为一点点小挫折而消沉了。

军训完了，我们全校一起去拉练，徒步走了30公里，这一刻，我蓦然发现，我们已经学会像军人一样面对困难，像军人一样成长。

感谢军训，感谢塔琳，中考只是人生路上的一个小小的羁绊，未来还有更多困难等着我们，不因失败而一蹶不振，不因成功而固步自封，我们的将来把握在自己手中!

Fast food has flooded in our lives nowadays. Concerning fast food,

different people have different attitudes.Some hold that fast food is necessary

in our society while others argue that fast food is harmful to our health. As

far as I am concerned, fast food is necessary but not a must in our lives.

On the one hand, fast food is necessary in our today’s society. Although

fast food is not as nutritious as home-made food, it is a good replacement when

we are in hurry and have no enough time to prepare food by ourselves. It can

help us to save much time. In addition, fast food is cheaper but various and we

can taste different kinds of food by using less money.

On the other hand, however, fast food is not a must. Fast food can be used

to replace our home-made food sometimes, but we should not eat it very often.

Compared with home-made food, the nutrition provided by fast food is far less.

Therefore, eating fast food only can not provide enough nutrition for our

growth. Besides, the problem of food security is another factor we should

consider when eating fast food.

In a word, fast food is necessary sometimes in our lives, but we can not

eat it very often. At the same time, to fit for the need of people, fast food

restaurants should develop and provide more and more nutritious food and

strengthen the supervision of food making.

今天是我们参加军训的第一天，训练的地方就设在学校操场。教官来到了我们的教室要我们换军服。教官告诉我们军规，怎样才像一个军人。所谓的军规就是：不讲话，不乱动，要经过教官的允许，才可动，还必须目视前方;这看起来容易，可做起来可难了。

军训中，我们要做6个项目：稍息、立正、跨立、前后左右转、敬礼和小跑，本以为很简单，可是我错了。教官要求每个动作都要做到快、齐。做不好就要罚站，并且休息的时间很短、次数也少。整整一天做得我腰酸背痛腿发麻，累得我汗流浃背。不过教官也站了一天，喊了一天，到最后教官的喉咙喊得声音都变了，也没说一个累字，所以我觉得自己也应该体谅教官。

今天的训练总算完成了，但是我看到教官那个样子才知道什么是军人。军人是毅力、勇气、志气、责任的化身。参加这么苦、这么累的军事训练，我要感谢学校给我们这个锻炼的机会，相信这对我以后的成长有很大的帮助。明天的训练一定会更苦更累，但我会勇敢的去面对。

虽然，一天下来大家浑身像散了架似的，个个都汗流浃背，但是却让我们懂得了作为一个军人所必须具备的最基本的条件。我想明天的军训大家会更加努力，做的更好!

One day,I went to school as Usually. All of a sudden,I heard a voice

crying.I knew there were something wrong . So I walked towards the direction of

the voice .Then I found a child and his mother wandered off.My heart full of

compassion . So I decided to help him find his mother , and I took him to the

police station nearby . Then I went to school in a hurry , but when I arrived,I

found I’m still late . After my teacher’s preaching , I went back to the

classroom .I was so upset.

In the afternoon, my teacher asked me go out,he said he had wronged me. And

then I saw the child’s mother,she thanked me a lot,and I smiled shyly.

After the thing,I feel very happy to do good things,and I believe that

“give cake and ale to perfect soul”.

不知不觉，初中的军训已经到了尾声，在我们坚持不懈的努力下，我们7（11）班的同学成功渡过了这艰苦的四天；在教官铿锵有力的口号下，我们都彻底地学会了"坚持就是胜利"这个道理。

军训结束到主席台集合，教官们让我们展示一下今天训练的成果：站军姿20分钟。我们很吃惊，但是也照做了。我刚开始站的时候还没什么感觉。过了五分钟左右，脚就开始有些麻木，酸痛。火辣辣的太阳无情的炙烤大地，我的汗珠从军帽下一粒粒地滑落到面颊上，我的感觉是非常痒，非常想用手去擦汗，但四周的人还是无动于衷。我想，我一定要坚持，同学们也都还没动，我也一定不能落后。于是我便继续硬着头皮站下去。这时，隔壁班的一位同学晕倒了，只见几个老师来把那个同学抬走了，我非常吃惊。因为那时，这个同学是直挺挺地倒下去的。又过了一会儿，几个教官与老师再次强调：如果有身体不适的同学，及时打报告。我那时有一刻，嗓子眼居然冒出"报告"两个字，但想想那些军人们是比我们更辛苦的，而在场的几百名学生都是和我一样累一样苦。他们都每一个抱怨的，打退堂鼓的，我又有什么资格去逃避与退缩呢？我又靠着我坚强的意志，坚持了下去。

终于结束了，我一直坚持到了底，坚持就是胜利，只要我们坚持不懈，遇到困难不轻易退缩，要迎难而上，不能因为一些小小的挫折就打退堂鼓，半途而废。只要我们坚持，坚持，再坚持！就能创造奇迹，获得意想不到的收获。

总结这几天的军训，虽然马上就结束了，但这些天同学们团结一致，坚强乐观的态度、时光可能会深深地住留在了我的内心深处了，教官对我们的教育之恩，我们也一定会牢牢地记在心里。军训即将结束，这几天教官的口号，以及同学们的欢声笑语，却一直在我的心中回荡着，徘徊着。
