I am a college student, this is my fourth year in the college, which means

that I will graduate soon. Nowadays, many of my classmates have taken the action

to find the job interview, while I tell myself to calm down, actually, I have no

When the graduate season comes, students have to worry about their jobs,

for me, I have many annoyances, first, I don’t know which city should I go. On

the one hand, I want to stay in the present city that I live, because I have

“目视前方，脚尖张开约60度，身体微微向前倾。”虽然已经步入秋季，但太阳还是如火一般的炙热。军训的第一天对我们这些运动少之又少的孩子们来说是一个再好不过的训练机会，为了锻炼我们的意志和耐力，一个小时，两个小时，甚至几个小时都重复同一训练内容，虽然身体疲惫，肌肉酸痛，但坚韧的我们不要喊一声累。

转眼军训已经进入第三天了，肩膀和膝盖还隐隐作痛，教官的口令还回荡在耳边，从刚开始的不熟练到后面的井然有序，感情的增进也是必不可少的，尽管是一个新的集体，大家都相处的十分融洽，休息时大家都互递水杯和纸巾，有同学不适时身边的同学都会伸出援助之手，军训教会了我们团结。

晨练时大家走着正步，反反复复，还没吃过早餐的他们也迈着有力的步伐，喊着响亮的口号“ 一 ，二，三，四”。 虽然训练时教官们有种种的严厉，但休息时却可以和我们笑成一团。“有不舒服的要打报告”是教官们最经常说的话，有种铁汉柔情的感觉呢，哈哈!

傍晚灯光下，秋风吹过，刚吃完饭的同学们排着队等着教官的到来。“全体立正 ，军姿10分钟”，膝盖和脚底板站的生疼，尽管是夜晚，也没有一个人敢偷懒，凉爽的夜晚汗水从脸颊划过，这些汗水包含着坚持和努力，这种痛苦里又怎么会没有快乐呢?在军训第三天的晚上，伴随我们的不是微风而是大雨，有一点特别让我感动---无论雨下的多大，教官们都没有撑伞，而是选择淋雨，同学们也还是保持着原有的姿势，没有一个人离开队伍。

5天的时间或许太过短暂了，来不及让我细细体会，它让我爱上了这个新的集体。虽然我没有能够学会适应，但我学会了坚持。累，只是一种感觉，但是心却得到了慰藉。不经历风雨怎能见彩虹?

这三天过得好漫长，一切都历历在目。从我穿起军装那一刻起，我就是一个流血流汗不流泪，掉皮掉肉不掉队的小军人。记得第一次野炊时，做为主厨的我就被油烟熏得流下了眼泪，将番茄炒蛋和青菜都炒糊了，还把脸上抹得一团黑。感觉一个字——苦！

还记得那艰苦得军事训练和飞夺泸定桥吗？严肃的稍息、跨立，让你措手不及；各种转法，让你晕头转向；庄严的敬礼，让你手酸；严格的下蹲，让你腿痛脚麻如此多可怕的训练，感觉两个字——真苦！飞夺泸定桥更是可怕，它是一项越野运动。一个台阶足够有平时的两、三个阶梯那么高，凹凸不平，而山的高度更不言而喻。大家都流着汗、喘着气，累得快要趴下了，感觉三个字——太苦了！

最令我记忆犹新的就是领导力和责任心的训练。每班都选出两名领袖，我们班伟勇敢的领袖分别是任师瑶和李林枫，他们两个一脸坚定，透露出一定会为我们承担到底的心声。而我们得听着上头的指挥，任教官挑选三个动作训练我们，动作要规范、态度要认真，一旦有人做错任何一个细节、小处，我们伟大的领袖就要为我们承担所有的责任，发跑一圈。在开始的几个动作中，同学们不是转错，就是做错，领袖跑了十几圈，气喘吁吁、汗流浃背，部分同学哭了起来，还暗暗地责备自己。到后来，越来越多人做错，当我正在为领袖而难过时，一声向后转！的口令使我一时没反应过来，转错了方向。跨立！正责备自己是头猪时，手像失灵了，不知道该往哪儿摆，则又做错了望着老师的笔又加上了两横，领袖又顶着烈日，迈着沉重的步伐，喉咙冒着火，又不停歇地跑了两圈，听着教官给我们讲的：父母不也是这样，为我们负所有责任？之类的大道理、父母之恩，旁边的周佩佳边哭边粗着嗓子喊：妈妈她咧着嘴，眼睛又红又肿。连坚强的马晓誉也鼻子一抽，留下了晶莹的液体。一刹那，仿佛整个世界都是泪的海洋，哭喊声响成一片。看看领袖们一脸疲惫，跑了将近三十圈时，大家都不要，不要跑了！地喊。我的眼泪又像断了线的珍珠似的往下掉，心中像秋天绵绵的细雨，久久也晴不起来。这次的三个动作，几乎有二十个同学做错，此起彼伏的对不起，我错了！紧接着，大家都举起稚嫩的小手，愿意为任师瑶、李林枫分担责任，可他们硬是把我们的手摆了下来，互相拥抱了一下，又在跑道上看到了他们两个的身影这种悔恨交加的感觉，四个字——实在痛苦！

会操前，我的心情是忐忑不安的。这几天的所有努力所有汗水都是为了这次会操。取不到名次，这些都将白费。我怕，怕因为我的失误拖了大家的后腿，怕大家付出的努力与汗水因为我付之东流，还怕辜负了教官对我们的期望。烈日当空时，风雨交加时，他陪着我们一起训练。还记得他刚接我们班时，说：“我是这儿最好的教官，也只带最好的班。”好霸气啊！

总而言之，会操前的那段时间我就像是热锅上的蚂蚁。临近上场时，教官对我们说：“不要慌，慌什么！你们得到第几名，都不重要。我只看你们的表现。”我的压力一下子减轻了许多。随着上一个班级的离场，也轮到我们上场了。我们迈着整齐的步伐，响亮地喊着那令我热血沸腾的口号：“挥动激情，展翅高飞，青春无畏，逐梦扬威。”接下来，听着教官的指挥，我们完成了六个项目。

后来，我和一个同学讲起刚才会操时动作的失误——我最后的稍息晚了一步。对此，我内疚又自责，生怕这个动作会影响会操的名次。等所有班级会操结束后，总教官宣布了名次。当听到“第一名初一年三班”时，我兴奋不已，就差没从地上蹦起来欢呼雀跃了。真是功夫不负有心人啊！我心里的压力一下子烟消云散，只剩下满心的欢喜。

我们没有辜负教官的期望！做到了！做到了！我想这一切都是教官教育有方和同学们的努力拼搏换来的。努力不一定有回报，但是不努力是一定没有回报的。

这五天的军训，毋庸置疑是辛苦的，但值得我们铭记于心。过尽千帆，看浪潮翻涌成回报，正是这五天军训所带给我此生不能忘记的道理。

Nowadays, with long holidays at hand,travelinghas become a new trend for

us to relax ourselves outside work. Some people even had made a plan for it a

long time before the holiday begins. They usually travel with good friends or

travel along; only few people take their parents into travel plan. However, I

think it is high time for us to travel with parents.

In the first place, we should spend more time with parents. According to

research, if we come home 5 days a year, spend 4 hours a day with parents, it

would be less than 300 hours of 30 years, which means 25 days. We could see it

now that there is not much time for us to spend with our parents after we go to

work or have our own family. Hence, we should travel with our parents.

In the second place, parents used to took us to travel when we were young,

why don’t we take them as return when we are capable to do that. It is not the

matter of we are set free from parents, we are not a traitorous teenager

anymore, and we have time and money, of course we should take a trip with

parents. Holiday would be a good time for us to travel with parents, just like

the old time.

To summarize, we should make a plan for parents in holiday. Holiday is a

great gift for us and our parents.

光阴似箭，日月如梭。转眼间，我已是五年级的学生了，就要面临军训的考验了。

Last year, I went to Guilin for travel. On the train, I felt so bored. A

girl who sat next to me was reading a book, which caught my attention. I asked

her about the book, I found that I had read it before and then we discussed

about the novel. We talked happily, when the train arrived, we got off together.

When we got aparted, we promised to keep in touch. We communicated by the

computer. Now a year has passed, we become good friends and I miss her all the

time. She is a genuine friend. I plan to go to Guilin again and then we will

虽然今天的事情很枯燥，但是有一件事让我变得开心，那边是障碍跑。

一开始，我以为障碍跑很简单，但是一看到那些关卡，我便惊呆了，我心想：那关虽然很难，但是也不至于那么难吧！

老师开始讲解了，我认认真真得看，生怕自己一走神，没听到，就过不了那么难的关卡了。

老师讲完后，同学们都跃跃欲试，终于轮到我了，我激动的血液在我体内不停地沸腾着，我迅速跑上了高台，用“飞影腿”我便跳了下去，其实我的心里一直在想：我到底跳的跳得上去？因为我人小，高度占不到优势，我边有一些心理负担。我的信心像被瞬间转移了一样，马上全部消失了。我又想：我小，那我的轻巧占优势呀！我士气大增，我又对我自己充满了信心。

我鼓起勇气一跃，哇居然跃过了，我突破了我的心理负担，我成功了，我的心中像涌上了一股蜜糖，甜甜的。我欢呼雀跃，恨不得一蹦三尺高。

为期五天的军训已经结束了，虽然我们这次没有取得好成绩，但是，通过这次训练我也

有收益，同时也发现了大家的不足，以下是我认为做得不好的地方。

第一：不团结。这可能是因为大家刚刚来自不同的学校，彼此之间还没有默契，大家的心还不齐，劲没有往一起使，像一盘散沙没有凝结起来。

第二：动作不整齐。是因为大家在心理上没有重视这次军训，敷衍了事，有些同学在训练齐步走时，像散步一样，一点劲都没有，如果有这种同学在初一四班，那我们班怎么能争金夺银。

第三：基础没打好。教官固然有问题。比如，他发出的指令不清晰，不响亮，但主要原还在我们自己。因为我们训练不刻苦，没有扎扎实实的掌握动作要领，没有把每个动作做到家，导致这次比赛的失败。

第四：我们缺少集体荣誉感。我们得了全校倒数第一名，有某些同学还在队列中嘻嘻哈哈，满不在乎。

通过这次军训比赛失败，让我们明白，我们已经组成一个新的集体，一个新的家庭，每个同学都是这个新家庭的成员，所以，从此以后，我们都应当增强班级责任感，处处为班级荣誉着想。

我最深刻的体会就是，如果平时训练没有打好基础，比赛就会失败，学习也是。我们现在已经升入初中，是人生的一个新的起点，在岁月的长河中，三年，只是弹指一挥间，轻瞬即逝，我们要利用好这三年的黄金时间，听好每一堂课，做好每一次练习 ，充分挖掘、发挥自己最大的潜能，扎扎实实的打好基础，只有这样，中考才能考出好成绩，让初一四班以我们为荣，让七中以我们为荣。

can’t prevent negative result that the polluted environment brings.

Many years ago, the most prominent problem of the polluted environment is

the polluted river. Now the situation becomes ever worse, lately, in the big

city, like Beijing and Shanghai, people are annoyed by the bad weather. It is

长辈们在厨房里忙碌着，洗，切，炒，调味，一气合成。一盘盘香喷喷的菜肴上了桌。我心想：这种大场面我也得露一手呀，炒菜算了，风险太大。就摆一个果盘吧，说干就干，我拉过表妹削皮，切块，最后装盘，完美!香喷喷的年夜饭准备好了，大家纷纷落座，肥美的鱼肉，雪白的甜米，肥而不腻的梅菜扣肉……令人目不暇接。热热闹闹的年夜饭过去了后，一家人又热热闹闹地挤在沙发上看春晚，热热闹闹，好不愉悦。

“咳咳，"我向妹妹眨了眨眼睛，妹妹看了看我，比了一个“OK”，于是，我俩走到专心看春晚的大人面前，“哗”一下伸出手来，大声说:“恭喜发财，红包拿来!”

而大人呢，先是愣上几秒，然后就笑呵呵的从背后掏出一个个油光发亮的红包。我和妹妹一溜烟跑回房间。美滋滋的把一张张钞票从红包中掏出，一张张对齐放在一起。好景不长，爸爸突然“狞笑”着推门进来：“来吧，压岁钱老爸帮你管着。”我极不情愿，还没捂热乎的压岁钱就被拿走了。

春节这个传统节日，时间让它的形式可能有所变化，但改变不了的，是那份阖家欢聚的亲情。瞧，这，就是过年。

This summer holiday, I had travelled to Hong Kong with many other students. We went to Hong Kong by plane. Hong Kong is very small, but there are many people living there.

In Hong Kong, all of the buildings are very tall. There are lots of shops there and you can go shopping until about 11:00 at night. In Hong Kong, things are very expensive, so we only bought a few souvenirs.

We went to lots of places, such as the Avenue of Stars and Ocean Park. I like Ocean Park best. The park is very big. Sitting in the cable car, you can see two hills, lots of different flowers and the sea. Some students were afraid of sitting in the cable car!

We stayed in the Shu Ren College. There are many big trees around it. We had meals in the restaurants, but I didnt like the food.

Hong Kong is very beautiful. I like Hong Kong and I hope to go there again some day.

Nowadays,there is a increasing number for people to join in the activities

of volunteering.Its well-known that volunteering job is making contribution to

the society with nothing in return.Its like the Leifeng spirit.However,knowing

this,there are still many people would like to devote themseves in this

trend.For instance,the 20__ Beijing Olympic Games has so many volunteers.They

made lots of contribution to the success of opening the Olympics.Moreover,we can

often see that there many students go to geroium to visit the old to bring warm

to the lonely people.Even there are some peoples career is volunteer.They are

ready to help others.Although the volunteers are much more mon,we still need to

thanks them to admire them devoting themseves to the society.

如今，有越来越多的人加入到志愿服务行业。众所周知，志愿者工作是对社会的无私贡献。就像雷锋精神一样。然而，虽然意识到这一点但还是有很多人愿意奉献于这个行业。例如，20__年北京奥运会有这么多的志愿者。他们为奥运会的成功举行做了很多的贡献。此外，我们经常能够看到，有很多学生去敬老院看望老人给他们带去温暖。甚至有些人的职业就是志愿者。他们时刻准备好去帮忙别人。虽然志愿者是越来越常见了，但我们仍然要感谢他们钦佩他们为社会奉献自我。

For the first time, I climbed to the top of the mountain and enjoyed the

beautiful scenery.

It was a weekend when a good friend of mine asked me to climb a famous

mountain here. Ive always heard of this mountain, but I havent found the time to

climb it. So when my friend asked me out, I readily agreed.

On the way to climb mountains with my friends, we also met many climbers,

including young people and old people. The young mans speed of climbing was

fast, and he disappeared in a flash; the old mans climbing was very casual, at

least slowly, with a happy face. Maybe young people climb the mountain to get to

the top of the mountain, while old people climb the mountain to enjoy the

scenery along the way.

My friends and I are neither the first nor the second. We will carefully

taste the scenery along the way of climbing. The speed of climbing is not so

fast and slow. Although its not as fast as those brothers who cant be seen in a

moment, its faster than those masters.

When my friends and I climbed to the top of the mountain, it was the

setting sun, and the red sun dyed the sky red, which was shocking enough. My

friend and I found a place with a wide view. At a glance, the mountains were

rolling. Those mountains were like a line of waves, rolling away to the

distance.

"Wow, its beautiful!" I couldnt help sighing, and my friend followed. The

scenery on the top of the mountain is really beautiful. Its the majestic

atmosphere that makes people feel shocked. My friend and I stood at the top of

the mountain for a long time. Finally, as the light in the sky became more and

more dim, my friend and I went down the mountain reluctantly. When I went down

the mountain with my friends, we were sitting in the corridor. We enjoyed the

scenery. On this day, my friends and I got a lot.

The first time I climbed the mountain, I felt the fun of climbing the

mountain, and also read the scenery of the mountain top. If I have time, I will

go climbing again.
