从第一天的军训起我就知道了接下来的军训是非常严格具有挑战性的，都说军训伤不起其实都是为了锻炼一下自己的团结合作和对同学们身体的检测，有很多人都不想搞军训为什么因为都怕吃苦，吃点苦算不了什么常言道先苦后甜吗。军训的感受的确像个五味瓶，酸甜，苦，辣，咸样样都有。

军训是残酷的，记得刚开始军训的第一天教官要我们做俯卧撑，这是我们军训9天一个难忘的事情。回想那短短9天军训的日子，一种潜藏在心中已久的感受便由然而生。的确，军训是辛苦的，但切辛苦的美丽，辛苦的动人，辛苦的让人难以忘怀。在军训时，我们和教官在烈日下同甘共苦，他们对每一个动作都要求严格，一发现我们的动作不规范，不到位，便细心的给我们讲解，纠正我们的错误，争取让我们把每一个动作做好。尤其是在站军姿时，我们的双肩酸痛，双腿麻木，让我们真正地体会到苦和累。但我们不需抱怨它的苦难，它的辛苦和劳累，是在磨练我们像树一样坚挺向上，不屈不挠的意志，它带给了我们一个尊严，一种力量，一种不向任何权势卑躬的品质。正所谓人生苦短，年轻时吃点苦，受点累算什么。俗语说：“不经历风雨，何以见彩虹;没有一份寒彻骨，哪来梅花扑鼻香。”它教会了我们怎样去面对今后的挫折组织我们看电影，打篮球，做游戏等等。这些活动，既磨练可我们坚强的意志，吃苦耐劳的精神，培养了我们的团队意识，增进了我们之间的关系。

在那一声声口号中体现出了我们的“团结就是力量”在这里，我们尝到了种种滋味。那迎风不动的军姿训练中，我们磨练了意志，品尝到了难咽的苦涩;那倍受关注的会操比赛中，我们锻造了身心，品尝到了失败的痛楚……也许，这短暂的七天是微不足道的，然而它给我们留下了印象却是无比深刻的。它让我们学会自立、自强、自尊、自爱，让我们稚嫩的心灵变得充盈成熟，让我们走出他人精心编织的暖巢，勇敢地站出来同风雨挑战。

难忘的军训生活，将会在我美好的回忆中舞动得别样精彩!

八月五号下午进入西峡一高，第一课是军训。听别人说军训是一个艰苦的过程，而我并不是很有压力，我喜欢吃苦。不是说只有受苦中苦，方为人上人。

第一天上午长达两个钟头的站军姿，的确让人受不了，军姿并不像我们想的那样简单，。让两臂夹紧，两腿蹬直，这个教官不定时会检查的，偷懒的同学都会有相应的惩罚。好多同学都晕过去了。但终于我们都坚持过来了。而以后几乎再也没人晕倒过。

我们的主要任务是学习衡水式跑操。教官曾经表演过。那是一直能够非常能够训练学生团结的方式。同时学习了立正稍息与跨立，停止间转法，敬礼与礼毕，齐步的行进与立定，跑步的行进与立定。

在军训中，我们晒黑了，但我们收获了团结，纪律，坚持，礼貌。

当教官们要走的前一天晚上，我们哭了。尽管教官对我们严格，甚至打过我们，但毕竟相处十五天，他们对我们也很好，而且他们和我们年龄相差不大，好多都是90后，很多时候像朋友一般。那晚操场上的场面很感人。第二天会操前，我们留下了合影，会操很快，我们没拿第一，我想我们王教官很失望，他却表现的不在乎。临时增加了野外演练，两位教官持着他们训练枪，守在各个路口，保护我们过马路，那样子很帅。我永远忘不了。

忘不了胖子首长的经典语言：你们开心吗，快乐吗，你们就不能大点声吗，我听不见，123；我这叫嘘寒问暖你们知道吗；据说有一种动物，它一时不可得在动，据说那是苍蝇他妈。华山派，峨眉派，丐帮，武当派，奥特曼，拉磨的...

怀念我们的五星胖子首长，怀念我们的十连教官，怀念军训的日子，怀念做俯卧撑、蛙跳、手抱头蹲下起立的感觉，怀念那一夜和教官聊天的时光。

军训已经过去三天了，也是初三军训的第三天，这次军训苦与甜交织，我们看到了教官的开心的一面，也看到了教官怒的一面，这次军训真是段难忘的记忆。

第一天是下雨天，上午基本上没干什么，因为雨下的太大了，到了下午，雨渐渐停了，军训也步入正轨，第一天我们十分听话，可是一位同学却不听话，不打报告就乱动，王教官就让他加入了“飞虎队”，飞虎，就是跑得很快的老虎，他整整跑了八圈操场。

第二天，我们松懈了，不听话了，王教官生气了，这时来了一位看上去就不太和善的刘教练，正是昨天的飞虎队队长，这位刘教练比王教练严多了，看不顺眼，就让他蹲下，蹲可不好受，那一天之后，我们听话了许多。

第三天下午我们有一个活动，首先我们两组各上两班进行表演，我们上了一组和我们八班，王教练为这次小会操准备了一下午。再接着就是拉歌，二组那边玩的正开心的时候，我们一组突然袭击，向二组发起挑战，那气势就像要打群架，二组老半天才反应过来。

第四、五天，军训接近尾声，各班都在准备第四天的会操，第四天最热，我手晒脱皮了，胳膊有防晒，还好，头却没那么幸运，我头也晒伤了。第五天的会操我们打起十二分精神，却只得了一等奖，有点失望。

这五天有着特殊意义，必定是难以忘记的。

Nowadays, house husband has become a hot phenomenon in modern society. As

we all know that no matter what country, it’s a tradition that men play a core

role in family who always take the burden to earn money to support their family.

But things are kind of different as society develops, more and more men are

beginning to take over housework while women go out from house. In my point of

view, I think this is not a big deal.

In the first place, house husband may be a shame title for men, but when it

comes to money, there is no room for reputation. As society develops, the life

standard are rising, and everything for living is much expensive than before, if

couples want to guarantee their life quality, then they should let the one who

earn better to work, although the one is female.

In the second place, it’s fine for women to support family as long as they

earn better than men. In the past, women always were treated very badly, and

they got no rights to be educated, to work. In some countries, they can’t even

show their face to others. A traditional female role is to stay at home, taking

care of children and do all of the housework. But now, lots of women have a good

job, so that they totally have the ability to be the economic backbone.

Therefore, in order to take good care of family, men are likely to stay at home

to do housework. I don’t think it’s a shame for men, because no matter what you

do, as long as you do it well, you are successful.

To sum up, people should change their opinion about core role of a family.

It’s acceptable for women to support the family, and there is no shame for men

to do the housework. As long as you remember life quality comes first.

伴着八月蒸人的烈日，我跨入了中学的大门，成为了一名光荣的初中生。但在这之前，我还要经受一次严峻的考验――军训。它能磨练了我的意志，让我能更好的迎接紧张又精彩的中学生活。

八月二十一日上午7：00，我准时来校参加军训。穿上昨天新发的军服，顿时油生一股自豪之情。“我一定要比别人做得更好！”我暗暗对自已说。

7：10，军训正式开始。一排气宇轩昂的教官迈着方步入场。我们的教官一入队，就给了我们一个“下马威”――立军姿。只见他大吼一声：“立正！”我们立刻都挺直了腰板，可个个都美中不足，不是脖子歪了，就是五指没并拢。教官上前，捏捏你的肩膀，压压你的肚子，整个队伍被整得容光焕发。一分钟，两分钟，五分钟，十分钟，火热的太阳炙烤着大地，连地上的塑胶跑道都似乎被晒蔫了。我的头顶早已渗满了汗珠，豆大的汗珠顺着脸颊不断得往下淌，黏糊的汗水模糊了我的双眼，沾湿了我的衣裤，浸湿了我的鞋袜。我只觉得头发晕，两腿似乎已不受我的掌控，脖子完全僵住了，脊背正努力挺直做最后的拼搏。地面的热量沿着脚底向上冒，脚底又酸又痛。“报告，我不行了！”“报告，我头晕！”“报告，我……”有的同学受不住酷热，举手请假。越来越多的人走到了树阴底下，站着的已经不多了。我全身乏力，极想跑到那片树阴下，休息休息。可转念一想，“不行，来军训就是来磨练意志的，则么可以半途而废呢？这样不但达不到来军训的目的，还会让我养成好逸恶劳的坏习惯。”再一看，身边的其他同学，个个挺胸收腹，眉宇间透露出一股不服输的精神。“瞧着吧，我不会退缩的！”我擦擦汗，挺起胸膛，这一刻，我感觉我长大了、成熟了。

军训，真让我受益非浅，放心，我不会惧怕你，我会勇敢的挑战你，让你的每一个细节，成为我学习的动力，战胜困难的风帆！

很怀念军训的时候，虽然最后两天没有跟着军训，很不快乐，但也有不少乐趣。总之，就是很快乐啊!

在那时候，太阳每天都是火辣辣的，我们都穿着同样的服装，穿着同样的鞋子，戴着同样的帽子。生活基本一样，老师就像是生活老师，虽然很不适应，但是感觉还是蛮不错的。初来到这，同学都不相识，但也都在默默的互相帮助着。我感觉还好，我一直都保持一份好心情!

我们的穿着打扮一样，迷彩服就像是一层很久没擦过的玻璃一样，很难看清楚站在你面前的每一个人。

我和陈宁在一个区队，她21班，我22班，很幸运啊，能有一个同学，并且我们的个头也差不多，就站在一起拉。后然我们认识了21班的刘雨田，很漂亮的一个女孩，她也是我们原来一个同学纪美会的姐姐，感觉挺幸运的啊。我们当时出的很不错啊。后来就形同陌路啦。这也许就是韩喜悦(我的朋友)所说的吧：“家庭出身不一样，就不会成为朋友!”

那个时候，我觉的我们语文老师何薇薇很好，可是没想到后来……唉!不过他真的是一位好老师，我真的不想换语文老师!!

王满强当时真的是和蔼可亲，可是后然才知道他是多么的令人憎恶!不过他也够令人敬佩的，各方面都很棒啊!就是在金钱方面很吝啬!

在我不参加训练的时候，我和刘鹏那认识了。她给我讲了好多在他身边曾经发生过的事情，我很佩服她，在那种环境下还能当我们班第一，学号072201，多让人羡慕啊!

咱说我们那赵教官，我只记得他很爱脸红，清晰地记得在烈日下他冲我们喊：“坚持就是胜利!”还有第一天他对我们说：“我不要求你们跟我们男人一样……”

就这样吧!这就是军训的一些记忆吧!

高中军训很苦，可是我们还是挺了下来！同时感悟了很多很多。这次军训和以往初中时候的军训截然不一样，比初中军训时更苦更累，流的汗更多，当然少不了心得。

教官姓齐，开始对他的感觉挺好的，看见他穿着教官的服装，不得不让我想起以前在__营地带我们的x教官，一张怀念的感觉涌上心头，教官给我的感觉难免会有一种亲切感。可是，军训的时候，真的很苦，太阳公公当头照，第一天就差一点把我照成非洲人了，别人都说这个教官那里不好那里不好没有人道什么的，慢慢的好像也影响了我朋友在我旁边说来说去，一不留神，自我也在说了，心理作用吗？

其时教官不是同学说的那么坏拉，有时候我也感觉他挺不错的，至少他长得虽然很……能够说是严肃，可是散发出来的就是一种任何人都学不出来的军人气质，什么是军人气质想了想：严肃、认真、又亲切这大概就是他们特有的招牌吧！有些军人，就算是不穿军装，有些人一眼就能看穿的，教官严肃中散发出来的亲切感，让我们不知不觉得就靠近了他一步。

班主任x教师我还是蛮喜欢她的，太阳这么大，我们在那里刻苦的训练，其实她完全能够避开这炎热的太阳光的，去办公室吹风扇吹空调，可是她没有，她一向；陪着我们坚持到最终那一刻，从来没有停过！别的班主任也是，我想，班主任为什么有权限能当上班主任，必须有其中的道理：有职责心、甘心付出、不怕苦累。嗯！我心目中所有的班主任，都是这样的！

军人就是要有毅力！像我以前教官说过的，他们以前训练的时候，站军姿一站就是几个小时，只给我们站五分钟算是跟我们大打折扣了！不得不佩服！

因为我有以前的训练，两次军训！我站军姿站十到十五分钟都是没有问题的，可是，这么久都没有训练过了，突破十五分钟什么的，脚就会开始好麻，动都动不了了，想想看，原先我有这么久都没有锻炼了呀！

这次高中军训，我有很大很大的收获！团结、友谊、奋进、毅力、勇气！团结是我们会操时得了第三名，友谊是我们和教官，我从来不认识的同学交上了朋友，奋进是我们不断努力，毅力是我们这五天都停了下来，勇气是我们已经学会应对一切！这次军训，我永远都不会忘记！

Many years ago, when the first computer came into being, many people

predicted the age of computer has come. Now only two decades passed, here comes

the new age of cellphone. Lets look at how people depend on the phone. They use

cellphone to work and to communicate with families and friends. With the

development of technology, online payment is popular and people just need a

cellphone to pay all the bills. How convenient it is. We are lucky to live in

the age of technology. But at the same time, if we dont control ourselves, we

will lose in the technology world, such as some children overuse cellphone and

learn nothing at all.

On January, 2013, the public started a campaign called Clean Your Plate. This campaign aims to call on people to save food instead of wasting anything on the plates. The main theme of this activity is do not waste any food, starting with me. This campaign was first started from Sina weibo. Just a few days, tens of thousands people in China have joined in this meaningful activity.

In my humble opinion, everybody should join in this campaign. As we all know, the Chinese traditional virtue is to be thrifty even we are live in a better life. According to the latest survey, more than 50 million tons of food is being dumped in China every year. This wasted food can feed about 200 million people for a year. The old generation usually appreciates the leftover, if there is any food in the plate, they will eat them up; while the younger generation will dump the leftovers into the dustbin, they rather spend the money on other food instead of eating leftovers. I think such behavior is not only waste of food and money, but also broadcast the wrong idea that wasting food is acceptable. People should come to realize the importance of saving food. The governments should also take measures to reduce food wastage and encourage people to eat at home. What’s more, people should put an end to the expensive feasts and banquets.

I think this campaign should be moving on. Saving food for our offspring is everybody’s responsibility. Even if you’re a wealthy man, you still need to eat up the food on your plate. Waste is not a good habit.

我告别了那个令我回味无穷的母校，升入了这个绚丽多彩的中学，进入中学的每个新生都必须参加军政训练。

“军训”——多么可怕呀，令人有一种毛骨悚然的感觉，对军训产生了恐惧感。然而军训对我们这些“娇生惯养”的小孩也是有好处的。有人说：“为什么要军训?军训有什么好处呢?”军训能使我们养成不畏困难的精神;使我们身体素质等方面都得到发展，并有时间培养一技之长，创造新的财富，只有这样，我们将来才能在社会上找到立足之地，成为一名合格的接班人;也只有这样才能是中国的未来不致落空。随着时光铿锵有力的步伐，我们走进军训生活的门槛，内心成为矛盾的载体，兴奋与疲惫交织混编。军训是残酷的，记得刚开始军训的第一天，教官就让我们在烈日炙烤后的塑胶跑道上站上半个小时。

热气不断的从地里面往上透，脚底又酸又烫，汗不断地脸上流下来，滴在地上，而且还口干舌燥的，我有点想打“退堂鼓”了，但是我没有这样做。我一直告诉我自己：一定要坚持下去，时间快到了，再忍一下就行了，要是现在放弃的话，那前面的辛苦不就白费了吗?于是我就咬着牙，硬撑了下来。望着苍穹中悬挂的艳阳，毒辣辣地炙烤着大地;耳际响着教官的指挥哨声，艰辛得做着严格的军训动作，站军姿、四面转法、正步走、齐步走、等一系列军营训练、军营标准要求着我们。每天拖着疲惫的身体躺在床上，思绪翩翩，心里想着今天的训练，但更多的是军训的思索。

也许，这短暂的五天是微不足道的，然而它给我们留下了印象却是无比深刻的。它让我们走出他人精心编织的暖巢。我想对老师和教官说：“辛苦了!

环境保护

随着中国经济的发展，环境问题也越来越突出。保护环境，成了我们重要的职责。如果我们再让状况如此下去的话，留给我们后代的恐怕就不是一个健康的地球了。这给我们敲响了一个警钟，那就是要尽快实施环境保护的一些措施。最近，很多问题越来越明显的出此刻公众的眼中。食品安全问题、酸雨问题、水资源缺乏问题、气候问题，all of all，归根结底都是环境的问题。社会的发展就应成为环境保护的基石，我们就应用不断产生的新技术来保护环境。同时，环境的保护就应成为社会发展的一个重要的部分。综上所述，我认为环境的保护就应从两个方面来实施。On the one hand， 相应的法律就应被制定by政府。On the other hand， 环保意识就应在公众中间进行广泛的宣传。我相信如果我们始终把环保问题放在发展的第一位，我们的社会将更快更健康的发展。

As the developing of Chinese economy， the problem of protecting environment is being more and more important。 It is a crucial responsibility for us。 If we let this situation go as it is， it would be almost not a health earth for our offspring。 It sounds an alarm to us that we should execute the steps of protecting environment quickly。 Recently， a large number of problems appeared obviously， the security of food， the acid rain， the lack of water， the worse weather， all of all， it is the problem of environment in the final analysis。 The development of society should be the basic of protecting environment， we ought to protect environment by newer technology。 Meanwhile， the protecting environment should play an important role in the development of society。 Accordingly， I argue that we should protect environment in two aspects。 On the one hand， the related laws should be established by government。 On the other hand， the consciousness of protecting environment ought to be publicized in public。 I have an unshakable believe that if we put the problem of protecting environment be the first place， our society would have been developing fast and healthily。

我是初一的新生，每一个初中生都要军训，我们也不例外。我们于10月11日，出发到军训基地。

我怀着高兴的心情来到了学校，准备出发到军训基地。同学们都带了很多吃的，和钱，我也不例外，好像去旅游一样。我们上了车，出发了，我们看着风景，都兴致勃勃的，满怀着希望去的。

到了基地老师带我们去教官那里。我们的教官的很斯文，很帅，大概有22至23岁。我们站好了，教官介绍自己，由于教官声音小所以很多人没听清，有人认为姓尹，还有人认为姓郑，而我认为姓严。教官介绍完自己，带我们回宿舍。我们看到宿舍有很多的不满。很脏很乱。

集合号响起，我们立马下去站排。教官带我们去吃饭，我们刚走进食堂，饭菜的香味就扑鼻迎来，我们很高兴，终于有饭吃了。快要吃饭了，老师给我们讲了很多吃饭守则，知道饭菜都凉了，我吃完就胃疼了。以后我只但一点点，因为不让剩饭，而且吃饭时间只有15分钟。

从下午开始到第五天上午一直是训练，不过中午休息2个小时。训练很苦，尤其是站军姿，更累了，站30分钟，能把腿累折了。我们每次晚饭前都要站军姿，有一次我差一点就哭出来。我现在和自然的站军姿。我们这几天练了稍息立正与跨立，停止间转发，行进与立定，唱军歌，别看只有这么少，练起来可累了。

通过这次军训，我学到了，军人的风采，并且学会了，努力克服困难，同学之间友好相处。

我永远也不会忘了这次军训，和教我们的教官还有同学之间友谊。

Dragon Boat Festival is the traditional day in China, it is on the 5th day

of the 5th lunar month. The common activity for different places are dragon boat

competition and eating zongzi. In my hometown, there will be the dragon boat

competition every year. A lot of teams join this activity and there are full of

audiences stand on the river side, wathing and yelling for the teams. It is one

fo the biggest matches in my hometown. What’ more, making zongzi is also the

tradition. My mother makes the zongzi at this time every year, she told me that

she learned it from my grandma and she would teach me in the future.

Recently, I have seen an impressive film—“Meet the Parents”, which is about

a woman Palm brought her boyfriend Greg to her parents’ home to spend holiday.

In the film, Greg was so dishonest to Palm’s parents that Palm’s father is

suspicious of his behavior and quality. As a result, Greg is obnoxious to all

and has to leave. As far as I am concerned, the consequence is heavily caused by

his dishonesty. If Greg could be real him all the time, he would get much

respect and appreciation and would not get much frustration. From the film, I

have learned that being honest was extremely important and necessary. In other

words, being honest is a basic principle for us to deal with others.

For one thing, we will not get others’ trust unless we are honest. If we

deceive others, we would get the same in return, and even no one would make

friends with us or even communicate with us. For another, we will get others’

respect and appreciation if telling the truth. Telling the truth and being

ourselves, we will get a healthy and peaceful surrounding to grow up better.

However, something strange happens in our society. There is a strange

phenomenon that honest people suffer but the dishonest benefit a lot. It made

some people have a suspicion that being honest is not so important.

But I still believe that these are just a few cases, since honesty is

deeply rooted in our minds and we still consider it as a basic principle in

social contacts.

Earthquake is one of the most severe natural disasters. Its shaking of the

ground caused by the sudden breaking and shifting of large sections of Earths

rocky ourter shell. Its results can be very horrible. The Wenchuan Earthquake in

2008 and Japan Earthquake in 2011 are the most severe earthquakes in recent

years, causing huge casualties and property losses. But earthquakes almost never

这次军训让我受益匪浅。

我们都是独生子女，从小娇生惯养，什么事都要依赖父母，打不得，骂不得，父母为了不让我们有依赖性，都积极报名参加这次军训，目的是：让孩子养成独立性，自己的事情自己做，别人的事情帮着做的美德。

这次军训虽然很苦，但是却让我知道独立性的重要。上学时要独立，在家时也要独立，一切的事情都离不开独立。因为随着年龄的增长，变得成熟了，所以我们要学会自己的事情自己做，别人的事情帮着做的美德，这次军训就锻炼了我们自己做事，例如：叠被子、打开水、洗漱等，都加强了我们的自主能力。

每天我们都要训练很长时间，其中最难就是军体拳了。教官要求每一个动作都要做标准，不然就要一遍遍的做直到做好为止。虽然，汗水都把衣服浸湿了，但是功夫不负有心人，最后我们都做得有模有样，连平时最严肃的教官，看到我们如此努力地练习，都欣慰的笑了，我们也觉得无比的喜悦与自豪。此外，我们还学习了走正步。虽然走得连腿都麻木了，但我们还是咬紧牙关坚持了下来。最后我们踏步的声音整齐的不可以用语言来形容了！

我喜欢这样的活动，我爱获得更多而有益的知识。

孟子曾说过：“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。”

在这个炎热的天气里，我们开始了军训。

在实验中学的集会广场上，有一群身穿迷彩服的七年级新生正在军训。那就是我所在的群体——七（1）班。而站在这个小方阵前头的，是我们的教官。

我们的教官是来自人民武装部的一位军人，他当兵十一年了，个子不高，165厘米左右，瘦瘦的，看起来很和善。由于长期训练，他皮肤黝黑，与黑巧克力的颜色酷似。

我们先练习了站军姿。听教官说，站军姿很重要，因为很多动作姿势都是建立在军姿上的。首先，立正站好，两脚尖分开60度，双手中指紧贴裤边，肩膀微微向后展开，抬头、挺胸、收腹。

我们这群菜鸟在教官的指导下，站得笔直，站得标准。那时，我发现教官的眼睛里有一丝欣慰，伴随着这缕欣慰，他的嘴角微微上扬。

作为一个暂时性的“军人”，我要学会坚持，哪怕再苦再累。

过了不一会儿，教官说：“从现在开始计时，立正站军姿十分钟。”我们一听，立刻就喊了起来：“什么？”刹那间，我都怀疑耳朵是不是有问题，十分钟？听错了吧！

但，事实证明，就是——十分钟。

虽已是九月份，但天气还是非常炎热。太阳老爷爷将它那毒辣的光束射向人间大地，我们如同赤脚站在火堆里一般，像热锅上的蚂蚁一样煎熬。

期间，有不少同学因中暑晕倒，去了阴凉地休息。我心想，要不我也装晕，这样我不就可以休息了吗？对了，就这么办！但此时，脑海里发出另一种声音：“不行！这么做太不诚实，你要懂得坚持！不可以遇到挫折就放弃的！不行！”

“行！不行！行！不行……”

这两种声音在我的脑海中争论不休，我犹豫不决。

最终，我选择了坚持。为此，我很是自豪！

在辛苦却颇有成效的军训后，我们的意志变强了！

军训，只有经历了才深知其中辛苦；只有经历了才会懂得坚持的重要；只有经历了才能体会到这苦中带着的浓郁芳香。

军训是一次历练，是青春激情的释放；军训是一次蜕变，是破茧化蝶的升华；军训是一次飞跃，是凤凰涅盘的畅快。

细细品味军训之苦，心里回味无穷……

军训是花样年华中的守望，守望未来生活的迷茫；军训是雨季光阴中的奔跑，跑向成功的彼岸；军训是激情岁月中的挥洒，挥洒下奋斗的泪汗。

军训之苦是单调之苦。略带草香的操场上，我们在教官的“圣旨”下重复着一个又一个的动作，一遍又一遍。此时我眼睛发花眼皮直跳手掌发麻腿脚酸疼，可灌入我耳朵的还是立正稍息向左转向右转一类的“噪音”。军训中的单调训练细细想来也让人欣慰，在重复中我们的动作变得规范，我们的性格变得细致严谨。于是苦味的军训让我们懂得我们是在磨砺意志，坚定信念。军训之苦是温馨的苦，是生活的苦，是值得我们为之付出的苦！

军训之苦是压力之苦。教官的严厉，辅导员的期望，团队的期待让我们知道什么叫责任，这份责任让我们倍感压力，却也让我们明白我们并不孤单，苦味军训的同时有许多的人伴着我们，关心我们，激励我们。因为压力，所以有了动力，在动力中我们不断进取。军训就如一杯咖啡，苦味中带着淡淡的甜，让人越品越觉得回味无穷。

军训之苦是忙碌之苦。每天机械性地奔波于“三点一线”的紧张中，放松了一个假期的我们再次拉紧心弦，夙兴夜寐，早起晚归。晨练，拉练，演习，总结像潮水般涌来，我们只能在忙碌中默默穿行，左手是坚持，右手是忍耐，中间流淌的就是忙碌的军训生活。

细细品味军训之苦，在苦味的军训中留下的是我们成长的足迹。我们多了份沉稳，少了份轻狂；多了份团结，少了份自私；多了份成熟，少了份稚嫩。军训是苦的，但这是催人奋进的苦，这是让人深深留念的苦，这是让人永世难忘的苦，这是值得我们细细品味的苦！

军训之苦，好味道！

The Culture of China is home to one of the worlds oldest and most complex

civilizations. China boasts a history rich in over 5,000 years of artistic,

philosophical, political, and scientific advancement. Though regional

differences provide a sense of diversity, commonalities in language and religion

connect a culture distinguished by such significant contributions such as

Confucianism and Taoism. Confucianism was the official philosophy throughout

most of Imperial Chinas history and strongly influenced other countries in East

Asia. Mastery of Confucian texts provided the primary criterion for entry into

the imperial bureaucracy.

With the rise of Western economic and military power beginning in the

mid-19th century, Western systems of social and political organization gained

adherents in China. Some of these would-be reformers rejected Chinas cultural

legacy, while others sought to combine the strengths of Chinese and Western

cultures.

China is a unified nation consisting of many different ethnic groups.

Fifty-six different ethnic groups make up the great Chinese national family.

Because the Han people accounts for more than ninety percent of Chinas

population, the remaining fifty-five groups are generally referred to as "ethnic

minorities." Next to the majority Han, the Mongolian, Hui, Tibetan, and Uygur

peoples comprise the largest ethnic groups. Although Chinas ethnic minorities

do not account for a large portion of the population, they are distributed over

a vast area, residing in every corner of China.

Particularly since the implementation of Chinas opening and reform policy,

the central government has increased investment in minority areas and

accelerated their opening to the outside world. This has resulted in an upsurge

of economic development in these areas. Each of Chinas ethnic minority groups

possesses a distinctive culture. The Chinese government respects minority

customs, and works to preserve, study, and collate the cultural artifacts of

Chinas ethnic minority groups. The government vigorously supports the

development of minority culture and the training of minority cultural workers,

and fosters the development of traditional minority medicine.

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall

integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic

minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside

in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among

Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market

economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the

areas of government, economics, culture, daily life, and marriage. Linked by

interdependence, mutual assistance, and joint development, their common goals

and interests creating a deep sense of solidarity, Chinas ethnic groups

resemble a great national family, together building Chinese civilization.

Strong but not forgotten with the end of military life, sitting in a comfortable chair with immense, not think in the days of military training, military training follow in the footsteps of every step footprints are deeply printed in the hearts of every individual, three days ahead on the calendar left an extraordinary colors. Know how much rain we fought shiver, at the foot of the road that we left a number of sweat.

"1,2,3,4" Password pierced the quiet sounds of the sky, the impact of our young hearts.

Through the training days of joy and laughter hide bitter exertion. It is like the beauty of music, let us intention to be singing and experience.

The air we breathe is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet without it we could not survive more than a few minutes. For the most part, the same air is available to everyone, and everyone needs it. Some people use the air to sustain them while they sit around and feel sorry for themselves. Others breathe in the air and use the energy it provides to make a magnificent life for themselves.

Opportunity is the same way. It is everywhere. Opportunity is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet opportunity alone is not enough to create success. Opportunity must be seized and acted upon in order to have value. So many people are so anxious to "get in" on a "ground floor opportunity", as if the opportunity will do all the work. Thats impossible.

Just as you need air to breathe, you need opportunity to succeed. It takes more than just breathing in the fresh air of opportunity, however. You must make use of that opportunity. Thats not up to the opportunity. Thats up to you. It doesnt matter what "floor" the opportunity is on. What matters is what you do with it.
