说起军训，我并不陌生。很早以前，就听大哥哥大姐姐们向我诉苦，他们的一句句金玉良言，使小小的我对军训这两个字眼儿充满了恐惧。现在的我，长大了，勇敢了，自然不会恐惧，但心中还是有几分担心。我的脑海中浮现出一幅幅画面：教官们一个个表情凶狠，稍有做错，巴掌拳头就上了身；我们站在烈日下，汗流浃背，风雨中，雨水满襟，同学们一个个晕倒了…。。我能坚持住吗？能！不知哪里发出这样一个声音，不就是跑一跑，站一站吗？我会怕它吗？倒了就爬起来，错了就改正过来，熬过这七天，我可就是经得住考验的小英雄了！

就这样，我不再担心，我在心中一遍遍说着这段话，勇敢地接受了这七天的军训。

可是我没想到，第一天，我就晕倒了。那天，下着小雨，雨像顽皮的娃娃，一个劲儿地下，滑落在我们脸上，叭叭落在地上。而我们刚刚学完标准警姿，正在雨中站立着，纹丝不动，要锻炼我们的耐力和毅力。可是，我站着站着，就感觉眼前有一张巨大的雨帘，一片迷茫，眼睛怎么也睁不开，前面的同学到处乱晃（其实是我自己在晃）……接着，我被老师扶到了椅子上，坐了一会儿。

这时，老师为我端来一杯糖水，甜丝丝的，沁透心脾，也不知它是什么时候进到我的肚子里，只感觉全身都很甜，很香，很舒服，一股暖流从我身上四散开来，渗入每一根血管里……我一边喝一边看着雨中矗立的同学们，他们这时是多么高大啊！任凭风雨拍打着他们的脸颊，也不动一下，他们也许已经把自己想像成了风雨中的小英雄，火堆里的邱少云！而我，怎么能坐在这里呢？我也要做经历风雨的小英雄！我要与他们并肩战斗！我也要做最好的自己！顿时，我便有了精神，有种跃跃欲试的感觉。是的，这杯水的名字叫信念，它告诉我：我永远是最棒的，要坚持下去，不能放弃。

我站了起来，挺直了腰板，抬起头，和正在课间休息的同学们一起加入队伍中继续锻炼。

接下来的日子里，我倚靠着这个信念，严格要求自己，再也没有晕倒过，而是勇敢地坚持到了第七天养兵千日，用兵一时的一天！上午，我们举行了环城拉练，在冲进校门的那一刹那，我真为自己骄傲，我居然坚持下来了！没有请假也没有休息。下午，我们班的会操比赛也获得了第一名。

在这里，我还想对教我们的两个教官表示感谢。他们的耐心，他们的严厉，都让我记忆犹新。他们的歌声让我读出了军人的柔情，他们的故事让我读出了军人的赤子丹心。虽然，他们就要退伍了，但在我心中，他们永远是英雄！

七天的军训结束了，但人生的考验还没有结束，我的盼望也不会停止。我会继续盼望着，盼望以后的学习与生活中，无数个考验与磨炼。盼望着，盼望着…

时光飞逝，转眼我就离开了伴我五年之久的母校，踏进了中学的门槛，成为了一名六年级的学生。

暑假很快就过去了，原以为要开始学习了，没想到等待着我们的竟然是三天有喜有忧的军训，但就是这这短短的三天，却让我们经历了酸甜苦辣这几种不同的感受。

八月二十一日，我们便看见了威武的解放军人，他们各个身材挺拔高大，令我十分羡慕。当老师安排好了带领各个班级的解放军，军训便开始了，带我们班的是王教官，他十分严格，同时也十分的平易近人。

酸-今天是军训的第一天，因为我们从未体验过真正的军人生活，所以感到十分好奇，排队也不是认真，在队伍里也嘻嘻哈哈，不料被王教官狠狠地批评了一顿，这下我们才肯“乖乖听话”。军训真辛苦，第一天下来竟然都站着，腿都站得麻木了，十分酸，但我们还是坚持了下来。

苦-第一天军训练到一半，突然下起了大雨，我们欣喜若狂，以为会停止训练，谁知，我们还得进体育场接着练，唉，军训真苦。

辣-今天是军训第二天，三十七度，火辣辣的太阳直朝我们射来，让我们都睁不开眼，还不用军训，我们就已经大汗淋漓了，但军训还是要继续下去，于是我们只好顶着火辣辣的太阳，又熬过了一天。

甜-终于迎来了军训的最后一天-检查成果的日子，当老师宣布正式开始时，刚才还沉浸在一片喧闹的操场上马上变得鸦雀无声。我们是第一个上场的班级，这让我们紧张不已，我生怕做错了一个动作拖了班级后腿，直到训练结束，我心中的一块石头才落了地，一直紧握着的手也松开了。果然功夫不负有心人，最后，我们得到了二等奖，大家心中喜滋滋的，毕竟，我们付出的汗水没有白费，同时，我们大家也一起在欢声笑语中送走了我们敬爱的王教官。

上小学时，就特别的喜欢迷彩服，那时候不懂事，就感觉别人穿上酷酷的，很好看，但却不知道穿上迷彩服的中学生经历军训是多么苦啊!

现在的我，已经是一名中学生了。一开学第一件事就是军训，此时，我的心情当然是激动和高兴了。同学们报完名都来到了操场集合，等待着军训的开幕式。过了一小会儿，听见美妙的音乐响起，每个教官都神气十足的踏着有力的步子走过来，严肃的脸庞喊着响亮的口号，对总教官敬个礼，过了一小会儿，开幕式结束后，教官就把我们带开训练了。

军训的时间过得真快，很快到了第三天。第一件事就是和往常一样站军姿，这是我最讨厌的一个项目了，又苦又累，我们站了一会儿，很多人都快坚持不住了，我也不例外，教官便大声喊，抬头挺胸，手贴紧，身体像前倾。我们没办法，只能照样做了。时间一分一秒的过去了，同学们脸上的汗水也一滴一滴的滴在了地上，都开始左右摇晃起来。这时，不远处有一个穿着长裙，留有一头的长卷发，面容姣好的女老师高雅地走了过来。我想：“这应该是席老师吧，因为在班级群里，李老师备注的是数学老师，而语文老师备注的是席老师。”

同学们看见席老师都不由得站好了，席老师在队伍里转了转，然后让一位同学站到前面，说：“这位同学站的是最好的了，大家都看一看。”我想：“我一定也要站到前面去，成为同学们的榜样。”于是，我的腰挺的越直，站的越端正了，席老师转过来，看了看，便让我站到前面去了。站在前面的我心里十分高兴和自豪，腰也挺得更直了!我也不再感觉累了，反而越站越有劲儿。过了一会儿，教官说原地活动活动，我走到队伍里，感觉走起路来都变好看了呢。

军训生活十分辛苦，但是只要坚持，只要做到“掉皮掉肉不掉队，流血流汗不流泪”的精神，就一定能品尝到成功的甜!

高中的军训生活就这么一晃就过来了。

回想起刚走时我们白嫩嫩的皮肤，虽然有些悲伤但是在白变黑的过程中，我也体会到了教官与学生，老师与学生，同学与同学之间的情谊。

首先说说教官与学生。“教官”这个词听起来就是一种管束别人的词，我的教官也不例外。当我站军姿身体歪了，一个肩膀高一个低时，他总是用“管教”的口气去管我;当我偷懒时，他更是紧蹙眉头严厉批评我。但正是这些批评才让我站姿身体端正。

我的教官也很有趣。他在我们站军姿时跟我们玩“谁是木头人”的游戏，给我们讲他的趣事……让教官与学生的关系越来越好。

接着是老师与学生。有时公老师虽然在我没写日记时批评我，但有时也会嘱咐我喝热水。当同学身体不舒服时，公老师会到同学旁边嘘寒问暖，让站在队伍里的我也好想去休息。

最后是同学与同学。一个宿舍的同学“有福同享有难同当”就不用说了。关键是与外班同学们。当我腿被晒伤后，三班同学就端盆凉水，拿着芦荟膏到我宿舍来。我脸晒红时，三班同学也会提醒问候，并且开玩笑说“晒黑了啊”.

军训虽然黑了好多啊，但我受益匪浅。

加油加油！大家都非常激动，咦？大家又哭丧这脸，嘻嘻，想知道怎莫回事吗？我告诉你：我们全班都在军训呢！我们二星期，一个同学正在攀岩，快到顶了，可实在坚持不住了就下来了，所以一会高兴一会失落。

这个星期，我们来到军营，我们要在这受到严格的训练，很苦，可我们班同学都过得很开心，那是因为我们的教官虽然个子大，每天都很严肃，可很心软的，比如那次，教官罚我们站，还说谁要动就加五分钟，不一会，站的时候25分钟变成了35分钟，教官让中队长监督，可没过一会，教官就回来了，让我们在原地休息，看我的教官好吧，

最难忘的是那次。我们半夜十二点钟被一阵紧促的铃声叫醒了，大家都很疑惑，谁知，听广播说要5公里越野没办法，只好跑了，大家懒洋洋的穿衣服，有人忙的连鞋都找不到了，穿好衣服，迅速下楼，在这一分三十秒内，大家加快步伐，加快脚步，生怕错过一分一秒，六中队，跑步走，总教官一声下令，我们六中队带头跑了5公里，在途中，虽累，但也有不少教官鼓励的话语，一眨眼我们回到了军营，大家在欢笑中度过了这5公里。

虽然离开了教育实践基地，但我的脑海中还时常浮现着一幅幅难忘的画面：同学们黑夜了那响亮的口号，小军人们在紧急铃声迅速完成任务，高达4，2米的毕业墙。

时光流连，转眼间，军训已匆匆流逝。在这短短的五天中，我认识到了、学到了、尝到了很多。这几天真是让人回味无穷呀！

短短五天中，我认识到了大方、宽容、帅气的陈教官。初和陈教官见面，我们就赋予了陈教官一个“小眼睛帅哥”的称号，以示他的帅气。下雨的星期四，我们提出的私人问题，陈教官都豪爽地讲出来了，我们吵闹了，陈教官不仅没有生气，还宽容地让我们小声一点。结束的星期五下午，陈教官将学校发给自己的三袋糖果、两袋棒棒糖都发给了我们，他的大方让我们感动不已，真高兴认识这样一个好教官。

短短五天中，我学到了肃立、敬礼、跨步、蹲下、前后左右转、原地踏步走、“一二一”这些动作。我们还学到了那种永不屈服的军魂，那种坚持不懈的精神。

短短五天中，我也尝到了人生中的“酸甜苦辣”，那真是无法言喻的呀！每每自己在太阳底下暴晒着练军姿，别人却在树下说说笑笑地乘凉时，嫉妒、痛苦和劳累是必不可少的，于是便尝到了人生中的“酸”、“苦”和“辣”。情况相反时，自己就会很开心，于是便尝到了人生中的“甜”。

这短短五天的军训，时间虽短，却使我受益匪浅，更使我领悟到了:军人必备的是军姿和军魂，而我们则需要的是学习精神和学习态度。在此感谢我的陈教官：“谢谢您！”

I like reading books so much, rencently, I fall in love with the travel

books. When I open these books, I am attracted by the colorful pictures. Reading

these books can broaden my vision, I know there are so many places that I have

never heard of before. I also learn the different culture. I am so eager to go

to these places and have a look at them. So I have made up my mind, I will

travel to the places that are around me first, and then when I grow up, I will

travel further. This is my little dream, it is also my motivation to study

well.

This year, the Dragon Boat Festival is on the fifth day of the fifth lunar

month.

Everyone knows that Dragon Boat Festival can dragon boat and eat seeds. But

this year, Im not the same.

我们每天的军事训练内容非常简单，不过是原地转法、正步、立定、齐步这些基本的动作，这些动作平时看起来非常简单，而现在做起来却没有那么容易了，第一天下来，我们就累得半死，全身都疼，但是大家没有一个人退缩，都坚持到了最后。其深深体会到了坚持就是胜利。

通过拓展训练，我深刻的理解到了什么叫“团队”。在困难和挑战面前，大家都能凝心聚力，充分体现了挑战自我，熔炼团队的精神。如果没有团队精神，这次所有的拓展项目都无法完成。正是大家严格要求自己，注意细节、一丝不苟，才能顺利完成。

在深深体会到团队协作在任务执行过程中的重要性同时，也学会了如何突破自己心理的极限，可以说是一次难得的经历。通过这次训练，我最终能真正能够实现个人某些心理障碍的跨越，同时也体会到个人能力的发展潜力。证明了自己，超越了自己。使我明白，没有不可能，超越自己就能够创造奇迹。

我很感谢能通过这次的训练活动有这样一次深刻的体验和有意义的经历。我也能为能处于这样一个有默契的团队而感到荣幸，我相信，在我们这个大家庭中，不论我们接下来会面对怎样的困难，我们都能够手牵手共同去克服，因为我坚信：团结就是力量!

在无数同学的期盼之中，暑假，又一次来临了。但是，这次的暑假，对我来说，注定是不同的。因为，过了这个暑假后，我就成为一位大一学生了。

在开学前，要先进行为时十四天的军训。听学长说，军训简直是累死人，要在太阳底下站几个小时，汗流到眼睛里都不能动。我不禁打了一个冷颤，想着在7天以后我就会变成一个中国版”非洲人“，哎，那画面，让人不忍直视啊。

在这十四天军训里，我们学会了站军姿、齐步走、正步走、跑步走等等，也尝遍了酸、甜、苦、辣、咸的味道，更训练出了我们钢铁般的意志，坚持不懈的精神和持之以恒的决心。

The cold air has come for a while, I stayed at my house all the time, as

there was nothing for me go do, I watched the movies. When I saw the beach and

sunshine in the movie, I miss the sunshine so much. Today is lucky for me, the

sun finally comes out, I decide to go out for a walk and take in the fresh air.

After I go to school, teachers always tell me to study hard, so that I can

be the excellent student. But now I have grown up, I have my own idea. The

reason for me to study hard is to return my parents’ love. When they are old, I

can make a lot of money and let them have a better life.

This summer holiday, I had travelled to Hong Kong with many other students. We went to Hong Kong by plane. Hong Kong is very small, but there are many people living there.

In Hong Kong, all of the buildings are very tall. There are lots of shops there and you can go shopping until about 11:00 at night. In Hong Kong, things are very expensive, so we only bought a few souvenirs.

We went to lots of places, such as the Avenue of Stars and Ocean Park. I like Ocean Park best. The park is very big. Sitting in the cable car, you can see two hills, lots of different flowers and the sea. Some students were afraid of sitting in the cable car!

We stayed in the Shu Ren College. There are many big trees around it. We had meals in the restaurants, but I didnt like the food.

Hong Kong is very beautiful. I like Hong Kong and I hope to go there again some day.

I went to a summer camp where I experienced the life as a soldier. All I can tell you is it was not easy at all. Each morning, we got up at 5am, quickly brushed our tooth and cleaned ourselves up, then made our beds before we dressed up in our army uniforms. At 6am sharp, we were called to the square where we began our march. Breakfast was at 8am. Then military activities began at 9am till noon when we had our lunch together. Afternoon activities started at 1pm till 5:30pm each day. At 6pm, we had our dinner. After that, its was time for all of us to take a good rest until the next morning.

As it is known to us, Ping An was chosen to perform on the CCTV Spring

Festival Gala with his melodious and strong voice. Also, he had a great

achievement on this dream stage. Although he hadnt gain the popularity among

the audience at the beginning, he always kept his dream in mind and never gave

it up. It is his success that brings home to me the power of dream.

A life without a dream is a life without a sun. Therefore, in no

circumstances can we give up our dream. Unquestionably, dreams are of great

importance. For one thing, a person having a dream will be considered to be more

responsible and unswerving. For another, in pursuit of our dream, there is a

chance that good habits and positive attitudes can be formed, contributing to

our success.

As for our students, what we should do is to choose a healthy seed and

plant it on fertilized soil. Firstly, knowledge is the foundation of dream

realization, so we should spend much time in study to enrich ourselves.

Secondly, it also takes perseverance and confidence if we want to realize our

dreams. Last but not least, we should not be craven and timorous but brave when

we meeting obstacles.
